I have booked redme 7a on big billion days offer, this order was expected to deliver on 5th october, on 5th october i got a missed call not a full ring mobile was in hand only, immediately i called them back and asked when you will deliver, he replied with bold attitude i was trying to reach you whole day but couldn't, so will deliver tomorrow (06oct2019), he was lying, because my phone was on with full network and other call i got as usual. Then tomorrow (06oct2019) i didn't get any call and day after tomorrow (07oct19) i got a flipkart notification mentioned your order has delivered. I called on flipkart customer care number [protected], they are helpless saying, concerned department is available call in between 9am to 6pm, such a bad experience i never expected from flipkart. Kindly resolve complaint number in[protected] as early as possible.

Complaint marked as Resolved Finally my complaints got resolved. We have continuously followed them, sometimes they're simply marked complaints as resolved, then immediately we have called customer care and asked them to reopen the complaints. Lately delivered but this situation nicely handled by flipkart. Thanks
