This is fake product. This is imitation product. Please don’t purchase in flipkart. Maximum all the products are imitation only. I purchased this product in oct 2018. This watch is not working properly since 20 days. I went to original timex showroom and i showed to them and they told me that this is fake product. See 150-500 rupees of imitation product but by cheating they sell the product for me 5750. This is the cheating happening in flipkart. Because maximum we believe in brand but they are not deserving that. Please don’t purchase the products blindly in flipkar.

    Two mistakes were done by your team:
    1) wrong information provide to us
    2) order cancelled by your team which was i placed.

    This is nonsense. This is totally nonsense.
    I have spent more than 3 hours to place the order and within a second my all the order cancelled by your team without informing me.

    I am your regular customer if you check my order tab then you will get info. About my profile.

    Now i want compensate on it if i do not get the compensate on it then i will post this issue on social media along with the call recordings.

        I purchased infinix 7 which was delivered to me on oct 1 on oct 3rd i raised issue that phone is switching off on its own even if we just shake it.
        Your engineer or rookie from jeeves came and checked the issue, took photos and videos of the issue, but refund got rejected.
        You might think i will just complain few days and leave, no i will not, i will reach to the senior most management at flipkart and walmart and also consumer court.
        What you guys doing is day light robbery, sending dead phone.

          Dear team,

          Hope you are selling well on bbd but it is very sad to know that your services are getting worse day by day in all the aspects including the delivery date and deadline.

          Your customer care is just a layer to pass the information but they don't have status of the issues which they have escalated. All the deadlines/tat given are failing again and again without any information to customer and customer care executives also not updated about the same. When i have asked to talk to senior/tl, they don't have anyone in office to talk to.

          Hope you have office for your call center with proper management and not a freelancer to just speak on behalf.

          My order id is od[protected] please check for more details and resolve the same on priority or i am going to viral all the customer care recordings, statuses etc on internet.

              Flipcart have worst service they are only promising that product will deliver you on time but in reallity they are increasing the time daily that they are not able to deliver will delivery to next 5 days and then after that next day they are saying will deliver, and i have done the payment so i m bound with him for product they are not returning my money also and not able to help also only saying sir register your complain suggest not to purchase from flipcart they are worst service provider. Amazon is far better than this. Pathetic service of flipcart

                I ordered a asus 6z (Od[protected] during the big billion sale for rs 25, 999 on 30 september, 2019 on an office address. First of all, flipkart delivered the product on a national holiday (2nd october, 2019). I had to travel 24km just to receive the product. Secondly, it was a defective product. From the moment i turned on the device, it kept restarting, showing green and pink lines on the screen, overheating on charging for only 10 minutes, not detecting sim card, not connecting to wi-fi, not displaying imei number, not switching on at times, etc.
                I filed a replacement for the same on 3rd october, 2019, and the technician came and without resolving my issue, rejected my replacement. I filed another replacement request on 4th october 2019, and the technician approved the replacement as the device is irreparable even after updating and formatting and troubleshooting several times. The replacement was brought on 7th october 2019, but the delivery boy refused to replace the phone as the device was not displaying imei number from within the settings. Although, the phone had an original imei sticker on the back (Which is tamperproof) as well as on the box. But the delivery boy refused to take the replacement. At the same moment i contacted flipkart executive, who advised me to cancel this request and place another one mentioning imei issue. He assured me that he had processed the cancellation request and it shall be effective in 24 hrs. Since that day, flipkart has been sidelining me and not providing a replacement.
                I have regularly been contacting them through flipkart, twitter and facebook but they have not been providing replacement or resolution. At times, they don't bother to even reply and employees fake update the issues and the status of issues as resolved even without resolving it.
                Flipkart only guarantees replacement or return within 10 days of receipt of the product, that is, 12th october 2019. They are forcefully trying to use up the replacement period. They are not ready to give any written statements, emails, sms etc. About the status of the request or the return process.
                Earlier the resolution date provided to me was 11th oct 7:00 pm but no resolution was provided, now there resolution date has been extended to 15th october stating that the complaint filed earlier was not regarding the replacement of the product. This is despite the fact the entire issue mentioned above was shared with the customer care executives and floor supervisors several times on 7th october.
                We do not have any written confirmation/guarantee that the phone will be replaced.
                Request the concerned party to help in getting a fair and quick resolution to the problem.
                Also, please find attached the screenshots of the number of complaints i have registered and responses from flipkart.

                  I had booked a flight on the mumbai-kolkata sector for etd on 13th dec, 2019 at 06:55hrs by vistara flight uk771. While booking on the app, at first i got a message that the flight has not been confirmed, hence i ignored and thought would try later but i got a message from my bank that i have been charged, i spoke with my bank they said if the tickets are not confirmed they would refund the amount to my account, but to my utter dismay when i checked my tickets in the evening on the mail received by flipkart, i had been booked on another flight with uk773 etd at 17:30 hrs, this i think has been done deliberately by flipkart to levy rescheduling charges from me. One of my friends also has informed me that this is the modus operandi, by giving discounts and then charge rescheduling charges. I want my booking restored as per my schedule which is uk771 vistara, etd 06.55am on 13th december without any rescheduling charges.

