I had bought the above mentioned speaker from flipkart on 12th November 2019; they delivered a used and damaged product (THE DUST CAP OF THE SPEAKER WAS DAMAGED, the package of the 2 accessary cables were missing, the main cover was torn, the instructions-leaflet also was missing) And most importantly the product was of a different RMS power from that mentioned on the site. It also had bluetooth pairing issues. When I submitted a review citing these issues and the ways to overcome the pairing issues, they rejected it saying that it is ‘against their internal guidelines’. However a replacement was delivered on 16th November

I am also attaching the mail showing rejection of my review. I want Flipkart to remove the fake specification of the product (20W) from the site. And also would like to publish my review as it will definitely help the customers with pairing issues.

    Hi, i'm abani, i ordered this item from flipkart. That product supposed to deliver by sun, nov 17 but still, i didn't get my product. And the main concern is their delivery agent is not picking up my call, i've called him almost 35-40 call. It was a very bad service from flipkart. Please give more priorities to this, otherwise, i'll make a consumer case on you guy's.

      Hi Admin,

      I ordered one Nike shoe price of 3146 rupees from Flipkart on 21 Oct 2019 and made my transaction through SBI VISA Debit card. I returned the product on 1 Nov 2019 and they refund the amount on 8 Nov 2019. They asked me to till 11 Nov. Today is 18 Nov 2019 Still i didn't received the amount. More than 40 times i follow up with Flipkart but they are asking to contact to bank. I contacted with my bank but they told no they could not do anything as because any details for this transaction is not displayed to my bank account. I told to flipkart this is my situation but they simply telling you have to follow up with your bank only we cannot do anything from flipkart side. I tried to dispute against my bank but the ARN(Reference) number which is given to me by Flipkart that is invalid. I sent one mail along with screenshot that i was unable to put dispute as the number was invalid. For raising any dispute to SBI - Txn Id/UTR No. is mandatory. I asked the number but they simply told we cannot provide other details. Flipkart representative they harassed me like anything. Please help me to resolve the issue. All I want to get my money back.

        I have ordered rawpockets large pvc stickers 3 nos on 11.10.2019. by cod. received on27.10.2019 and paid rs.179*3=537/-. after opening the box i found only one in the box and call the customer care. they told me balance will be arrived soon. i received another one parcel 03.11.2019. i opened it also found only one. so called the customer care immediately after receiving the pacel and informed them. one of the customer care executive who attened my call promised me to refund the amount and confirmed my account number with an otp. i haven't yet received anything. so i called the customer care once again. they told me it's their company policy. anything will be claimed only within 10 days. so we were unable to help you.

        so please help me to get the money refund or the product.

          had ordered washing machine on 20 th October ..it was to be delivered on 4 th nov but today on 17 November i am still waiting..In the meantime there has been rise in price of the product and i have suffered alot...
          I need same washing machine on same price and additional compensation for the hardship i suffered .I kept waiting at my home for last 8 days as i jeed to be at my home to pickup the product..
          In the meantime I had to go through salary loss plus have suffered loss of trust from flipkart as they shifted the dates thrice...
          In the same context i need compensation of 2000 plus my washing machine at the price i ordered else i will be file a complain regarding it to consumers forum if i denied either of them.
          Details of the order is attached below.plz any authority below the rank of Manager need not to call me as i had already attended 50 such calls from your useless representative. I have wrote atleast 10 days for the resolution.

              I cannot play game in flipkart gamezone for along time. Whenever i entered flipkart gamezone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'. I started to get this error message after assessing the game zone with different accounts from same phone because of my one mobile in service centre. But it didn't resolved... Please fix it and unblock it.

                    I had ordered the captioned product from flipkart, however due size difference i requested for return pick up and refund, since i has already ordered the shoes with correct size. Despite multiple return pick up no one turned up to pick up the order, i was forced to make the payment withg the assurance that the amount would be refunded, now neither the product is getting picked up nor the amount is refunded. The product is of no use to us, since it is larger in size.

                    U guys are clueless and wont even check before reverting back. The refund amount was rs. 449 which was for another product (Denil women brown bellies) and not for shezone bellies worth rs.499 (Please check the amount properly). Do you think any seller will initiate refund without even getting the return pick up done (Simple common sense).

