On de 3 i bought adidas shoes from flipkart seller is retailnet, i am not satisfied with quality and accuracy band size is also large so i was returned it now flipkart not accepting my return request, i checked before purchasing that the product is under 30 days return/replacement guarantee, they are deliberately cheating, they are increase the time day by day now it has been 3 day still did not accepting.

    Fraud online company. I have ordered one bata shoe which has 30 days return policy but now they are saying below # things:
    Return cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item with the product being intact.

    In case you're in disagreement with the seller's decision, please share the below details as an attachment within 48 hours so we can look into this further and reach you.

    Proof of identity (Scanned copy/clear photo of any one of the following). Please ensure the details on the id card are same as on your flipkart [account/order]:

    Aadhaar card
    Pan card

    [incident: in[protected]] and orderid is od[protected]

    I urge people please not to buy a single product from fraud company like flipkart. Most of the products they sell are first copy or duplicate.
    Shame on you cheaters.

    Product is too old manufactured in 2017. White stincks on whole n bad odour

      I have ordered a sennheiser earphone on 1st of december, expected delivery date was 4th of december but still there is no updates on product, i have called there customer care 30+ times but everytime got same response that they have escalated the issue... Some of them even told me to cancel the order. They have also charged extra shipping amount but still no updates on my order.

        My flipkart account was suddenly blocked but i had my pay later bills due... I complained many times since my account is blocked i cannot pay the pay later bills... But now flipkart is sending my emails and telling that legal actions will be taken against me... But untill and unless the account is unblocked i cannot pay the bills. I even asked as to why my account was blocked to which customer support told mere technical issue. The customer support always assures the issue to be resolved but no results shown.

          I had got a mobile purchase from flipkart, inside it i got a protection plan of rs. 299, so my mobile camera has cracked.
          He is asking for β‚Ή 1000 extras from me, according to the processing fee, according to what he is asking, i want to know if i have the meaning of taking a protection plan.
          Why are people taking β‚Ή 1000 extra for taking money through protection scheme? Fooling everyone

            I received used and dirty american tourister duffel bag from flipkart.
            Now flipkart is not returning the used product since 8-9 days.
            I have raised return request 4 times and all time it got rejected without any reason.
            I have called so many times to flipkart customer care but they are simply giving excuses and asking me to wait.

              On 18th nov i got message that my order is packed and ready to ship and link was created to track my order. But that link was not genuine. On that link status was different than message.
              So i have contact consumer care flip kart. She said that yr order was delivered on mentioned date. But on that day i received a mail that there is a delay in dilivering your order. This is continued for last 3 times.

                I bought a v guard 10 liter storage water geyser (Pebble metallica, white, purple) vide order no. Od[protected] which was delivered to me on 30th oct 2019.in this matter due to my incomplete electric wiring, installation was delayed. The installation was finally done on 07th dec. 2019. After the installation was complete, the technician realized that a different colour other than the one that was booked was actually delivered (Color booked-purple color delivered – cherry) it is to be noted that the cherry color cost rs 500 less. Since 10 days had already passed from the delivery date return option was not possible.
                I had complain about the faulty packing. I received a call from your end and was assured to compensate by increasing the warranty period which however did not sound very logical to me. Till date i have not received any response regarding the issue.
                I would earnestly request you to take up the matter and resolve it within 7 days. Failing which i would be compelled to report the matter to the consumer affairs.
                Hope the matter is settled amicably.

                  See what flipkart is doing id ordered puma shoes during the sale was happy being a plus member i got to select the product at discounted price

                  A day after they delivered i was super happy but when i opened the pack see what i got

                  I got chemistry some brand with puma label on it for easy processing and stuff inside it was some other brand

                  I called customer care one lady answered sorry hopeless lady answered and said only refund is possible in this case as the product is not available and as per seller policy they won’t be able to give me replacement

                  I tols her i need the same product and not the refund on that she was playing a sort of recorded stuff i totally understand your concerns where she was not even bothered to resolve it i told her because of this i’ll cancel my whole order and abandon your services she was again repeating the same thing

                  I mean seriously at least don’t come up with this kind of offers if you cant fulfill

                      I ordered a mobile phone with old mobile phone exchange. My product was proper and satisfying every terms and condition for exchange. During the time of delivery, the person rejected product exchange without any specific reason. I demanded the reason for rejecting the product exchange in writing then also he denied. Even i mailed for the reason to flipkart, they also denied.

