Flipkart blocked my account why they have not confirmed exactly what happened, if i am not happy with any of the service i can usually return it however they are disagree for that they are not able to return, they blocked and also not attending calls take necessarily action...

I had ordered springtek deluxe coir 5 inch single coir mattress of 72x36x5 inch size. But first time received sleep care bonded foam mattress. I returned it and requested for proper replacement as per specs given in the website. They replaced with low quality local made only hard foam mattress. It is not coir mattress. I have ordered Realme 5 gb crystal blue 128gb ROM on sat 4th Oct, 2019.Due to the festival season it showed expected delivery date as 15th Oct.

It has been 12 days that I have ordered Asus rog phone 2 and till now it is not delivered and there is no proper response from flipkart team also regarding the delivery. My question is when they cannot deliver why did they ask for payment and give a delivery date and simply troubling customers for no reasons...

It is not clear to me, why would it take so long if the seller processes the refund on the 12th.
What is the point that you have repeatedly used the term standing banking procedure? Where does neft, imps all payment happen in one day, why does it take so long? Why is it taking so long for another product to return immediately when its payment is reverse?
