Dear flipkart,

I am with flipkart since many years.

I purchased a nokia asha 206 mobile from flipkart on 17 july 2019 (Delivered) with order number od[protected]. As per flipkart this phone has a 01 year warranty to be provided by nokia. Value of 4229.

From first day this mobile has a problem in charging (Sudden switch off) and speaker voice not clear. Due to these issues, i raised refund request, but the same has been rejected by seller.

Finally on december 2019 last week, this phone got dead. I reported this issue to nokia authorised customer support. They completely denyed as imei number is not in nokia data base. They also said this mobile is duplicate as back panel also wrong.

Further, they denyed for service as nokia company not exist now.

Still this phone is available on flipkart for sale with 01 year warranty.

The questions are -

1. When refund request raised, why it got rejected by seller why no action taken by flipkart or seller to listen customer issues.

2. Why wrong imei numbers are mentioned in mobile bill.

3. Why flipkart is selling product of company, which is not exist. Who will give warranty nokia (Which is already been closed) or flipkart.

As nokia company not exist, so i request flipkart to provide service for the subject product.

I have reported this issue to flipkart on 27 dec 2019. Flipkart assured me to resolve this issue by 01 jan 2020, but on daily basis i am following flipkart 04 times in a day, but still problem not resolved.

I request flipkart to pic this wrong item and provide my refund.

I am waiting for ur concrete solution since last 09 days. My father don't have mobile, he is in deep trauble. Nobody is taking Mobile for repairing. Please close this complain by today only.

        I am a regular user from flipkart.

        Ordered hometown gleam engineered wood study table (Od[protected] on 3rd january.

        4th january i came to know "hometown rhombus engineered wood study table" is the perfect product i am looking for as the color little differing.
        Also ordered the same (Od[protected]

        Both the order i converted with emi and paid online.

        Now i want to cancel 'hometown gleam engineered wood study table (Od[protected]'
        The order not yet packed neither shipped.

        I called the tollfree number and a girl politely advised me not to receive the shipment (Od[protected].
        Confused!!! Never returned any order.

        The same girl also confirmed to me that no charges or penalty will impose on me for the returned product. What to do...?? Feeling bad to return the goods.
        The delivery date is showing 27th... My card shouldn't get effected for this return.

            I have ordered the product on flipkart on 29th december 2019. The product name is "ray-ban rectangular sunglasses" and order id od[protected]. The amount is 10, 611. I have received the product on 30th december 2019. But when i see the product it was totally different from the product shown on the website and totally different and also i have received an old product that box was full of dust and i noticed it was used product multiple delivery stickers were pasted in the box. We can clearly see that product by seeing the package i got used product which was return from other customers. I was not satisfied with the product and called flipkart executive and informed the same about the product condition and executive informed as the same product is out of stock, will arrange for refund wait for 72 hrs. Then i have waited then when i called to check the status executive informed your request has canceled due to high number of returns in your purchase history. And also you are account is blocked. After hearing this i got really shocked because i am being a (Flipkart plus) member also having more than 500 super coins in myaccount. That too i am flipkart customer for more than 6 years. Flipkart is cheating customers like this giving used product and damaged and defective product and not taking back the product (I have received these kinds of damaged products even earlier) i request you to kindly help me on to take back this used and old different product and help me to get my money back.

              I have purchase mobile phone of apple iphone 6s (Rose gold, 32 gb) which is deliver to me on date 23rd november 2019 but now only in 1 month and 10 days problem is coming your iphone needs to cool down what kind of product they given i don't know i want refund on this or replace the item.

              If i can not able to use bluetooth, can not play game every time when i call any one it's get disconnect what can i do for this please let me know.

                I know that reson but iam rise a complaint on my recently purchased items
                My return period is not complete, iam facing one problem my order lotto shoes is lo quality issues how to rise a return my orders
                My flipkart account is blocked
                Maximum 8 orders return period is not completed how to iam give retun one product
                This is very illegal issue flipkart team member's definently iam rised a complaint in cybercrime office in bengalore.
                Incase iam do it in mistakes you take legal action iam accepting Indian law
                But flipcart behave with illegal move blocked my flipkart account.
                My recently purchased items return period not complete how to iam get help that.

                Unfortunately God give one chance iam purchased all products in flipkart pay later option. Maximum 10000rs.
                My upcoming bill due Feb 10/ 2020.
                I will definitely not make the payment one pisa also.
                Iam ready to face any legal action with flipkart.
                My side have tru evidence. Definently court will help this regarding.

                  I have been ordered mi led smart tv on 20.11.2019 through bajaj finserv but before expected delivery date i. E.02.12.2019 it has been cancelled without notification to me and my first installment for that order has been deducted from my account of sbi on 02.01.2020.

                  Again i have been ordered mi led smart tv on 30.11.2019 through bajaj finserv but till expected delivery date i. E.13.12.2019 it has not been recieved by me. Therefore i have been contact with flip kart but no satisfaction reply was get to me and i have cancelled that order but my first installment for that order has been deducted from my account of sbi on 02.01.2020.

                  After this i have been contact with bajaj finserv official by mail then he will asked for "cancellation receipt" for both order.

                  Therefore i request you to kindly provide me "cancellation receipt" for both orders.

