    I have ordered lenovo laptop from flipkart and i received the laptop yesterday. But the laptop is hanging while opening the word, excel and other folder. I complaint regarding this issue and opt for replacement but today i came to know that my account has been blocked by flipkart. Please unblock my account as i have ordered so many things from flipkart and it’s not the right way to deal with the consumer.

    Hi I have placed mobile order on my flipkart account [protected] but all of my orders get cancelled and reason marked as seller having limited stock. I have discussed same thing with their customer care executives but they unable to provide any updates or fault.

      Order id:od[protected]. Initially, i had paid the amount through flipkart pay later on 23rd sep 2019 and later i had paid the amount from via bank on 5th oct 2019.

      My order delivery date was 10th oct. But i didn't get that product.. So i cancel my order on 11th oct and they told you will receive the refund but till date i have not received the payment in flipkart pay later account nor in my bank.

        Flipkart deducted my amount of 849 rupees from my bank account during order a product. During i order a shoe and then i decided to to pay this order online with bhim upi there was option of phone pe / bhim upi and then i choose bhim upi i entered my vpa and then i verified it after verified it was showing you have 300 second to pay this product. When the 300 second expired then i made payment at the end product was not successfully ordered and then my money deducted also

          My product - "asus rog phone 2" had reached to nearest hub on 14/10/2019. Again i got a message stating the product has misrouted and will take 3 more days to deliver. Every flipkart order gets misrouted for me everytime.
          When i call customer care people, they say they will raise the complaint but it takes life time for the issue to get resolved. Being a flipkart plus member i don't see any benifits. They take customers for granted. My product status is not updated since 15/10/2019 morning. They don't even provide me the hub details for me to go by myself and get the product.

          Here are my details:

          Since monday morning i am requesting them to deliver my order soon as it is very urgent for me. But no one took it seriously.

During enter my vpa and then i verified my vpa and payment page showing you have 300 second to pay this product when the 300 second expired then i made my payment and then my product was not successful but balance deducted.

              I have bought google pixel on 30th september 2019 and paid money in advance.
              Delivery date committed was 2nd october.
              Today is 16th october and not received the product.

              I have raised multiple requests with atlassian but not got any proper response.

              Now they are asking me to cancel and reorder the product.

              Why should i face the problem if flipkart is not able to deliver it. Why did flipkart accept the order in first place. I have paid 44000 and flipkart is using that money for 16 days and now asking me to cancel the product.
              Pathetic service that i have faced. Amazon is far better than flipkart and i regret i ordered the phone from flipkart.

              I want my product else i am going to log complaint in consumer forum plus on google forum.

                  Dear team,
                  I ordered thomson ud9 102cm (40 inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv (40th1000) for my mom. From flipkart and it got delivered on 6th oct but due to durga pujo my mom was out and couldn't take the installation so on 9th oct when i was home i had to check if in the box there is tv or no so i opened the box plz note not full only the above cello tape and touched the tv but to my surprise i felt a scratch on the screen so i claimed for replacement. Now after 6 days of continuously contacting them and asking for a replacement my mom receives a call from the technician asking have you opened the tv and my mom said yes only the above tape we didn't remove the tv but the felt the scratch now the technician without visiting already made up his mind and he was quite rude and indecent in talking to my mom as if we have broken our tv just for refund or what. So next time i spoke to him and asked him to come and check at least then he arrives and checks while opening there were some screws also missing and then when he installed the tv and switched on that time we realized that the screen was damaged and it was broken from 1 side. I spoke to the customer care on the same but they refused to help me on this and said that you shouldn't have opened but as a customer who is paying 16649 for a tv has a right to see that is it really a tv which is delivered but the flipkart refused to replace or refund. We are middle lower class my mom does not work anymore due to health issues its me who takes care of her. It was a diwali gift to her from me for which i had to cut down my monthly expense for 5-6 months then only i was able to gift her this. I am very disappointed with the service of flipkart on the same. They are bullying people in the name of sale and offers. Kindly help me on this as this spoiled for our whole family.

                  I had also placed the complaint on Twitter and other social media. Then I spoke to the customer care once again and the kind agent gave me a trick that u again place return request and inform them that the installation guy told you that the screen is broken and you need replacement ad the trick worked . My TV got replaced. where there is will there is a way and there s solution to all issues just need to see it in another way.

                      Today the delivery person (Awb[protected] came at 12.15 when i was out for the office. It was a cod order so i requested the person to deliver the product tomorrow. He rudely replied that it was not possible.
                      My entire family is purchasing products from flipcart. This kind of behaviour is not at all expected.

