I have ordered a realme x phone from flipkart on 4th of october using my card offer (Order i'd : od[protected] and the item was cancelled by the seller. I registered a complaint on the company's customer care and over the consumer complaint forum. I got a reply from the company that it was the mistake from the seller and assured me that i will get the item on placing a fresh order.
Again on 11th october i placed an order with sbi credit card offer (Order i'd : od[protected] and again the order got cancelled.
But on the same time i ordered the same item from the same seller on flipkart without applying any offer (Order i'd : od[protected] and directly went for full amount payment as cod, and that order was successful and the item is on shipping right now.
The deadline for a favourable resolution asked by the flipkart team is today (14/10/19) till 2.00 pm and still now no update from them.
So from my experiences, when i applied for an offer they denied my order and when i just went to pay full amount my order was done.
I demand my compensation from the company for wasting my money, time and for the violation of the service that was assured.

    I booked a gopro hero 7 on 7th october 2019, delivery date is 10th october 2019 and i planned a trip to leh ladakh from kerala by my own bike its a dream trip (Trip date 12th october 2019, 30 days trip). I had arranged all for my trip like office leave, hotel, tickets, friends, etc... But, you destroyed all my dreams. Am totally disappointed. Many times when i am dealing with customer care, they have acted irresponsibly. Please check all the attached file and take a decision and informed how can you help me.

      I raised a return request on 4th of october and the same should be done by 9th of october and it has not done yet. Without my authorization they are cancelling my return request. If i call them on the same they are talking irresponsibly and asking me to wait... Till 22nd october. They are simply making customers to wait untill long time and the deliveries are are also delayed for long time.

        The delivery date of the product was 6th Oct but did bot receive it. They told me they will take a resolution by 10th Oct 1 PM but nothing as of now and they have given me a new resolution date i.e. 15th Oct
        Delivery person got the parcel from 5th Oct and call at night that i will deliver your product.he is not deliver product because he had no mood to delivery.at night around 9.30 for asking that office is open or not.he is harassing customer and flipkart dint have any control on his service partner. Commitment level is zero by flipkart.

          I got a fake jbl flip 4 speaker as a replacement from flipkart. I spend about 6000 rupees on the speaker and the seller have cheated me by selling a counterfeit product. Pls help me in this situation.
          I ordered this speaker on the big billion days offer of flipkart that was on 2nd october 2019.
          And i got the product on 7th october.
          I have lost about 6000 on this product. I have raised a return request on flipkart and they told with in 2days they will contact me. But till now no one have contacted me. Please help me on this situation

            It has been done 14 oct 2019 but my order not delivered. It was my first experience with flipkart honestly 200% bad experience and that is the reason people think india based company fraud and scam.

            *omg* customer support team how they lie every person with customers i understand well trained how to cheat with customer..

            With my feeling if i give my feedback flipkart fraud and scam company so my brothers and sisters don't shopping or buy from flipkart,

              It seems big billion is just a scam, flipkart tries to reach out for more than they can cater.. I bought a watch after hours of browsing bought it at a reasonable price and paid for it.2 weeks ago was supposed to be delivered on 10th but did not get delivered, no revised date shown and every time i raise a complaint i am getting a new date of resolution, it was supposed to be resolved on 15th now it's 17th xd... Totally disheartened now never gonna buy anything from there and will ensure none of my immediate family members and friends buy from there

                  This is regarding laptop i ordered rog strix g on 29th september 2019, order id od[protected] but has not been delivered to this date (14th october 2019). I have complained about this for past 7 days and all i recieve from support staff is that higher authorities have been informed and someone will contact in next 24-48hrs.. Noone calls back.                     My product samsung frame 55" tv (Order id: od[protected] has not been delivered since promised date - oct 4th 2019. I have contacted flipkart team multiple times but no resolution yet. Even their courier partner gati has rejected the tracking id[protected] provided by them, mentioning no such delivery has been requested from flipkart. It seems to me like a deliberate attempt by flipkart to mislead customer by providing fake product tracking id of a third party vendor. This is clear case of fraudulent act and requesting your assistance with the same.

                      Dear sir,
                      I had placed an order with flipkart for ac during the big billion sale on 2nd october. And the ac was supposed to be delivered on 11th october, but the same wasn't delivered and then on 14th october, the order was cancelled from flipkart's end without even informing me. And when i contacted flipkart they just told me that as the order was delayed it was cancelled. I am customer who bought the product and its my right to be asked whether i want the product or not, but they just simply cancelled it, that to on 14th october that is after 12 days of placing order. And they have mentioned reason as delivery agent was unable to contact you, but i didn't receive any call from any of the agents the order was simply cancelled.

                      I want my product to be delivered as the i had purchased the same under big billion sale with a good discount.

                        Hi, i have purchased some products from flipkart and then paid through paylater option. Before due date i paid the paylater amount through my bank account. Later on i returned those products. I have not got refund for that. Details show that refund is given in paylater account. What that means? I have made payment through bank and there is no refund. Neither in paylater or bank. How could they give refund in paylater? I mean every month new bill for shopping under paylater option is generated for which there is no refund. Plz help

                          Dear team, i have place order od[protected] at flipkart on 6th oct 19 of rs.15900/- and it is already paid, but after overed promised delivery date which is 11 oct 19 i am not getting any single sms with shipment journy updates, whenever i called flipkart care they just told me wait for 2 days, but no one can knows where is my order. Even which tracking number allocated to this order that is also invalid and it is not been to track, even i have cofirmed with courier partner who is gati, so the question is no one can know where is my order after shipping, and also unable to tell me the exact delivery date, because already 2 weeks pass, so request to you kindly look into the matter and take strict action against flipkart and gati.

