Received a wrong product i. E *realme 5 pro (Crystal green 64gb) (4gb ram)
*on 10th october 2019.

I have raised a request for replacement to actual order which i had placed
And flipkart was assured me to resolve the same and process my replacement
On or before 13th october 2019 at 4:12pm.
The promised time has been over but till now the return approval is remaim
Pending.

Kindly do the needful and replace my product to actual order.

    invoice name change

    I purchased a laptop and the bill had my name on it, i need it to be in my father's name. He gets reimbursement.
    They are telling me the order can't be replaced, so that rules out the possibility of ordering the product again.
    Customer care executives were of no help.
    Changing name on the invoice is not a bad practice and still flipkart is refusing to help.

    Kindly provide me a solution for this....

    I had ordered watch of fast track and it was paid before from my account 15days gone not received my product i had called and msg several time day 16th ur logistics team called me to cancel the product and she has done cancellation from ur side now it's showing ur product is delivered she assure me after cancellation u will get ur refund and after 24hrs i haven't recovered my amount this is totally fraud what u people are doing if this is the thing i need to go to consumer court it's matter of trust people buy things from y'all this is serious matter u need to take look in to it and refund my money or else i will file a police complaint and file a case in consumer forum.

      Website: Flipkart but delivery boy from bluedart

      A delivery boy he's name is keshav with phone number [protected] works in bluedart service (Devanahalli). He missleaded me saying that some technical issue, he was supposed to pick up one return product but he told some technical issue and took the other product too which i had placed a return request.
      Since i never had any problem with delivery boys from other websites like myntra, jabong and amazon, i gave him both the products which i had placed for return. I got refund to only one product but the other product which he had collected dint get updated in app n he had cheated me n made money out of that product. I lost rs 1000 because of that rascal, he had come to return pickup a few days later then i asked him about this issue and told him not to cheat common people, issue went to nearby police station but still i dint get my refund bcoz he had not reached that product to return instead he kept it himself and i had no proof to prove in police station because he had cheated me technically with no proof. After this experience i decided not to buy anything from flipkart and i can never forget this wrost experience in my lifetime. Enough i have struggled a lot from flipkart, finally i only wish flipkart takes a strong step against this issue. That rascal should be fired, one such bad experience can definitely brings down a company name. Plz other common be aware of this kind of delivery boys.

        I ordered one vacuum cleaner and mi power back to different place to my cousin brother and sister and also orders mobiles 3 for myself, my brother, my father and now flipkart blocked my account saying that i am reselling products. Without inquiry, how can they block my account. Please take necessary action on them. I work in govt service. How can they insult me. If i want to do so, i can create multiple accounts, why i use same account. Please check this. Thank you

          I have cancelled mobile of cost 10799 on oct 1st but i didn't got refund money till now when i call flipkart they are saying money is credited what i have to do. I called on 2nf oct the said i will be credited on 11th but i didn't got again i contacted on 12th they said on 16th but money not credited what is the problem and how to resolve i don't know

            Dear team,
            I have ordered realme xt on 2nd oct 2019 and same supposed to be delivered by oct 7 2019. The same was delivered on said date and its showing that this item got shipped through ekart logistics with courier details fmpp[protected] with dtd 2nd oct 2019.
            On 5th i have received a call from delivery person for delivery but the same date i am not available so i requested for very next date same was accepted by courier person. After that i am doing regular followup with you people but no one has responded properly and i didn't get any resolution till 16th oct 2019.in between i am doing continuous followup with flipkart they are telling that by end of the day it will get delivered and disconnect the call. Finally on 16th oct 2019 i got a message stating that your order got cancelled thank you with flipkart. Now i want to know that without customer concern how can you cancel my order.
            You team is telling that stock is not available so the order got cancelled but stock is available and same is available in your website.
            Now my concern is without customer concern how can you cancel the order and at the time of purchasing i have opted emi now who will bear all these issues.
            Now i want compensation from flipkart or else i will escalate the same to next level.

                I have ordered laptop from flipkart on big billion sell it was showing its been delayed because of overwhelming response and will be delivered soon and i have been calling for customers care support but now i got message that seller has cancelled your order, i m not going to get it. Very dispositing service from flipkart. And customer support saying it's was flipkart mistake, they don't have any solution regarding it.

