I have a complaint about flipkart company, i ordered a product of (Spacewood engineered wood bed from this company), my order has been on many issues, and i have already extended the return request several times but no resolution. The technicians are not able to resolve my issue and yet they do not take any action.
Please arrange a refund. And please stop this kind of bad service.

Still this issue has not solved yet. Flipkart is committing fake. I have all the audio record, Flipkart team is promising for refund but this has not been done yet.

See, pls check the snap attached... how the service provider is rescheduling for the uninstallation process. This is really unprofessional you people are doing. And who is the hell service provider is canceling the refund. I need refund as soon as possible.

Flipkart is a fake company, unable to solve a small matter. Don't ever buy from this..their representatives are only committing fake assurance. Still no call or solution.

    I place order on 29 sept 2019, its process on 4th oct 2019 and its get delivered on 7th oct but i received it son 10th when i raise the issue with flipkart. Finally i get package on 10th oct its ok, i feel happy.

    Twist comes when installation person come from jeeves (Service provider for flipkart), he open package on 11th oct 2019 he found some parts are missing like glass some fitting assemble are missing, he raise request to his team for part missing.

    He come on next day and say we need to send back package and replacement are come in next and he repack the package on 13th oct 2019.

    From still date its not pickup by courier and flipkart concern team will not provide help to pickup package or any replacement query.

    Already on 23rd oct seller are agree to provide replacement of product, but still flipkart and courier partner not provide any support to i get replacement.

    I call every 2day to asking status of my order but still no response from flipkart, jeeves, or seller team. When i call every time he say issue get resolve in next 48 hours. Give new time line with another issue subject line.

    From my first communication i want my product replacement as soon as possible.

      On[protected] i ordered a stone 300 bbd edition 5 w bluetooth speaker worth rs.999. I made payment using flipkart paylater option and on[protected] i made payment using debit card. Since the product was defective, i requested for request and refund. They came to pickup the speaker by oct 25th and promised refund by oct 30. I've not received any refund since then. I've been trying to contact them through different modes. But i've been getting different replies every time. They've replied that the amount will be transferred to a cardless credit account which i do not possess. They're saying that they can transfer the amount only to flipkart paylater account. But as per their policy, they've promised to refund the amount to the account in which the payment was made if their is refund in flipkart paylater. Kindly do the needful to proceed payment to my saved debit cards.

        I have purchased from flipkart on october 15 2019, Order no: od[protected] / i have placed order on oct 15th, but as of now, after 20 days crossed, the products has not yet delivered, i have requested the customer care team to resolve my issue,
        i have complained five times with customer care, but no solution to my problem
        i have requested for refund if product not delivered, but refund also not provided,
        i have given complaint for 5 times from october 26 to november 4th, but they reply, the issue will be resolved within 48 hours, but they didnt solve the issue
        kindly request you to take action on my issue and request you to resolve my issue as early as possible

          For my account id [protected]@yahoo.co.in, flipkart have not denied me for unusual high numbers of order placed but now they are denying high numbers of return (Without mentioning exact numbers), becoz they received money from me as its all prepaid orders!! What rubbish they are talking! I am demanding from flipkart, how many number of return orders and how many numbers of orders i have placed? I want exact numbers. And i want proof from their policy which says that customer can place high numbers orders but can't return high numbers orders. When the seller is delivering low quality defective products then who has given them right for not to accept return request? Is this what flipkart buyers protection policy? How can i trust flipkart saying that all my refunds been given when their policy are only for their company oriented? They are not even sending emails of orders nor return and refund orders! I am not accepting any of their explanation except they better should act on what i have previously asked for; unblocking of my account so that i can trace my refunds also return unwanted products plus i am demanding compensation for the mental agony u have created and creating to me.

          For ur kind information that from now onwards I don't want to purchase any from ur site as it was very horrible experience with ur policies previously. And why should I trust ur word and how as u are only telling that all refunds has been completed but not giving any paper proof for that. I am demanding paper proof of what you are saying. Show me my all order which were prepaid and return orders and their refunds in my email ID then and then only I can believe about my refund as there is no other way to track my refunds as you have never communicated through email regarding this, that's why I have to rely on my account which u have illegally blocked. U can stop transactions i[censored] fear of me doing it which is in fact my worst nightmare to shop on ur site or at least its ur duty to send emails regarding all orders, refund and returns which u haven't done so far.
          You can't just talk me that you have refunded my money. I want proof. I don't have trust on you as u have taken my money through prepaid orders and now refusing returns and nor giving me the exact details of my refunds.
          Why you haven't detected high numbers of orders in first site? Why didn't you blocked my account then? Just because I have already paid for them!
          Just stop talking nonsense things and give me materialistic proof of my all orders, and return from it and refund of return products.

            I bought a mobile phone realme c2 from flipkart in 5399rupee during diwali sale. From the date of the request, i was trying to cancel my product. But due to technical glitch in flipkart, i was not able to cancel it. Even flipkart was not showing the status of my product. When the delivery agent came to deliver handset i insist to return it gave an illusionary reason to me for not returning product. Now flipkart is denying to return it.

