Today the delivery person (Awb[protected] came at 12.15 when i was out for the office. It was a cod order so i requested the person to deliver the product tomorrow. He rudely replied that it was not possible.
My entire family is purchasing products from flipcart. This kind of behaviour is not at all expected.
Kindly reschedule my delivery.

      I am not able to play game in flipkart game zone. Whenever i try to play game in flipkart game zone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'. I started to get this error message from today evening, i. E: oct 16, 2019.
      Please note i have only one account associated with flipkart so please make a note that i haven't tried to log in with two different id in the device.
      Moreover since last month i have won some of the prizes by playing these games which i was able to see in the leader board before this incident. And now it just got vanished!!
      Tried to call flipkart support had a word with them.. But during the conversation, i did realise that i was speaking to some robot who was just repeatedly told the same things without even understanding my problem. And as usual i didn't get any resolution from them.
      Now i am wondering is this some kind of scam by flipkart and this is happening because i have won some prizes at rs 1 which i am suppose to claim started from 19th of this month!!!
      I have screenshot of each and every prize that i have won during the game play, so don't try to tell me nonsense things and trick me. As a proof i am attaching some pics.
      You guys won't allow me to play any more games!!! Fine let it be like this way. But i want all the items which i have won during the game play by spending my precious time.

      Dont just respond nonsense. What part of my complaint is not understandable to the team????
      There is no order related complaint I have posted. Its all about the blocking from the GameZone and also deprive me to claim the gifts that I have won and suppose to order at rs 1. Check the below screenshot where your support team told me that I will be able to claim the prizes at rs 1 later in this month. And when the date for that is coming flipkart is blocking me from the gamezone itself. Bravo !!!

      Ohhh!!! Great as per your so called fake suggestion I have requested a call back from Flipkart. And they called me and the guy told me his name was Aman. Anyway when he asked me regarding the issue I was facing, I started to tell him the entire incident. Then he just cut the call inbetween. And obviously when I tried to call the no there was just a beep sound and it was not connected. Check the attached screenshot for the same.

      I don't have anything to say to neither Flipkart nor consumer complaint, as I can clearly understand that this is a pure scam running by the Flipkart after getting the following attached response from Flipkart. PFA for the same. What makes me feel really bad is the part this website (consumer complaints) plays in this scenario.

        Hi,

        I had ordered β€œu s s 2020 pcb combo [errorless books combo-set) neet” on 29th june 2019 and the same was delivered on 3rd july 2019. Order id is β€œod[protected]” and the invoice no. Is ”fa a 2fi[protected]” this was sold by amar pusthak bhandar 2, talwandi, d a v road, kota – 324005. We had checked the front page upon delivery for the volume 1 & volume 2 of books delivered and it was fine. But now we notice that the β€œerrorless physics voulme 2” book has contents of volume 1 inside though the front page indicate volume 2 the content printed in the book is of volume 1. I have attached the images of the incorrect book for your reference. I have also attached the bill. Please let me know how can i return the incorrect one and get the correct version of errorless physics volume 2.

          I am not able to play the games under the gamezone tab. The app keeps showing an error message which reads "we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions".

          I have been quite a loyal follower of flipkart seeing this is heartening. The games that are on offer seem to be rigged as well (Repetitive nature of winners and inhuman scores), which are on the contrary to the error message displayed.

          I hope you can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

            My product was supposed to be delivered on 9th october and till now it is not delivered. On contacting customer support they just raise 1 complaint and no resolution provided. On monday it was out for delivery but to different address not sure how they work. I had six orders 5 of them delivered to correct address and 1 sent to incorrect address. On contacting customer support he says due to some problems it was not delivered but i believe it was a mistake not a problem. If there would have problem order would not have been sent out to deliver. The customer support agent was very rude and was repeating himself again and again. Asking for escalation it takes 30 minutes for a senior executive to available. Very pathetic service from

              It's been more than 16 days now till i've not received my refund back into my bank account. But my phonepe history says amount is credited to bank. When i contact bank they said to ask flipkart to send the refund to some other bank. When i talk with flipkart they said the money is sent to phonepe ask them to send the amount to another account. When i talk with phonepe they said to contact bank... They are cycling me. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible

                My order is delayed by 15 days, they are not giving me any updates, neither calling, neither providing any help. It's mental tourture, they are fooling me, i want to file complaint and want to have compensation for mental tourture, there are not any updates and i am tired of waiting and misleading me.                   I have paid and ordered a cell on 1st oct from flipkart. I was told it will be delivered by 10th. It's 16th and they still haven't given any product. Whenever i call customer care i do not get any proper response. I am fed up and disgusted by this behavior and unprofessional attitude. I have all the screenshots and other things. And i am going to put it viral and let people know that flipkart is a scam.

                    Placed an order for seiko watch model # ssc560p9, priced at rs 22500 order # od[protected] on 4th oct 2019 and paid the amount upfront.

                    On 15th oct what i get is a lee cooper watch worth rs 7000. Called up customer care n the response i get is will get u refund.

                    Really is this how you treat customer's complaint, did i shop to get a refund or the product.

