I purchased marq 8.5kg semi automatic washing machine from flipkart online on 15th jan'19. For 8 months washing machine was working fine.
On 19th sep'19, there was a huge sound from dryer and it stopped working. I called marq customer care and gave complaint on same day. Compalint no.9l19-37523basc[protected]. Techincian from jeeves service came and found dryer motor has to be replaced. After several followup and escalation to marq, on 8th oct'19 technician came and replaced the motor.
After replacement of motor within 3 days, dryer motor got burnt and whole home was covered under smoke from washing machine. On 11th oct'19, again called customer care and gave complaint and also informed about the motor got burnt but customer executive was so cool and replied regret for inconvenience, will register complaint and send technician.
Today is 15th oct'19, still technician has not come to my place. Everyday i receive message from jeeves, your appointment has been rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances or as per discussed it has been rescheduled without discussing me.
On 14th oct'19 i received a call from jeeves technician and i explained him the problem and he asked me to share the location via whatsapp which i shared but he did not turned up.
I sent a mail to marq customer care) [protected]@flipkart.com on 15th oct'19 explaining the situation and asked for replacement of washing machine instad of motor as 2 times it has been damaged within 8 months of purchase. There was a automated reply stating

We apologies for the inconvenience we would like to inform you that the technician will get in touch with you in the next 48 hours to know a convenient time for the repair.

I again sent a mail to them but no reply.
Worst experience from marq flipkart. They are misusing the customer trust. And have no courtesy to call customer and understand the problem facing by customer. Motor burnt and smoke covered the house, thanks to god, at that moment no one was near to washing machine. Imagine what would have happened if someone was near.
I demand flipkart to take immediate action on this and replace the washing machine with new one.

Thanks for writing in. We're sorry to hear that you're facing issues with your Product. Since the product was delivered to you on 17 Jan 19, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your replacement request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the replacement of the product. The seller has confirmed that the product has been delivered on 10 Nov 19. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
