I have purchased 3 kurtis worth1482rs and money is debited from my account but i have cancelled it but no refun d is done so far i have lodged a complaint they said by 21 st oct it vl be resolved but on 20th that order itself is missing from flipkart account i have saved scrrenshots all my kurtis and conversation by flipkart executive abd bank details iam attaching all details kindly go thrugh it and refund my money.

    I had ordered asus rog strix laptop in flipkart on 30 th september in big billion sale. My order is not yet shipped. It shown as seller is processing your order. It was stucked there from last 4 weeks. When i called to flipkart customer care they were extending my date to resolve my issue. It happened three times. They extended from 15 th to 17 th and now it shown as 23rd october. They said u will get call from team. I didn't get any call from team till now. The promised date given by flipkart to deliver my laptop is by 14 th october. I had believe in flipkart as they deliver products by promised date but flipkart was prooved me that is wrong. I waited for a long time. I waste my valuable time. I was unable to do my project. I mailed them but i didn't get any response. Will it be deliverd to me or not? I didn't get any updates regarding my product. Please help me to solve this issue. Thank u.

        Hi i am ordered a washing machine from flipkart on 30th sep 2019 9.52pm,
        And the max delivery time given when order was 11th of oct '19, and its not done by flipkart when i am complaint about this on custmercare they are requested me to wait till 16th oct, and 16th oct i got another message we are so sorry for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. Please provide us time till 17th oct 2.00pm, when i seen this i called again to custmer care and they requested again wailt till 21st oct, and when i called on 21st oct thet say please wait till 9.00pm, and after 9.00pm, i got another message, we are sorry for taking longer then expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till 23rd oct, 10:54am, but till now no one is call me, no one trying to address, or resolve the issue and i am also try above given numbers but call is not connected a single contact of above, so please take my complaint against flipkart delivery, consumer care, and higher authority, and please resolve as soon as possible i want a clear explanation about this.

          My filipkart account which has registered mobile number [protected] and email is [protected]@gmail.com my account is closed for 1 year but flipkart has blocked my account, they say that i have booked the phone for myself. Rather, i am accusing them of booking for others, but it is wrong that i book the phone for my family members or book it for myself. So please help me what the people of flipkart are saying is wrong, i am also sending you a screen shot, see it.

          Sir, all the phones I booked were booked for my street people, Sir, how can you say this and Sir, when the account will be open for more than 1 year, I will not get my old phone bills because of it If I am getting all the phone books, I have given you money, then I have a right to take their bills as well, because of this, I am not able to put my email in any other Flipkart account, it is wrong Sir, help me

          And Sir is saying that seeing the history of buying the phone has blocked my account, so when these phone sale come out, they do not see the limit, Sir, it is wrong that they are accusing me and that too they set the limit It has been kept that if there will be only one set of books from 1 email, then there is a problem in their system that if they booked so much, they could cancel it too. Whatever they are doing is wrong, believe me sir

            Hello.
            Dear flipkartian.

            Reference to my order no. Od[protected] of 4th october 2019 for sheffield classic sh 6006 grill (Item name) which has not been received by me till date. I had very much pressed for timely delivery as my day to day order is pending. But it seems my many requests have had no influence on your tardy working. This delay on your part has caused me considerable embarrassment.
            The pre delivery time was 16th october 2019. If you are not able to provide a quality service, then i would recommend not to make false promises and lure customers with heavy advertisements. Which is also against the advertisement authority of the country india. Then i made a request of timely delivery and again a false promise came from your side of delivering the product on 21st october. Now i complaint again over phone, and the date extended to 22nd october 2019. Then i tweeted about your service. Now, through twitter i am told to cancel my order & re-order the same product, which i am not going to do.
            Well, i am no more interested to buy this or any other product from now onwards. According to the right to redress and under cp act of 2019. I want my compensation of the time wasted and my money back.

            P. S: tell your fellow flipkartian, not to give indirect threats on my personal data manipulation and data forging.

              Its been a very frustrating and time consuming dealing with the problem i am facing with flipkart. I had ordered for a product order no.- od[protected] dated 4th oct 2019 but yet i havent recieved the product and no information was displayed on the flipkart app as well. Flipkart has charged me for the product and promised to deliver by 6th october 2019 but has failed to do so and i feel cheated and going through mental agony because of this. I have tried contacting flipkart but its been of no help.

