I ordered realme xt mobile from flipkart on 5th october and the promised delivery date was 7th october. But the product is not delivered yet. I have tried the customer support team of flipkart, they keep saying that "we understand your problem" that's it. After few days i got a mail from their side that they will resolve my issue by 12th october.

On 11 oct i got mail order was canceled.

What flipkart thinking about customers i dont know, because of this order i was postponed my journey since 8th oct. Today i got mail that is "order was canceled". My time and money wasted and i got frustration.

Such a worst service from flipkart do some action.

    I had ordered a wifi router which was suppose to get deliver yesterday on 10th october but no delivery boy came to my place to deliver it and suddenly at 10 pm i received a message saying that your item is delivered
    I am not able to connect to flipkart customer care and they are not replying for any of my mail
    I have been trying hard to reach out to flipkart but every thing has been failed
    Iwant my router or my refund money

      I am ramesh kumar from bangalore. I have ordered infinix hot 8 on sep 30 through flipkart. Since it is a flash & opened on midnight 12, i kept alarm & wake up & ordered mobile. My order id - od[protected]. It suppose to deliver on oct 2

      I am eagerly waiting & expecting my phone to be delivered on oct 2 but it doesn’t delivered. I am daily getting updates on morning that consignment arrives bangalore facility & in evening i will get message that consignment dispatched to bangalore facility. I tried called your customer support & they promised mobile will get delivered by oct 8, till now order was not delivered. Even i mailed to flipkart ceo mr. Kalyan & sent 2 reminders but he didn’t respond me. Flipkart customer supports calls & asked me to cancel the order since it is getting late. I have ordered this mobile in flash sale & went out of stock within 3 mins.

      Their competitor amazon who deliver mobile within 12 hours of order placement but in flipkart i am waiting for 8 days & still product not delivered.in the e-commerce it is very difficult to standout if your delivery is not proper

        I have ordered my product on 26 september and the order was pre-paid on the same moment i cancelled it becz i want another product not that one... Then i received the msg that i would get my refund under 8 october but today it 11th october i have not recieved any refund!!! Yettt!!! Whyyy??? Why is it so??? Can uh please do something!! Please!!! 🙏

          My account got blocked. I have multiple orders pending in delivery and I need to check my orders status and return of my existing delivered products within 10 days of delivery. Facing many issues with sudden blocking of my account. Ordering more quantity is not crime. I am running my own old-age home. I have to order too many quantity. For this reason blocking account is not fair. Flipkart customer care is not having knowledge to solve this problem. Please file take serious action on this.               Phone Problem:
              I purchased oppo f11 pro mobile from flipkart,
              and after just one day o[censored]se i find front camera is faulty,
              after switching to front camera it start and shows main camera on screen instead front,
              so initially i thought it's a software bug,
              so I did reset camera settings, soft format, hard format and every time camera works for half and hour and failed again.

              Replacement Issue with flipkart:
              So I placed replacement request on flip kart,
              First they called me on my phone and told me to do server setting related stuff which was not worked for me (and which was I already tried before their call), Then they arranged technician visit to check phone.

              Technician 1st Visit:
              So technician visited on the same day and again he did hard reset and cancelled my return request,
              even after I told him that after some time camera will stop work,
              and just after 20 min it failed.
              So again I placed return request and flipkart again arranged 2nd technician visit.

              Technician 2nd Visit:
              Technician visited again on next day, and again he did hard reset :),
              and he was there when camera failed again so HE TOOK VIDEO AND PHOTO AS A PROOF and send that video to his organisation,
              and they suggested to check software update,
              which I already did, but on that same day new update was released which was about (2.5 gb), so Technician again cancelled return request and told me to check after update over wifi.

              Now I just Updated phone at my home and it's still not working.

              Flipkart is very slow to provide quick solution, I'm really frustrated because of all this.

