All they wanted to fool their costumers by showing the number of sale after that the just cancelled it.
Why just they cancelled if they accepted it.

    On 1st oct 2019 i order of smartphone brand name realme xt pearl white online through flipkart. On 4th oct 2019 i received the parcel when i opened the parcel i found that the smartphone is of gionee f9 which is of different brand as per my order. On that day 4th oct i registered a complain through a telephonic call with flipkart customer care.in reply flipkart customer care answer me that the complain is note & it will be resolve in 72 hours. After that i got email on 7th oct regarding this issue in which it was stated that to solve this matter it was take time of one more days. On 8th oct next day i got another mail from flipkart that the complain is been rejected by seller. Reading this mail i talk with customer care about the same in reply they told me that another complain is been raised will get the solution till 11th october. On 11th oct i got mail in which it was written that "the seller is currently reviewing your return request well' get back to you with an update in this request by 12 business days". On 12th oct another mail came in which it was written that "sorry, the seller will not be able to fulfil your return for the item.in case you need any product related assistance, please contact the brand". Since from the 9 days i have requesting and registering complains by mails & telephonic talks with customer care my issue is still not solve that a wrong brand smartphone is received. I have all the proofs regarding this whole issue which is attached with this complain.

      I had booked these 2 sarees one month back and returned it on 10th september still now i had not recived my refund of this two products but in app for one product it was showing that the money was refunded to source but for that also i had not received any refund but the app still showing the sam regarding this i had spoken with several customer care executives of flipkart but no one had helped me to close the issue each and everyone was saying that you will recive a call from back end team but still now i had not received any call from them plz sort it out as early as possible because of this issue today i had not paid my paylater bill also so kindly close the issue thank you

      There is no response from your back end team till know but still know I had made so many call to your customer care but no use even I had not paid my paylater bill this month and I had sad to your executive regarding this when ever you solve my issue then only I will pay my due but no response from Flipkart

Being a flipkart plus member what is the use, you are taking too much time for delivering product product is coming out of country?? Worst service by flipkart. Today i booked same product given delivery date is 19th. Worst services by flipkart.

          I have purchased a dress order id. Od[protected] from your site and the delivery service is causing so much inconvenience to me.
          Firstly, last night dated 10.10.2019 they called me @7:56pm to tell me that my order has arrived but as i was unavailable at that time so i asked him to deliver it to my neighbour but he refused to do so and threaten me to cancel my order then after so much attempt he accepted to come another day.
          Again he contacted me today dated 11.10.2019 and asked me to come and receive the parcel at their office although i am ready to pay my delivery charge.
          Please sir take my complaint seriously and provide my order as soon as possible. I have attached my order reciept with this mail.

            Hi,
            We have ordered the fridge and it should be delivered on oct-03-19. It's been 10 days since the flipkart page display's the order will be delivered on oc-03, but there is no action i could see even after the multiple requests made to customer care as well. I have seen the sms that package has arrived at flipkart logistics hub on oct-02. With frequent follow-ups, the customer executive told the package will be delivered on the next day, but every day passing, experiencing the bad service from that either the web page got updated nor the package was delivered.

            Hi Flipkart team,

            Thanks and I appreciate the prompt action on this issue.

            But we are concerned about handling the package during shipment & delivery. It's really very bad that the delivery guys mishandling the package (especially electronic goods) irrespective of what kind of object they are shipping.

            1. They have horizontally held the fridge.
            2. Literally I have forced the delivery boy who held the top side of the fridge to go first on the steps. They don't care about which side they are holding (top/bottom).
            3. They aren't concerned about wear and tear and they simply told that Flipkart will replace if there is any damage (which could severely cause the life span of the device and also our time).

            I request the logistic management should take necessary steps at least to train/educate them regarding this.

              I purchased fast track sunglasses from flipkart worth 1, 376 during bigbillion days
              But they sended me fast track rectangular glasses worth below 1000
              Then i requested for return and refund they accepted it and after few hours they blocked my account i contacted customer support they said due to high returns we blocked your account i was shocked what the hell of policy is this.
              If they send damaged product or different product then its their fault they shouldn't count on these kind of returns but they simply did it even i explain this to the customer support they are not accepting it and no proper replay flipkart cheating customers like this iam a loyal customer of flipkart but they dint care about it

                If you have demand in the product why you are leading us to payment (You can inform that the specified item is out of stock)

                  hello sir, actually when technician had come and examine and taken pictures only of this Redmi 7A mobile phone he told me yea its having that problem but company/Flipkart never return any product in one time request, do the same request again then it will be return he didn't tell me that what he was doing - he was cancelling my return request or proceeding for next level. when i saw in my Flipkart account then i confirmed he has cancelled that was not good.. so that means Flipkart service is not good for any products for their customer satisfaction..

                      Before buying any product see what flipkart has done in big billions sale.