                  I ordered 2bras red and black combo of approx 150/- with delivery charges 204 /- suddenly it was showing other 3 combo bras of 250/- with delivery charges approx 300/-. Why this is happnd? I have proof of what i ordered and later what they have shown. Is it their wish change the product. Iam not worried about money but why they changed product as per their wish. And in 2017 i purchased mobile moto e3 in flipkart that i also worst piece it used hang from 1st day onwords. I need answer why they changed my order?.

                    I ordered a laptop order no (Od[protected]. I have not received it till today. First i got the message on 14 oct 2019 that your delivery has been delayed by 3 days, now when i complained i got a msg from call center executive that it has been shifted to 21oct 2019. It's been more then 10 days the product is in pune but is not delivered to me and i have formatted my old laptop for exchange offer and it's really hectic for me to work without a laptop.

                    Plz look into the matter and solve it.

                        It is very much unfortunate that after paying the full amount on 02/10/2019 the goods delivered after 14 days and as per the e-cart people it has rust, they claim extra money, where i shall keep my old fridge? There is space problems in my small flat. If my fridge is old but in complete working condition. It is first time i wanted to purchase electronic appliances through on line mode.                           I am not able to play Flipkart Games via Flipkart app. When I try to enter, it shows that "Something's wrong here We encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions". This is too much frustrating. I had tried all possible ways to overcome it by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. But no use, the result is the same.
                          Here I am attaching the screen shot of the same. Kindly take necessary steps to resolve the problem as soon as possible and let me access the game zone.

                            I am a regular customer of flipkart but this time I am very disappointed from flipkart for rejecting my exchange offer for minor issues. I lost my all data from my previous phone for exchange I format my phone in hurry for recieving my a50s and then they rejected my exchange offer. Please do needful really very disappointed. I bought my Samsung galaxy as 32000 and now it's sold in rupees 29000 I exchange it in 7800 rupees in 80% lesser rate. And filpkart delivery boy reject my exchange. How cheap is this?                               I won 50 Super coins each (6 times) on various days for 'Quiz' in Flipkart App.It was mentioned that the prize will be given to redeem from 9.10.2019. But unfortunately prizes not given till now (16.10.2019). I would like to know why it becomes so late to credit the game prizes from Flipkart.?

                                I have won the prize of 50 Super coins on 22.9.19 and on 23.9.19 for Sports Quiz (proof of screen shot attached). It was mentioned that the prize will be available to redeem from 9.10.2019. But unfortunately the same was not credited to me till now (16.10.19). I don't know why this technical problem happened to a reputed firm like FLIPKART.
                                Also, I contacted Flipkart through message in FLIPKART APP on 11.10.2019, but no reply was obtained till now.
                                Hence, I humbly request to please resolve my issue at the earliest and please credit my prizes.

                                  I had ordered a mobile phone in flipkart on september 30th, 2019. The delivery date they given was oct 9th, 2019. Till then they are extending the delivery date day still today (16th october, 2019).
                                  I am raising the complaint from oct 11th, but still i didn't get my order. They are not responding to my complaint. If they responded i will got my order. But, they are not responding. They are just telling sorry and because of logistics issue it is getting late. I am getting this same answer from oct 11th.
                                  Is this the flipkart service working...?
                                  How many days should i wait for my delivery???

                                    I have ordered laptop from flipkart on 6th of october which was supposed to deliver by 14th of october but it's been three days passed the status is showing is still not shipped showing that waiting for courier to pick up. I have made complaint regarding that they are showing 3 days resolving that complaint time.. Very disappointed with flipkart service..

                                      I have not seen any customer care group worst than in Flipkart. No person has any knowledge of any solution. I have purchased a product and it was never reached to me. Per day I have to make a call to customer care. They are so careless people and do not know where is my product and each time they are making a new story for solution. I got very much frustrated.

                                      Neither I got product neither got my money. Total fraud FLIPKART has done with me.

                                      Many times my wife has made a call and mee too and now decided not topurchase anything from flipkart.

                                      DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FLIPKART ANYTHING.
