I bought a mobile from flipkart worth 9024inr because if the quality issues, i returned the product... They agreed to give me refund in my bank account... But, i didn't got the money even after 6 days... I called them... They said the seller has sent me a e-mail on which, i have to send them transaction details of my bank account... But, i didnt received the email... I changed my regestered email... And then again tried several times... I sent a screenshot to flipkart of minitransacton but they said, because of technical issue, they are unable to see the image... I asked them to give me another medium where i can show them the details... But they said there isn't any... I asked them the sellers email id so that, u can share them the image directly... But they denied
Now, i am worried about my money

Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry for the trouble caused. The seller has confirmed that a refund has been completed on 30 Sep 19 and it should have been reflecting by now. Hence, we are closing this case from our end.
