I have bought a phone from Flipkart (order id- OD[protected] which I have found to have a manufacturing defect of getting itself turn off for no reason. The issue was not permanent but it had happened for 10-15 times in last 2 days. I had made a video of the problem as well for a matter of proof. The phone is having a 10 days repalcement, so I have requested for its replacement. In response the technician did arrived and confirmed that the phone is having issue with switch off, side lock and finger print sensor. In fact the technician did mentioned this thing in the response sheet. But later in the evening I have received a mail from Flipkart that the seller has rejected my request stating that the problem is only a short term problem and the customer is satisfied with it. And the issue was resolved from their end without my consent.
Firsty how can I be satisfied with it. And secondly it simply means that 60% working phone is as good as 100% and anyone can sell any crap product from Flipkart without any Flipkart interference.
Flipkart is leaving this issue entirely on seller and Jeeves (the technician belonging company) and saying it will be solely determined by the seller only and not by Flipkart. So why making fool in the names of Flipkart assured product and 10 days replacement.
I think the technician written statement about the product should be sufficient enough to accept my request, then why putting terms and conditions in that.
Please look into the issue.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the product being defective. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the service engineer has confirmed that the issue has been resolved in customer device. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
