Hello sir/mam, my order id is OD[protected]. I have ordered On Mon, Dec 23rd '19. But last three days your system message me, 'my order deliver today'. but in last session of day again message me 'that item could not delivered today, we will try again tomorrow'..tomorrow (28th dec, 19) that item very very urgent to me and special to me., but your Flipkart harass me last 3 days'.so I will inform to consumer forum for this type of harassment.

    I have ordered a dress on Flipkart on 9th December initially i selected Cash on delivery as my payment mode but after that i got message from flipkart saying that i can still pay using net banking so i tried to make payment using net banking. The amount got deducted from my account but it showed payment failed in flipkart. So i thought there is some issue with my bank. so i registered a complain in my bank. and paid again through COD. after some days my bank confirmed that online payment was successful. so i called in Flipkart customer care on 24th December regarding this issue. First they told me within 72 hours i will get my money back. After that I again called on 26th they said i will get my refund within 9am to 9 pm. Today i again called they are saying the same things but still i haven’t received my money.

      Dear Sir, I purchased a LED TV (Kodak) along with 2 year extended warranty but after 1 day post Installation LED TV is not working
      For that I logged a compliant on 21 Dec’19 and I got the msg that there would be technical person visit to check LED TV before replacement but till now there is no visit happened till now.
      Like this flipkart giving false commitment

      I connected 21- Dec-19 and they asked me to wait
      I connected 24- Dec-19 and they asked to wait till 7:00Pm same date
      I connected again 24-Dec-19 and they asked to wait again
      Today again I connected to 25-Dec-19 replacement help but they asked to wait

      Kindly let me know for how many days do I need to wait. Is there any responsibly taken by flipkart. Or just selling product who doesn’t take care of their customer.

      I really released that I made mistake while purchasing product from flipkart.

      Sir, I just want my TV to be replaced.

      Its my humble request you…. kindly help

        Recently i was blocked on flipkart gamezone with error "we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions". There is an issue with the algorithm used to identify unfair play and anybody's account can get locked if the below procedure is followed:
        1) select win a chance to play by referring the game to your contacts in "guess what" game.
        2) the above option will take you to whatsapp contacts to select the contact for game referral
        3) if you press go back button without referring the game to your contacts, your account will be blocked.

        I raised a ticket with flipkart help desk to get the issue resolved but to no response to my disappointments:
        1) all flipkart executives will provide the same reason for your account getting blocked (Access of game zone via multiple devices) without investigation of the actual reason.
        2) flipkart executives claim not to have authority to unblock the account
        3) flipkart executives claim that game zone is completely independent of flipkart

        With above responses there is no chance/ hope of any tickets related to gamezone getting resolved but flipkart is taking the complaints and also closing the same without any resolution at their own discretion

        Flipkart blocked my gamezone account many days ago. I had contacted customer care many times using chat, voice call but they did not resolved my problem and every time they send the same terms and conditions. Every executive of flipkart repeated the same thing. I told them that I had not broken any of the terms and conditions and told them that there may be some fault in their system but still they kept on sending terms and conditions. Flipkart executives just cheat their customers using these type of fraud activities and lose trust of their customers. Till now they have not unblocked my gamezone account. I requested them many times but they did not resolved my problem

          My flipkart game zone is showing error. I am unable to play gane. According to my knowledge i did not played an unfair game. This problem arose yesterday since i was playing the game. I am eagerly waiting to know what the problem in flipkart for which i am unable to play game. I am expecting that the problem regarding this will be solved as soon as possible

            Hi all for formality.

            You guys are dont deserve it literally.

            So first thing is that i ordered a shoes from your so called app (I am uninstalling it right away) and i received a size smaller. I ordered it for a wedding but as it didn't fit so i purchased a new shoes from market.

            So basically i already invested 10000 rs from my valuable money.

            So i want my money back as simple as that.

            But thanks to you guys you have a terrible horrible worst irresponsible not helpful at all customer service

            Its been 13 days of raising the request but still i didn't get any resolution.

            Everytime i talked over chat over the cal you said please wait 24 to 48 hours.

            # your 24-48 hours. I want my money back not your freki'n candid responses.

            Second thing-

            The agents you hired give them some proper training. Then dont know what they are doing.

            They dont want to help in real.

            Ask them to take the job seriously.

            I have talked with 10 people in two days and half of the time agent disconnected the call.

            This is how you handle customers. Do you have any policy. I dont think you have. When i ask to transfer the call to a seniour they put me on half an hour hold and then no response.

            Dont you have supervisors on the floor or you dont keep record with whom i am talking or how many times i called.

            Your. Supervisor himanshu assured me that in 24 hours concerned team will contact me.
            But bamm still no response

            So your complete customer support is useless and piece of # and worse than that.

            So enough from now if i won't receive my my money till morning i will burn your shoes and record a video and i send it to you guys and also. I upload it on the social media.

            Also i will make sure nobody will use your useless all among my friends and family.

            You have troubled me a lot. Now its your turn.

            Its been 20 days to hear for waiting 24 to 48 hours but still no response. This is my last request for compensation otherwise i will go with consumer court for claim your irresponsibility.