                      I paid the difference of amount on the same day because the new product was important to me. But i paid because their person rejected my product exchange without any reason.

                      Terms and conditions mentioned by flipkart, was not obeyed in proper way.

                        I have created flipkart account seven years back with a mobile number [protected]. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                        The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

                          I have ordered a shoe of nike on 2th December, and the delivery date was on 7th of December, but they still have not delivered it. Everyday i calling customer care but they asking to wait. And giving a new time. They promised to provide a resolution up to 11th December. Today is 12th. But still they have not provide any resolution. This is very unfortunate that the customer care service are not providing any help. Just asking to wait few more days. They are asking to cancel the order and purchase the same item from in higher range. This is very unfortunate that they provided a discount but not supplying the product.

                            I placed an order for IFB 9.5 kg Fully Automatic Top Load Grey having order id OD[protected] on 29/11/2019 which was deliverd to me on 6/12/2019 after a fake delivery attempt on 5/12/2019. Later on 6/12/2019 technicians from IFB came to our home for installation. After unpacking the same they found that the product is damaged and it was also having a old appearnce as like items availble on store on display.i raised the request for replacement on very same day. From that day i daily get fake assurance from flipkart's side. Till day no body came to pick up that damaged piece and to deliver the other one. Due to winter every single passing day is difficult for us without machine and they are just providing us a later date. At first they told us we will receive resolution by 10/12/19 then it became 12dec, after that it became 15 and now they are saying wait till 19/12/2019. Neither they are agreeing for a refund so that we can purchase it from somewhere else nor they are providing us a replacement. It is very difficult to wait till 19/12/2019. Please provide a early resolution.

                              I have joined flipkart affiliate programme i have successfully completed the condition and i have earned 3630/- approved payment, but gift amount was not transferred my mail or post to my address.

                              I have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programmes contact us page, but they have not replied to us.

                              They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. I am hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. I have worked very hard and now i am not getting my hard earned money.

                                I had made a transaction on flipkart of amount 9148 rs, the amount was deducted but
                                The order was not confirmed, flipkart suggested me to co-ordinate with bank for the
                                Same, i had co-ordinated with the bank, the bank has provided me the update that they
                                Have transferred the amount to flipkart & their was a request for emi convertion for
                                That amount to bank, the bank has suggested to followup with flipkart.

                                On 11th dec 2019 when i open the flipkart account to take followup the order/order id
                                Was missing from flipkart website, the executive says i am providing the wrong data,
                                They are not ready to listed even after told them that i had multiple mail followup
                                With flipkart executives, & escalation team & also the screenshot of the order.
                                I have co-ordinated multiple time for more then 2 hours with flipkart executive they
                                Provided wrong data (Mail id) & were not ready to transfer my call to escalation team
                                & nor to any management & finally they disconnected my call with out informing me &
                                With any resolution,

                                I am frustated with this, i am suffering from headace & health issue after
                                Followup with flipkart executives,

                                Kindly refund the amount & resolve the issue

                                    Their was a case going on with flipkart for a mobile from 31 september 2019, the amount was deducted from my account but flipkart says they haven't received the amount they suggested to follow up with bank,
                                    Today when i got update to follow up with flipkart,
                                    The order is missing from flipkart order list,
                                    The executive says there is no such order present

                                      Dear Team,

                                      I had ordered Iphone 8 on 05th December 2019. Got the mobile on 07th December 2019.

                                      But When I switched on the mobile i was shocked to saw the line on the display of iphone 8. Immediately than make a complaint at customer care on 07th December 2019.

                                      From 07 to till date I didn't get any resolution from flipkart, My return request has been rejected after 04 days today.

                                      Now I am clueless what to do. Again request you to kindly replace the mobile.

                                        Sir my account has been blocked i don't why maybe I hav ordered many products and returned them because i didn't liked them andthey didn't fits me now i m hav two parcel with me 1 i hav to return because it's really too small and 1 i appeal for smallersize i want to cancel my all orders and return that 2 parcel too and please solve my problem i want to cancel all the order and return the item which i am having and i want to know the reason behind blocking my account C
