Dear sir,
I have ordered real xt on 02.10.2019. The time given to deliver is 08.10.2019. As it is dasara i have not disturbed anyone. But as on today i have not received my mobile. My order no is od[protected].
I called may times to[protected]. They respond and they say "sorry" the product will be delivered soon. They will never transfer the higher authorities not the flip cart team is bothered. Is this is service the filp cart is providing. Really i am getting frustrated. More over the deliver has been given to ecart (Which is habsiguda branch, hyderabad. Their caption say "ecart delivers the good in same day".. Is this statement is foolish..

I placed order on 2nd oct and promised delivery date is 6th oct but my order not yet delivered
I received a msg that your issue will be resolve by 12oct but again they send me msg that ur issue will be resolve by 14th oct when ever i call they are delaying my order and they are taking 2-4 days only for resolution
Sir, I ordered a redmi 7s 64gb phone with o.id OD[protected] but your delivery boy mr. Pankaj not collect my old phone with I ordered in exchange. My old phone is good condition he removed my screen gard, your company is not good. Please refund my advance.

    My order id od[protected]. I had placed order on 29th sept 2019 during big billion days on flipkart. It was supposed to be delivered by 4th oct as per flipkart delivery status. But after 19 days of placing the order i am yet to receive my product. Facing worst experience from so called top e-commerce company of india. Please look into the matter.

    The seller has refunded ₹ 485 on 06 Nov 19 and it will be credited to your credit card by now as per standard banking procedures.

    The seller has refunded 32 super coins on 06 Nov 19 .

    You may contact the credit card customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card to know your refund status.

    If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the credit card grievance department and they will surely help you out.

    It has been a month and still I haven't received my product. Neither the FLIPKART has taken firm action on it. No positive response from the flipkart. The customer support is asking me to cancel the product which I have ordered at discounted price and replace the order at higher price. This is ridiculous.

      Respected sir/madam.

      As i stated above, i purchase asian galaxy -01 shoe black color with 6 number size on big billion day[protected], on[protected] i got the product but the product was same but size 7 number with black color, immediately i put for replaced the product on[protected] they pick the product for replacement,

      But toady i got the product which is totally different product the brand is in same but the model is different i buy asia galaxy-01 the product i received is galaxy-11.

      I frustrated from this flipkart.

        Dont purchase any big amount product from flipcart, they make fool to the customer by their non sense terms...

        Issue: waithing for return request which is pending for last 8 days for unopened product.

        I ordered kent ro after seeing its specifications on flipkart that it includes ro, uv uf and tds controller but when i received this product it has written only uv tank instead o[censored]v technology in the system. So i raise a refund request. I received a msg that it will take 72 hours after that they extended it by 2 more days... After 5 days of complaint i received a single call from flipkart... That person cancelled my old request and again put the same and says wait 72 more hours... This product is unopened and uninstalled but still on flipcart it shows that installation is completed. Being a plus member having purchased so many things, now i am very disappointed with your service.

          I have placed order for 3 products in which i have received only 1 product. This order was placed on 4th of oct-19. Rest of the products i haven't received yet. Other order was supposed to deliver on 10th which i was ok with, but from that day i didn't get my product yet. Everyday i am getting msg from their end that it got cancelled now it will get deliver tomorrow then tomorrow again same story. Then i called customer care they said they cant help bcz its pending with back end team. I am not sure i will get my products or not. I am totally unhappy with their service.

            I have ordered a backpack on 2nd oct'19 but after continuous follow-ups from the team there is no assurance about the delivery date. They are just extending the delivery date further and further. I think they don't have product in stock or they are just casual.

            I have paid online also twenty days back, what about that and the same product was available in amazon also during great indian festival during the due date, that too at the same price. I have ordered because i have some utility not to sell.

                Hello, my name is rahul pal, and i want complain against flipkart.
                I orderd a product on 30th of september 2019 from flipkart sale (Big billion days), and i made online payment for the product that i ordered on exchange for my old phone, and i get a expected delivery date of 14th october 2019, at the date of delivery i checked my order and it showed me that my product is not packed yet, then i call to customer care of flipkart and they said that there's an technical issue and your product will be delivered to you today, but it's not delivered to me that day, next day i call them and they told me that wait till 16th october we'll definitely resolve your issue, then i write mails etc. To them but they still didn't solve my problem, and said that give us 24 hours and we'll get to you back, but today i talk with them again and they're saying now that give us more 48 hours to resolve my issue. It's so disheartening, it's more than half of month and i'm waiting for my product please take action against flipkart.

                    unable to play on flipkart gamezone

                    I have started getting the error message "we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions" from last 2 days and it does not allow me to play any of the games on the gamezone.

                    I have never cheated or used multiple accounts ever to play games. I have however won games multiple times in the past. So is my account blocked from playing games just because i keep winning which does not "seem fair to me"...

