I purchased mobile black shark 2. I used my poco f1 exchange buyback grantee for 8400/- (Which i purchased earlier).
Courier person did not deliver the mobile they say customer not available.
But they supply accessory which i ordered with this mobile.
I lost cheap mobile offer i waited for year and i lost poco f1 buyback grantee along with cheap mobile offer due to courier person mistake.
Now i am getting less buyback value and costly mobile.
I purchased buyback guarantee product which i am not getting buy flipcart due to flip-cart courier person mistake

THEY DELIVERED ACCESSORY ORDERED WITH MOBILE BUT NO MOBILE DELIVERED .
