I had ordered gvaas gold plated 3.5mm stereo female to 2 male headphone y-splitter 0.3 m headphone splitter on
13 nov 2019, order number od[protected]

I had done full payment of the products with my debit card
The products are not yet delivered still but reflecting on their website as delivered. I get a fake delivery confirmation over email & sms. I have managed inform customer care but they only assured me get it delivered and made me wait till 22 nov 2019. But i got no result.

Customer care even do not take a request to cancel the order and refund me my money.

I am deeply disappointed with the way flipkart has managed this order and
Been through mental trauma due to the several follow ups of assurement of resolve. The issue. They have bad courier service. And they showed my fake signature of delivery..

    I ordered side table on 9th nov 2019 with advance payment of inr 1, 799 over flipkart.com. I have not received my order yet. Since 11th nov 2019 there is no update over website where it is. Customer support team just doing false comittments to close the call. They also don't know where the product is. Comittments of customer support leads are also failed. They denied to even refund. Please help.

          My account got blocked in the month of may this year and the reason i got was that their system have noticed that i items i've purchase are not for personal use and i just ordered two power banks. After a month of calling and writing emails, they are replying same thing again and again but nit any solutions, they'll say that send them a mail and i did that too but only got the same reply that their system has noticed some unusual activity and that is the reason my account got blocked but no one is giving any solution and after trying 2-3 months they unblocked it, and now again have blocked it for no reason.

            I made payments two times from different accounts as the first one is not showing in flipkart app. The one which was not showing in flipkart app, didn't get refund yet.
            I reached the bank customer care but they said the transaction via gpay was
            Successful from their end and the paid money received by flipkart.
            I have attached the proof of two payments first one via gpay second one via phonepe. Also i have attached the bank statement proof of two successful payments.

                I had purchased a detox women blue heels from flip cart. For payment i have used 'pay later payment option'. When i received this product i put a return request due to quality and size issue. One flip kart agent also received this items from me so i did not pay for this items in pay latter.
                But those flip kart boys did not refund this product to lupine. When i talk with him he said our franchises with flip is not now. He returned this product to me after one month.
                I have 20 times raised complain to flip kart about this matter but they are not responding to solve my issue. Still product is kept near me for return but pay latter payment service has been added fine + fine on me.
                Please solve my issues and take action against flip kart.

                    Earlier raised complaints against flipkart is still not resolved but i don’t know why it is marked as resolved! This issue is still not resolved from flipkart side. Late fee has been charged on me despite multiple concerns raised at the very beginning when above issue was not resolved. I am getting daily call & messages to pay my flipkart bill that includes late fee as well. Why should i pay late fee when it’s totally irrelevant???

                        Sir respectfully i beg to state that i am karttik of state odisha) had ordered a phone named nubia redmagic 3s (Mecha silver, 128 gb) (8 gb ram) from flipkart. Whose order id is od[protected] which delivered in my location on 16th november. When i opened that package i came to see that the flipkart poly-thin was intact and the mobile cover was opened. And when i opened the seal of package i saw some of scratches on back panel of phone so i lodge a return of that product (1st time). But suddenly the seller had cancelled the return request and for the second time i had lodged the return request. But on 19 th of this month the replacement had cancelled by replying that order has cancelled for not providing id proof. At that time my mail id was incorrect. So i had not got any mail. So i changed my correct mail id to give the id proof and after i lodged different return request (3rd time) but suddenly the seller had cancelled the return. So for cancelling 3 number of return request i called customer care and explain all the matters and they had lodge return request (4th time) and told me to reply the adhar id proof and concern team will call me. And also i replayed on that mail id. On20 november at 4.30 i saw that i can not log in in my account and error message had shown that 'your account has been blocked' and i called customer care for details and they told me that hey have forwarded about this to concern team and the team will be get in touch with me on or before 23rd nov 4.30p. M. But today i got a mail from concern team that your account has been blocked due to much return request in that id. *sir now i got scratches /damage product and according to flipkart terms and condition product can be replace within 10 day of delivery of the product. But intentionally they had cancelled my return request 4times and also blocked my account. When i am calling to customer care they saying me they can not do any thing. Because account is blocked. And harassing me mentally since three days. 1. Why intentionally u have sent scratch/damage product to customer?? 2. Is it secondhand selling site?? If no why you have sent me used product?? 3. Sir due to scratches/damage of phone i had requested to return that phone for 4 times. Is my phone is not going under replacement policy though before blocking my account you had delivered my phone. Is it not covering return policy?? Please investigate carefully and give me refund i don't want product from your site. Also you have not the rights to keep me tension and mentally ill. If issue will not resolve within 7day i will go under the law, will advertise in my high growth facebook page and will publish this news in daily news paper and internet news article.

