I have purchased the above product from flipkart on 25 aug 19 for an amount of rs. 1641. The item was not working from the very first day onwards. I requested for return the item with refund. I ordered realme 5 pro and paid full amount of 16999. They debited the money and cancelled the order after debiting. Now, they are creating issues in refund. They have given a bank transaction number: dgtvgthhtkkcxa but my bank pnb is claiming that they have not received any transaction from flipkart.
