Complained multiple. Time. For my order but not a single update on my query in last 10 days. Every time when i call customer care they just say within 24 hrs issue will be resolved but it's long days waiting no reaolution.
Some rules and regulations needed for these online industry where there is no service commitment as if they can't manage it why they take money for plus membership. There should be compensation for this late delivery as they tool huge sum of money from customer in prepaid order and chanalize for theri business needs and keep the customer suffering.

    I bought xiaomi redmi 8 from flipkart mobile received is working very slow and hang continuously and camera is very poor.
    I request for return but flipkart seller is cancelled my return request. Please accept my request and send my refund.

      Order id - od[protected] the product realme 5 has been ordered on 30th sept the order has to be delivered before 14 oct 2019 still no processing is done on the order each time i call the customer care they say you will get a resolution soon first they said 14th then 16th then 17 thn 18 thn 19 no resolution and answers are given i have to pay the emi and can't even cancel the order as the emi provider will charge me for canceling the agreemnt as loan has been approved the seller is not processing the order

        I bought a new bicycle in the big billion sales.. Bought the cycle on 29 sep, item should have been delivered by 7th oct.. But since then every day they are saying it will be delivered tomorrow..

        They revised the date to 11 oct, then 14 oct, then to 16 oct, later to 17 oct and now to 22 oct.. It's a never ending story..

        I have made 15 online complaints via flipkart app, but all these cases were closed auto without my knowledge, i think they are thinking customers as #..

        I have all the complain records and called customer care more than 15 times, no body solved, instead asked me to wait endless days.. I have more than 8 call conversation records with flipkart executives.. Tomorrow i am going to consumer court to file a case against them and sue them for 15 lakh rupees..

        Everyday I open a complaint and every day they close it as re solved with out solving it. 12 days 12 complaints closed without my knowledge..

          On dt.01.09.2019 i order a redmi 8a mobile order id-od[protected], but in the same day seller was cancel my order but the refund amount of rs.5399/- is not received yet i was also contact flipkart helpline no more than 50 times and also contact to my bank more than 13 times but no resolution. But they said that we are unable to help you in this txn. If flipkart refund the amount then the amont then the amount will automatically credited o your account and also contact to my bank grivance cell same resolution received. I therefore request you please send me my refund amount of rs.5399/- asap.

              Od[protected] as per order i'd i had purchased product worth rs 14500 under prepaid mode in big billion days and it is shipped on 5 october 2019 from farukhnagar warehouse through ekart logistics, the tragedy biggining then, after that no delivery movement till the time from farooknagar. I think it is lost at farooknagar. But every time they say it is delivery soon. First extended date of delivery is 19 october, then extended delivery date 22 october. What can i do?

              I want my product. Either they send new phone again or send missing phone at farooknagar

              Forward this condition to flipkart. I am going to cancell my order for such a bad cheating service. I want get refund money on the spot through imps or UPI because my money last 20 days in seller. So I have no any adjustment to this .

                Hi sir, ma'am,

                I have ordered real me x 128 gb polar white from flipkart.com worth rs. Of 11069 on 30th of september 2019. Because of quality issue i didn't like the product and cancelled it. On 1st october 2019, i got a message from flipkart.com saying that "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days
                My refund was in two parts i. E 10969 for mobile phone and 100 rs for. Pickup of old mobile because i have ordered the product on exchange

                When i checked my statement 100 rs was credited on same day i. E 1st october 2019 but the remaining amount was not credited
                I complained regarding this but they told me to wait till 10th october 2019 because it was the cut off date for refund but the refund was not credited to my account

                Then i again complaint regarding this but they said if you do not see the refund in your account by this time, you may contact the bank's customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell
                So i contacted my bank regarding this and they told me that there was no such amount was credited by flipkart merchant
                Then they asked my bank account statement and i have sent my bank statement but they didn't help me in this regard
                Again and again i called flipkart they have refused to help me in this regard

                Sir, i am going to attach the relevant document. Kindly have a look and try to resolve my issue. I will be very thankful to you. Below are few more detials

                The seller has refunded Rs. 10969/- and Rs.100/- on 01 Oct 2019 and this should have been in your debit card by now. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.

                  I have ordered a mobile from flipkart on 30th of september and expected delivery date was 7th of october but they have not delivered that product yet. I have mailed them at least 5 times and i don't know how much time i have chat with them but they don't even know where the product is. Whenever i talked with then they asked your problem will resolved in 24 to 48 hours but 48 hours never ends. I don't understand what is going on.