                  This is to inform you that i booked a ticket for a flight I5 592, PNR NO N2DI2J for 2nd July 2020 from flipkart travel but i could not board this flight. I would like to bring your attention that i made flight cancellation request accidentally on 25th July but i called flipkart travel team helpline no[protected] immediately and requested the advisor to stop this ticket cancellation request. The Advisor who assisted me did assure that my booking would not get cancelled. I checked booking status in flipkart application after 24 hrs and it was showing scheduled. It never showed cancelled. I again contacted flipkart to ensure that my booking should exist and i was confirmed that booking was not cancelled. No one told me that my ticket booked was cancelled. I was not sent any cancellation message neither by flipkart nor by Air Asia. I was under an impression that my ticket was booked but on the day of the Journey when i reached the Air port and tried to board the flight there i was denied and confirmed that my ticket got cancelled by Air asia. I was bemused and did not know what to do as the flight was super urgent for me. I want flipkart to justify these below points-

                  1) Why i was mislead by the advisor about the booked ticket?
                  2) When the ticket got cancelled then why i was not notified by an e mail, msg or phone call?
                  3) When the ticket got cancelled then how come the status of the ticket showing scheduled rather then cancelled in flipkart application. I have shared the screen shot as well?
                  4) After calling repeatedly every time i was given wrong information why?
                  5)Even the ticket was cancelled then why still i did not get the refund of the remaining rest of the amount?

                  This is the first time i booked a journey ticket from flipkart and my first impression was very disappointing. I want to know how flipkart is going to compensate this?

                  Please refer Flipkart Travel id FF[protected] under Indigo PNR WH5TTC. Indigo cancelled this flight in March 2020 due to Covid 19 pandemic and refunded Rs 5814/- to Ixigo/Flipkart on 21.03.2020. After continues follow up of 3/4 months with Flipkart Travel, the flight ticket was cancelled and initiated refund of Rs 5814/- on 24.7.2020 by Flipkart travel, but failed online settlement to the original mode of payment. Flipkart travel asked for my bank details for an offline settlement by NEFT/RTGS on 21.08.2020. Bank details along with scan copy of cheque was provided to Flipkart Travel on 21.08.2020 via email.
                  Till today I have not received refund.
                  How Flipkart can use my hard earned money for such a long period !?
                  Why their 'escalation' for refund always fail ? Is it done intentionally to use the funds of common people.!

                  Group tickets were booked on 10th July 2021 from Cochin to Mumbai. When we were trying to book the tickets the page got refreshed multiple times and tickets got booked from Mumbai to cochin. The issue was highlighted with the Flipkart team and the executive agreed that this was a technical issue. We did had a word with airlines to which they said for technical issues get back to the travel agents. We did cancel the tickets on 10th July 2021 However the cancellation was failed from their end multiple times.
                  On 11th July the customer executive also cancelled the tickets for us from their end and even that got failed after sometime. It was more than 24hrs and cancellation was failed more than 5times from their end.
                  For almost 3 days we were having multiple calls with the customer support team and we were being assured by them that we will get the full refund since this was technical issue. Post that we received a response on the email we sent that they have cancelled the tickets and refund is initiated. After a week we received a partial refund. When we raised our concern with them they said they working on it
                  It's been a month now no action has been taken so far even they are not providing any response to the email I sent. Everytime a call is initiated a new incident ticket is being raised and and they are asking us to wait for another 48hrs. why would I bear a loss for their technical issue. And this is not the first time it had happened I can see reviews from my other customers that such incidents happened with them as well.
                  FLIPKART's technical team is not qualified enough to resolve this issue since the executive team keeps on saying they haven't got a response from technical team.
                  It's a humble request to take a strict action against them
                  since it could be a small amount for Flipkart but for me it's a huge amount of 8k

                  I booked a flight from Delhi to Kuwait on 17 Oct from flipkart travel I received confirmed ticket in email. The flight was connecting flight from Delhi to doha and doha to kuwait.
                  6 days before the flight I got an email from trijack that my flight 1086 from doha to kuwait remain cancelled. I didn't know triojack as I booked ticket through flipkart and flipkart is associated with ixigo. Anyways I checked qatar airways website using PNR the connecting flight was changed with 15 hour layover at doha. Surprised I enquired qatar airways and to my dismay qatar airways says that the connecting flight booking is not ticketed and its an incomplete ticket I can't fly with. They say as I booked through agent I'll have to ask agent to issue the ticket. But calling flipkart multiple times was of no use. Flipkart CS says they escalated to other team will contact you withing 8 hours your issu will get resolved till 16 Oct my issue is still not resolved by flipkart. This is terrible experience buying ticket from flipkart.
                  I've to fly on 19 Oct and still there is still no resolution.
                  I think going legal would be only option for such frauds. And people should refrain buying tickets from such unscrupulous agencies.