                          I am not able to play game in flipkart game zone. Whenever i try to play game in flipkart game zone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'. I started to get this error message from today evening, i. E: oct 16, 2019.
                          Please note i have only one account associated with flipkart so please make a note that i haven't tried to log in with two different id in the device.
                          Moreover since last month i have won some of the prizes by playing these games which i was able to see in the leader board before this incident. And now it just got vanished!!
                          Tried to call flipkart support had a word with them.. But during the conversation, i did realise that i was speaking to some robot who was just repeatedly told the same things without even understanding my problem. And as usual i didn't get any resolution from them.
                          Now i am wondering is this some kind of scam by flipkart and this is happening because i have won some prizes at rs 1 which i am suppose to claim started from 19th of this month!!!
                          I have screenshot of each and every prize that i have won during the game play, so don't try to tell me nonsense things and trick me. As a proof i am attaching some pics.
                          You guys won't allow me to play any more games!!! Fine let it be like this way. But i want all the items which i have won during the game play by spending my precious time.

                          Dont just respond nonsense. What part of my complaint is not understandable to the team????
                          There is no order related complaint I have posted. Its all about the blocking from the GameZone and also deprive me to claim the gifts that I have won and suppose to order at rs 1. Check the below screenshot where your support team told me that I will be able to claim the prizes at rs 1 later in this month. And when the date for that is coming flipkart is blocking me from the gamezone itself. Bravo !!!

                          Ohhh!!! Great as per your so called fake suggestion I have requested a call back from Flipkart. And they called me and the guy told me his name was Aman. Anyway when he asked me regarding the issue I was facing, I started to tell him the entire incident. Then he just cut the call inbetween. And obviously when I tried to call the no there was just a beep sound and it was not connected. Check the attached screenshot for the same.

                          I don't have anything to say to neither Flipkart nor consumer complaint, as I can clearly understand that this is a pure scam running by the Flipkart after getting the following attached response from Flipkart. PFA for the same. What makes me feel really bad is the part this website (consumer complaints) plays in this scenario.

                            I had ordered “u s s 2020 pcb combo [errorless books combo-set) neet” on 29th june 2019 and the same was delivered on 3rd july 2019. Order id is “od[protected]” and the invoice no. Is ”fa a 2fi[protected]” this was sold by amar pusthak bhandar 2, talwandi, d a v road, kota – 324005. We had checked the front page upon delivery for the volume 1 & volume 2 of books delivered and it was fine. But now we notice that the “errorless physics voulme 2” book has contents of volume 1 inside though the front page indicate volume 2 the content printed in the book is of volume 1. I have attached the images of the incorrect book for your reference. I have also attached the bill. Please let me know how can i return the incorrect one and get the correct version of errorless physics volume 2.

                              I am not able to play the games under the gamezone tab. The app keeps showing an error message which reads "we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions".

                              I have been quite a loyal follower of flipkart seeing this is heartening. The games that are on offer seem to be rigged as well (Repetitive nature of winners and inhuman scores), which are on the contrary to the error message displayed.

                              I hope you can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                My product was supposed to be delivered on 9th october and till now it is not delivered. On contacting customer support they just raise 1 complaint and no resolution provided. On monday it was out for delivery but to different address not sure how they work. I had six orders 5 of them delivered to correct address and 1 sent to incorrect address. On contacting customer support he says due to some problems it was not delivered but i believe it was a mistake not a problem. If there would have problem order would not have been sent out to deliver. The customer support agent was very rude and was repeating himself again and again. Asking for escalation it takes 30 minutes for a senior executive to available. Very pathetic service from

                                  It's been more than 16 days now till i've not received my refund back into my bank account. But my phonepe history says amount is credited to bank. When i contact bank they said to ask flipkart to send the refund to some other bank. When i talk with flipkart they said the money is sent to phonepe ask them to send the amount to another account. When i talk with phonepe they said to contact bank... They are cycling me. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible

                                    My order is delayed by 15 days, they are not giving me any updates, neither calling, neither providing any help. It's mental tourture, they are fooling me, i want to file complaint and want to have compensation for mental tourture, there are not any updates and i am tired of waiting and misleading me.                                       I have paid and ordered a cell on 1st oct from flipkart. I was told it will be delivered by 10th. It's 16th and they still haven't given any product. Whenever i call customer care i do not get any proper response. I am fed up and disgusted by this behavior and unprofessional attitude. I have all the screenshots and other things. And i am going to put it viral and let people know that flipkart is a scam.

                                        Placed an order for seiko watch model # ssc560p9, priced at rs 22500 order # od[protected] on 4th oct 2019 and paid the amount upfront.

                                        On 15th oct what i get is a lee cooper watch worth rs 7000. Called up customer care n the response i get is will get u refund.

                                        Really is this how you treat customer's complaint, did i shop to get a refund or the product.

                                        I really need the product that i ordered or will have to file an official complaint against flipkart for fraud.

                                        I understand mistakes do happen but rather then correcting the mistake you offer refund.

                                        I m really looking for a solution n solution to me is to get the product which is placed.

We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on 18 Oct 19.
