Hello,

I had ordered a laptop in exhange during bbd sale wasting 2 hours (Overload on server). But i never received the order due to flipkart system glitch

Problem started when i formatted my exchange laptop when i received first message of 'out for delivery', which apparently didn't happen. No call from delivery agent, i called up up he said he doesn't have product it will be delivered tomorrow.

Normally this happens, so let it go. Second day, again out for delivery no body calls up. I called up he says he is not carrying my product.

Informed flipkart on call about incident. Simultaneously, i also asked a delivery agent came to deliver another product about delivery of laptop. He informed there is some glitch in the system that when they make product for delivery, exchange product is not shown and they are not able to collect exchange product. And, they have dropped email to flipkart for this glitch and waiting for their reply. So resolution was to be provided by 10 oct 2019.

Meanwhile, agin i tried to reach flipkart via call and email. No body is understanding real concern instead just reading scripts. And finally, on due date again out for delivery, no body called up, message shown unable to contact recipient. Though as nobody called up, i called the delivery agent and again he said that not carrying your product. After 3 attempts, automatically order cancelled and cs of flipkart replying unable to provide any resolution as order canceled. But not understanding i disnt cancel it.

Now i am looking for a product and everyday hoping for a positive response. And cs keep on sending script of amount refunded.

Main problem is i am unable to order it now as prices have also increased.

    Order was placed on 30th september and flipkart promised to deliver the product on 9th october which they failed to do. I raised a query with the team and they promised to resolve it before 14th 1pm but no answers yet. Tried contacting several times but they failed to resolve my issue full cash has been paid for the product.

      I have ordered a carrier air conditioner
      (Order no. Od[protected] and the delivery date was october 6th and the product is not yet delivered. I have called several times and the flipkart customer executive does not have any information. Its more than a week i am following up with flipkart.
      They just ask to wait for another 24-48 hours and no information is provided.
      Could you please look into this issue?

        On 2nd oct i ordered this phone by credit card. It costed me ₹11599. It was expected to be delivered by 14th oct but today its 15th 9:15pm. I checked tracking link and its showing that it has arrived the nearest hub yesterday at 6:23pm. I am terrified as this has never happened with me before. My order id od[protected]. I talked to cc twice, they said they will try to resolve my issue by 18th. When i asked him that is it 100% sure that i will get it by 18th, he said its not sure and it may take more time.

          Hi, I got defective used phone with scratch on mobile and defective charger from flipkart. i Complained on flipkart but still there is no action taken by flipkart. I need refund my money with discount amount or replace my phone ASAP. Kindly do the needful for me.

            I ordered (Sleep spa memory foam mattress queen size) on 4 oct 2019 by prepaid amount that's mean i paid flipkart already without getting delivery my product. An flipkart given me delivery date 15 oct 2019 before 8 pm now is time is more than 9. Pm but i didn't get any late delivery call or or nothing even my order didn't pack yet how it how it will shipped without package. Still my my order have no update. 4 october when i ordered the products flipkart notify me seller accepted your order. Still it's have nothing update still it's showing seller accepted your order it's will be delivered on 14 oct 2019 8:pm but still have nothing progress about my order. After the order i tried to reach flipkart and they continuously promise me it will be delivered by 14 of october 2019 again i called flipkart tech support to know about my order they told same as well as before they said. You have to wait it's will be delivered on 14 october 2019 i told them please give me money refund i have many options to get that product anywhere else. But told me it's not refundable you have no other choice except wait for the delivery than i said to the you're team ok i will wait till 14 october. But till now the products didn't shipped yet and delivery day also going to be finished. Or i didn't get any technical support call or nothing. Why flipkart giving fake promise why flipkart wasting customer time or money as well as. I am tracking that order since 4 but order status had nothing changed in 10 day.. You don't care about the value of time. But we don't have too much time. Time is more important than money.. So please flipkart don't makes people fool don't waste customer time as well as money. Wo is the responsible for my 10 day those i lost for your fake promises who is the responsible for my money those i prepaid flipkart. I complain flipkart technical support but nothing response yet

