I had received apple iPhone XS MAX on 06-Sept-2019, inside flipkart package as following issues
1. Wrapper of phone box open
2. Phone already on inside package
3. Charger unable to plug socket. Outside charger provided.
4. Outside India SIM inserted
5. SIM PIN device missed in box
6. When I changed SIM card from JIO, then phone activation error comes on screen and try to activate...

I Bought a Vivo Z1 pro from Flipkart..When i receved i saw initially Screen was flikkering, Hanging too much then i found there was faulty headphone port..I create a Replacement Request 2 times, everytimes request got cancelled automatically without any update to me.Then i called customer care they presurise me to follow the nonsense troubleshooting process and told me that your problem will be solved and wait for 72 hours.That was the 9th...

I had ordered the product on 04/09/2019 where in i had a promised date of the next day but it was delayed and again promised to deliver today the 09/09/2019 but not yet received and again delayed by tomorrow. Very disappointed also have files a lawsuit against the company on consumer court where in you have to face the consequences dealing with the law so please do call me so i can take this issue further. Detail of issue: i had a failed transaction on jan 30, 2019 for which amount was debited from my credit card after inputting the otp.
I raised the issue with both flipkart and icici, issue was resolved within 20days and my failed transaction amount was credited back to me on feb 24.
Again on july 26th the same amount was deducted from my card for jan 30 failed transaction.
After contacting icici, i raised a complaint...

I used flipkart pre paid feature to purchase a number of grocery items for myself a while ago now last date of payment is coming closer but I am unable to access my account, I am not even able to contact customer care.

Recently i bought jbl t160 earphone after 5 days left ear bud stop working. So i raised a complaint against order no. Od[protected] dated 02 sep 2019 an then flipkart locked my account and telling me that due to high number of return is the reason. But i have bought many thing from them. I have ordered fuhrende flip cover for oppo neo 3 r831k (Black) from flipkart. Today a delivery boy contact no [protected] stated that he will not deliver my product at my address because it is not in to his delivery area.
This thing is happening from last 6 months.
If you can not deliver the product at the address then don't charge delivery charge.
This is a clear fraud case....

I had purchase dell laptop from flipkart but when i had placed replacement for that product due to slowness. I had received totally different laptop with other specifications and instead of 15.2 inches i got less than 14.5 inches it's been more then 2 months m following but no response whatsoever.

We have received the order on saturday morning dt. 7.9.2019, after giving the delivery the boy stolen my husband shoes. I have noticed in the cctv camera when we are not able to find the shoes.
This is really scary because we believe the fliftcart, and think the boys come for delivery they are under abservation of fliftcart and we can believe easily.