                I placed an order for Kodak XPRO 102cm (40 inch) Full HD LED Smart TV on 30th Sep, 2019 during Big Billion Sale with exchange of my old working CRT TV (Videocon Bazooka 21"). Paid full amount. Flipkart was supposed to collect my old TV and deliver the new one. I did not see any progress in order processing, so I chat with flipkart customer care on 4th Oct, 2019 and asked him whether Flipkart is able to fulfill the order or not? Chat executive guaranteed that we are able and we will deliver the order. My order was shipped on 8th Oct, 2019. Next day on 9th Oct Ekart wishmaster came to deliver the order. He told that he wants to see the old TV and he also told that he just want to check the outer body. We shown him the old TV, he checked and said that the TV is broken and can not be accepted. In fact, the TV is absolutely fine and working. He was pointing out to a thin gap in fitting of back cover of the TV (attached Document1). We explained him a lot that it is not broken but he did not agree and did not deliver the new TV. I filed a complaint on flipkart tollfree number within 10 minutes. I explained that wishmaster is making faking reasons for not accepting the old TV and he is demanding money. One customer care executive promised me for the resolution of the issue. I got mails promising the resolution of the problem. I also got email from Mr. Pavankumar at midnight and he mentioned in his mail that as per TRAI rules they can not call a customer after 9PM. So he will call next morning after 9AM and will discuss and resolve the issue. Next day on 10th Oct, I did not get any email and flipkart cancelled my order without discussing with me and stated the reason that SELLER (OMNITECH RETAIL) IS UNABLE TO DELIVER. They also refunded money. Then I got call from Flipkart and I asked them why they cancelled my order and they were supposed to deliver the order. He told me that the order is not deliverable. I asked that if it was not deliverable then why did flipkart promised for delivery on 4th Oct when I raised a question? If it was not deliverable then why did Wishmaster come with the TV? All were fake reasons. My old TV is absolutely fine but Flipkart did not accept it because they did not want to and finally cancelled my order. I do not agree with the resolution and I want the TV at the same price at which I had ordered with Order # OD[protected]. I went through social media and I found so many complaints against Flipkart after this Big Billion sale. I tried a lot to explain Flipkart that the TV is not broken and it is working fine and requested much to deliver the product but they did not deliver and made a fraudulent behavior. In fact Flipkart did not want to keep the commitment and fulfil the order. I am requesting the Govt. of India through this portal to help me out and to ask Flipkart to deliver the new TV at ordered price during Big Billion sale.

                Today I again requested Flipkart customer service to compensate me with a gift card of ₹3000/- but Flipkart is not ready. Flipkart does not want to provide customer satisfaction. If it was then would had delivered my order and would not had cancelled without discussing with me. I was kept in dark and I was hoping that flipkart will arrange delivery but all went fake. Flipkart is not ready to compensate and issue a gift card of ₹3000/-

                One week passed, still there is no action. Only the complaint acknowledged by Flipkart. I believe this portal is able to push the seller to resolve the issue.

                Yesterday Mr. Saiyed from Flipkart social media called me on my registered mobile number. I humbly requested him to issue a gift card of Rs. 3000/- as compensation and I told him that I would be happy with this resolution, but he replied to me that rejection of any exchange product is decided by seller and gift card can be issued by seller only (little surprising) and Flipkart can not help in this matter. It means that sellers are not in the control of Flipkart. There is nothing like Customer satisfaction at Flipkart. Rejected my request for issuing gift card, its ok, my fight continues on social media and I expect involvement of this portal too to wind up the matter with 100% satisfaction.

                Still I have not got the resolution to the issue. My order was cancelled with unethical reasons. There is no justification to cancel my order because I had already informed flipkart customer care about the issue and my order was surprisingly cancelled instead of delivering. I need compensation of ₹3000/- in the form of gift card or any other means of offer by Flipkart, so that I can use that amount to order again from Flipkart. I am requesting since long but not getting closure of the issue.

                Today I got sms from Flipkart (attached screenshot). It shows out for delivery of an order of mine which was cancelled by the seller. Why Flipkart is making such joke? Is this portal really capable to solve issues of consumers? Why this portal is not pushing up Flipkart to solve my issue and provide me compensation? Has this portal joined hands with Flipkart?

I have tried atleast 50 times contacting the customer support team of flipkart and they are not helping me even 1%. They just say that we understand your problem and that's it. And two of the employees of flipkart assured me that my product would be delivered by 9th october but it was not delivered and then for 10th october and it's not delivered yet. Now i got a mail from their side that they will resolve my issue by 14th october. What do they think that the customer is fool or what. Is this the way they deal with their customers. Don't they know that how frustrating this is to get such a worst service from a company like flipkart. What do they think that as they are such a big company so they can take their customers for granted. This is really bad of flipkart seriously.

                    It has been enough time since i am a buyer from your site. Many a times i have bought items during sale but this time its so distuging. I orderes a boat earphone which was to be delivered to me on 9th of october. It has been 2 days i have not got my parcel. Whenever i contact the delivery boy he says sir your area is not for my distribution but however it has been assigned to me to distribute but i cannot since that's not my area. I am hearing this excuse since past two days.
                    U even went to the distribution centre of my city but they said how we will give, we don't know where it is. Thia kind of irresponsible and irrelevant attitude cannot be tolerated as flipkart has such a good and reputed name.
                    My only request is that it must be delivered to me by tomorrow.
                    And i hope my complaint will be fruitful.

