Hi i am ordered a washing machine from flipkart on 30th sep 2019 9.52pm,
And the max delivery time given when order was 11th of oct '19, and its not done by flipkart when i am complaint about this on custmercare they are requested me to wait till 16th oct, and 16th oct i got another message we are so sorry for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. Please provide us time till 17th oct 2.00pm, when i seen this i called again to custmer care and they requested again wailt till 21st oct, and when i called on 21st oct thet say please wait till 9.00pm, and after 9.00pm, i got another message, we are sorry for taking longer then expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till 23rd oct, 10:54am, but till now no one is call me, no one trying to address, or resolve the issue and i am also try above given numbers but call is not connected a single contact of above, so please take my complaint against flipkart delivery, consumer care, and higher authority, and please resolve as soon as possible i want a clear explanation about this.
