Hi,
I order whirlpool washing machine and refrigerator from flipkart and they kept delaying the delivery of my product. I kept asking them about the delivery dates they assured it will be delivered, after wasting my quite lot of time they canceled the order and gave some stupid reasons like we tried but you were not reachable, your address was not correct etc. The worst part is the order was cancelled quite ago and they didnt even inform me and kept saying your order is on the way.
If your order is not deliverable to any location, your application should say that before buying. It was sale when i bought it, flipkart cancelled it. If i knew before hand i would have ordered it from amazon besides flipkart wasted my quite lot of time. I need explaination about what actions you take for the losses that i incurred due to your mistakes there is another order that i placed, i want to know its delivery status-

    I have ordered for an on ear headphone seeing the product description on website but what i got is over ear headphone. But they haven't provided an apt reason to file the return as it deals with the product description failure. Eventhough i have applied for return but they are simply rejecting my return. Please do the rightful and needful. I am attaching the product description.

      Hello,

      I have ordered a bed from flipkart on 22nd october. It was expected to be delivered by 25th october to me. My order id is : od[protected].
      Only mistake made from side is i have entered a wrong pincode though rest of the address was correct. I have tried reaching out to flipkart logistics company ekart but haven't received any response from them. I reached out to flipkart via their customer care support wherein they initially were not helpful and even asked me to cancel the order and place a fresh order, but now the price of the bed is hiked by 4000 rs. Which is clearly not desirable to go for a fresh order.
      Later after i called and complaint several times, they have raised a complaint at their end, complaint no. In[protected]. One of their executive over call also assured me of delivering this order by 7pm today but till now i have not received any communication. Annoying thing is that flipkart executives have nothing to help and all gives a different answer to same question. I need your help to escalate this issue to the highest level and let flipkart understand how terrible does it feel when customer trust you with their hard earned money and in return we do not get the expected service/delivery.

        I am buying samsung a50, date - 12 oct 2019, order id (Od[protected]. Recived - 14 oct 2019 this mobile & i m face big network problem (Some time lost singnal this mobile). I am complaint flipkart 18oct2019, complaint id no. (Id[protected]).& not solve my problem. I am again complaint two time but not solve my problem. I am going samsung care janakpuri west 24 oct 2019, same problem show this mobile in care center & 4 failer this mobile software & hardware relative. This is mobile not 100% good working. Please replace & return if any ur choice. Please slove my complaint.

        I went to samsung authorized service center. ( QDIGI Services limited on 24th OCT, 2019...Service center executive available there... told me that phone has for failure issues... software or hardware. He assured me that will repair the phone even it requires replacement if any part. But here I must tell you that the technician came from your side.assured me that he was repaired the same. I am unable to understand that how could be repair the phone without using any mobile charging or repairing device. He met me twice in first meeting, he told me that phone has battery issues, in second meeting, he told that phone has network issues. He said that he would format the phone and it would start working properly. He returned me the phone ..He didn't bother to format it even he also said that have would be no replacement for the phone. Flipkart couldn't contact me third time, so you cancel my return request. It was a ridiculous reply to a flipkart plus member ship holder. Samsung has discussed my phone problem.. online you can check it. I sent you the snapshot of the same. I request you to get the phone replaced as soon as possible keeping all the discussed points in your mind.

            I oredered an flipkart smartbuy back cover for mi k20, mi k20 pro ordered on fri, oct 25th '19 and the same was paid at the same time but today as on sat, oct 26th '19 flipkart camcelled my ordered item with my consent and and this is a clear case of breach of contract.

            A breach of contract occurs when the promise of the contract is not kept, because one party has failed to fulfill their agreed upon obligations, according to the terms of the contract. Breaching can occur when one party fails to deliver in the appropriate time frame, does not meet the terms of the agreement, or fails perform at all.

            I want my order to be delivered or flipkart should compensate for the same.

