I've ordered hp laptop from flipkart which was delivered on 9th sept. I got a faulty product. When raised return/replace for the product they took a whole month to process the request, and replaced it on 26th sept. The new product what is replaced is also having same defect (There is shadow of keyboard on the display screen). They dont respond on customer care numbers, nor on chat support. I bought a phone vivo z1x mobile by delivering company flipkart via e-kart. I got few problems in this deal, which are as follows:-

I am not able to play games of flipkart gamezone. It is showing an error i. E. We encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions.
