Hi,
I bought 3 products on 29 september'19 with order id od[protected] from flipkart.
1 denver deo - ₹272
2 treo bottle -₹272
3 syska power chord - ₹179
I bought all of the above from flipkart and paid for them using my flipkart pay later account a total of ₹723 amount.
Now i cancelled all the above order the very next day, as it was taking too long to get delivered and got refund only for 1 product i. E. Treo bottle amounting ₹272.
I didn't received the refund for other two products i. E. Denver deo and syska power chord.
My billing cycle is 10th october 2019 as i didn't get refund for the two remaining products flipkart wants me to pay for the product which i cancelled and not even received. I logged the complainant many times but no resolution received fro their end.
Now they are charging fine on that amount as i haven't paid them till now for incorrect billed amount.

Please help me i'm very frustrated with flipkart and their cheap services.

    Ref. To order id no. Od[protected], please don’t sell the product on exchange basis although you have not to take at all old one. On 4th oct-2019 i placed a order of mobile on exchange basis. After waiting a long time today (14th oct-2019) i got your delivery but after checking my old phone, your delivery boy didn’t except it to take inspite of best condition & asked for balance amount in cash. Its second time such type of things happened to me. Few days back also, your delivery boy refused to take another well conditioned phone. Either it is your hidden strategy to take order & upon delivery refuse to take old mobile or your delivery boy deliberated does such types of things.
    Also note your delivery boy’s behaviour also not good. Its very irritating to finally get the order after a long time almost 10 days passed and now i am standing where i was on 4th oct. Next time i will think thousand time while placing order on flipkart. So kindly please improve your services & polices

      I have ordered oppo f11 and the deliver should be done by 12 th oct 2019 and then it is modified to 14 by flipkart and now it is further modified to 19th. Worst delivery service . Amazon is better in the terms of delivery. They have collected money and cheating customers .

        This complaint regarding od[protected] order number. Flipkart has delivered 3 star invert ac in place of 5 star i ordered and in-spite of many followups they are not looking at the issue.
        It is clearly mentioned in their website that it is 5 star invert ac but delivered 3 star. It is almost 15 days from the follow up but none is listening in flipkart escalation department

          Even i checked with my neighbours and everyone there was no product delivery...

          I am also not getting any resolutiin n response by flipkart escalation... Giverence n cs care..

          Worst worst worstttt... I will suggest everyone to not ordr anything frm flipkart

              Hello this is sarthak pattanaik, i have placed 2 order from flipkart but till now no updates and support are not able to solve the issue.. One order id is od[protected], promised date was 8th oct but till now no updates, they are saying to cancel the order... Is this a solution.. I want that product asap... Disgusting services, providing wrong informations to customers and worst services...

                This incident took place with me on monday 14 october at around 2:20 pm in the noon i was delivered the product [laptop lenovo ideapad 130] by delivery man in a tempo when my product was lying anyhow i asked him also that does this will damage my product or what he said no then i went in my room and i opened it then i saw that the bezels of the laptop were unattached to laptop from the side edges and the mouse pad was also moving too much so with this concern i went on flipkart app and then started to create a return request when i was on my final stage of creating request as soon as i clicked on submit return request i was thrown out of the app and was logged out of it and now i am being blocked and i am unable to do any thing and my account is also blocked

                  I have ordered samsug washing machine on 2nd of october and it was to be delivered by 11th of october. But till now there is no update on the delivery and no one is bothered to look after my concern. I am not able to connect the concerned courier company also. I have called flipkart customer care and lodged complain but they are asking to wait till 16th october.

                    I will order sony rt3 sound ber from flipkart apps in big billion days time, date was 30th sep, 2019. Flipkart promise delivery date was 6th oct 2019, but still now on 14th oct, i will not get the product. Many time i am called flipkart customer executive team but every time every executive say for big billion day delivery service is delay sir pls wait some more days.. Thats fine.. But from yesterday they are say forcefully cancelled the order and again re order the product.. But why i will again boked the product.. I am also booked the product in credit card prepaid transaction mode, from 14 days i have a money value. If i am cancelled the order flipkart return the my amount with interest or loss money? And i can again booked the same product in same amount! I know never possible this, thats why i will never cancelled the product. I want to get my product. I am very upset from flipkart service and logistic team. Please look at this matter. Then i am very thankfull from flipkart team and consumer forum team..                       I have bought infinix smart3 plus mobile orderid: od od[protected] product received date :1 oct2019 and productive is defective and i have raised return request on 9 th oct byt in flipkart application there is no option for rrturn
                      In flipkart page there is oone option change ur mobile to another new same phone but i dont want this company priduct its hanging abd swith of time to time again i have called flipkart they didn't responce they says factort reset then use i have done all the option but there is no changes. Then flip cart executive says that there is no option forreturn kindly contact infinix customer care no they will help you

                      But 10 days replace pokicy is are joking

                      They are fraud with customer kindly return my phonr and return my money

                        Hi, based on my recent purchases from flipkart on this big billion days sale, i ordered new smartphone realme xt (Order id – od[protected] and i received the same after 2 days but the phone have faulty display and they done some internal process like sent the technician for checking the phone first and then they are agree to replace the same. After completion of the all process, i got the new phone after 3 days but this time phone has again defective like adhesive is showing on right side of the screen clearly and also near by power button of the back panel. Again i am contact with customer care executive via chat and he suggest me for showing the phone first to realme service center, based on his suggestion, i visited the realme service center and discuss my issue with there team. They are completely agree with my issue and advise me to further contact with flipkart. I don’t understand when i have paid the money for new mobile then why i got the refurbished/ used phone from flipkart. Now flipkart is not yet agree to refund the amount and definitely i am not agree to retain this phone and also i am suffer from this problem last 14 days. This is mental harassment and fraud with customers. Request you to please resolve my issue at the earliest.