                          A50s mobile 48 megapixel camera but the camera quality is not of 8 even. The images are blurred. I called customer care and so pathetic customer service by ratikesh and saurabh was escalating it to area manager for refund/ replacement but i didn't get the area manager instead hear music for 1.5 hrs. My request to flipkart for the replacement. Phone is faulty. Trust me this phone is of no use for me. I don't want to waste my rs 23000. Please refund/ replace my phone

                            When i had called the customer support those # those nothing n simple be barking. Den said i had to wait for 3 days for someone to call. However no one called even after3 days...
                            My question now why the hell i have to wait?? I want an apology from flipkart for troubling a valued customer.
                            I need a compensation for wasting my time n efforts n to have an hassle experience with flipkart...

                            I want someone to calll me from flipkart n sort this with compensation...

                              I have ordered the product from flipkart. I got the date of receiving on 21 november 2019 but i did not get my product till now. On 20th november delivery boy called me one time, as i was in my college i wasn't able to receive but after that i call back him he just blocked my no. And within 1 hour i got the product delivery message and i have not received the product. I had complaint about that to the flipkart customer service no. But they did not took any step. Neither they refund my money nor the send my product again. It is just a fake site and worst employees are working over there. I really had worst experience and i'm very much upset with that behavior.
                              Kindly please take strict action. And please let me get my money back i don't want product anymore. Thank you!!

                                My flipkart account has been blocked. I have some issue with my last order. As the tracksuit have some chain problem. I have attached the photo of that also but they cancelled the return and blocked my account. Its not fair. I have mailed and called multiple time but i don't get any solution. There are pay later amount is due, needs to be paid soon as they have rejected the return. This not my fault, i tried to contact flipkart customer care but they have bot done anything. Please unblock the account before 8 th december so that i can return the product and also i have to pay 900 amount in the flipkart pay later. If you impose any changes i will not bound to pay that. As there is not fault form me. I don't able to open the account from last 10 day.

I have arisen to return the item for 5-6 times, and my return has been canceled by saying that unusual cancel is found in my account. There is no usual cancel in my account. I have ordered some items for my home. But by mistake, I put my hostel address. After 2-3 days, I found my mistake. But there is no way to change the address as the items were already sip to the corresponding address. I made contact with customer support, and they told me that they are not able to change the address as the order already shipped. So they advised me to cancel the items. At that time, 4-5 orders are canceled.

                                  I have raised so many complain about my product redmi note 7s but neither deliver by flipkart nor my product amount 9999/- refund. I have made so many calls and mail to flipkart team but all him customer support unable to solve issue. They are just told to wait for 24hr. But after 24hr issue remains same. I have suffering from more than one and half month. But no resolution provided by flipkart. I have given them bank account also for refund my amount and close matter but they are not doing anything..
                                  I hope consumer support will help me for this issue.

                                    On 6th on october, i have raised complaint regarding replacement but flipkart keeps on cancelig my request by giving sily resons which are even their fault not mine.
                                    Some times their engineer didnot visit to review and made a fake update an even after calling did not do anything
                                    2 times his wishmaster didnot pick my product to replace
                                    Flipkart executives didnot help me in any manner, they just make my compaint forwaded and give me time of 4-5 days
                                    These guys are just passing time as more that one and half month passed
                                    The are just cancelling my request and when i make a call these guys then place an another one
                                    But as it is 22nd of november now, my problem is still not resolved

I calling daily flipkart but not help me. I wast many times on calling. So i am refund aigest wast my time.                                         I have around rs 8, 035 of approved payments in my flipkart affiliate account. But have received no payments for the past 4-5 months. The flipkart affiliate team has never sent me a single mail and neither have they replied to the several feedbacks that i have sent them regarding the same issue.
