Its 2nd time happened with me. First we was troubled to get order i ordered product on big billion day 3rd of oct that product didn't got as of month end of october your cc team told to cancelled this order and place new order (With high price your cc team told to me we refund to you difference amount). We do this same as per your cc team told to me. Then second new order we received on 11 nov we open it and seen its totally broken... I
Want to return/replacement and refund my difference amount of this product
Within 2 days in any how. You are not take responsibility of customers. You
Take right action with me otherwise we are looking forward.

    I ordered product from flipkart. The order name is - bajaj 3 jar pluto 500w mixer grinder. I track the product then the product is near me on 6/11/2019 but not delivered. The expected date is 11/nov/ 2019 is over. And the delivery man doesn't upload the delivery updates and reason. Why is so product late?

      मैंने दिनाँक 24/10/2019 को vivo z1pro कीमत 15990/-, ऑर्डर नंबर - od[protected] किया, 31/10/2019 को delever हुआ परंतु मोबाइल dead, कलर sonic blue ना होकर सिर्फ ब्लू तथा चार्जर पॉइंट के बगल में damage था जब मैंने flipkart मे इसका रिटर्न बनाया तो तीनों का अलग अलग ऑप्शन था फिर मैंने damage का रिटर्न बना दिया, जब curiar boy mobile return pickup करने आया तो उन्होने मोबाइल pickup नहीं किया उनका कहना था कि जब मोबाइल on नहीं हो रहा है तो मैं कैसे जानूगा की ये vivo का कोन सा सेट है फिर मुझे रिटर्न cancel करना पड़ा, इसकी शिकायत जब flipkart custamber care को किया तो रिटर्न मे उन्होंने कुछ ऐसा लिख दिया मानो कि वो मोबाइल नहीं बल्कि कुछ और है, इस तरह मेरा रिटर्न सेलर ने 4 बार cancel किया, आज मैंने एक बार फिर रिटर्न बनाया हू different model, different color, dead, and damage इसके अलावा मैंने national counsumer grievance मे शिकायत दर्ज किया हू जिसका camplain no-1728480 है, flipkart बहुत ही धोखाधरि का काम कर रहा है, जब औकात नहीं है समान सही देने का तो क्यूँ duplicate समान बेचते हो, अब यदि मेरा रिटर्न और replacement नहीं हुआ तो मैं सीधे flipkart के managing director पर केस करूंगा, इन्होने मेरा 15990/- का ठगी किया है! आज जब मैंने फिर flipkart custamber care से बात किया तो उन्होंने कहा कि आपका रिटर्न request गलत raise है फिर cancel कीजिये क्युकी इसमे different colour लिखा, इतना madrchod है कुछ कहने का बात नहीं, पुराने समान को नया कवर लगा के बेचता है, flipkart एक कुत्तों की कंपनी है,

        Respected sir/madam

        I bought a game grand theft auto v on 3 november 2019. I received the item on 11 november 2019. I received an empty box with a small piece of paper mentioning a whatsapp number and an email id asking me to contact that... When i contacted, the seller sent me a link for file and asked me to download that, after downloading i realised that the file is a pirated version of the game and not the original. Also as per the seller description the game should be online playable but i was not able to do so. When i asked the seller via the same whatsapp number as to why am i not able to play online and i confronted him, he threatened me and my family (Attached is whatsapp conversation). When i contacted flipkart they say they cant help because the product is not eligible for return... They are using some loopholes to not honour a promise to a customer and are showing no intention of doing so.

        I humbly request you to take action on flipkart and the seller and force to compensate me for the loss incurred to me. It gives me great pain to see my hard earned money is being stolen.

After this they confirmed my return request and luckily technician came on 6th of november and found...

          I have purchased a product in flipkart through flipkart pay later, i have received damaged product and i opted for return, flipkart executive collected the return and hasn't updated the records. Because of their fault they are asking me to pay the dues, i have raised 10 complaints in customer care and they close without resolution. I have never seen such a poor response, not sure when flip kart will learn from amazon in serving the customer.

            After lying on their website about delivery and refusing to allow me to review because it does not meet their standards and also not replying to or acknowledging any of my complaints sent via e-mail, i have now got this pathetic reply from flipkart.

            I want (1) a written reply that i can keep on record not a telephonic conversation (2) proof of delivery because flipkart - on their website - has claimed to deliver the product which i have not received. Give me proof of delivery or refund the money so i can give my business to a professional and honest seller/ intermediary.

              I purchased phone 1 month back and after 2 days phone was auto updated and thus it was changed to download mode and, i am unable to use it and nor any strict actions are taken by flipkart. Please replace or refund my money till 16th of nov

              After multiple times co-ordinating with customer executives still no proper solution is provided. From last 1 month regular contact is made with flipkart regarding replacement or refund but they are not acting serious towards this issue.

Now tell me without opening the acount how can i pay?? I have contacted flipkart on their helpline no. Also send them various emails regarding it. But haven't got any kind of reply from their side! I have purchased so many things from flipkart. Now for 4000rs how can they harass the customers like this way?? Now flipkart is telling that they will go legal for[protected]rs! Is it a joke?? They blocked my account they aren't assisting me so how can i pay the amount without opening my id?

                      I have purchased product from flipkart on 31st of Oct thru Gift card
                      Order ID is OD[protected]

                      Order on 31st - order approved by seller on same day. Post using my amount for personal purpose cancel the order after 7 days on 6th Nov.

