Iam writing this for 3rd time about my concern since my problem is not solved from the reputed firm like flipkart. It is very unfortunate to say that the response from customer support of flipkart is very poor (Am saying since i experienced it). Every time you people say 'your problem will be solved and please rate our conversation'.. I dont know for what purpose, we should rate..
Let me explain again my problem.. I have won several times in flipkart games during the months of september-19 and october-19. To be specific, i won 14 times '50 super coins' (Total =700 supercoins) and 'boat headset'. You were saying that the prizes will be given after a period of one month and waited. Meanwhile flipkart blocked my account from playing. I contacted several times (Almost 10-15 times both via telephone and via message. Please check history).
Every customer care executive say that the prizes will be credited within some days.. You just wait.. And lastly one person said that the date is november 15.. I waited and waited but the prizes didn't credit till now (16th nov).
Now, i wonder whether flipkart like a reputed firm/brand is conducting a scam through gamezone, because many of the winners through online had complained that their account has also been blocked after winning big prizes. Flipkart says 'they reserve the right to do anything'.
I request flipkart to resolve my problem and credit these small prizes if you are ready to give the prizes which you show as 'game prizes', otherwise please remove the game zone from flipkart.
Please note that amazon is also conducting games and there system is very transparent (At the end of the month they publish the winners and inform via email and phone and credit their prizes, while flipkart publish the result as soon as the game ends, but never credit at the said time.)
I am also attaching some of the proofs of prizes which i have won. Now, please don't say that my account details are not with your database.

I expect a speedy and positive action at your end (After these 3 months). Please credit these prizes at the earliest and unblock by gamezone access. If i am not getting solution, iam ready to go to consumer court with all related documents to reveal what is going on in these online games of flipkart.