                      But in delivery packet i have been received 1 jeans.
                      The order id is - od[protected]
                      On[protected] i have raised complaint regarding return this package then the wishmaster is comes to pickup or then he called to his senior or told me that he will not take this return pickup and told me that you should give us mail by flipkart then only we will pick your order.
                      Then i call on flipkart customer care the flipkart executive told me that we will give you resolution on[protected] this is deadline time.
                      But not resolve my problem
                      After[protected] again i call on flipkart customer care then the ask me 2 days time mor to resolve my problem the time is extend[protected] but not resolve my problem yet
                      Then on[protected] flipkart executive call me that they will give me resolution on[protected] but when i call on flipkart today again the copy or paste that my complaint is on higher priority there team is working on this, they will give me call ect.
                      Please suggest me what can i do for this...

                        This is for your kind information that one shipment was supposed to be pickup at my place but unfortunately it was not pickup by pickup boy though i called him for the pickup but he started talking in bad manner. He used abusive language with me.

                        Find the below detail of sms received from ekart on january 3, 2020, time 10:48 am...

                        (Out for pickup: anand sarees printed f... With tracking id fmpr[protected] from flipkart.com, will be picked up before 9pm today by an ekart wish master (Call [protected], pin 189). Keep the product ready with all accessories and tags for verification.)

                        Such kind of behaviour not only decrease the value of your service but create a bad reputation of your product. I request you to take action over it as i have been very frustrated with all.

                        Please let me know the status of my complaint as early as possible.

                                I ordered a mobile from flipkart and after some time flipkart cancelled my order and then blocked my account saying that i am purchasing mobile for reselling and the account got blocked. I tried so many time to contact customer supports but every time they told that you ordered mobile to resell but that time i ordered mobile for my sel[censored]se because my old mobile was broken.

                                How can you say that i didn't ordered for my personal use by just observation. I ordered that device for my sel[censored]se you can check in my account that i purchased many things for flipkart just for personal use. You can't block just by saying on blind observation.

                                  Flipkart is not cancelling order with id od[protected] and they are torturing me saying its our policy but i, m only 6hrs late fron their policy, im also saying to replace the product but they r saying no i am ready to change my order with same seller they r saying no to it also what to do i want this order to cancel or replace with 6 seater sofa with same seller
                                  Plz help

                                    I received a payout of october, 2019 in the form of an electronic gift voucher from flipkart affiliate team with reference [protected]. They have deducted 20% tds in the final amount.

                                    As i have already provided my pan details, tds deduction was supposed to be 5% but they have deducted 20% tds.
                                    My net pay was rs 3, 354 but payout statement mentions it as rs 2 683 after 20% tds deduction.

                                    I have already written 5 emails to affiliate @flipkart.com & tried to contact at https://affiliate.flipkart.com/contact-us 4 times but i have not received a single response for either of these.

                                    I have also written email to cs-head @flipkart.com but still no response it received.

                                      Hi Team, I am arun kumar, and since 10 years i am flipkart customer. When i was trying to login in flipkart portal suddenly i was getting default error message "your filpkart account has been blocked please contact our customer support to fix this", after that i connected with customer care for this issue and explain the issue with support executive, but they were told me that they will forward my complain to respective team and they will reply me after 72 Hrs. but i didn't received any mail or call, then i called again to customer care for this issue but still they given me same response, we are forwarding you complain to respective team and they will reply within 72 Hrs. same this happen 5 times with me, but i didn't receive any mail or call, then they reply me the reason for account block "your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected irregularities in payment method used for this order" And i have checked from my side no order cancelled from my account and no irregular transaction done from my account. after that i connect with customer care for this mail and asked then which order has been cancelled from my account they are not able to answered me, and they told me again and again awe can't do anything, but they are not able to clear me, even i am not able to download my invoice also because of that i am unable to gets repair my product (room heater) which i was ordered some time back and it was in warranty period but last date is also exceeded for repairing, and i loss around 1300 rs, because o[censored]navailability of invoice. Also i told them please analysis the technical level might be technical team have done or software issue, because same issue facing most of the customer i have seen in social media also, but they are not agree with that and they just told me sorry. becuase their sorry word can not fill my loss of 1300 rs. After that i connected in social group "Flipkart page", they also told me that they will look at my issue and they will revert me after 72 hours, but no response from their side.

                                      @flipkart response again and again my order cancelled due to invailed transaction, thats y they have blocked my account,

                                      I want to know which order no you have cancelled, give me the order no, date of cancelled and transaction which is invalid.

                                      many times i have asked and they denied to respond me. Requesting you to help on priority.

                                        I have ordered 1 jecket on[protected] the cost of 3299 rupies.
                                        But in delivery packet i have been received 1 jeans.
                                        The order id is - od[protected]
                                        On[protected] i have raised complaint regarding return this package then the wishmaster is comes to pickup or then he called to his senior or told me that he will not take this return pickup and told me that you should give us mail by flipkart then only we will pick your order.
                                        Then i call on flipkart customer care the flipkart executive told me that we will give you resolution on[protected] this is deadline time.
                                        But not resolve my problem
                                        After[protected] again i call on flipkart customer care then the ask me 2 days time mor to resolve my problem the time is extend[protected] but not resolve my problem yet
                                        Then on[protected] flipkart executive call me that they will give me resolution on[protected] but when i call on flipkart today again the copy or paste that my complaint is on higher priority there team is working on this, they will give me call ect.
                                        Please suggest me what can i do for this...