                        Based on my above complaint, Flipkart take action on my issue but they are playing game with customers. I want to share yesterday instance with you. So call Flipkart technician visited to my office address and thoroughly check the phone and identify the same issue as I mentioned in my complaint and also mentioned the same issue in the Flipkart Job sheet (attached) but after some time I have checked the status of my refund in their website, its showing as your refund request is rejected without any reason. This Diwali season, Flipkart and seller (Vision Star) making fool to customer providing the faulty and refurbished products. Please take strict action against Flipkart and the Seller Vision Star both are doing fraud and give mental harassment to the customers. I face this problem since last 15 days and followup with Flipkart on daily basis infact 4-5 times in a day. Also, I doubt they are not entertain after the return policy period which is over on 16 Oct 2019. So please help me to resolve this issue before 16 Oct 2019.

                        Hi, this to inform that yesterday I have received a call from Flipkart and they said that your refund is rejected due to technician mentioned the remarks as C.I.D (i.e Customer Individual Damage). I am shocked / surprised after hear the words from Flipkart Executive. If you see the attached job sheet filled by technician, there is nothing mentioned the remarks "CID" and technician also agreed at that time gum/adhesive is clearly showing in the screen and in the Back panel and the phone look like open. The phone delivered on 06 Oct in my office (i.e Sunday) and I have received / collected the phone in my hand on 7th Oct (Monday) and the same day late night I had chat with customer care executive of Flipkart and described the issue as mentioned in my complaint. Flipkart Executive suggest me to show the phone to Realme Service Center first and as recommended I visited on October 8, 2019 at the Realme Service Center (Janakpuri East) and they said that if you purchase a new phone then phone is not look like this and they advise me for further contact with Flipkart and then I placed the request for refund/replacement on same date. Here it is very clear that they are playing game and try to confused/ harass me and not interested to give my money back or replace the phone. Request you to please take strcit/ necessary course of action against Flipkart and Vision Star, so that in future no customers faces this kind of mental harassment / fraud.

Every disappointed by the way your customer care executive respond and no back end support. Shipment status showing that product was nearer to my delivery hub but still the same was not delivered.                               I had brought a hp laptop... And 4 months ago... Now its became screened problems... But when i take it to service centre they ask me for warranty renewals... As only 2 months left... But the laptop deliver me on 21st may... It's warranty was on time 1 year... When i check laptop warranty period it saw warranty activated on23rd october 2018 and end date 21 december 2019... So it's sure flipkart delivered me a 2nd hand product... Now i want replace it... But i can't connect any toll free services... All number all time show busy... Please i want
                              Replace it is only solution for me...

                                I have ordered a product - oppo f11 pro on 1st oct, 2019 through flipkart app on big billion day sale by making a prepaid payment. The promised delivery date was 12th october and now they have extended the date to 15th october. I am without any phone and have requested for an early delivery but they are making false promises about the delivery on a regular basis.

                                  The issue that i have experienced was: i oder asus gaming laptop rog g531gt-bqo24t (Order id - od[protected] on 2nd october 2019, within offer period, at no cost emi of 6 month and added my sony laptop (I-3 processor) to exchange then it's cost me around 47000 but when delivery boy come to check out my laptop, he set my laptop price around 3820 rupees and i didn't want to sell my laptop on very less price, so i asked him that i don't want to exchange laptop, and how i pay the difference (Exchange price 5950 reduced when i ordered) then he not take money from me and said it's automatically added to your plan. So i don't pay him 5950. Then he gone. After few times i get message that my order failed, because i don't give my exchange laptop to delivery boy. I called that delivery boy at the moment more than once but he not pick my call then i call customer service, and he told me that you not pay the difference, that's why it's failed. I told him that delivery boy told me not to pay. Then customer executive said that he take my request and again delivery boy come and i have to pay difference then i get my laptop. I get message that we escalated your issue and resolve my problem by 10th october. But on 8th october in night around 1:00am i get a mail that my order was cancelled. Now when i call customer service, they said that order cancelled and item reaches to seller, you have to reorder. After that i asked customer executive to transfer my call to his senior then he put me on waiting for three or four minutes and after that they disconnect my call, i thought its happen sometimes so i call back and request to transfer my call again same thing happen. After that i mailed my problem but untill yet i dont get any response

                                    I have ordered a realme x phone from flipkart on 4th of october using my card offer (Order i'd : od[protected] and the item was cancelled by the seller. I registered a complaint on the company's customer care and over the consumer complaint forum. I got a reply from the company that it was the mistake from the seller and assured me that i will get the item on placing a fresh order.
                                    Again on 11th october i placed an order with sbi credit card offer (Order i'd : od[protected] and again the order got cancelled.
                                    But on the same time i ordered the same item from the same seller on flipkart without applying any offer (Order i'd : od[protected] and directly went for full amount payment as cod, and that order was successful and the item is on shipping right now.
                                    The deadline for a favourable resolution asked by the flipkart team is today (14/10/19) till 2.00 pm and still now no update from them.
                                    So from my experiences, when i applied for an offer they denied my order and when i just went to pay full amount my order was done.
                                    I demand my compensation from the company for wasting my money, time and for the violation of the service that was assured.

                                      I booked a gopro hero 7 on 7th october 2019, delivery date is 10th october 2019 and i planned a trip to leh ladakh from kerala by my own bike its a dream trip (Trip date 12th october 2019, 30 days trip).                                         I raised a return request on 4th of october and the same should be done by 9th of october and it has not done yet. Without my authorization they are cancelling my return request. If i call them on the same they are talking irresponsibly and asking me to wait... Till 22nd october. They are simply making customers to wait untill long time and the deliveries are are also delayed for long time.