                      Post that just communicating that the refund is process check your wallet but couldnot find any refund the wallet

                      Flipkart is not supporting and not giving my balance back

                      If the seller take such amount from say 100 people with product value of 6000 can have 6lakh a day for lend earn interest and cancel the order ... flipkart doesnt do anything to seller is just earning interest and we poor people are suffering to get out refund back

                      I am sure even flipkart company people are envolved in same as they must be getting commission from the seller on earned interest

                      Order ID already mentioned flipkart can check complete details basis my order ID

                        Flipkart has told me that it will take legal action against me for not being able to clear my paylater due. The reason I am unable to is that they have been showing the wrong amount. The actual amount should be 777. And they have added another 763. The item that was ordered worth 763 has been returned to origin through Myntra but due to some glitch in either of the companies, my Paylater has not been updated. I have called both the companies but to no avail

                        I have been forced to pay an extra amount of 800 as flipkart paylater because I have been threatened by flipkart that they would take legal action. Yet there has been no initiative to process refund or provide any resolution from their end. As you can see the amount of 763 has not been adjusted.

                            I was very happy at the tym of placing the order but when the installation person came and told me I will need to buy a booster pump which will cost me 1700 I was stocked.there is a mentioned in the web site any extra accessories will be chageble that is completely understandable but buy a booster pump cost 1700 i can't count as accessory .That is a product which is selling along with it .I already paid 8200rs so now I can't afford to pay 1700 more .if booster is require with the pureit then it should be inbuilt feature .

                              I had a flipkart paylater payment due for the month of september of 2001 rs. I paid it on 10th of october. But due to some problems in the app it was not updated till 11th oct. It was again showing the popup of due payment. So i thought that the payment i did on 10th was unsuccessful. So i clicked the link of payment from flipkart app and paid tha amount again. But later i came to know that both the payments were successful.
                              I have been following up with the customer care executive since last 30 days. The resolution is not provided yet. I'm very disappointed with the services of flipkart. Please give me the refund asap.

                                My flipkart online account has been deactivated/ blocked from past 2 months. I have contacted and requested flipkart multiple times through calls and mails to unblock my flipkart account that has been frozen but i always got same reply that my account is deactivated because i made high number of returns and my mails kept bouncung back. This is really creating great difficulties for me to make online purchases being a mother of a small 2 yrs baby and living in joint family to meet everyone needs.

                                I reached out to flipkart and explaied them multiple times reasons of so many returns and also assured that i will tltry keep it minimal but everytime i was assured a posutibe resolution but later disappointed when it remained unresolved after waiting long tine. Flipkart is not interested in reopening my account.

                                I have been a dedicated flipkart customer from 7 years now since flipkart started. Our mobile phones, other home electronics, clothes and grocery we highly depend on your online platform. Being living in a joint family i need to take care of the needs of my parents and other members.

                                Recently, other members of family has also started using my flipkart account to make purchases. And hence, i belive naturally the number of orders and returns might been increasingly high lately. Am sure i have given good amount of business already to flipkart and that cannot be overlooked at.

                                Another reason of my returns being eventually high is flipkart itself. Due to increasing number of sellers in the platform selling sub standard products and the customer is forced to return it. Multiple times i hav been sent wrong broken, missing and different product than mentioned.

                                There are endless reasons why eventually there are increasing returns from my end. I can not recall all incidents and keep mentioning to flipkart again and again wasting my time and efforts.

                                However, i tried assuring them that we will try to keep the returns minimal from our end. Still there was no resolution from their end as promised. Our family is too much relied on online platforms. And flipkart being the most used one amongst all as it offers a widest range of products at reasonable prices.

                                Being a genuine customer i am frustrated and tired of making so many requests to unblock my account contonously frm last 2 months. I feel am true and not faulty, my returns being on genuine grounds. I have always paid my dues timely. And i need my account for all the bills of electronics and phones that i've purchased.

                                There is another pending due pyament that i really want to pay but unable to as am unable to login into my account. I called flipkart for that but they just gave me another date of resolution as they've always been doing. I should not be held faulty or responsible for not paying dues as am genuine and true and always tried reaching out.

                                Despite of raising multiple requests for activting my blocked account by calling customer care and writing mails i've been never got a positive resolution after committing. So finally disappounted, am filing my complaint here with an exepectaion that i wont' be disappointed again and the matter will be sorted soon.

                                  Actually the problem was from 2 weeks. 700150 in this pin code 2 weeks age the flipkart will deliver each and every thing from first. in this pin code -700150 flipkart was started first delivery before amazon, myntra others etc. in this locality. this problem was started from last 2 weeks and it really a big problem for us. please kindly help us. I am requesting to flipkart please kindly help me out and please start a normal delivery process as before then we will be thankful to u guys.

                                      I had ordered a samsung 9 kg fully automatic top load with model number wa90j5730ss/yl. The total cost of the product is rs. 29, 347/-. My complaint is that while choosing the payment option at the time of booking the product, the payment mode i selected was 'no cost emi' in indusind bank. My concern is that now i have received the bill for the month of november and my emi is rs. 2660.27/-. As per the bill statement the bank has charged 12% of rate of interest which is against the norm 'no cost emi'. Kindly resolve my problem at the earliest.