              I have ordered a pet bed on 28th September 2019 from flipkart and the product name is (slatters be royal store SBRS0019 XL Pet Bed (Multi Colour)) and my order number is OD[protected]. The delivery date was 6th Oct 2019; but today is 15teen Oct 2019 and my product is not delivered yet. Even I don't have any update about my order. I have called many times in flipkart they always say one thing (Mam, please wait for 24 hours). All customers care executives are disappointed me, they all are unprofessional, they only used scripts; and they always says that our team is working on this and not providing me any resolution. I think 17teen days are more than enough to wait for a product. Now flipkart members is not ready to cancel my order and they are not giving my money back. One of the worst experiences with flipkart. You have lost your premium customer. Never expected from flipkart k wo logo k paise kha jayege. Shame on you Flipkart.

                I had placed an order over Flipkart on 28th September 2019 using Flipkart pay later service. The amount of 2 orders were Rs 1559 and Rs 499. The delivery was to be happened on 3rd of October but I did not get any update from Flipkart for the delivery. There was no update about the product so I called up Flipkart and asked to cancel the products. The products where cancelled on 4th of October. The refund of 1559 +499 should have been credited to Flipkart pay later by then but they couldn't help me with the same. 10th of October is Flipkart pay later bill due date so I had to pay the bill which included my cancelled products (amounting 1559+499) and the Flipkart customer service informed me to pay the due amount and the refund will be done to my debit card through which I paid the pay later bill on 10th. I have been following up with Flipkart every single day since 3rd October till today (15th October) but no resolution has been given. Today they emailed me that the seller has already refunded and its credit. I did not receive any amount from the seller or Flipkart and when I informed them they are giving me weird solution or post dates and asked me to wait for 2 more day etc. Since 4th of October every day they give me a new date of refund and nothing happens. Today when after receiving the email from Flipkart that refund is proceeded and its credit, I called them up and asked how its credited when I have not received any money, they told me "Maam in our system it showing that its processed and credited in your account. I have not received my payment and Flipkart doesn't even bothers to help me. I tired posting my issue over Flipkart Facebook but no one replied its been 22 hours now. I need help on this. My money is a hard owned money and 1559+499 is not a small amount

                  I have cancelled all of my orders placed recently due to lies told by customer services and delivery boys of Flipkart company regarding delivery of orders/ products. Nowadays the customer care of flipkart saying that ther have got lot of orders and i[censored] wish to cancel you can cancel anytime and we will process your refund immediately. looks like they haing earn more now and do not bother to deliver the order/products on time. Even the delivery boys behavior is very bad. This matters need to be held by CEO of the company or One day dam sure the company with collapse. I am very much frustrated while speaking the customer care of the company. Planing to write mail to the CEO of the company also. Very poor service. I do not want to give bad words but unfortunately it a third class company.

                    I ordered a TV on 28th sep promised date of delivery was on 3rd but after complaining 3 times it was delivered on 11th Oct on 12 I have to raise a complaint again for installation they told me product will be installed on or before 15th but no action taken I m fed up of this Flipkart worst Cs ever when ever I call them the call gets disconnected automatically I called about 5 times just after explaining my issue call disconnected what am I supposed to do even the return policy date is in 3 days I don't know what to do with product on top of that Flipkart doesn't want customer to open the package this is the last time ordering on Flipkart worst platform of all

                      Recently I placed an order on Flipkart ON BIG BILLON DAY SALE On 4th Oct. The Order was for ADRENEX English Willow bat . My main Concern is that after waiting the bat For 12 days, my order is cancelled by seller on same day of shipment. The reason is given to me is Courier service can not deliver, but On the Same Sale i ordered PVC STICKERS from the Same seller ('Retailnet 'most trusted seller on flipkart) from the Same Courier Service at Same address and they delivered it.
                      In case of Bat the Seller is rejected.
                      I think this is just an excuse of seller to not provide me my product.
                      Now price of Bat is 2999 RS . (Six time) .Now This was the worst experience of mine on Flipkart. In future I never recommend for shopping on Flipkart.

