I have got delivered bosch dishwasher on[protected] by flipkart and nobody cared for installation services till this moment. This situation and negligence at service, pushed me to go for legal action and make complaint against flipkart, who is responsible for this.
I am attaching the files with regard to purchase of product. Please take necessary action to resolve this issue.

    I have ordered two tablemate total amount of package is rs.939/-
    When i got the package nd opened it there was only one table mate was availabled in box. It’s was a combined package of both product delivery guy collect full amount rs. 939/-
    When i complaint about this missing product. Customer care told me to return the product with in 2-3 days ur amount will be reflect.
    Next day pickup guy came nd collect the product. Only one amount have been reflect in my bank account another product was declined. Again i called customer care they said return again. It’s came by combined package. But how they sent return separate. Now i don’t have any product available to return. How they will refund my money again. This is open fuard job by flipkart.
    I’m not gonna leave this easily. It’s open cheats. They gonna repay for this. Whoever founder of flipkart binny bansal, sachin bansal ceo of flipkart kalyan

      Hello,

      I have an approved affiliate commision around rs.3500 in my account from more than last 2 months. Now, there is total rs.7020 approved affiliate commission in my account. I have also verified my pan and address proof. I have selected gift voucher as payment mode.in this mode, threshold amount is rs.2500 and as per flipkart rules, approved commission is paid within 60 days of valid product delivery. So, i should get paid yet. I have also write to flipkart many times on their mail ([protected]@flipkart.com
      ) but they have not responded to that. Plese, check the matter and solve it as soon as possible. If, i have to take any step, inform me as well.

      What is this ? I can't see the email id you have mentioned. Again, I have mentioned in my complain that I have already wrote on [protected]@flipkart.com for many times. I have not got any respond from their. So, please check the matter and solve by your side. If required, tell you affiliate support team by your side. I know, affilitae team will not reply to my mail. So, please solve it by your side.

        Hello Recently,

        I had purchased Flipkart voucher from added around 1k later i was not able to use my account and my amount was held within in since i was not able to login.

        later when I contacted Flipkart they say this :

        We tried to get in touch with you on 78XXXXXX to discuss the issue about your Gift Card details (Gift Card No: {6000XXXXXXX}) on Flipkart account but could not reach you.

        We see that this Gift Card was not purchased using your email address [protected]@gmail.com. Please contact the original buyer of this Gift Card so they can help you out with refund of the Gift Card.

        later When i contacted the original buyer they say the following

        Hi M,

        Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you, please note, since the voucher was successfully applied on your last order however the Flipkart account is blocked by Flipkart
        Hence we suggest you confirm the same with the Flipkart.
        We personally thank you for your patience and cooperation.

            I know that you people reserve the right! But there was no intention to fraud to avail benefits. You can even notice from the account history. Those were two separate accounts with separate multiple orders. Therefore, I request you to kindly unblock our gamezone, if not, please forward my complaint to some higher authority and if not, please tell me that when will my game zone be unblocked!

              With deep regret i would like to state that three items were placed for order on 01.11.19 vide order no. Od[protected] scheduled for delivery one of three order on 05 the november and remaining two orders on 07.11.19, in my office address at 21 a sadananda road, kol 26, but the same is not delivered and surprisingly it is observed just now that the same is cancelled. Full amount was paid on the date of placing the order on 01.11.19. I feel such defrauding activities should be immediately arrested and such concerns should be banned. Please note that the order were placed for gifting someone. Such type of activities from flipkart cancelling my order as per their whims, has hampered my prestige and status. Please also note that from 05 november to till date i had a talk with their customer care four times through toll free no. [protected] and in every occasion, they promised for delivery by sending my complain to their higher authorities, but yielded negative result.
              Please arrange to make discreet inquiry for the same so that no customer suffers such painful situation.

                Actually, my flipkart account has been blocked by flipkart without any reason and also ordered a phone in that account which is not delivered yet and also their delivery date was already been passed so i talked with executive and he said to me your phone is delivered by today and after sometime of this conversation, my account is blocked.

