Every time i placed order applying discount offer, the order cancelled by flipkart. I placed a prepaid order of realme 5 pro from flipkart today (21/10/2019) but my order automatically cancel by flipkart and the reason is 'due to high demand and limited stock, your item was cancelled'. If flipkart had no stock of this product then why their was buy now option'.. My order id od[protected]

    This is regarding our order #od[protected]. We are chasing you support team and no proper response. We have been chasing for our product delivery but foolish response we are getting and now no responses. The product should get delivered by 18th oct but flipkart team requested us for 1-2 more days and we agreed on that. But after that again new stories, i request you to please look into this as this is not at all acceptable from customer perspective. Disgusting and pathetic service i have ever experienced.

        My Flipkart order no. OD[protected] placed 29.09.19. One of the four item got delivered while one item i.e. a Reebok Sports Shoe automatically cancelled and other two items are not at all traceable. Even flipkart helpline has no clue on this. When I have made a prepaid order how come they cancel it without my consent.

        I cant take any call for next 10 days so please communicate in mail or here..I simply want all the three items including the item which flipkart cancelled themselves at the earliest. Further to let you know its almost a month and 3 items mentioned earlier have not been recieved yet.

          I have ordered vivo z1x mobile in filpkart on 30sep 2019 and i have received phone on 09th oct 2019. When i opened the box the phone was fully dirty and sim lot not working, having battery issue. At the same day i have informed to flipkart they not take any action for this, still phone not working.
          Also i informed to customer support they not give response and no one look it this issue.

          I have escalated this issue in first day of received the product. I have called around 45 calls in flipkart cuatomer support for this issue but no one resolve this issue and they said we have escalated this issue in concern team. But no action take.

              I have 10 days return policy. By the seller.
              After uses of three days i am facing some problem regarding processing speed and monochrome lens issue.

                Flipcart does not deliver my order after i am place this order at 28 sep but yet not deliver me this order . I am pay all money in time of the placing the order then my promise date of order is 12 oct but still 21 oct my order yet not deliver me then i am contact flipcart they said me wait 24 hours from past 8 to 9 days then i am wait for this day but no order deliver and no flipcart team contact me and i am demand for compensation he not give me any compensation and they said me cancel and place new order then but the ptice of order rs 664 to rs 1899 then my extra money paid on this new placing this order and this product is not on stock on this time then you give me a resolution and charge large penalty flipcart for these types of fraud activity .

                I have raised a return request more than 4 time. And my product had not been replaced. Nor i have got any call for my escalation.
                My phone which i received have got scratches on it. And want to replace it asap.

                  Please help me in this matter, i ordered this product on 1st and 2nd it was supposed to be delivered on 14th october and 19th october but till now, shipping date has been delayed by 5 times and now it is showing as 26th october, i have raised issue also which was supposed to be resolved by 19 th october which later got shifted to 21st and now 26th.

                  Please help me and ship my order by tomorrow.. This is my hard earned money, i am very helpless. Please help me get these orders before diwali.. I request you.

                    I have gift voucher balance of rs 25000 in my flipkart wallet registered with mobile number [protected]. I don't know what is the problem with my account every time i'm placing mobile phone orders they are getting cancelled from last few months. You can check my orders for proof. All my mobile phones which are prepaid are getting cancelled but they are getting placed when i'm place them from my fathers account.                       Customer care executive cancelled my order without my approval. There have been cases very frequently that orders have been cancelled. It is just an online fraud and flipkart keeps customer's money are earn interest out of it. This is mere burglary and serious actions should be taken against them. They should be taught a lesson by the government that they cannot keep doing fraud.

                        Complaint regarding wrong installation & demo of delivered marq front load 6.5 kg fully automatic washing machine and supply of old damaged product when requested for replacement.

                        • the order is with exchange of old fully automatic samsung top load 5.8 kg washine machine)
                        • exchange of old washing machine rejected and delivered after paying the difference of rs 1600 by cash on 3rd oct 2019.
                        • installation done on 06th oct 2019 by jeeves consumer services but showing error e001. He could not solve the issue.
                        • after that i requested for replacement on which techinician visited and found that outlet pipe ‘holding’ ring was wrongly cut while installation. He tied with a plastic string temporarily
                        • on asking why such a temporary solution he replied in high tone to my wife and also warned that nothing more than this can be done and cannot be replaced.
                        • nextly my replacement request was rejected too in my order.
                        • again i called customer care and mailed too for replacing the holding ring with a original ring but not resolved till 13/10/2019 and hence i requested for replacement again as 13th oct was my last date for replacement request.
                        • again techinician visited with a another ring other than original which was rejected by me and then my replacement request was approved.
                        • but on 20th oct 2019 delivery came with a damaged product as replacement which i have rejected.
                        • request to solve my problem by providing original holding ring not by replacing with damaged product. So hold my request for replacement and provide with original ring.
                        • you can supply the holding ring of the damage product that was rejected by me on 20/10/19.
                        • so kindly supply with original ring and till then hold replacement (Don’t reject the replacement request).
                        • as if the original ring is replaced with a original one, there is no need of replacemement as i don’t have faith on flipkart.
                        • if at all replacement has to be done then the replacing product should be opened and checked while giving delivery.
                        • please reply in written not telephonically.