              I ordered the asus 6z from flipkart in the name of seller truenet commerce. It's been stucked in seller yet to process the order. Also when i was ordering it's showing that it'll be delivered by 28th october but after checkout and payment it's showing that it'll be delivered by 2 nov. But even to deliver by 2 nov it had to process the order before 25th but it's not yet. Please resolve the issue soon i want to have that product on or before 29th oct.

                  I have purchased recliner on 6th oct 19 and delivered on 13th oct. It is supposed to be get installed by 16th oct. After complain to the customer they told me it will be done by 23rd. Then on 23th oct they themselves cancelled the tickets by saying i didn't want the installation. Then they automatically scheduled the installation date to 24th. Each day from 16th oct that the product will installed on that day. After communication on 24th they say it will take another 24-48 hours. Today is 26th oct, after i complained them for installation they again say it will take another 24-48 hours. The customer care do not know anything they just give vague answers. After 10days of scheduled date of installation they still say issue will be resolved in another 24-48 hours. Each time i talk to them they say we are raising the ticket and issue will be resolved with in 24-48 hours. They are not even ready take back the product. They say after installation only replacement will be done. God only knows when it will be installed

                    Dear sir,
                    I ravindra bandgar, i ordered tv on 30 september 2019, and i got delivered at my home on 5th october 2019.

                    Installation date was 11th october 2019 your service executive has done unboxing of product but unfortunately i got damaged product.

                    Expected pick up date was 22nd oct 2019 but till now no one has contacted me.

                    I did replacement process it also has accepted from your side. But the new delivery date it is showing 6th november 2019 & new installation is showing 10th november.
                    But issue is that still no one has come to pick up that damage tv.

                    My motto was behind buying that was tv for dashera festival but unfortunate it is not competed. I really disappointed from your service.

                    Also i called to customer support team and had talk with senior customer executive (Male) and without giving any solution he rejected my call.

                    Why should i suffer from all this process.
                    Please deliver tv before diwali as well as installation

                          The issue that i have experienced was:
                          On 29th sep 2019 i have ordered mi tv 43" but after delivery i got damage piece so that i was requested to replacement as per process they gave me 22nd october 2019 date but that date i didn't pick up the product after this they extend the date and gave me 26th october 2019 date till date didn't pick up the product. From during this period i got lots of abusive words/language from my parent which will become lots of headache to me... So i have requested to you please replace my product as early as possible... Otherwise i will go through the ombudsman..

                            I have ordered marq washing machine on flipkart on 2nd oct order id order id - od[protected], till date i have not received the product but it’s shown delivered on their app, i am supposed to receive the product on 13 th oct past 12 days i have been following them but they are not able to trace out where the product been delivered at chennai, this is really embarrassing and they are keep on requesting for extending time limit. I request to refund the money but no update on the same as well. Highly disappointed this was supposed to be my mom’s birthday gift. Kindly help if anything can be done by this forum.

Your customer support team always ensure me it would be done and time will continue increase when i asking or do complain... Because negligency of duty..                                     I have ordered an apple watch series 3 on flipkart during big billion days. Got the package delivered and the product was missing.
                                    I filed a complaint more than 3 times (For replacement/ refund), however supplier refused to fulfill the request. I have sent an email with the package pictures to manohar. [protected]@flipkart.com, no response.
                                    I then raised another complaint by calling flipkart, they have promised a call back on 18/10/2019 [incident: in[protected]], however no body called nor emailed. Called flipkart twice after that, but no use.

                                    I have got a message from flipkart stating “We've been trying to get in touch with you as requested but were unable to reach you. You can always call us on our toll free number[protected] for further assistance.”

                                    I called them and they said that they will revert in 24-48hrs.

                                      Horrible experience with installation of mi 32" led tv. Installation was scheduled on 20th october and still has not been installed as on 26th of october. I am trying to reach your installation partner ms jeeves and they are unable to help me with this issue, just making fake promises that it will be done by today. Technician not willing to come to the home and jeeves is rescheduling everyday the installation date to the next day without my permission.
