I ordered the shoes on 8th october on flipkart as per them date of deliver is 13th .one week is gone for the date that provide for delivery October still shoes not delivery.
I registered the complaint still no update from flipkart as 2weeks completed still no response and update from flipkart.

    Hi i have order a treadmill on 4th of october from flipkart online and it was supposed to get delivered by 10th of oct and installation by 18th but nothing happened till now. I have raised many complaints but no solution till now. I got fed up and tried to cancel the order but they are saying that it’s not possible. My emi for this going to start. Please cancel my order and cancel the emi.

      Ordered place date : 2 oct 19
      Ordered cancelled date 20 oct 19

      I want to justice from flipkart on above ordered and committed delivery date 9 oct 2019.

      Following points already discussed with customer care.

      1. I am not received any call, sms and email regarding delivery product at 5 oct 29 : what is the action taken by flipkart.

      2. 9 oct 19 many call to customer care regarding delivery and flipkart give the commitment product delivered end of the day. : but not received.

      3. 9 oct 19 same day i am informed the customer care next 4-5 days not available in pune due to job site visit in haridwar. : what is the action taken by flipkart.

      4. 1st time 11 oct 19 received call from courier agent that time i request him please deliver product at 14 oct 19 and he agreed. Same day i was called to customer care and same discussion pass on. : what is the action taken by flipkart (Not received product).

      5. 14 oct contact with customer care regarding delivery and i am not available in pune next 15 and 16 oct : what is the action taken by flipkart.

      6. 16 oct 2nd time received called courier agent and same time i request him for deliver product on 17 oct.

      7. 17 oct many times call to customer care regarding delivery also same day discussed with senior manager and he was give the commitment product be delivered.
      On 17 oct : what is the action taken by flipkart.

      8. 18 oct also speak with customer care senior manager regarding delivery : what is the action taken by flipkart.

      9. Without any intimation how can cancelled my order.

      This above matter i am very surprised and give the proper solution with penalty due to spend money, time, interest on money and hurssment of customer.

      If all rules and regulations only for customer on this condition and what about the flipkart and seller. Only gaining the profit from customer.

      Customer expectations from flipkart :

      1. Delivere product : because customer spend money, time. Also suffer in tension, frustrations and harassment from flipkart.
      2. Not expected a cancellation
      3. Penalty : same ordered free of cost

      I am expected any one option out of 3.

      Thank you for your reply and you have agreed my ordered was cancelled your end only. (I am not any request rise to cancel for the my order.)

      During ordered (2 Oct 19) facilitated by Flipkart.
      1. Mobile Value - 18999 Realme XT (Pearl Blue, 128 GB) (8 GB RAM
      2. Paid by ICICI Credit card - 10% additional disc. (Max. 2000)
      3. Complete Mobile Protection 1 Year by Flipkart Protect - Rs. 1 (base price Rs. 1699/-)
      After above all offer final mobile price was Rs.17100

      Refer during raised complete details, I got from Flipkart only frustration & harassment (no of times/days call to customer care but flipkart not get any strong action taken, also many time discussed with senior peoples)
      base on spend money and time to Flipkart.

      So finally my expectation from flipkart as below.

      1. Deliver product : As per existing ordered with all offers. (I want fast track delivery [within one day] because you have already get sufficient time) - Note: presently already ordered mobile not available. (my ordered mobile where is?)
      2. If any delayed each day Rs. 2000/- as a penalty.
      3. Penalty : same ordered free of cost (If you have delayed 10 day's)

      This above condition start from 23 Oct 2019.