                      My order is successful place. But with out any reasons flipkart has cancelled it. Refund amount is also taken 7day to come back at that time that offers end. I have sent them mail that why they have cancelled my order but they have no answer to give.
                      First they said solution would be given to you on 7oct, then extend to 9, then 11, then 13. On 12 i got a mail we are sorry for your cancellation. Continue shopping with us

                        Hii everyone i want to show my grievances for the replacement of my apple ipad 9.7 inch 32gb silver colour. As i order silver color. But received space grey colour ipad so i requested for replacement on 7th oct 2019 but still after five days they just asking for time to solve this query and didn’t do anything just ask me to wait and wait and it was very harassing and frustrating for me because after spending to much money and due to their mistakes i have to suffer and though i am giving my important time to every time call customer care and they just end up saying sir please give us 72 hrs or 24 hrs so that we can resloved your query and even after deadline they just end up doing nothing so it was terrible i didn’t expect from flipkart as i am a plus member and using flipkart since last 7years.

                          I had placed an order puma dwane idp running shoes from flipkart in big billion days at a price of rs 999 on 29th september.
                          After 10 days of waiting and seeing the status of the order as being processed, i had raised an query with flipkart and i have been given fhe resolution to cancel the order and place it again at the original price of 1599 (Which is its current price).

                          I had placed the complete order and paid the money in advance to avail the offer.
                          If the order is available to be delivered now with current price then why cant the order be delivered to me from placed order price.

                            I can't play game on flipkart game zone.
                            I tried contacting the customer care and they pass on time making calls and transferring the issue to other departments.
                            This repeated on for 3times and i got wexed and left.
                            But i feel they are not fair in their terms.
                            Iam not doing any hacking jobs or fraud practices.

                              Hi, i had ordered a cellphone from flipkart an it was supposed to be delivered to me on the 4 th of october but it was not, so i had to call and ask and they told me that there would be a slight delay in delivery and asked me to wait till the 7th of oct.. I waited and called again they said the seller is delaying the delivery and asked memto wait till 11 th of october.. But they called me back again and asked me to cancel the order... I said that i placed this order for inr 11599/- which was because of the big billion day these guys from flipkart are asking me to cancel this order and place the order again for 14.999 inr.. They are trying to cheat me out i the offer i genuinely got.. Non of them seems to help me no manager no supervisor who can handle the situation... I am at the point of trying to file a case against the company for fraud but if some one who genuinely represents the brand can sort out issues for me, i would really appreciate that

                                I order a product on 2 nd october on offer and waiting almost 10 days now suddenly its show that order canceled. I order mANY TIME in a month in same address but there was not an issue. I call CUSTOMER CARE they said couriour parter cant reach me, even I cant get a miss call from there. Im going to Uninstall this ###. and canceling my all order.

                                  I ordered a mobile realme xt for around 18, 142 rs, i had given an address bangalore - 560049 and they rejected the order stating incorrect pincode provided. My order id is od[protected]. My address was correct including the pincode, the ecart depot is just around 3km from location. Now the price has increased. Please let me know how to go through legal proceedings.

                                    I have concern about ur refund policy

                                    I ordered ab product but i did not get the product as per my expected time so i want to cancel that order but i have concern
                                    When i ordered the product i use my friends card but a fraudulent activity happen on his card we can't accept the refund on that particular card until the bank resolve the issue i don't know how long it will take so i called two three times regarding the same but there is no resolution i told them that they can provide me the refund and my different account or they can refund that money into flipkart account but they refuse that they can't help me regarding but my concern is that i can't accept the refund into the same account and i don't want your product. And i also surprised when i see the product rates today i was playing 450 rupees more in yourself you are just making us fool you are selling 1049 product in 1499 rupees i am just writing this you guys can help me that's only fine otherwise i'm going to file complaint in consumer court regarding this is this thing happen with someone else's who is making payment by card aur bank account
                                    You guys have procedure whosoever making a payment in cash you guys referring their money in to their bank account and you are telling me that we can't refund your money into different account thet told me whatever mode you use to make payment we refund in a same mode.

                                    So my concern is that why why you are not giving the cash whosoever making cash on delivery orders why you are asking for their accounts and all those thing to refund the money as per your company low you should give the money in the same way which you received you have to go the consumer address and give them cash if you can't then i can ask my money to be refunded into different account
                                    Such a bad experience with flipkart first time nothing happened with me and i had to call through 4 times but no one help me so i am going to file a complaint about this so this thing would not be happened with other consumer.
                                    And the thing is also surprising me that in big billion sale i am getting the product in 1499 rupees and now you are just selling at 1049 rupees that's great.

                                      Flipkart is providing very poor service wrt delivery of the product. I have 3 items which are being delayed back to back. From the costumer support no good solution found. Very pathetic. Flipkart shoud be penalized for each delay in delivery then only they will understand the pain of business loss. It seems flipkart is focused on money making more then customer satisfaction
