My account is blocked stating that i am not using it properly, i have not ordered any item multiple times or done any unethical behavior
They don't even go through my order history to see my loyalty and discipline

I use it for myself only, and they cancelled my last order, aftet which they blocked my account

Not to forget, customer service is the worst responding with same scripts, no process knowledge

No ethical escalation matrix
No one reads or listens to your issue ir even dreams ti resolve it

They don't want to retain loyal customers, because they have several bonus flipkart coins

      I have ordered poco f1 mobile phone with replacement of my redmi 6 pro. But for some reason they didnt accepted the exchange. Even after i agreed to pay extra amount of exchange value they are not delivering the phone. They have directly canceled before even asking. Emi is also processed by bank side, so even if they refund money i will not be able to order new phone. Money will be blocked for few months. Flipkart had put me in big trouble.

        I have ordered these mosue but was delivered with mouse of some cheap chinese company. Then i decided to get refund as i no longer trust the seller for delivering authentic product and since then it has been more than 10 days.. They (Flipkart) just keep delaying the request and take no action. I kept trying for many times (Atleast 5 times i called), they register complaint and then forget... That is take no action.

              I am writing this with very upset mind as I am very much frustrated with the services of Flipkart and their courier partner.

              I ordered Apple watch on 29th Sep as on 2nd Oct, it was my birthday and delivery expected was 2nd itself.

              My order is lying in Jaipur warehouse from 1Sep 1:24pm and no movement after that.

              I have connected with customer care but of no use, they just make excuses.

              I have escalated to twitter and everywhere but of no use. I have escalated to ceo, customer service head and all top management but dont see any revert.

              Today, it is 8th October, there is no update and Flipkart today tells me cancel order.

              Biggest mistake of my life to purchase with Flipkart.

                  I had ordered Lenovo Legion laptop through FlipKart.
                  The product has a defect with hard drive failure.
                  Reported the same to the customer care and mean while looked into warranty! as there is a one year warranty from lenovo while buying the product.

                  Suprisingly, the warranty is expired. The more shocking was the invoice serial no . does not match with the actual product serial number.

                        Don't buy anything in flipkart. I bought a poco mobile but it had a issue. They told 10 days replacement. But they made arrangements for clearing the issue not for replacing.                               Hi The complaint is against flip-kart, they have really harassed me on the above order.
                              I ordered the K20 pro, after some research that its sound quality is too good.
                              But when the phone arrived the sound is just loud with no quality, as I listen songs whole day this phone is of no use to me, so I requested for return of the mobile, I had a ling call with customer care explaining them that its quality is not good, they sent the technician 2 times to my house and they reported that sound is working, as the quality is substandard of the phone in terms of sound I wanted to return it but they rejected my request based on technician report and didn't accepted the return, they really harassed me over the call creating a complete mental agony and not trying to understand what is the reason for return, even the second technician understood that quality is bad even then they didn't accepted the return and rejected it, isn't it a right of customer to return the product?, as its online purchase we cant test the product should they give the option as long as product is in pristine condition it should be returned, please help to take some action against flipkart on harassing the customer, and guide me on how to file a formal complaint against their home made policies which are again consumer rights.

                              This is not a resolution not a way to sell poor quality products to customers and don't accept the return better I file a complaint again you in consumer court and sue you guys for harrasment also, why it is so difficult to understand it's the quality issue, have you checked it's sound quality with global standards is it good can your technician certify it's better than the phone sold below 25k online then I should drag them also in the court for clarification.

                              You can't make your own policy and continue to harass the people, if no action is taken I will be forced to file a complaint.

                                I have ordered redmi note 7 pro for my father

                                Address and invoice are given incorrectly so i want to return the product

                                Flipkart updated me there is no return for this product, we can do only replacement with the same invoice and address

                                I want the invoice to be updated no need of product exchange because invoice updation helps my father to reimburse the amount

                                Can you please help us atleast by adding c/o in the invoice

                                  I had ordered JBL 150 and F and D speakers for my sister's birthday after that by mistake my brother has cancel both the orders after that again I ordered JBL SB 150 and after that I am getting a call from shipping agent that your first order has not been cancelled your head so it will be delivered so based on the call from shipping agent I cancelled my second order and ask Flipkart that which order is cancelled so Flipkart send me that you are both the orders are cancelled because as I was watching in my application that both the order of JBL 150 e r cancel so after that I tried to buy from the showroom so I've got it from showroom and the same day I received JBL 150 from Flipkart so then after that I called Flipkart that I have received your product so please return it after that Flipkart send me that it is showing that both the product are cancel then how can it be delivered to you and then Flipkart person asked me to mail the shipping details shipping tag on the box of JBL speaker so when I mailed them they asked me Ee that it will be refund within 2-3 days after that today I am getting a call from Flipkart that your product cannot be returned so now what I have to do because it's mistake of Flipkart and shipping agent when product was not cancelled then why it was showing in Flipkart computer and my mobile application because of that Flipkart asked me to send shipping details after getting shipping tired details to Flipkart they have change the status and when I was talking to Flipkart person they communicating with me something different and they were typing the status in the computer something different so please I request you to go back and here all my call recordings you must be having as your person ask me it will be refund within 2-3 days and now they are asking me to wait it till 11th so please do some needful

                                      error in payment

                                      I am not able to place an order because Flipkart won't accept payment with my card which worked on Flipkart earlier and works completely fine at other online sites like Amazon. The error says that "Transaction amount exceeds the risk limits defined by the bank for this card". After getting this error I have tried my card at other sites and it works indicating that problem is on Flipkart's side....

                                      Flipkart delivered me a defective zebronic monitor. Zebronic monitor is very cheap & poor quality & also having a bad service.
                                      Filpkart mention wrong service information. When I have complained to zebronic service centre for service they refuse. My monitor having 3 year warranty on-site service. But zebronic refuse to give service on site. Very cheap quality of the monitor zebronic in a year this is second time I am facing an issue with the monitor. I think Flipkart is a fraud company. They don't have a number to contact directly for complaints. Advertising wrong information for selling a product.

                                      Really Flipkart is a fraud company. They put the wrong information to sell cheap products. Today I got a call from Flipkart they said they are helpless. How is this possible? I want the onsite service for my monitor as they mentioned their site.