        I ordered a phone on 4th october 2019, and expected date was 19th october... I thought flipkart will deliver before the date, but it's 20th october product still not even packed. I am a plus member of flipkart and have on benefit of that. My friend ordered the same product and recurved within 2 days. I tried to reach them with the help section on flipkart, and they said the team is working on it. And will be resolved by 24rd october. I tried to contact them 3, 4 times but only apologies received. My product still not packed... Worst service i have ever seen

          I have purchased asus 6 z from flipkart with 90 percent buyback guarantee. It was delivered on 26 july 2019 and buyback guarantee is valid till 25 october 2019. But now, when i want to exchange this mobile with another one the buyback guarantee is not activated. I have complained at least more than 10 times but reply is always same. They provide me dates after dates but not giving any solution. My buyback of 28800 is at stake. Kindly help me because last date is 25 october 2019. The error message is - sorry! Abb is not enabled for this account.

            This is with regards to order id [od[protected]].
            I had placed the return for 4 trousers and two wishmasters were supposed pickup 2 trousers each. However, mistakenly wishmaster-1 picked up all the 4 trousers. I received the refund for 2 trousers and the return for the other 2 trousers have been cancelled.
            I have been chasing flipkart since last 15 days for this issue and still haven’t received any solution. Since last 1 week i have been calling them daily and explaining them the same issue again and again. I had asked them to arrange for a call directly with the team which is working on the issue for faster resolution but haven’t received a single callback.
            I have been a flipkart plus customer since a long time and this is the kind of service i receive. Highly disappointment!

              Whenever i tried to acess the game section it states that "we encouraged fair play etc" and i am unable to access my game zone. This happened from two days back and after making several calls to the customer service team none of them yet has resolved the matter despite giving me assurance every single time i made a call. This happened because i once used my brother number to log in and now his account too is facing with the same issue

                The product blezza men's solid straight kurta, order id - od[protected] is not attempting return pickup, from 3rd october i am calling flipcart regularly but issue is not resolved.
                Two time the return pickup automatically cancelled, third time pickup date given on 17th oct 19, and its changed to 19th october but nobody came to pick it up, if you are unable to return pick please process my refund.

                  I ordered a smart tv (Iffalcon by tcl) from flipkart which got delivered on 10th oct and installed on the same day by jeeves. However, due to picture quality, lagging of os and black spot on display, i processed for a return which didn't till date happen till date and when i contacted customer service thrice, no resolution. I false promises. I should have received the item till date but customer service is not taking a pain to resolve my issue. I have recorded call even with a supervisor who hung up on my face even i was polite on call. I didn't offend or used any inappropriate language. Just wanted a resolution by 22 oct which is confirmed by flipkart customer service members (Commitment). There is no benefit to take flipkart plus membership if they do not resolve plus members concerns/complaint on priority. I will not renew any services on flipkart and i will not buy anything.

                  Now i want my refund which they are not providing!!

                      When i'm trying to login to my account, it's showing "your account is blocked, to fix this call customer care". After contacting customer care for 1 week and getting a same reply everytime that you'll recieve a call from our concerned team with in 24-48hrs. Later received a mail from flipkart stating "our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history."
                      I purchased tv, washing machine, clothes on sale days, if i return some clothes because of my size issues. This is my right.

                          I ordered a phone realme 5 pro on 02 oct 19 through flipkart. The phone arrived on 09 oct 19. Phone started malfunctioning on 17 oct 19 (Bluetooth not switching on). Raised request twice on 17 oct 19 and 18 oct 19. But no technician visited to check the phone. Seller denied to give replacement as the seller was unable to give replacement. Reason cited by flipkart was that i didn't received there call. Flipcart's call came only for short duration and before i was about to pick it up, the call got disconnected.

                              I have booked oppo f11 pro and received my delivery on 30/09/2019. While paying the amount i have paid in phonepe app and i have received transaction successful. But the delivery person told that he has not received otp. So we called flipkart customer help centre they told to pay in cod so i paid the delivery person the amount.                                   The order with order id od[protected] was placed on 04/10/2019, the promised delivery date was 13/10/2019 but the product has not even been packed yet by the seller, on asking the customer care of filpkart about the whereabouts of the order, i was told to wait with no questions being answered regarding the delay of the order, the customer care then raised the issue to their backend team which were to respond
                                  & resolve the issue but even the backend team is extending it's deadline without giving any proper reason, the first date given by their backend team was 18/10/2019, then on 18/10/2019 they without even calling or conveying anything extended it to 19/10/2019 by 14:07 pm. Till now there has been no resolution provided and also the promised delivery date has been extended twice by flipkart with the next promised delivery date being 20/10/2019, which again will get extended as the product is not even packed yet by the seller.