                  I ordered a phone last month on 16th October which was initially suppose to deliver on 24th Oct and later date was changed to 31st October but I still haven't receive the product .I called customer service multiple times for an update but everytime I get the robotic answer that team will get back to you in 24-48 hours and I am getting the same answer since last 10 days . I don't have any update where is my product and when it will be delivered. It was a prepaid order these is how you treat customer . App page is still showing delivery date as 31st October which is not updated as well . I am not sure if you are delivering from different planet or what so it is taking so much time and most funny thing is ur team is not able to get a update on this . Please take this request seriously otherwise I will have no option then going to consumer court and file a complaint about it . Below is my order Id and registered id-

What is this ?? can't i buy for anyone infact i also need many things for me and for friends and thus collect supercoins though. What is my condition after so much supercoins collection you can just imagine. Few coins away from purchasing a gift card worth 3000 .### very bad service.                       I have ordered Redmi 7S mobile on 4th oct 2019, expected delivery date was 10th oct 2019, as per the delivery status product was out for delviery on 10th oct 2019, after that till today i.e. 8th Nov 2019 not received the product.. esculated multiple time, still no resolution, when ever i call people are advising me to cancel the order, i purchased the product for 8999, if i cancel and reorder, now i need to pay 11999 for same mobile, so after waiting for 1 month for delivery, i need to pay 3000 extra to purchage again.

                      Please help me to resolve the issue, flipkart is not bothered about my product, each and every time i am only following up, not received any call related to my delivery complaint.

                            I have ordered redmi note 7s mobile through Flipkart by 9999/-INR, on 4th oct they placed it to flashstar commerce seller.
                            Till date neither I have received my product nor they refund my amount.
                            I have complained several times to Flipkart but no solution provided. They are just told for wait, I have already waited from more than one month.

                            My issue not solved till today (18/11/2019). Neither my product delivered nor my account refunded by flipkart. Same they are passing date by date. Only they says wait for 24hr and after 24hr problem remains same. I have given them option to add my whole amount to flipkart account as a gift card and close matter but no response by them.i have ordered on 4th oct now it's 45 days passed but no resolution provided by flipkart.

                            Kindly do the needful. As neither any action taken by flipkart. I am suffering from last one and half month. I want my 9999/- refund against my order. But they neither provide product nor amount refund.. Flipkart is not a trusted e-commerce company for buy product. They do not think about trouble of customer facing for his own money.

                                I Have placed my order for Realme XT on 31st Oct .. while ordering it was showing that product will be delivered to my pin code by 3rd nov.
                                Today is 8th of Nov But still product is not delivered to my home address yet.
                                I called and chatur with customer care but they just repeating the same thing that we have already forwarded the complaint with concern team and they are working on it .. but not providing any exact date for delivery .. one of her representative told me that my address is incorrect and I need to cancel and reorder it .. after waiting for 10 days they are now telling me to cancel it ... Also the customer service is really pathetic. They always tends to hung up the call i[censored] ask questions to them.

                                I really started Hating flipkart from my this experience.

                                  I ordered real me x phone on the date of september 18th... As the order failed transaction is sucessful. I lost my money i complained in the sbi bank also bank people said that amount was sucessfully transfered to merchant... Flip kart confirmed to them... Flipkart replying me we not recieved the amount... And they have taken order details from the website i have all proofs from flipkart website and from bank... I want my money back as i needed them rupees 20474 debited from account... Credited to flipkart

                                    I ordered one philips men trimmer cost of 1299/- on 29th october 2019. When i checked its delivery status it was mentioned that it is already delivered on 31 oct. It was shocking it was showing delivered and i still not received it. I immediately call to customer care they were asking me to wait for 24 hrs. After 24 hrs i again call them but same response. I am worried about it because said amount has already been deducted from my account. Not received this items. I already complain about it many times but flipkart still couldn't sort out my problem.

                                      I purchased iphone 11 from flipkart & seller is supercomputernet. I want separate details for buyer & consignee on the invoice. Flipkart has said bill issued & they cannot do it. Bill was dated nov 7, 2019 at 1201 am & i asked for this on november 7, 2019 at 6am. They denied they cannot do anything as bill made. I am losing gst credit worth rs 8300 due to this. This shows their approach.

                                        Refund amount rs4999/ from flipkart - not credited to my account (Icici)

                                        Order date: 22nd oct
                                        Payment: paid from saving a/c
                                        Delivery dt: supposed to be on 26th oct (As per their tracking)

                                        But on 26th oct the product was not delivered and revised delivery date changed to 2nd nov and again product not delivered

                                        Tried many ways to reach flipkart and sought help from them, they are helpless and rather useless i would say

                                        At last they have suggested me to cancel the product

                                        Order cancelled date: 4th nov
                                        Refund processed date: 4th nov
                                        Refund date: 6th nov (Transaction reference id : [protected] given by flipkart), but yet to see refund into my account

                                        When i reach bank today, they say they do not recognize transaction reference no. I am really disappointed with the way flipkart played with me