                    There were multiple return pick up request raised by your call centre executives post 09th october. If the refund has been done prior to that why do they have re initiate the request? Why do i have to call you multiple times for this refund?

                    Please have a through check before reverting and do not close the case as resolved, since i would be forced to visit the bangalore flipkart office.

                          I ordered mi trimmer from flipkart (Order id:od[protected] and they promised me to deliver about 13th november, but product is not delivered till 18th november.

                          I have complaint to their customer care the every time tell me wait till 7 pm product is out for delivery, i waited 5 days their delivery boy didn't call me single time.

                          Their customer care executive told me that product is deliver 100% we are following to delivery partner..

                          But 19th november 2019 morning i got messege that my product is cancelled as our courier partner was unable to deliver your address.
                          How can they cancell my order like that way if my address is unreachable then they has to be tell me before that but how can they cancell my order after 5 days telling me that it is delivered today

                            Being a physiccally challenged person (Polio person), i used a boot type of shoes on my callipers which is used on calliper.

                            But the flipkart vendor selling me a fake product which is different from original shoes. This is not good for my self. Its very difficult for me to running on this shoes so i want a compensation.

                              9 वां बार flipkart ने मेरा रिटर्न cancel किया, और फिर मैं return request किया, अरे भाई औकात नहीं है मोबाइल रिटर्न करने का तो फाइनल बता दो और अब मैं flipkart के खिलाफ़ मीडिया मे धोखाधड़ी का mater बताऊँगा! मैंने दिनाँक 24/10/2019 को vivo z1pro कीमत 15990/-, ऑर्डर नंबर - OD[protected] किया, 31/10/2019 को delever हुआ परंतु मोबाइल dead, कलर sonic blue ना होकर सिर्फ ब्लू तथा चार्जर पॉइंट के बगल में damage था जब मैंने flipkart मे इसका रिटर्न बनाया तो तीनों का अलग अलग ऑप्शन था फिर मैंने damage का रिटर्न बना दिया, जब curiar boy mobile return pickup करने आया तो उन्होने मोबाइल pickup नहीं किया उनका कहना था कि जब मोबाइल on नहीं हो रहा है तो मैं कैसे जानूगा की ये vivo का कोन सा सेट है फिर मुझे रिटर्न cancel करना पड़ा, इसकी शिकायत जब flipkart custamber care को किया तो रिटर्न मे उन्होंने कुछ ऐसा लिख दिया मानो कि वो मोबाइल नहीं बल्कि कुछ और है, इस तरह मेरा रिटर्न सेलर ने 4 बार cancel किया, आज मैंने एक बार फिर रिटर्न बनाया हू different model, different color, dead, and damage इसके अलावा मैंने national counsumer grievance मे शिकायत दर्ज किया हू जिसका camplain no-1728480 है, Flipkart बहुत ही धोखाधरि का काम कर रहा है, जब औकात नहीं है समान सही देने का तो क्यूँ duplicate समान बेचते हो, अब यदि मेरा रिटर्न और replacement नहीं हुआ तो मैं सीधे Flipkart के managing director पर केस करूंगा, इन्होने मेरा 15990/- का ठगी किया है! आज जब मैंने फिर flipkart custamber care से बात किया तो उन्होंने कहा कि आपका रिटर्न request गलत raise है फिर cancel कीजिये क्युकी इसमे different colour लिखा, इतना madrchod है कुछ कहने का बात नहीं, पुराने समान को नया कवर लगा के बेचता है, Flipkart एक कुत्तों की कंपनी है,