              Dear sir,

              I had ordered for a mobile phone – vivo z1pro from flipkart with order id - od[protected] on 24th october 2019. The same was reported to be delivered on 1st novenber 2019. On 29 seller processed and shipped my order. It reached the nearest hub to delivery address on 30 october 2019, around 6:15 am. On 31st october 2019i got the message of β€˜ product out for delivery’.in evening around 5:30 pm, i got message that my order’s delivery has been cancelled. The same happened without informing me. After that i tried to contact the delivery boy several times but he did not responded to my calls. Then i contacted flipkart customer service regarding this, they told me that my order will surely get delivered to me in 2nd or 3rd delivery attempt, but unfortunately 2nd and 3rd delivery attempt never happened. I continuously asked them to deliver the product as it was not rejected by me.

              By 10 am – 3rd november i received an sms that my order was cancelled (As per as customer request) and refund was initiated. I talked several times to your customer supervisors. From the different calls, i understand that it was a mere mistake happened from the logistics guy and none of your customer representatives / supervisors in the front desk could revert it back and i have to make a fresh order.

              Hence request your kind attention on the following points

              β€’ i had given payment of rs.10116/- to your account on 24th october 2019 and was expected to get the credit back by 12st november 2019. Losing the financial interests and the value for money for the 20 calendar days

              β€’ lost all the diwali offers obtained (1000 discount, 10 % additional discount for sbi credit card, exchange offers for my old phone) for the existing order.

              β€’ the phone was ordered for my friend on her birthday – 2nd november.

              All my calculations were shattered because of a mere mistake happened to your teammate (No lapses were made from my side in the entire order)

              Hence if you feel my dissatisfaction is genuine in all respect, request you to honour the commitment made to the customer. Every online purchases made by us are truly based on the relationship & trust we keep with the company. All these customer dissatisfaction will end up in losing one more customer.

              May not be a big deal for you….

                Hi team,

                I had purchased mobile from flipkart twice under their exchange policy but both time, flipkart cancelled my orders saying exchange is not possible while i was satisfying all their exchange terms and conditions.

                Both time, they took more than 20 days to refund amount and wasted lot of time for follow up and communications.

                Flipkart support team is behaving like robot and not helping in this matter and saying if order is cancelled, we cant do anything.

                To close this issue as there is no fault my side, they offered me inr 500 which is unethical and not expected from such big companies.

                Both order details mentioned below. After 1st order cancellation they ensure me it wont happen next time and requested me to order new phone.

                I have attached their exchange policy and t&c. As per their t&c, i was ready to pay delta amount based old mobile conditions but then also flipkart refused and cancelled my orders.

                  I ordered a lenovo ideapad 130 core i5 8th gen on 29th oct-2019 with order id - od[protected] with exchange of my old sony vail laptop. They assured me on-time delivery on 1st nov-2019 via e-kart logistics with track no-fmpp[protected]. But flipkart didnt deliver my product and cancelled it by its own and reason mentioned that "delivery agent could not reach you" after 3 attempts. But truth is that delivery agent didnt try once for delivery.in fact, from 1st nov-2019 i called delivery agent daily for my order and he replied all time "i will deliver it tomorrow" and today on 4th nov-2019 flipkart cancelled my order. I purchased this on 12 month no cost emi and they refunded me only amount that i paid. But as per statement of order details i already paid an interest of rs approx 1927/- of 12 month emi. This is insane and i suffered a lot due to flipkart.

                    Ordered product order id - od[protected]

                    On 22nd oct expected delivery time flipkart gave was 29th oct which came and gone then tried to contact their customer support for information they said within 24-48 hours i. E by 31st oct u will receive but it passed and nothing came up then again i contacted them flipkart cs said ur case has been escalated give us time till 4th nov we will surely solve it today is 4th nov and i am trying to chat with them they are connecting but as soon as i am asking about status of my order they are disconnecting my chat. Im extremely dis satisfied they got my money which i paid pre order but the item not delivered i attach screenshot kindly take legal action as i am deeply in trouble bcoz of flipkart fake promise.

                      On 12 october 2019 i order a miss chase black jeans with red stripes but i got a wrong size delivered so i applied for exchange of the same with bigger size.

                      Then suddenly my account was blocked on 23rd october 2019 without any email or message.

                      I got the exchange of that jeans on 28 october 2019 but than product was different stripes in jeans was replaced by red and blue colour so i decided to return the product

                      I contacted the customer care they just told me to wait for 3 days for and mail but i did not got any mail and again i contacted them
                      They told me as your account is blocked nothing can happen and they told me they have told the problem to their customer support team and they will contact me and solve my problem and till now i not received any call nor a mail

                      I want my product to be returned and refund to be given

                        Message received from logistics team
                        Out for delivery: your flipkart shipment with tracking id mlff[protected], will be delivered today by ml ([protected]). Use pin [protected] if prompted. Got it on the 16th of october
                        Order not yet delivered.
                        No calls from logistics team.
                        No calls from flipkart.
                        I'd like to receive my order please. And get a feasible idea of what has happened to my parcel since it's obviously at the delivery house and they've done something or misplaced it and don't want to own up. I hope whoever reads this understands this and takes appropriate steps for the issue to be resolved.