                          I would like to inform you that, Flipkart authority purposely delaying my order or purposly keeping hold because, I have just confirmed with courier partner, they told me my product still stuck at last location they dosent have any update to dispatch that product to next hub, sines raising the issue at your end and even their end No one can trying to contacting me regarding this issue??                             This is to mention that my registered mobile no. Is [protected] and i ordered some product in the month of august 2019.
                            That particular product is not yet delivered and i paid in full the amount through my credit card.
                            Now everytime i am calling the flipkart customer care the executive is telling that he is cancelling the order and i will get the refund within 7 days.
                            It has beeen more than 2 months that i have been following up with flipkart.
                            Now i think i need to file a fir or complain in consumer court for this.
                            My bank is charging interest at the rate of 20% and i m facing regular harassment for this.
                            My cibil score has also been affected due to this flipkart.

                              For the past few months, game zone is not functioning on my account.
                              I am able to open the game zone but the game just won't start.
                              It just says something's wrong here. We encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions
                              And provides an option to go back to game zone.
                              As far as i know and i have read, i have not violated any of the terms and conditions.
                              How can this discrepancy be resolved?
                              Please help.

                                As i have ordered a mobile redmi note 5 rose gold and redmi note 5 gold but when i received there is fault in it so raised for replacement for redmi gold and refund for redmi rose gold because no refund option when asked with customer service no response. Later technician visited he is so rude and agreed that there is problem but cancelled my request with out my concern. When contacted with the customer service they said that they dont know about the seller and seller cancelled and they cannot contact seller. Know my money gone and mobiles are default. Kindly raise a complaint on mentally torturing and also selling faulty product and not agreeing to refund and replacement also on technician who was so rude as technician number is [protected] and he is from jeeves

                                  I have bought realme xt flagship phone along with 1 rs complete protection plan offer on β€œthebigbilliondays” mobile sale on 30th september 2019 in the mid night 12.27am
                                  There was 1 rs complete protection plan offer was crashed out during this flash sale due to lot o[censored]sers were logged in to purchase the same and same has been confirmed by flipkart technical team and accepted this thing by flipkart floor managers, technical backend team and concern team as well.

                                  I was raised the case against this issue as i was tried during flash sale at 12.02 am to click on add button of 1 rs complete protection plan offer but that button was grayed out and directly enabled "buy now" option and if you clicked on buy now button link was redirected to payment option without adding 1rs complete protection plan to that order. So i was cancel this request and tried for one more attempt to avail that offer but unfortunately i was went into the waiting list of 25 minute again the same thing was happened once you clicked on buy now option it is redirected to payment option without adding 1rs complete protection plan and asked me to complete this payment within 19 minutes, so again canceling this request i was proceed with payment without 1rs complete protection plan as there was issue of grayed out for this 1rs offer add button due to 1rs complete protection plan application was crashed out during flash sale due to lot of customers were logged in and tried to avail same offer.

                                  So on same day i was contacted to customer care, initially they were not accepting this case not willing to raise incident against this issue.
                                  On continuous follow-up their technical team confirmed and accepted that there was 1rs complete protection plan offer application was crashed out during that flash sale and then they have raised complaint.
                                  I have shared my concern of this case with around 20 to 30 flipkart representatives and sr. Managers and then floor managers (Mohit, imran, manish, harish, diwan, jyoti pandey, subrato, alex, pritesh, nagma) taking follow-up with them since issue of first day. Each and every floor manager level 2 assured and committed me that we will come with solution and they have been raised my concern to respective team and will provide solution on priority already their flipkart technical/backend/concern team is working on this issue since last 12 days without any proper solution. They have already extended the timelines more than 6 times.
                                  I was continuously telling to those guys to provide me that offer before deliver this item to me but they don’t provide till todays date.
                                  Now after completing period of return policy for this item floor managers giving call me and saying we can’t able to give you this offer even this issue was arises from flipkart application site so ownership should take by flipkart itself.
                                  Today floor manager escalation head nagma offered me for 400rs in my cart but they cannot provide complete protection plan. I was deny for the same as i don’t want any single rupee from flipkart i want protection plan for my realme xt 18000 flagship phone.
                                  Need to provide the same in alternate way or compensation with providing current protection plan for my placed order of realme xt mobile from flipkart site.

                                  Hope being ceo is the highest-ranking executive and most important person in a company who has the power and authority to make major corporate decisions and having close eye on their services which are hampering their business by treating valued customer in this poor manner service and playing blame game or cheat game with customer who having bonding more than 9 years with flipkart by their floor managers, backend team and technical team. Rather flipkart team should provide solution within 24 hours to this escalated case instead of already taken 13 days without providing solution for flipkart owned 1 rs complete protection plan offer application crashed out issue.

                                    I have booked a lg 190l direct cool s refrigerator on 01.10.2019 and payment made by card instantly. You have assure to delivery by 12.10.19 such a long date, but on 12.10.19 flipkart sent a message that product will be delivered by 19.10.19. If you don't have the product, why you have taken order.