                                    I have ordered a product with order id od[protected], it was suppose to get delivered to me by 18th october, which i was ready to wait for. But the drama begins on 10th oct, got a message that the product is out for delivery, i have not been contacted and at evening i got a message as undelivered. The same got repeated on 12th oct, so, i did a complain about the same as the message which i receive contains a number and no one picks that number. Then they raised there level of torturing customer, and on 13th oct, the next day, i got a out for delivery message, and after 1 hour, delivered message. I got shocked and called the number mentioned on the out for delivery message, it rings and rings but no one picked. After sometime i called the flipkart customer care and they said i should ask to neighbors, relatives for the package, that was ridiculous. I live alone, why should delivery person give my package to someone else, without contacting me. On this, the person on the call, told be to be assured that concerned team will help me in this regard (Incident: in[protected]. Received a mail assuring that a resolution will be provided by 14th oct 9:00 pm. But i haven't received any resolution, so contacted the customer support on 15th team, and they said the resolution date is 18th oct and i should wait till then, and the previous mail mentioning the resolution by 14th oct 9:00 pm was by mistake from one executive.

                                    I have not received my product, it is showing delivered, and they need 5 days to figure out what happened. I don't understand this kind of service. I still have no idea what they are doing to solve my issue and what should i do as they are not providing me any other input rather than me to wait till 18th oct. So, i have waited till 18th oct, and then they said to wait till 19th oct and still i didn't get any response.

                                    Received a call from Flipkart executive on 20th oct 5:00 PM, after 7 days of logging complaint to them. But still no resolution received, just promises that be assured it will be resolved.

                                      Dear designated flipkart officer. I ordered a wireless hoatzin p10 sound player vide order i'd no : [protected] and tracking i'd is fmpc[protected]
                                      18/10/2029 was the date for delivery but the currier boy didn't call me and sent me an abrupt sms that he tried to reach me but couldn't. Today also he neither called me nor delivered my item to me and sent the same sms that he couldn't get me and in next working day he will try to deliver. The delivery boys don't hand over the ordering items in the address given at the time of placing order and they generally sit in one place and call us to receive, what is beyond the condition between the customer and the company.
                                      My query is to you, whether you take my grievance positively and get my items in time or not?
                                      I called to the so called helpline number but i have not got response from the company. If the helpline numbers don't work, why have you provide such system?
                                      I have totally lost my patience. I'm sorry for such inconvenience happening with me.

                                        Dear team,

                                        I had ordered fastrack watch on 1st october. On 7th oct ie
                                        On the day of delivery, received call from courier/delivery boy.
                                        He asked me to come at entry gate of my office premises.

                                        Before i reach to the location i have recieved message that 'your courier has been delivered' however courier was not handed over to me by courier delivery boy.

                                        Courier delivery boy was there only when i asked him to hand over my courier then he refused and told me that courier has already been handed over to another person.

                                        Here courier delivery boy had not identified the original customer. I have raised complaint immediately in front of courier boy and shared the details.

                                        Executive had raised compliant and asked me wait for 48 hour to get this resolved. After 48 hrs, got from customer care that refund has been initiated and i will get the refund within 5 days.

                                        Post 5 days, i have contacted customer care again as i was not received any refund or confirmation. When i contacted customer care again then i was informed that previous complaint was incorrect and we are initiating new compliant and same will be resolved by 15th oct.

                                        Today, i have contacted customer care, executive had raised new complaint and failed to explain the resolution time as well as status of previous complaints. He also asked to me check email and revert on the same but i have not received any email.

                                        So, i request you to look into matter and help to gets this resolved asap.