                          I ordered a jeans but received a wrong product. I got a leggings.
                          Order was delivery to me on 1 nov 2019 and i placed the return request same day. I waited for 3 days and on 4th nov 2019 my refund was rejected

                          I want to return the product and want my refund but they are not accepting my return. They are ready to exchange the product but i want the refund only because i am getting better deal on other site for same product

                            Order i'd-od[protected]

                            On 2nd of october i've ordered samsung gear sport black smartwatch worth rs.14195/- but received a different product (Boult bluetooth headset) worth only rs.1200/-.

                            When complained about the incident flipkart promised to refund my amount but later without any intimation it cancelled it... And again it promised for the replacement by 20th oct... But later again postponed it by 23rd of oct... Again got cheated... Later told me as it'll going to be delivered by 27th but they didnt delivered the product... And cheating went on... And again after a conversation with flipkart exec. They again promised me to deliver it by 5th of november but the problem is they again showing the same cheating side of the flipkart as today is 3rd nov n the product didn't shippped yet... Everytime they r doing the same... Postponing the delivery date continously but didnt deliver the product...

                            Refund my amount or replace the product with compensation as they are continously harassing me since 15th of october... By postpoining the delivery date everytime but they deliver it...

                            If i didnt find any solution... The only resolution in front of me is to file a case in consumer forum now...

                            Please do the needful as early as possible...

                              I have bought skin care product from flipkart which i am using since 2 years. So i no very clearly what is the color, texture and fragrance.

                              As i am recently delivered i cant go out and buy for anything, so i trusted flipkart and ordered the maybline foundation 332 on[protected], 11:37 pm

                              Invoice no: faa0w[protected]. Order, id - od[protected].

                              I was received the product which was duplicate in color, smell and bottle too. I have requested flipkart to not do so. They have not accepted the request and i have requested and begged them alot. Finally they gave agreed and replaced my product.

                              They have replaced my product and i have received on 28th oct 19. This time again they cheated me very badly. They changed the colour of product and i have checked the bar code. Which is coded as mac product and they bought from snapdeal.

                              Its completely fake product. When i am asking them for help no customer care execuitve is not responding properly, i am asking management mail they said its not possbile.

                              As i am female and just delivered a baby, my skin is so sensitive. How come flipkart allowed such a nasty product. Pls do r&d on this. If required.

                              Flipkart playing the empotions with customer. Being a female how sentive our skin.

                              If anything happnes who is responsible.

                              When you will revert...always saying 24 to 48 hrs..from every mail since 15days...till now u people didnt c the mext day or what...all customer care executives r playing with in mails...such a use less amd helpless..one so called senior madam called me and said by nov 11th issue will close ..surprisingly no one is not responding from that day onwards

                                I've ordered a home theater on flipkart having order id - od[protected] on 23rd october 2019 and promised delivery date was on 31st october 2019. Product t is not delivered on promised date and till 4th nov.2019. So each day till 4th nov 2019 i've tried and contacted to flip kart customer care but didn't received any proper solution regarding my complaint. So that's why i'm submitting my complaint here because of mental suffering and harassment and unexpected delay in delivery. My order is shipped with delhivery courier service.                                     Refund not processed after order was cancelled on 25th oct 19 for order no. OD[protected]. Even after repeated calls to customer care team, they just say they ll forward a complaint to the relevant team and resolve in 2 days and still no update on the same. Pathetic service
                                    and also for order no. OD[protected], which was to be delivered by 28th oct and after repeated emails no delivery attemt made and i was fed up and hence cancelled my order on 03rd Nov 19, Still no update on refund.

                                      Received a phone realme xt on 25/10/19 and found the phone has a fingerprint sensor issue. Asked for return requests but they (Customer care) reject it repeatedly.
                                      They allotted technician visits twice and the person whom they assigned generated a false report which led the complaint/return request rejected. After repeatedly mentioning this (I. E. Regarding the false report) to the customer care didn't care about the issue and reject my complaint.

                                      Now after spending rs 14399.00 i'd not be able to use the phone as it's fingerprint sensor does not work to unlock the phone.

                                      What a nice product and service provided by filkart!!!

                                        Hi, I ordered an earphone from flipkart at 16th October 2019 having order id-OD[protected]. But still it is not shipped where as it's expected delivery date was 26oct 2019.When I contact flipkart customer care they increase the expected delivery date to 29 October. Still now it also not shipped and I again complain against this hence they once again increase the delivery date to 4th November. And today is 3rd November but it is not shipped. So please help me.