                      On 6th august, my fkipkart account was blocked without any notice. After constantly calling them on 8th august, i was informed via email that my account was blocked due to a high amount of returns from my end.

                      To clarify, products (Women's western wear) had been returned due to size mis match as some brands are not consistent with sizing. However, all products were exchanged or returned as per return policy and literally within hours / minutes or maximum one day of delivery.

                      My greviance - due to my account being blocked i am unable to pay flipkart pay later dues amounting to approx inr 1200/- and i am unable to return 4 products amounting to approx 3600/- which had a 30days return policy (Which expired on 3rd and 13th september respectively)

                      After calling them numerous times (I have recorded conversations), on 17th september, i was asked to email the order id of the products that needed to be picked up for return. I did so immediately (See attached) till date all 4 products (Approx 3600/-) still not picked up.

                      What's worse is i am being constantly harassed by phone calls, emails and text messages from flipkart demanding that i pay dues of 4800/- failing which legal action would be taken!!! Today 11th oct,
                      They have sent me an email and text message informing that legal action is initiated!

                      All this when they are fully aware that it is no fault of mine and that they have denied me access to my account since 6th august

                      This has been going on for more than two months. They have caused me so much stress and disturbed my peace of mind.

                      Hoping y'all can help. I just want this agony to end.

                        This has ref to above subject recently i have bought iphone 7 32gb black from flip kart which was delivered on 6th oct’19. Once i use black colour wallpaper i found that in left bottom side of the screen there is a green dot is showing and i don’t know whether it’s a manufacturing defect or not.

                        Request to intervene with the replacement as assured by flipkart during purchase.

                            I have raised the issue since day 1 of the order placed. I was being assured by customer care, backend team by calling me be aassured you will get the instant discount as this discunt was available on your order.

                            Cases were created but every time they are taking 24 hours to revert back... This goes on and now its more than 13 days without even any solution on raised cases.

                            Now flipkart started to close the case without any proper justification.
                            They are misguiding, bluffing me on my raised issue.

                              I order a digital camera nikon 5300 dslr model but flipkart send me a different model nikon 3500 model. Then i sent a return request to flipkart but flipkart rejected my request. Even flipkart blocked my flipkart account. My order id is od[protected]. Price of the my camera is 36021. Always flipkart give me a helpless information. Again and again flipkart rejected my return request.

                                This is the order m referring to: order id - od[protected].. I contacted you multiple times n told about the issue. Then you said me to wait for 2 days n you will contact me again. After waiting for 3 days you call me n ask me for my adar card, pancard, driving license, n all stuff, n tell me to wait for 7 days n then when u contact you after 7 days you guys just don't know anything about my issue.. Then i sent you my driving license. After you asked for more proof i sent you my pancard. And then you guys just dont reoly back to my emails or anything. You guys just try to fool us by making us wait for more time so that we may ignore or forget about the issue.. So cheap... Have some professionalism. It was my mistake to order from flipkart. We ordered one protein item first which i got for good deal n the product was very good. So i ordered one more when i needed more then i received a protein powder box with lumps in it. N when i complain you guys just say we can't do anything n asks us to wait n have more some times bring passes in-between n then you just forget about it... We are not going to order again from flipkart n will never recommend friends family colleagues flipkart. Other onlines sites are far far better... Total crap... We have sent my driving license and also pan card n then i'm ignored n don't have any update on my issue... This is ridiculous... It's been more than 15days n there is no resolution for my issue... This is completely unethical n nonsense...

                                      The flipkart gamezone is fake they don't provide they don't give the rewards.
                                      It's just luring customer to be activated on flipkart app.
                                      I played a quiz game on 23 sept @8pm i won ambrane powerbank.
                                      They told that i will receive by 9th oct my reward on my flipkart app itself from that day till today am continuously checking whether i received my reward or not.
                                      I complaint to customer care on both mail and on call.
                                      They told that i will receive it within 24-48hrs.
                                      Now 48hrs have passed away till now they neither credited me my powerbank and nor my supercoins around 250-300 coins i won.
                                      I have lot of others works to do.
                                      Customer who are reading this i request you all also complaint so that the people who don't know about their scam may come to know.
                                      What this flipkart is actually doing with their customers
                                      Am complaining here for the last time.

                                        Plz if there is any term and conditions regarding login with more than one account on same device to play game, show it on starting playing game terms and condition or make a banner above. Because if i have a single device that can run ur huge application without lagging and my sister want to play on same device too. They sent a bug on my device to make me stop playing games anymore.