                        Note : hope you will solve the issue at earliest and will not compel me to go for any legal procedures.

After checking the same i requested for replacement, then delivery boy contact with me and checked the item and tephonically contact with company, but no any final decisions. L asked to boy this item replacement or not, same is not required me, then delevery boy misbehave with me and item though road side.                                 I have ordered Samsung 28 L slim fry convection microwave oven product and it has been delivered on 07th Oct but installation is still pending and i have raised complaint against it but still my problem is not resolve. after many calls on flipkart helpline i just got one answer that your problem will resolve with in 24 - 48 hrs.

                                    I am run a computer training institute & deals with computer repair & servicing. But sometimes i have to orders mobiles. As it is required, i have to order mobile phones for different purposes but not for mobile business purposes. The last flipkart sell was running from 29th sept. As i look best mobiles, i ordered only asus mobiles. I ordered 4 asus mobiles in 29th sept - 1st october. Later on 02.09.19 for the 1st time i ordered 1 realme 5 mobile. Everytime i made prepaid orders. This time amount paid as prepaid order, but after getting dispatched order later cancelled. I contacted flipkart support multiple times, but not received any good response. Sometimes it was said item was out of stock, seller end cancelled, & suggested that i should reorder if i want. I had question that if again order cancels should i get refund earliest? As my auto cancelled was not refunded... Later i contacted via mail. & tried ordering low price realme c2 on 3rd october. This item was also cancelled. Again contacted customer support asking question should i order or not??

                                    Among my first 4 orders, 3 items was dispatched. But 3rd item was not shipped, even no updates.

                                    Later on 4th october mail from flipkart received that

                                    "we're really sorry to let you know that your order has been cancelled due to an unforeseen error that has now been fixed. You may place a new order and the seller will ensure that it is delivered to you."

                                    Then as i am running out of cash, & yet among 1 of 4 mobiles is still not dispatched, i ordered a low priced yu ace mobile amounting rs. 3399. As i am in doubt that if again ordered cancels my money will stuck in flipkarts pocket. & the same had been happened. Order cancelled & money stucked.
                                    And also one thing i have 1000 coins in my flipkart account and 8 coins are pending. I am a flipkart plus member. For these 4 orders i am going to receive 400 coins. So i will had 1428 coins.in flipkart 1500 coins give rs. 3000 flipkart coupon.
                                    I am so much astonished with this type of service. Again customer service didn’t provide any solution. I asked to transfer calls to resolution team, i tried to make complaint. But later it was seen that my account was disabled by flipkart. Even i was blocked for mailing customer support. Telephonic call to flipkart was not going through. Login to flipkart is done.

                                    Everytime when send mail to flipkart, mail received that for in[protected]
                                    ” we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.”

                                    Does all the cancellation is done to stop converting 1500 coin points to rs 3000 coupon?? I would like to hear from resolution team whats wrong happening??

                                    I have not cancelled my orders for now and never. All my orders are mostly paid from my Bank Accounts. & Mostly I am not doinmg Mobile Business. I run Computer training Institute, & some Computer Hardware Software service. I had contacted by my Facebook ID also. I have above 11K Page Likes naming my Computer Institute.

You can understand that Businesses purchase all Phones. But I only buy Asus Phones as this is my 1st option every time. You have think like a human not from your system.                                       Recently my friend help me with a buying a mobile phone worth about 28, 000 (Inr), via flipkart using no cost emi. The mobile name is asus zenfone 6z black, 64gb. It was ordered on 30th september and delivered on 2nd october. The replacement policy was ender on 12th october. But just within few days of replacement policy being ended, my device asus 6z's sim card stopped functioning and stopped showing network.
                                      So pleace replace this asus 6z phone. I will be highly obliged to you.

                                        Sir i ordered a bucket mop from flipkart. It told us that it has 5 absorbers and steel bucket with wheels but i received only 3 absorbers and the bucket is made of plastic and is of bad quality. I received the deliver late also. I tried contacting flipkart but they are not responding. The order id is od[protected]. The images shown on the site and description given didn't match with the product delivered. Kindly exchange my product with a better one or replace the missing items.