              On 10 of october at 2.45pm, i convert my payment method from cod to online payment using upi for the amount of rs 49, 990. (Transaction upi id:[protected]
              The amount was debited from my account and i have got receipt showing payment is successful from upi (Google pay). But, flipkart is saying that they have not received the amount. I also complained npci for the same.
              The grievance number for the complaint is 1681963.
              The npci, clearly mentioned that the amount is successfully credited to the merchant account payee vpa:[protected]@ybl.
              I also go to my canara bank for the same.
              The bank clearly mention that the transaction is successful amount got credited to [protected]@ybl on[protected] ifsc : [protected]@ybl ac no: [protected]. We have raised the charge back on[protected] but same has been rejected by them mean [protected]@ybl on 28/10/2019. Kindly take up with merchant for this reason : goods & services provided order id:pzt[protected]wllm amount was successfully credited to the merchant account.

              As you are saying that amount is not received by seller. Then why i have got receipt from UPI (GOOGLE PAY) showing payment is successful.
              It is also confirm by NPCI and Canara bank.
              According to them, amount of RS 49, 990 is successful credited to merchant account no [protected] having ifsc code [protected]@ybl.
              I have already provide you all the proofs including UPI, NPCI and Canara bank.
              How can you say that you have not received the amount.
              Listen carefully, you ate making me fool from 10 of October.
              I have all the necessary proofs.
              You have last chance to refund the money of amount RS 49, 990 otherwise i will file FIR against you and go to consumer court.

                      I can't play in game zone in flipkart .i don't know the reason but i guess it is because i used two accounts in my phone but those are valid accounts so i want to know whats the problem with this .and also the prize i won is also removed .if it is not fair to use two accounts in mobile then i can stop that so please activate my account again !thanks in advance

                        Dear team,
                        This has got very important to highlight the services and the products getting delivered by flipkart now a day.
                        Service failure - it was the recent case of 14th dec, when i have placed an order for warmex room heater and on the date of delivery got to know the seller has not shipped the product from its warehouse and seller has got change for the requested product which will take another week of time.
                        Misleading product delivered – after waiting for the said time period the product got delivered but it’s not the same but another item.
                        I fails to understand the fact how long these online seller will take a time to correct their way of working (A year, a decade or lifelong) to stop cheating it’s customer as they don’t understand if we stop buying their products then there will be no jobs for them and no buyer going forward.
                        Requesting you to take some strong preventive action against them as these are never ending actions and all time they get escape with their stereotype excuse.

                            I ordered a PUMA T-shirt which was delivered on 13th December. It didn't meet the specifications and I raised a return request which was approved on 15th December. Wishmaster was to pick it up by 18th December but no one has reached out to me till now. Through Flipkart chat option, customer executive Mr. Navjot updated me that Wishmaster informed that I like the product so would keep it. This was totally incorrect information as he did not call/came for pickup. He assured that the issue is escalated and team would reach to me by 26th.
                            Another customer executive on chat Mr. Sanjeet informed that the seller has cancelled your return request due to some unforeseen issue. He told me to wait and I can again place the request after 48 hours (which would have been 26th ). Now, it is 26th and I still do not see return tab available on website for the product.
                            So, today I called customer care and the lady informed me that she can see the wishmaster updated that customer doesn't want to return the product now. She has escalated the issue with the concerned team and someone would reach out to me within 2 days. Basically, the same story with no resolution even after more than 7 days.
                            I want immediate refund.

                                I have been banned from playing games in the Flipkart game zone. The reason they stated is that I logged in using multiple accounts on my device but I have never used any other account except mine on my device when I asked the customer care to provide me the username or phone no of the second account I logged in using on my device they were unable to do so. This is surely mixup by Flipkart's back end team on there side. Hence I would ask them to revoke the ban against my name

                                  Sir i have ordered apple iphone 7 from flipkart worth rs 25000 on 1 dec but due to some issue i have cancelled it on 2 dec then i got a message from flipkart that ur refund has been initiated on 3dec and ur refund will be credited on 13 dec in your account
                                  But i didn't got my refund up till now then i contacted flipkart again but they said ur refund is credited in your account if any issue contact ur bank then i contacted my bank it is bank of baroda
                                  But the bank said that their is no amount credited in your account even i got arn no from flipkart but the bank said we don't take any arn no sir still i didn't got my refund plzz help me because my amount is very huge plzz help me i m even my bank is not helping me not even flipkart both are saying that flipkart have not credited ur amount and flipkart are saying that its bank issue plzz help me i ll provide u all the document i got

                                    I have ordered a laptop but it's webcam is not working so i asked for replacement. The technician from acer has visited and confirmed the issue and my product replaced successfully. But the new replaced product is also defective, it has display panel issue. Will i get another replacement or refund because the new laptop is also defective and i have again asked for return in the flipkart app. Also my seller is retained. Please reply because in terms and conditions of flipkart it says only one replacement is possible. So please refund my money as early as possible.

                                      Dear Sir - I would like to inform that an amount of Rs. 32, 741.00 has been debited from my SB account No. [protected] through SBI Credit Card No. [protected] on 01.12.2019 and when I contacted to the SBI Credit Card Customer Care they intimated that the amount has been debited directly to the Flipkart account due to my previous outstanding due to auto debit. The amount which was debited without my information totally fraud, I have already registered a complaint against SBI Credit Card. I would like to request you kind look into the matter and finalized the matter otherwise I will be bound to file an FIR.
                                      I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action after give a proper investigate the matter of the fraudulent transaction and legal action should be taken against the illegal officials.

                                        I bought a powerbank from flipkart on july 20, 209. It's an ipro 10400 mah power bank (Ip1042). It was working fine until last month.
