Hi Team,
I have ordered Redmi 7S mobile on 4th oct 2019, expected delivery date was 10th oct 2019, as per the delivery status product was out for delviery on 10th oct 2019, after that till today i.e. 8th Nov 2019 not received the product.. esculated multiple time, still no resolution, when ever i call people are advising me to cancel the order, i purchased the product for 8999, if i cancel and reorder, now i need to pay 11999 for same mobile, so after waiting for 1 month for delivery, i need to pay 3000 extra to purchage again.
Please help me to resolve the issue, flipkart is not bothered about my product, each and every time i am only following up, not received any call related to my delivery complaint.

We are sorry to let you know that your order for Redmi Note 7S (Sapphire Blue, 64 GB) has been canceled due to unforeseen reasons. We request you to place a fresh order. However, the seller has completed the refund on 11 Nov 19 and it should have been reflected by now. Hence, closing the complaint from our end. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
My issue not solved till today (18/11/2019). Neither my product delivered nor my account refunded by flipkart. Same they are passing date by date. Only they says wait for 24hr and after 24hr problem remains same. I have given them option to add my whole amount to flipkart account as a gift card and close matter but no response by them.i have ordered on 4th oct now it's 45 days passed but no resolution provided by flipkart.
Kindly do the needful. As neither any action taken by flipkart. I am suffering from last one and half month. I want my 9999/- refund against my order. But they neither provide product nor amount refund.. Flipkart is not a trusted e-commerce company for buy product. They do not think about trouble of customer facing for his own money.
