I ordered a book and paid the amount using google pay and flipkart says they haven't received any payment from my side. I followed up with customer care twice but they are useless. The amount has clearly deducted from my side still these people are lying about the transaction.

They have now cancelled the order as well and haven't initiated any refund. Pathetic....

Its been almost 2 weeks that i got banned from playing games in flipkart. And they r saying i violated terms n conditions which was not properly mentioned. But when i raise return they cancelled return. I again raised complain through flipkart customer support and place return request but they again rejected return. Repeatedly i complained customer care and raise return request 4 times... They always rejected return.

During flipkart big billion day i ordered the reebok sandel on 10th oct after that delivery person says that they could not delivered the product on my door step they want me to go ahead from my home which is 10 km, after 3 days of complaining for flipkart the delivery person was not able to deliver shoes in my home so i canceled the order and ask for refund but till now 26 oct 2019 i haven’t got any refund.
