    I ordered redmi k20 pro on rs 22999 on 1 october but when package came to me on 11th october it was redmi note 7s of rs8999 in that package. So i informed them and told my situation and even sent them photo of package and all. They initiated replacement and pick up but when on 19th october wish master came, he rejected to pick up the product saying that it is expensive product and for to pick this up we didn't get any email specifically saying that we have to pick up redmi note 7s and deliver k20 pro. So i raised a complaint about it then after i told my situation to another customer care executive and he gave me assurance that it will not happened again and filed replacement request again. After that on 30th october again wish master came and rejected to pick up the wrong product giving me same thing and saying same thing that we did not get email saying to pick redmi note 7s and deliver redmi k20 pro.

    The didn't resolve my problem and gave me fake assurance and lied to me that my problem is solved but again same problem occurred. It has been 2 times when my replacement and pick up request is rejected because of same reason, the reason they told me that they have resolved.

    It has been 1 month i did not get the product i ordered and they are just giving me dates and fake assurance and telling lie to me.

    My problem is not resolved . Today on 11th november wishmaster again refused to replace and pick up my product . It is 3rd time wish master refused me by giving me same excuse he gave me from last 2 times.
    He said that it is case of expensive product and flipkart didn't send us any confirmation email saying to pick up redmi note 7s (which i didnt order, flipkart sent it to me instead of sending me redmi k20 pro) and deliver redmi k20pro(for which i have paid 23000rs), so we can not pick up your redmi note 7s as it will be our personal responsibility because flipkart didn't send us confirmation email.

    I have been given this excuse since 19th october which was 1st time flipkart tried to pick up and replace. And since then its been 20 days my right product couldn't be delivered.

    I ordered it on 1st October and it is 11th november it has been 40 days . flipkart failed to resolve my problem .

    Now i dont have any trust on flipkart and their customers support team and its seller . I want them to refund money because it caused me mental stress for 30days and i dont trust them and i do not want to buy any products from them.

      I had ordered realme 5 mobile by debit card but before getting dispatch the fraud flipkart automatically cancelled the order but when i ordered it was in stock now after payment they send us msf that your ordered has been cancelled due to limited stock and they show your amount will be refunded till tomorrow but haven't recieved my refund

        No update and no message regarding the delivery of my product. I have ordered the product on 4th october 2019 and it's already 30th october which is the delivery date but still no update and no message i got. I don't know what those people are doing.
        Take ia as high priority and deliver as soon as possibleby today before 2 pm. Otherwise i will escalate it to the higher authority of flipkart.

        Without doing anything how can you mentioned that this issue is resolved. Still I didn't get any update regarding this. My concern is if the product is already reached in the nearest hub then where is the issue to deliver the product. And 2nd thing why flipkart is doing the business with those types of logistics who are not responsible to do their work.

        Just now I spoke with the flipkart customer care people I got shocked when they said they don't have the seller contact no. You are doing business with them but don't have contact no how it is possible. If these types of things are happening and you don't take any seriousness for a customer query then in future you people's are suffer. One time customer teach the lesson but not repeatedly. So we that customer Will not trust upon you.
        You are only telling customer feedback and satisfaction is your highest priority.
        So please make it as high priority and do the solution as soon as possible.

        Where is the solution for this issue? Till now I didn't get any update. This type of service is providing flipkart already 1 month is gone for delivering one product. If this type of service is providing flipkart then think about your future.

          Flipkart has given promotional offer of 10% sbi instant discount on debit card which was advertised in all media forum on dhanteras.
          I confirmed the order before placing it with flipkart as well as bank. Both approved the same.
          After the placing the order discount not received.
          I called customer care of flipkart 4-5 times, who havent addressed the complaint making different excuses everytime. Today the senior esclation desk mr. Singh disconnected the call when they found themselves unanswerable.
          All complaints, phone recording and screenshots are available with me.

            You people are effing cheats. I prepaid for an order and what you did...???? It's been more than 20 days that I have not received my order. And you taught your customer support one thing, " our sincerest apologies. We are working with the partner to resolve the issue. Your complaint has been escalated to the concerned department they will contact you. I have not been contacted. You effing cheats, liars . FYI the product was Flipkart assured. I hope wish and pray that you pay for your lies. Flipkart keeps my money, delivery keeps my clothes.

              retailnet - seller is a cheater. beware of this fraudster

              I had placed google home with this particular seller-retailnet at rs. 6299 on 24/10/2019. After 6 days, the seller cancelled the product citing the reason that it is out of stock. After that, i checked on flipkart if this product is actually out of stock, but to my surprise, the product is still available with increased price of rs. 7999. Really, this seller is fraudster. Do no place any item with this seller-retailnet....