              Out of 5 orders they cancelled 2 already.

              Is this really a productive sales or they are just bluffing with the customers.

                I purchased a dyson v7 animal dyson vacuum cleaner and it was installed on 21.10.19.in my home in mumbai

                After using it for a day i was not atall happy with the suction power of the machine and called flipkart customer service that i am disappointed and want to return it as there is a return policy within 11 days.

                Flipkart response was that the product cannot be returned for unsatisfactory performance. They say no - return policy is there for items that are listed on flipkart website. I checked the list and vacuum cleaners are not in this list. I therefore am upset at flipkart refusal to take back the product.

                I wish to lodge this complaint

                Hi, Thanks for writing in. We're sorry to hear that you're facing issues with your Dyson V7 Animal Cordless Vacuum Cleaner. Since the product was delivered to you on 13 Oct 19, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.

                i refer to flipkart's wrong response to my initial complaint .
                Their reply shows that they have intentionally tried to evade the complaint and here's the proof:-

                Firstly the Flipkart return policy is effective for 10 days after installation and not delivery and so the reply that my return request was not made within the time period is completely incorrect . The appliance was installed on 21.10.19 and so the return period is valid upto 31.10.19 . This has been confirmed by Flipkart Customer service on phone on 22.10.19

                Secondly My request for return was made on 22nd Oct 2019 by talking to Flipkart Customer Service on phone . This can be verified with flipkart computer records pertaining to this order .

                So both the above proves that on both counts Flipkart has given a wrong response and they must take responsibility for the same and accept the return.

                THIRDLY and most irritatingly, the " return option" though appeared clearly on my account on Flipkart, has been so programmed by Flipkart that the customer cannot exercise the option itself ! The moment you press the reasons for return preset options " problem with quality " the action does not go through. In short, the request gets deflected with a pop up saying "error " This happened in multiple attempts and when it was reported to Flipkart Customer service on phone they exactly explained that if you want to return the product due to quality issues the option will not go through ! I wonder why else will anyone want to return a product ?

                This is the reason why I had to verbally speak to customer service on phone and place the request officially on 22.10.19

                It shows they are just not bothered abourt customer greviances.
                I want their response to return the Dyson Vacuum cleaner without further harassment .

                  I got a message on the 16th 17th and 18th saying that my product was undelivered without me getting a call from the delivery person. Why???!!! And it's the 23rd and i haven't yet received my order. Why???!!!
                  Plus now on logging in it says that my account has been blocked. Wth!!!
                  Like the customer care is like okay we're resolving this with their words like effing pacifiers. I don't want false promises. I want my order delivered. I want my account reactivated.

                    I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number 906265xxxx. Few months ago i lost my mobile number.

                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

                      Order place for washing machine 19 sept 2019 get delivered. Machine found faulty. Had put for replacement. Max expected date given for pickup and delivery 13 oct 2019. And because of this very poor delivery service i have to cancel my train ticket as that phone was very urgent for me... What to do now sir...                             Hi team,
                            I have ordered combo gym set from flipkart on 2nd of october during big billion day by making the payment through credit card. As per promise made by flipkart supposed to deliver the product by 11th of october, but they are failed to deliver on 11th of oct, so i have raised my concern with flipkart the same day, so again they told me to wait upto 16th of october so that my issue will get resolved, but i have waited up to 17th of october with patience, i didn't get my product, again one of flipkart telephony representative called my and told me to cancel the product as there is no response from vendor, so i had agreed for that also, after the completion of the call i tried to cancel the product but there is no cancel option for that product as we can cancel that product only within 24hrs of booking, so immediately i called customer care and raised this issue they told will forward ur query to concerned departments and will get it resolved, but untill today i didn't even get that product nor i didn't even got that refund back, i have called and raised this issue more then 8times, i have raised this issue through text message more than 5times, no proper response from representative, so please do the needfull and get my refund back so that i can place my order from other sites

                              This is regarding my account on flipkart with email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in, i need to know the status of my refund for my prepaid cancelled orders along with i have to return further products because of the poor quality, thought the products were flipkart assured and comes under within 30days return window period i am unable to return because o[censored]nnecessarily blocked my account and not responding through email or even on call! I want my refund money along with unblocking of my account so that i can return unwanted prepaid products and get my refunds. Also i am demanding the compensation for the mental agony u have given to me.