                      My order of Samsung s9 was to be delivered on 10 October yesterday on 9 October the delivery agent call that he is not able to come due to rain then he inform me that he will deliver it by tomorrow that is 10 october.But Suddenly on 9 octoberi got emaill about ccancellation of my order and the reason was delivery agent was unable to reach... after that i contact to the customer care they they told us that the order as been cancelled by the seller or logistics and they don't have any contact detail them about seller or logistics...
                      What kind service is this.. is this way you satisfy your customer.. i needed a new phone .My anger will be raised on Flipkart because we ass customer are unkowm about the seller and logistics services...
                      Such a bad experience was not excepting for the flipkart..
                      If your seller and delivery service can't provide the service they offer then take strict action them or else some strict action will be taken flipkart is same continues and again seller can't provide the product please dont't sell that product online...disappointment from flipkart...

                        I have ordered a Mobile with order number OD[protected] on 4th October which was committed for the delivery by today(10th Oct 2019).
                        This has not been delivered to me as promised today.
                        Need to mentioned that I will be out of town for few days from yesterday and the purpose of purchasing the device would be useless for me because of the false commitment given to me by flipkart.
                        Although other online stores was delivering the products in less than 2 days, I trusted flipkart and waited for 7 days for the delivery.I would have purchased other device from other stores if I would have known the type of worst service that flipkart is providing.

                        Please do let me know:
                        1.Why the product was not delivered on the committed date(10-Oct-2019).
                        2.How will you compensate for my losses as now I can't purchase the device in few hours from now.I need this very urgently today.

                        I have followed two times with customer care executive and also raised a complaint with number - In[protected] but all this was in vain since the executive failed to give me the reason for delay and was not able to provide the seller name whom I could contact.

                            I ordered lotto running shoes from flipkart. And i did prepayment online. The shoes i ordered were lotto running shoes in white color. But when the delivery came and i opened the product it was worst black color shoes of some local brand and even old and used ones. The package was pasted with cello tape from side (Which was bot even of flipkart). I have already put the complaint 4 times to refund but when the delivery person comes to pick up the product he always denies to take the product. It has been high time now. No sense of working. This company do fraud in the name of sale.
                            And now i am going to take legal action against flipkart or refund the money. Worst online shopping website. I highly recommend not to use it.

                              I ordered new phone and exchange my old mobile phone on Flipkart. The E-kart delivery boy taken my old phone and gave me new phone. Now Flipkart says I didn't gave old phone and I pay remaining amount. What I to do I delivery boy take my mobile and he didn't submit to Flipkart.
                              The Flipkart didn't understand my issue. I continuously touch with Flipkart customer care executive from last 3 week. First they said they mistakenly marked order cancelled Instead of picked. Now after two weeks they said I didn't gave my old mobile phone. Who is responsible if anyone is misuse my mobile.
                              Please suggest me.

                                I had ordered a product (Realme 5) phone on 3rd of october and i have given last date of delivery 6th october, then on 6th october it posted to 8th october and on 8th october it posted 10th october and even on 10th october it is saying by flipkart it will deliver 11th october. Whereas i paid the amount prepaid. I fully dissatisfied the date which going posted. This kind of service will be drastically for flipkart from next i never be choose the option flipkart to purchase any product from flipkart.

                                  I recently ordered TV online, but Ekart delivery team made, delivery status as customer rejected. They have not delivered the product.
                                  It seems they want to fake selling to compete with amazon.

                                  They do not have support team, they do not send Invoice via mail. It is utter fraud company.

                                    I ordered a mobile Realme C2 on 02 oct 2019 and paid via online payment PhonePe. The product was to be delivered by Oct 15. But, on Oct 06, while I was checking Flipkart website, it was showing that the product has been delivered. But actually, i have not received the product or any messages regarding the product to be out for delivery. I raised an issue for that on Oct 07, but till date, no proper action has been taken. I am getting regular calls and messages from Flipkart executives but none of them are providing the actual status of the order. They are just telling that the team is working on this. I am a regular customer of Flipkart, was never hoping this kind of an issue. Hoping that the issue will be resolved soon.

                                      On 1st October i placed an order on flipkart but flipkart cancelled my order and told me to wait till 9th October for refund...but refund is not received yet and now flipkart is not responding me... please lodge a complaint against flipkart...its a fraud company

                                        I have ordered a TDS & PH meter at the time when flipkart was providing discount on many products.

                                        But to my surprise seller only send me a TDS meter. I just want my PH meter also. I don't want to return it for refund. Otherwise I will have to pay a lot more than what I pay if I place a new order.

                                        They are just making a fool of people I hate this kind of things

We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on 14 Oct 19. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
