Hi The complaint is against flip-kart, they have really harassed me on the above order.
I ordered the K20 pro, after some research that its sound quality is too good.
But when the phone arrived the sound is just loud with no quality, as I listen songs whole day this phone is of no use to me, so I requested for return of the mobile, I had a ling call with customer care explaining them that its quality is not good, they sent the technician 2 times to my house and they reported that sound is working, as the quality is substandard of the phone in terms of sound I wanted to return it but they rejected my request based on technician report and didn't accepted the return, they really harassed me over the call creating a complete mental agony and not trying to understand what is the reason for return, even the second technician understood that quality is bad even then they didn't accepted the return and rejected it, isn't it a right of customer to return the product?, as its online purchase we cant test the product should they give the option as long as product is in pristine condition it should be returned, please help to take some action against flipkart on harassing the customer, and guide me on how to file a formal complaint against their home made policies which are again consumer rights.