                    I really need the product that i ordered or will have to file an official complaint against flipkart for fraud.

                    I understand mistakes do happen but rather then correcting the mistake you offer refund.

                    I m really looking for a solution n solution to me is to get the product which is placed.

                      The above order (Od[protected] was placed on 3rd oct, and due date was given for 16th oct. However, it looks like the product is not moved from centralhub_bhw1, since oct 11th, friday. I am really not sure and lost the hope that this will be delivered today. I tried to look for an option to cancel it, unfortunately, the product could not be cancelled.
                      Tried calling the customer care too, even, they are unable to cancel it.

                      I have already paid complete money to you, for which, i have paid the 1st emi to the bank too, for the product which is not delivered.

                      Help me with cancelling the order and refund please!! I ll try to find a diff option. Pathetic service and updates!!

                        As you all know there are games in flipkart in which we will win gifts if we come under a certain rank. I have been playing the game snake smash alot. I have won like numerous times. I won a headset, 3 cash vouchers, many super coins. I didnot receive anything so i contacted the customer care they told me to wait till 5 th october and you will receive your reward then.. But didnot get anything.. Contacted them again still they said to wait till 15th october.. Today i asked them again and the reply which i got was the rewards will be given within 30 days. I got no trust in them. They says about a "my rewards" section in "my account"in which the rewards will be shown. But there is no option like that on flipkart. Flipkart is trying to cheat lacks of people by giving them no rewards please provide a solution someone..

                          I am purchase a phone from flipkart at 4th oct of rs 14999
                          I used one of my phonepe coupons of rs 1000 which is credited in flipkart account and i am liable to pay for 13999 which i pay online and my oder confirmed and delivery date show me 11th oct
                          At 11th oct suddenly delivery date change and new date is 16th but on 15th delivery date again change and shows 18th oct
                          Now i call to customer care and ask why this will happening
                          Please cancel my order and refund my amount and i also asked about what happen of my coupon which i used at time of purchase he said you get your offer again and said you got your amount after saler got the product
                          He said you get your amount by 24th oct
                          I said ok
                          But after cancelling the product i got my amount 13999 in my account suddenly.
                          But my 1000 coupon of phonepe or anykind of flipkart amount is not credited in my account.

                          So now i call again to customer care and another person said this is not possible you cant get back your 1000 coupon or anykind of amount by flipkart.

                          This all case is actually a big bluff by flipkart.
                          He not even place my order to any saler and after cancellation he credit my amount 13999 to me and flipkart got 1000 rs by phonepe which is now no one take from them.

                            I ordered a product from flipkart using flipkart pay later and after few days i paid the bill.. But for some resons i have to cancel my order. They said refund will be provided to your pay later account or payment method used to pay the bill but till now i have not received any refund.                               Hello,

                              I had ordered a laptop in exhange during bbd sale wasting 2 hours (Overload on server). But i never received the order due to flipkart system glitch

                              Problem started when i formatted my exchange laptop when i received first message of 'out for delivery', which apparently didn't happen. No call from delivery agent, i called up up he said he doesn't have product it will be delivered tomorrow.

                              Normally this happens, so let it go. Second day, again out for delivery no body calls up. I called up he says he is not carrying my product.

                              Informed flipkart on call about incident. Simultaneously, i also asked a delivery agent came to deliver another product about delivery of laptop. He informed there is some glitch in the system that when they make product for delivery, exchange product is not shown and they are not able to collect exchange product. And, they have dropped email to flipkart for this glitch and waiting for their reply. So resolution was to be provided by 10 oct 2019.

                              Meanwhile, agin i tried to reach flipkart via call and email. No body is understanding real concern instead just reading scripts. And finally, on due date again out for delivery, no body called up, message shown unable to contact recipient. Though as nobody called up, i called the delivery agent and again he said that not carrying your product. After 3 attempts, automatically order cancelled and cs of flipkart replying unable to provide any resolution as order canceled. But not understanding i disnt cancel it.

                              Now i am looking for a product and everyday hoping for a positive response. And cs keep on sending script of amount refunded.

                              Main problem is i am unable to order it now as prices have also increased.

                                Order was placed on 30th september and flipkart promised to deliver the product on 9th october which they failed to do. I raised a query with the team and they promised to resolve it before 14th 1pm but no answers yet. Tried contacting several times but they failed to resolve my issue full cash has been paid for the product.

                                  I have ordered a carrier air conditioner
                                  (Order no. Od[protected] and the delivery date was october 6th and the product is not yet delivered. I have called several times and the flipkart customer executive does not have any information. Its more than a week i am following up with flipkart.
                                  They just ask to wait for another 24-48 hours and no information is provided.
                                  Could you please look into this issue?

                                    On 2nd oct i ordered this phone by credit card. It costed me β‚Ή11599. It was expected to be delivered by 14th oct but today its 15th 9:15pm. I checked tracking link and its showing that it has arrived the nearest hub yesterday at 6:23pm. I am terrified as this has never happened with me before. My order id od[protected]. I talked to cc twice, they said they will try to resolve my issue by 18th. When i asked him that is it 100% sure that i will get it by 18th, he said its not sure and it may take more time.
