Hello, Flipkart worst shopping site,

I have raised 5 to 8 tickets to complete the installation process. but not done till now and saying the ### stories every time I call them.

This is lekha, i have ordered samsung smart tv 32inches, it supposed to be deliver by oct 18th 2019, i made a call to the customer care they are saying that to wait 24 to 48hrs, i spoked the flipkart supervisor he said we raised a ticket and escalated your issue to the higher authority, he gave a mail [protected]@flipkart.com which is not in use. I made call to omnitech seller mumbai number they said wrong number, how can you do this to people....

I have a complaint about flipkart company, i ordered a product of (Spacewood engineered wood bed from this company), my order has been on many issues, and i have already extended the return request several times but no resolution. The technicians are not able to resolve my issue and yet they do not take any action.
Please arrange a refund. And please stop this kind of bad service....

I place order on 29 sept 2019, its process on 4th oct 2019 and its get delivered on 7th oct but i received it son 10th when i raise the issue with flipkart. Finally i get package on 10th oct its ok, i feel happy.

I bought a mobile phone realme c2 from flipkart in 5399rupee during diwali sale. From the date of the request, i was trying to cancel my product. I had purchased mobile from flipkart twice under their exchange policy but both time, flipkart cancelled my orders saying exchange is not possible while i was satisfying all their exchange terms and conditions.

On 12 october 2019 i order a miss chase black jeans with red stripes but i got a wrong size delivered so i applied for exchange of the same with bigger size.

I got the exchange of that jeans on 28 october 2019 but than product was different stripes in jeans was replaced by red and blue colour so i decided to return the productbr...

I ordered a jeans but received a wrong product. I got a leggings.
Order was delivery to me on 1 nov 2019 and i placed the return request same day. I waited for 3 days and on 4th nov 2019 my refund was rejected

I want to return the product and want my refund but they are not accepting my return. They are ready to exchange the product but i want the refund only because i am getting better deal on other site for same product...