                    With due respect i want to apprise you that i have ordered f-assured google nest hub (Order id-od[protected] on 30th sept 2019 during the big billion days sale at the price of rs. 8099/-. I have made the prepayment through icici credit card and also availed 10% instant discount available for this offer. This product was expected to be shipped by 6th oct 2019 and to be delivered by 10th oct 2019. As no updates for this order were shown i have complaint regarding delivery of this product on 09th oct 2019. Initially it was assured that the problem will be resolved by 14 oct 2019 and again it was extended by 15 oct 2019. Meanwhile a message from flipkart was received on my registered mobile no on 13th oct 2019 regarding delivery rescheduled saying that your product has been rescheduled due to an unforeseen issue faced by the seller, you can expect delivery by 14/10/2019 but instead of making prepayment 19 days ago there is no solution to my problem. Now i am being forced multiple times by the customer care executive and resolution team to cancel the order and make fresh order from yesterday else the order will be cancelled automatically. If i do so then what will be the purpose of shopping flipkart assured product in big billion days where i got discount of rs.1, 900/-. For the last 18 days i have been totally ashamed that i have done on flipkart and totally fed up useless replies that the resolution cannot be provided. It is beyond my understanding that how a product ordered under f-assured badge which is already approved by the seller cannot be delivered due to unforeseen reason. This is humiliating to see that a brand like flipkart which is the largest online platform available as of now is not able to keep its promise that too of mere rs.8, 099/-. I just want you to keep you promise and either deliver the product under the same order at the same price or a new order will have to be placed at the your end at the same price at the earliest or compensate with the amount of rs. 1900/- so i will make the fresh order. I have attached some screenshots for your reference.

                      I'm porselvam, i was placed an ordered realme 5 pro sparkling blue 64 gb on 4th october 2019 and i received a wrong product on 9th october 2019. I received realme 5

                      I have raised a request for replacement to actual order which i had placed on 9th they told me to wait 12th october, on 12th october i didn't get any response from flipkart again i called customer service and they said wait for 24 hours, on 13 the october they cancelled my request, again i raised request that also they cancelled on 17th october 2019. The request now also still pending only. They extending the date and time only. The return approval is remaining pending.
                      In bill they mention realme 5 pro with imei number, the imei number matching with realme 5 mobile.

                      I kindly requesting do the needful and replacement of my actual order.

                        The product which was delivered today for the order id od[protected] at around 7.30pm contained vim bar soap and duplicate samsung powerbank instead of the phone.

                        The delivery denied to deliver at the doorstep instead he called from his number [protected] and called me by the road side to pick up the parcel. He gave the phone in a hurry without doing open box verification.

                        I haven't received any deliver status update on flipkart and on my email address.

                        Hence i would request you to kindly send me the original product which was ordered or refund my money.

                          The order was to be delivered on 11th october. Flipkart employees have no ide of where the shipment is, they are just extending the resolution date every day. It went from 11th to 16th to 17th to 19th and now to 21st and god knows when they will decide they can deliver this. Never had such a pathetic experience with delivery.

                            I have order 2 mobile of 36000 rs on 1 oct and they was cancelled by the seller on 1 oct and the refund date is 11oct but i havent got refund till 11 oct . I complain to customer care they give me time to resolve my issue till 16 oct and on 16 oct they send me message to wait till 17 oct and now they are not responding me and i am.not able to send them mails . They are cheating on me.

                              My order I'd is OD[protected]
                              I'd ordered on 28th September, 2019 in this order there were total 5 items out if it I'd received 4 on time but 1 item' s expected delivery date was 02nd October, 2019. I've contacted flipkart 6 to 7 times but every time they said that they are working on the issue but even after 15 days of expected delivery date my issue not resolved. Even my product not shipped. I'm a flipkart plus member and have been a customer of flipkart since many years. I've never expected this type of issue from flipkart. My order is prepaid and I do not want to cancel it. It's a strange that I've a concern for "befor sales service" Where in most of the cases the concerns are of after sales services.

                                Dear sir,
                                I've bought a realme xt on 12th oct 2019 which was supposed to delivered to me by 15th oct 2019, i've bought this phone in exchange of my old phone, i've done the payment of my order via online modes, and since 15th oct my product is been delayed on the daily basis, everyday i wake up with the new date of product delivery, and i call them everyday but i recieve only one answer sir please be relaxed you order will be delivered to you by tommorrow "sir aap nischint rahiye aapka order aapko mil jaayga kal tak". I don't know now what should i do because the days are increasing, now today i was promised my product will be delivered by saturday, i'm hopefully waiting for my product to be delivered to me by saturday. But what if i get the same excuse on saturday??

                                  There are Rs. 100 added in my Flipkart account Flipkart has blocked my account and not refunding my gift card. I have called many times and shooted many mails from sep 30, 2019. No one has helped me regarding this and I have not received my gift card back. They are also not unblocking my account so that I can use that gift card balance. They block two of ways o[censored]sing the gift card. They are asking to talk to seller of the gift card. But seller has also provided solution that the gift cards are already added to Flipkart account. They can do nothing.. After blocking my Flipkart account they are sending me offer related messages and others. I don't want to receive any emails and messages from Flipkart.