                    I received a call from delivery person regarding my product delivery and told me that he was trying to call me but my number was not reachable so he will deliver the product tomorrow. And even he asked me that i should come to the delivery office in the area and collect the product, i told him that i am not available and you should deliver product on my delivery address. After the call he changed the delivery status to delivered. I called him again and again but his number is either busy or not reachable. I spoke to flipkart customer care and executive registered the incident : in[protected] but that customer care executive was also not ready to escalate the call to supervisor. This is very pathetic; i haven't expected such service from flipkart.

                      I ordered a product from flipkart with a promise to deliver by 15th october. The product is yet to be packed and shipped. Everytime i put up a message asking for expediting, just get a mail deferring the possible date of delivery by 2 days.

                      Today, at even 12:00 noon the status is seller is processing the order, not yet packed or shipped.

                      It seems flipkart representatives have no value for commitment or have no control over the sellers who use this platform. Otherwise they are taking us for granted as they already paid so can't go anywhere. Cancelling the order would mean the money being blocked at their end and they will be earning interest over our hard earned money.

                        I ordered sansui pro view 32 inch tv from flipkart on 30sep2019 delivered on 12oct2019 after lot of rufusement to home delivery by gati courier service boy. Till date 17sep2019 product status showing cancelled. Flipcart giving date on date to resolve issue. Bad response from customer care. Until product status can't show delivered, i can't install tv myself without service engineer visit. Here by inclosing photo of product delivered.

                            Seller is vision star
                            Flipkart is hiding the seller information and not giving the contact details of vision star.
                            Don't buy any products from flipkart especially mobiles as their refund policy is very bad.
                            Buy grocery and day to day items as the refund policy is good.
                            Well i bought on 13th and lodged a complaint on 14th for a refund or upgraded product ie., 128gb with 8gb ram. On behalf of flipkart they send jeeve's their technical support staff decides whether the product is good or not. For flipkart customer feedback is not required. Before buying any product check the refund policy
                            I have even written a letter to [protected]@flipkart.com (Quality head of flipkart) but no response.

                              I purchased marq by flipkart 1.5 ton 3 star split ac - white (Fkac153sfa, copper condenser) thru online on 1st week of may 2019. It was running ok for 2 months but after that the chillness slowly deteriorated and completely nil, only fan is functioning. As i was travelling for some time could not register the complaint immediately. Even the remote control does not work.
                              Feeling very unhappy by the performance of this ac, as i normally go for branded stuff which is running without any issue till date.
                              I solicit an immediate attention, if possible replace the machine.

                                Dear team,

                                I would like to register a complaint against flipkart services, i booked a dove shampoo during the big billion days and the delivery date was 5th october 2019. The order was not delivered to me nor even attempted to be delivered, when i raised this concern with flipkart they asked me to cancel this product as it was placed at very lowest price and seller is denying to ship the product. It was not my mistake at all and it was completely flipkarts error for agreeing the order while placing it.

                                As a customer i am eligible for a compensation for experiencing these losses and facing this damage caused by flipkart. I need full refund of my money and the product must be delivered to me asap.

                                  I have been continously calling flipkadt for my order delivery but its more than 15 days order is not delivery neither any executive is responsive nor they are following up. Just mam we will let u know and then no follow ups. If they cant deliver a product kindly dnt take orders since 4oct my order is made. And it is 17 oct 2019 no resolution nethier order notification when will be delivered is told. Pathetic service. Flipkart no delivery executive picking up the call only no. Provided. No executive have the kboweldege neither their service is good... Pathatic. Make it soon my order delivery order no. Od[protected].

                                    This is regarding the order id - od[protected], which has been ordered on 1st oct 2019 and expected to deliver on 3rd oct 2019. As today is 17 oct, still showing same status as product is not processed by seller.

                                    However i have raised the concern 7-8 times to customer care. They have done 3 promises 11oct, 12 oct and 15 oct, all promises has been breached.

                                    It is big question mark on flipkart service, why you are not able to deliver my product on time, which is 15 days over from expected delivery date. That's not acceptable at all.

                                    Because of this pain, i demand the compensation of same amount of product on which customer care executive was agreed.

                                    Would you please let me, when my product would be delivered to me with compensation amount. Please share the real date on which it can be done (Product and compensation amount). Kindly keep your promise this time.

                                    Hi Team, I have not received any update so far on this request. However I have to call to customer care, I think it was 10 times to call them. After discussion with floor supervisor, flipkart is not able to deliver my product, so I have to cancel the product on 18th Oct'19. I am very much surprised that flipkart took 18 days to confirm that seller is unbale to deliver the product. I wish, I should order this product from Amazon. It was worse experience with flipkart.
                                    I demand the compensation of equal amount of product, as I have took so much pain to chase for my product and at last I have to cancel the product. Flipkart has been waste my 18 days, and my money was blocked for 18 days.
                                    So would you please let me know, when I can get the compensation?

                                      Flipkart has blocked my account ([protected]) for game zone.

                                      Only thing i did was switched my account to my other number account.
                                      Is it wrong in doing so?

                                      I didnot do anything apart from it.

                                      I have sent mails after mails but they are not taking and response nor they are replying to my mails.
                                      Also i tried calling them but it seems their all agents are busy from last 5 days continuously

                                      Kindly help as flipkart customer care is worst.