                        Recently i placed an order on flipkart on big billon day sale on 4th oct. The order was for adrenex english willow bat. My main concern is that after waiting the bat for 12 days, my order is cancelled by seller on same day of shipment.                           I have ordered a mobile branded realme -5 pro through flipkart portal on 29/09/2019. The product was delivered on 8/10/2019. I was shocked when i have opened the parcel becoz the mobile which i have received as motorola one action worth of approx 11000/-. But i have paid money for realme worth of 15000/-. Immediately i have raised the return request and contacted the people from flipkart, upon conversation they people always used to say the some kids kinds of stories. But i want my money back. And the product also they have not picked up back from me. I told them whatever the action u do, should have to do within urself and why i need to wait so long to get the money back. I don't think flipkart delivers the product fairly to their customers, and also felt that there is no fair conversation. I am in so much depression and strongly suggest people pls don't go through flipkart to buy anything.

                            Order was Cancelled on 1 October Then they said refund will credit 11 Oct and now showing Refund completed
                            I not got any refund
                            I am asking Refund reference number, they are not giving me. If you issued refund they provide Refrence no., Why you nit providing?
                            Even I sent Bank Statement also

                            Then they created issue and said we will give you update 14 oct but they increasing date again n again, then 15 and now 18 oct

                            My Money Stucked

                            2nd Issue, One order was placed on 1 oct and delivery date 16 oct, I paid prepaid, I asked Customer care I will get product or not Then I will wait till 16 oct then they gave me assurity you will surely get product
                            Today Product arrived at my nearest hub then they cancelled the product

                            3rd I posted about Flipkart fakeness on social media, then they blocked my Flipkart account

                              To flipkart,
                              The delivery boy reached at my door, he check my old mobile phone for exchangeing new a50 as per my order, he reject my old mobile because he found somthing blue line on my screen side, that nobody can't see the same he saw, he reject my phone with no reason i have recheck it at mobile repairing shop the repairman said that there is nothing wrong with your old mobile everything is fine, this is my complaint to the flipkart that please change your dump kind of delivery boy and send someone who is well knowning his mobile number is-[protected]

                                Hi Flipkart,
                                I have been cheated with Ekart.
                                I have purchased the ordered product in exchange of Redmi note 4.
                                This mobile exchange value was 3800.
                                But when the delivery person came to me he said me that product has screen issue.
                                He checked from his system and ran some test on my redmi note 4 .
                                Then he asked me 2250 Rs additional because the product has screen issue.
                                So i gave him but my invoice had not updated. It means product had not any issue which i exchanged with Ekart.
                                Please find the attachment for the amount which I had paid through Phone pe.

                                Hi consumer forum,
                                My problem has not been resolved. I am taking follow up with flipkart customer since last 3 days.I have said that I need my updated invoice with the amount I paid.
                                If Flipkart is not providing me the updated invoice then they have to refund me 2250 Rs. I have explained each and everything to customer care executive of flipkart.They are really not helping me in such case. I have been cheated with Ekart for my exchanged product for 2250 Rs. They are not taking followup with Ekart logisitc services.

                                  Am order a football boots in big billion days flipkart notify me product delivery in oct 10 but today 15 oct 2019 my product not delivered me and am call the delivery man no answer please consider my request please deliver my product fastly within two days flipkart your waste my lot of days really sad 😢😢😢

                                    I had brought a hp laptop ...Model no-15-da0073tx 4months ago..Delivered date is 21st may 19...But now due to screen problems when i call to hp customers care, they advise me for renewals warranty with in 2 months...As warranty going to end on 21st december 2019...As warranty activated on 23 october 2018...When i want to contact with flipkart customers care services...The number always tell busy...Please contact with me...Just i want replace the laptop...

                                      I am flipkart customer from the day they started flipkart. My Flipkart account is blocked from last 3 months. The reason mentioned is irregularities in payment. I am asking the exact reason and they dont have answer for that. Customer care representatives are saying its system generated and they cant do anything.They dont have options to reach senior flipkart representatives to look into the issue. I do have all the transaction details, which will be used for warranty and receipt available there. I dont have access to them.