                              फिर आज 7 वां बार flipkart ने मेरा रिटर्न cancel किया, और फिर मैं return request किया, अरे भाई औकात नहीं है मोबाइल रिटर्न करने का तो फाइनल बता दो और अब मैं flipkart के खिलाफ़ मीडिया मे धोखाधड़ी का mater बताऊँगा! मैंने दिनाँक 24/10/2019 को vivo z1pro कीमत 15990/-, ऑर्डर नंबर - OD[protected] किया, 31/10/2019 को delever हुआ परंतु मोबाइल dead, कलर sonic blue ना होकर सिर्फ ब्लू तथा चार्जर पॉइंट के बगल में damage था जब मैंने flipkart मे इसका रिटर्न बनाया तो तीनों का अलग अलग ऑप्शन था फिर मैंने damage का रिटर्न बना दिया, जब curiar boy mobile return pickup करने आया तो उन्होने मोबाइल pickup नहीं किया उनका कहना था कि जब मोबाइल on नहीं हो रहा है तो मैं कैसे जानूगा की ये vivo का कोन सा सेट है फिर मुझे रिटर्न cancel करना पड़ा, इसकी शिकायत जब flipkart custamber care को किया तो रिटर्न मे उन्होंने कुछ ऐसा लिख दिया मानो कि वो मोबाइल नहीं बल्कि कुछ और है, इस तरह मेरा रिटर्न सेलर ने 4 बार cancel किया, आज मैंने एक बार फिर रिटर्न बनाया हू different model, different color, dead, and damage इसके अलावा मैंने national counsumer grievance मे शिकायत दर्ज किया हू जिसका camplain no-1728480 है, Flipkart बहुत ही धोखाधरि का काम कर रहा है, जब औकात नहीं है समान सही देने का तो क्यूँ duplicate समान बेचते हो, अब यदि मेरा रिटर्न और replacement नहीं हुआ तो मैं सीधे Flipkart के managing director पर केस करूंगा, इन्होने मेरा 15990/- का ठगी किया है! आज जब मैंने फिर flipkart custamber care से बात किया तो उन्होंने कहा कि आपका रिटर्न request गलत raise है फिर cancel कीजिये क्युकी इसमे different colour लिखा, इतना madrchod है कुछ कहने का बात नहीं, पुराने समान को नया कवर लगा के बेचता है, Flipkart एक कुत्तों की कंपनी है,

                                I ordered Philips QT4011/15 Runtime: 90 min Trimmer from Flipkart, however received random modelled used trimmer. It is so annoying 😠to wait for your product for so many days and then receive an incorrect one and upon that wait for the return/replacement. I wonder who exchanged the original with the used product. It is so ridiculous to do so.
                                Finally the replacement i received is also fake product.
                                Wow Flipkart. Keep it up.

                                  Flipkart account was blocked, I have 8000/- gift card money, which was not able to use and some of that money vanished.

                                  There was no response from the customer care. Worst service.

                                  Stealing giftcards money by disabling the accounts. I'm go to sue in the court. If they are not allowing to buy me or disabling the account, they have to transfer my gift money to my account.
                                  It's not flipkat, it's fakekart.

                                    I have ordered redmi 7a from flipkart on 27th oct 2019.. And on 9th oct i have applied for return under replacement policy within 10 days as the phone sensor is not working and the product is defective from initial day of receiving.. After that they have sent technician to visit, he came and didn't resolve my issue gave some suggestions like to formate the phone, still nothing changed and he went back and update that issue has been resolved and they rejected my return request... After talking to agent also they were not clear why they have rejected my return request.. Next day again i applied for return and replacement,, i even raised a complaint on social media, the flipkart agents will just call us an assure that they are looking into matter and ask me to be patience.. As 2nd time again i applied for return again some technician visited gave some suggestions, even the technician saw the default in the product, but he went back and updated as resolved the issue... Again flipkart rejected my return request.. I'm trying to reach them in all the way. But nobody is ready to help, that too its sellers side mistake for a defective product, and on 17th again i applied for return and again they have rejected it, after technician visiting me he mentioned that there is a problem in the phone, still they have rejected my request, from past 8 days they are troubling me for a mistake from seller side.. The seller is savan retailer private ltd.. They emailed me saying we can't accept your return request as it is more than 3 times... The issue isn't solved yet... They are just troubling me, they have given a defective product and still no one is taking responsibility..

                                      Flipkart has blocked my account, saying that “we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.”

                                      Which was wrong, if flipkart feels like that, it should not allow me to buy, but it blocked my account, so i’m unable to get old order list.

                                      Worst flipkart service. Bye bye to flipkart. No more punches from fakekart.

                                        This is vinoth, during big billion day oct 1, 2019 i have ordered bpl television (Order no od[protected] and installed on oct 9, 2019. On 20-oct onwards tv is switched off in 2min after switch on. Unfortunately return policy ends on 19 oct that is one day after issue starts. From oct 21 onwards i mean contacting to bpl customer still they havnt fixed the issue. They didn't response properly.
                                        I am about to do legal action. By last chance i m here register complaint in flipkart.
