This is in relation to order id od[protected]Screenshot attached) placed on october 2, 2019 (Flipkart homes wardrobe) for which i have paid rs. 12366 on the same date. The order was delivered to my premise on october 16, 2019. From october 17, 2019 to october 25, 2019 we have made call to jeeves/flipkart customer service team on daily basis requesting the installation of the wardrobe, however what we got was just false commitments and nothing else. No service installation attempt was made at all. Every day from october 17, 2019 to till date, i have wasted 45 mins/day speaking to your flipkart customer care.
On october 26, 2019 i made it clear that installation of the same shall not be done and i will go for refund only as i had waited for more than stipulated time and an inordinate delay of installation time had already passed. Your customer care team has been confirming to me every day since october 26, 2019 that return pickup shall be completed within next 24 hours and refund shall be processed post pickup of the cargo.
Finally, on november 2, 2019, your floor manager by name of aditya narayan, has confirmed that pickup shall be done within next 24 hours and provided us with the complaint no. - in[protected]. Also, i had informed him, based on his confirmation of return pickup, we are placing fresh order with amazon for the wardrobe and he agreed that the pickup shall be done within 24 hours surely.
Now, still return pick up as on date is not done and my amazon cargo is expected to reach to me tomorrow. Please note i do not have space to accomodate both the wardrobes cargos and have to dispose the flipkart goods if not picked up within tomorrow eod. Hence, let me know whether you interested to take the product back or not and by when my money shall be refunded back to me. If refund is got provided to me within next 24 hours, we shall be bound to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against your company at your own sole costs.
Meanwhile writing to this email, i got call from [protected] asking why i has raised complaint against flipkart homes product and used dirty slang language which is not at all accepted. If stringent action is not taken and i do not get an apology from the concerned flipkart staff on personal basis, be rest assured we shall take this matter to the courts. We have recorded the call for our records.

If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.