              I have placed my order of poco f1 on 25th October 2019 order id OD[protected] as i have a new deal of realme xt mobile so i want to cancel my poco f1 order as per flipkart's policy seller doesn't allows you to cancel the order. So now on 29th of October i order a realme xt phone with the same exchange offer and same mobile to exchange order id OD[protected]. Now on the shipment of realme phone they cancel the order on 30th of October reason stated that phone is out of stock . After my concern they mailed me that you have ordered the exchange the same phone in both of the order. After raising the issue of flipkart policy that seller has only rights to cancel any order. Now even if i am reordering the realme xt it is out of stock plus now it is 1275 rs costly. I am outraging their policy of seller centric and not giving user any rights even the order is prepaid. Attaching the Screenshot of how i am unable to cancel that poco f1 product because of this i have exchange ordered with the same phone.

                    I have ordered macbook air on big billion day offer on 29th september 2019 with exchange offer and with no cost emi.

                    The transaction was reflected in my credit card statement on 2nd october 2019 but was not converted into emi as shown in the offer.

                    The total amount was 37890 and the emi was approx 3200 per month with no cost emi of 12 months.

                    With repetitive calls and emails, flipkart is responding in a negative way and sometimes it is accepting its mistake due to server error and sometimes they are blaming me that i haven't selected the emi option.

                    The complaint no i have raised with flipkart is [incident: in[protected]].

                    Kindly help me other wise i will be paying 5000 rs more for emi conversion.

                    I have already Contacted the Bank and They have asked for a written statement that you have sent them EMI conversion request and they have not processed it with details. This has been going on for a month. The bank is Blaming Flipkart and Flipkart is Blaming the Bank. If it not sorted out, I will proceed with the legal team from my end in the consumer harassment forum in Court. If you are blaming the bank please give me a written document about instruction to the bank for NO cost EMI conversion with all details.

                        I have ordered a apple watch series 3 space grey 42 mm order id (Od[protected] but instead of that you gave the same product but it was 38 mm one so once i received the product then i requested for refund as well as replacement also but your guys told that replacement is not available then i requested for refund but you rejected the refund without stating any reason after that i have contacted you several times but there is no response and you have rejected my refund three times. Is it my fault that your seller has delivered different product and you guys think customers are fool they have to keep the product whatever it is.
                        I dont know any seller i ordered it through flipkart, so you guys are responsible for this kind of fraud, this is the final mail i am writing to you as already 28 days passed and you guys have done nothing that is the kind of customer service you provide to your customer.

                        So i need a quick response and if you are not able to do so kindly provide me your registered office address so that i can send you the legal notice as you are leaving that option only.

                            OD116654502566177000. See this order and my account blocked because of returns and I am unable to open and now my Flipkart pay later bill interest is keep adding every 4 to 5 days and I have already paid my amount and it's not reflecting in my account

                            This is the third complaint on the same order id and i don't see anyone even bothering to call me and talk to me on the issue.

                            I have a flipkart account with mobile number 9413XXXXXX. The old number is not operative anymore. Now i have tried changing the mobile number associated with my account but it demands OTP from the old mobile number which I do not have anymore.

                            Kindle resolve the issue ASAP.

                              Worst packing and delivery service ever faced. When I received the product the seal was opened and I doubt that I have received a genuine product from flipkart and the delivery guy calls up several tym oly to confirm the address though it was guided properly and he orders me to come and collect the product somewhere else. I dono y flipkart is outsourcing it to a different vendor . Many of the other product which I had purchased has a very good packing neither such issues I have faced earlier . Please give some training to that delivery guy that how to interact with customer . He just dropped the box and ran away by not responding to our query about the seal and the number of that guy is [protected] also hesitated to tel his name

                                    This is regarding one of the product i purchased on flipkart.
                                    I purchased a jbl t450bt bluetooth headphone and i was not satisfied with the quality of the product, so i raised a return request.
                                    Flipkart sent a technician to check the product and the return request got cancelled without any proper justification. When i called the flipkart customer care thet asked me to raise another return request. So raised it again. Again the technician came to check and said he will update the reason and customer not satisfied with the quality. This time the return request got accepted.
                                    But the person from flipkart came on weekend to pick the product (As i had given my office address). I told the person ots a holiday, so he said he will come on next working day. Later when i checked the flipkart app, the same return request was rejected saying 'not able to pick the item'. When i called the customer care again they said logistics has updated as item mis-match from customer side, when in reality i never met the pick up executive. When i asked the customer care to check why have they update wrong information, he said he cannot check that. And asked me to again raise a return request.
                                    Still no justification has been given about why wrong information was updated and why the pick up was not tried again.

                                    For every question the customer care executives are just making things up.
                                    Till now return request has been raised 3 times and also had 3 techninician visits. I am raising this issue here as i have got fed up with the attitude of flipkart's customer care executives.

                                    Forgot to mention. one customer care executive said the logistics has updated as item mis-match from customer is the reason the return request got rejected. when i called them again some other customer care executive said the pick up person will try to pick up only once and that is the reason the return request got cancelled. two diiferent executive gave me two different reason for the cancellation.

                                    Flipkart delivery is very slow..even when the Flipkart messages that your product will be delivered today than when we contact to the delivery boy, he says that he is not able to deliver today . In this way my order is delayed by 3 days . He daily make excuses of not delivering today...please take some action on it..