                              Why you have not denied me for unusual high numbers of order placed? Why now you are detecting high numbers of return, becoz you have received your money as its prepaid orders!! What rubbish you are talking! Tell me how many number of return orders and how many numbers of orders I have placed? I want exact numbers. And I want proof from your policy which says that customer can place high numbers orders but can't return high numbers orders. When the seller is delivering low quality defective products then who has given them right for not to accept return request? Is this what your buyers protection policy? How can I trust you saying that all my refunds been given when your policy are only for ur company oriented? You are not even sending emails of orders nor return and refund orders! I am not accepting your explanation. You better should act on what I have previously asked for. Unblocking of my account so that I can trace my refunds also return unwanted products plus i am demanding compensation for the mental agony u have created and creating to me.

                                Hi all,
                                I buy weightlifting belt from flipkart which having order id : od[protected] and send me wrong product then same day i made complaint to replacement but after 5-6 days i got same different product which i don't need and i denied to accept that.

                                Finally did not receive my order which i wanted to buy, i tired to make called to flipkart executive and tell them same issue again and again

                                I just want my refund because this is not any mistake from side. Flipkart only send me wrong product 2 times.

                                    I have bought a redmi note 7 from flipkart along with jeeves complete mobile care plan.
                                    Due to some accidental damage i sent the device for repair, they took almost 20+ days to repair and return the device.
                                    The device returned is still faulty and has mic/speaker issues and is unusable to make calls.

                                    I have raised complaint many times and sent many emails / twitter posts but there is not response.

                                    Pathetic serivce from flipkart as well as jeeves!

                                      I had ordered one cricket helmet from flipkart and it was delivered on oct 11, there was some size issue and i had requested for the return that day itself. According to flipkart delivery guy had to come next day i. E on october 12th. But he didnt. I kept on asking flipkart for the updates but they kept on post ponding the date till the 10 day return policy was over. After 10 days i. E today i get the message that your item cannot be returned because it was already 10 days.
                                      Is it my problem that flipkart's logistic partner wish master didnt come to pick up the item?
                                      And when i called flipkart costumer care, they just rudely told me the return policy was just for 10 days so now it cannot be returned (When i had already requested return the day it was delivered itself) and he cut the call. Now it's 848/- loss for me. I need justice for this. Please help.

                                        I have placed ordered after seeing them policy that they have installed item on or before 20th october. Wardrobe received on 17th october but till date installation was not done. On 21 st october their engeneer called us early in the morning and told us he was coming today. We called him several time and everytime he told that he was on the way. Full day we were waiting and he didn't come. Our full day wasted. We called several time to flipkart customer care but they were not give us satisfactory answer why so much delayed was done and our installation date was extended to 25 october but them service partner zevee told us that installation will be done on 26 th october. We called so many times to flkpkart customer care but they are not listening to us. And we are unable to complain in writing on flipkart because submit option is not working. So all issues written there are write by themselves. We mailed to their email i'd but there is no response from them. And we are in urgent need of this thing so we ordered this after seeing installation date but our money and time both are wasted. And they are not agree to refund also. They instructed us not to open the box until and unless their technical advisor visit the house. According to their products policy return can be done before 27 oct 2019 (10days after delivery) now their advisor will visit us on 26 oct. We got suffered by flipkart mentally, financially. And they spoil our precious time so please take strict action against cheater flipkart company immediately. Kindly impose a huge penalty against them for their fake promise.

                                        Why it displays that complaint resolved?? Today a call received by me from flipkart customer care. I have recorded that call, in that call I came to know that no refund will be done for the wardrobe and I have to wait until technician visit. When I made a call to their technician team they told that flipkart has cancelled the installation. Flipkart confirmed me that installation will be done on 28 october 2019.the purpose of purchase got wasted. Kindly teach a lesson to flipkart.
