    My order titan watch order no OD[protected] on 29 sept on Flipkart & expected delivery date 4 oct but till the date i.e. 15 oct not receive the delivery & customer care officer always said give them time of 2days since 4oct after 11 days they advise to cancel the order.

    As the product purchase by me in Flipkart sale with discount of RS 1500/-. Now company advise me to cancel the order then who will bear the loss can company compensate to me ? Or Deliver my titan watch

          extortion of money during booking a flight ticket

          After booking two flight tickets for a round journey from Bengaluru to Bhopal, worth 7000 rs, I was provided with a coupon that said that I would get 3000 rupees off on my next booking. So I booked another flight using the coupon. After some days, I got the confirmation mail with Ticket confirmation from INDIGO Airlines and the Invoice of my purchase.

          Flipkart cancelled my order without my consent i contacted them still they did give me a reason and told me to order once again. Order was placed on sep 29th '19 big billion day for 180 rupees order no od[protected] and now on 14 oct 19 they have cancelled it plus the price for reordering is 599 for the same product

              I ordered a Jockey Men's Brief and a book 'A century is not enough' from flipkart on 29th September, 2019. Delivery date of Jockey Men's Brief was 6th October and that of the book was 8th October. Today is 14th October. I have raised the issue to flipkart. All they say the matter has been escalated and those two items will be delivered as soon as possible. Please help me out.                 I had ordered an apple ipad air on october 3rd 2019 via flipkart. Promised delivery date was 11th october 2019. Today is 14th october 2019. I havent recieved the order. Tracking shows it is still not packed or shipped. No response from customer service. Kindly help me in this regard.
                I have been calling flipkart numbers times for resolution but all im getting js blank reassurance that a team is working on it and please wait for 48 hours.                   I have a product booked on 29 Sep 2019 and so far not delivered, it is supposed to deliver on 07 Oct 2019.

                  I called the customer care and raised the complaint on 10 Oct 2019. But no action taken so far, tried reaching your customer care on 12 Oct and 14 Oct 2019 and when explained the problem to your representative, he asked he will escalate the problem but action taken.

                  Please see that my courier is reached immediately to my location or let me know were can I pick my product in Hyderabad.

                  I feel the delivery of 15 days for a product with in Hyderabad is very late and want to know the actual reason behind the delay.

                  Hope I get a resolution to my complaint ASAP.

                      This message is regarding to the incidence i have faced in flipkart and their customer support, i have raised issues multiple times and nothing is happening. I called customer support multiple times and its all in vain all ask me to wait for some time and the deadline keeps on extending and its been more than 10 days now. I'm writing this mail in complete frustration i have faced because of flipkart and its customer support team. i cant find any solution and even after the deadline there is no update from flipkart and neither flipkart contacted me for same. I want my product at any cost and i cant tolerate this behaviout from flipkart anymore, i will look forward towards legal proceedings. Incidence: IN[protected] Order ID Order ID - OD[protected] Transacton id- PZT[protected]Z132K01 Product name Wrangler Skinny Men's Grey Jeans The promised delivery date of this product was 2nd of October and it was shipped on 28th sept however there were no updates after 28th sept for the same product, I waited for it and finally raised a concern for same at Flipkart on 7th oct and I was assured that it will be solved by 8th oct. however on 8th of October I received that it will be solved by 10th oct. I waited patiently and on [protected]@th after calling the customer support said wait until 12th oct 11am and I did same and nothing happened. After calling again on 12th they said the issue is unresolved and I should wait until 7pm on same day and item will be delivered at any cost still nothing happened. And when I called at 7pm they asked me to wait for next day 11 am and now when I called they are asking me to wait for another 24hours and I’m completely frustrated by this behaviour of yours, I’m in position where I’m frustrated by calling again and again and sending mails again and again with no support from customer support team. I’m sick of your false assurance. I have proof of everything flipkart have said and assured and nothing happened . I’m doing this as last resort and I hope my issue is resolved. If not, I will be looking further for legal proceedings of wasting my time and money. I'm attaching photos for proof. Its been so many fake assurance that it will be delivered to me within 24 hours at any cost and it havent been delivered. the deadline is passed and its not delivered even after multiple complaints. i have raised at least 20 complaints on social media, customer care, email and nothing happened. Please look into it and give me resolution as its high time. i have attached the proof that the item was supposed to be delivered by today as per said by flipkart customer service agent and its not delivered. what should i do in this case? i'm fed up of flipkarts false promises. I’m harassed by customer support from Flipkart and my mental peace is completely disturbed by such treatment by Flipkart. I have invested a lot of hard earned money on multiple calls and other resources used by me to contact flipkart. Flipkart is responsible for any wrong-doings happened to me.

                            I ordered a laptop from flipkart on 1st Oct 2019 and they promised the delivery date of 9 oct 2019 but after that changed delivery date to 12th Oct. and again changed to 16th October.
                            When I contacted customer care they said that due to high volume sells in big billion day sale the order is taking longer.
                            But on 13th they called and says that your order cannot be delivered as seller is not able to deliver the product and to cancel the order and to place new order.
                            The same seller is still selling the same laptop in Diwali sale also but cannot provide the laptop to previous order, what kind of service is that. And flipkart is not seeing that the seller is still selling the laptop but don't want to deliver to previous orders that were bought in discount.
                            If flipkart cannot honour the deals they run on their site then why give such offers, just to loot the customers.

                            I had bought the laptop in sale and on EMI, also flipkart want me to cancel the order after 13 days of placing the order.
                            I just want the laptop I ordered. I am not going to cancel the order.

                            Experience is getting worse. Delivery date changed to 20 Oct. After talking to social media representative and customer service executive I waited till today but to vain . package is not packed yet.
                            1. If flipkart seller cannot deliver why are they extending delivery date day by day.
                            How is seller able to sell same laptop even now when he is not able to ship previous orders made in BBD sale, this means BBD was scam and seller intentially donor want to deliver it.
                            3. Who will pay the cost of preclosure of EMI that will be imposed to close the EMI as seller has not yet cancelled the order.
                            Worst mental trauma from India's biggest e-commerce website. I recieved a message that seller will credit 300 rs to flipkart walllet for delay in delivery also not recieved that
                            Thank you for this experience. I think I will never be able to buy expensive things online again.

                                I ordered oppo f11 pro from Flipkart on 30th Sept delivery date was 2nd October but not received I complained about that but they told me to wait 2 days after 2 days I asked about issue they again said we raised your issue wait for 24-48 hrs and again I call on 7 th October they assured me it will be delivered by 10th of October and they cancelled my product without my concern and when I asked about they said sir product was cancelled from your side...hold me for more than10 days and cancelled the order without any reason. Again I ordered same product on 11th October delivery date is 14th oct but again they are delaying my product without any reason

                                  I want my money back and take the faulty TV, and request FlipKart stop making bussines fo such product

                                  also I request all consumer buying TV from online store is not good and more over you will not get service for your warranty product also

                                    I purchased one washing machine from flipkart vide od[protected]. Upon receipt of product, i found that box as well as machine is damaged. When i raised this issue with flipkart and asked for replacement, flipkart asked me to wait for tech visit from ifb. Yesterday tech visit has happened yet no sign of new machine from flipkart.
                                    I struggling to get timely replacement ifb 8kh washing machine. Flipkart is just delaying the process in the name of tech visit, un - installation (When first installation is not done), delayed pick up etc
