I had order arona check-in luggage - 30 inch (Blue) on sat, aug 10th '19. As the bag was big so i have requested for return the product.
From that day to today (9th oct'2019). Every day i am trying to return the product, but the return is getting denied.
Evert time i am new new issue, that the wish master denied to pick up the order, or they don’t have proper vehicle. And after that they are cancelling the pick up.
And after the cancellation whenever i am trying to reinitiate the return they have the same question, why did you buy the product, why you want to return it. They keep forcing me to cancel the return.
These people need to understand our problem. Till now no proper action have been taken. Request you to resolve this issue.

Complaint marked as Resolved there were no steps taken by the company, they still have not returned the product. They just keep mentioning that the product can't be taken as they don't have enough space for shipping it back. Pathetic experience. After this, I stopped buying things from Flipkart.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
