Hi have ordered vu tv on 29th september. They promised they will deliver by 6th of october. But till now i haven't received my tv.

I have raised complaints multiple times. But still no response from either seller or from flipkart customer care service. Each time they increased the date for solving the issue and
Said technical team will solve the issue. But no one solved my problem and apart from they disconnected my call. Nothing they have updated on tracking details. Still its on ordered status.

I have spent such amount and these guys are irritating without proper resolution. I don't know what they are doing these many days. With the name of these big billion sales they are fooling people. Again they are planning for diwali sale. I don't know how they are planning that with out solving existing issues.

Am hiring lawyer to sue flipkart for harrassing people in tha name of these sales.

    I put order for the chair on 29/09/2019 along with other 2 items. On 4/09/19 when i received the two products they were of poor quality. So, i decided to return the products and cancel order for the chair. But flipkart said that solid wood desk chair can not be returned as it is delivered. All the three items of the order would be cancelled if i cancel one item. After 10 minutes i deceded to cancel the item anyway. However they refused to cancel the item saying my order is more than 24 hours old. They are not allowing me to cancel any of the two items.
    Please do not force these products upon me.

      I've place order on 3rd oct one poco f1 phone made payment using debit card. Today 9th oct being waiting for 6 days now and they have not shipped. Why is flipkart delaying shipping? 6 days is too much. Even amazon can deliver products in 7 days. Please ship fast, else i'll be cancelling my order. Very bad experience. I'll not buy from flipkart again.

        On 1st october i ordered an oppo k1 for my father. On arrived on 6 th of october. I was low on cash soni requested to pay by card, but the agent refused and took parcel. Next two days he didn't came to my house and delivered fake delivery attempt to flipkart. Today he stated that i have rejected my order and order is cancelled without my knowledge. He made a fake attempt on midnight 1:34 am. Delivery agent no is. +[protected]. Flipkart isn't helping me and stating that the order is cancelled we can't help anymore.

          I had order arona check-in luggage - 30 inch (Blue) on sat, aug 10th '19. As the bag was big so i have requested for return the product.
          From that day to today (9th oct'2019). Every day i am trying to return the product, but the return is getting denied.
          Evert time i am new new issue, that the wish master denied to pick up the order, or they don’t have proper vehicle. And after that they are cancelling the pick up.
          And after the cancellation whenever i am trying to reinitiate the return they have the same question, why did you buy the product, why you want to return it. They keep forcing me to cancel the return.
          These people need to understand our problem. Till now no proper action have been taken. Request you to resolve this issue.

          there were no steps taken by the company, they still have not returned the product. They just keep mentioning that the product can't be taken as they don't have enough space for shipping it back. Pathetic experience. After this, I stopped buying things from Flipkart.

            My account is blocked stating that i am not using it properly, i have not ordered any item multiple times or done any unethical behavior
            They don't even go through my order history to see my loyalty and discipline

            I use it for myself only, and they cancelled my last order, aftet which they blocked my account

            Not to forget, customer service is the worst responding with same scripts, no process knowledge

            No ethical escalation matrix
            No one reads or listens to your issue ir even dreams ti resolve it

                I have ordered poco f1 mobile phone with replacement of my redmi 6 pro. But for some reason they didnt accepted the exchange. Even after i agreed to pay extra amount of exchange value they are not delivering the phone. They have directly canceled before even asking. Emi is also processed by bank side, so even if they refund money i will not be able to order new phone. Money will be blocked for few months. Flipkart had put me in big trouble.

                  I have ordered these mosue but was delivered with mouse of some cheap chinese company. Then i decided to get refund as i no longer trust the seller for delivering authentic product and since then it has been more than 10 days.. They (Flipkart) just keep delaying the request and take no action. I kept trying for many times (Atleast 5 times i called), they register complaint and then forget... That is take no action.

                        I am writing this with very upset mind as I am very much frustrated with the services of Flipkart and their courier partner.

                        I ordered Apple watch on 29th Sep as on 2nd Oct, it was my birthday and delivery expected was 2nd itself.

                        My order is lying in Jaipur warehouse from 1Sep 1:24pm and no movement after that.

                        I have connected with customer care but of no use, they just make excuses.

                        I have escalated to twitter and everywhere but of no use. I have escalated to ceo, customer service head and all top management but dont see any revert.

                        Today, it is 8th October, there is no update and Flipkart today tells me cancel order.

                        Biggest mistake of my life to purchase with Flipkart.

                            I had ordered Lenovo Legion laptop through FlipKart.
                            The product has a defect with hard drive failure.
                            Reported the same to the customer care and mean while looked into warranty! as there is a one year warranty from lenovo while buying the product.

                            Suprisingly, the warranty is expired. The more shocking was the invoice serial no . does not match with the actual product serial number.

                              I have bought i falcon tv in the month of feb this year. Till few days it mirror imaging and chromecast was working. Since few days i am not able to mirror image or chromecast my phone using google home. From another mobile chromecast is working buy mirror imaging is not working.                                   Don't buy anything in flipkart. I bought a poco mobile but it had a issue. They told 10 days replacement. But they made arrangements for clearing the issue not for replacing. It wasn't a replacement. If product was damaged they get a complaint from us. And ask their technician team to resolve it. It makes me feel like whether we buying new product or not. Fake 10 days replacement warranty. Fake flipkart

                                    I have a complaint about flipkart delivery service i am a flipkart plus member but my past few orders i got problem about the delivery.                                         Hi The complaint is against flip-kart, they have really harassed me on the above order.
                                        I ordered the K20 pro, after some research that its sound quality is too good.
                                        But when the phone arrived the sound is just loud with no quality, as I listen songs whole day this phone is of no use to me, so I requested for return of the mobile, I had a ling call with customer care explaining them that its quality is not good, they sent the technician 2 times to my house and they reported that sound is working, as the quality is substandard of the phone in terms of sound I wanted to return it but they rejected my request based on technician report and didn't accepted the return, they really harassed me over the call creating a complete mental agony and not trying to understand what is the reason for return, even the second technician understood that quality is bad even then they didn't accepted the return and rejected it, isn't it a right of customer to return the product?, as its online purchase we cant test the product should they give the option as long as product is in pristine condition it should be returned, please help to take some action against flipkart on harassing the customer, and guide me on how to file a formal complaint against their home made policies which are again consumer rights.

                                        This is not a resolution not a way to sell poor quality products to customers and don't accept the return better I file a complaint again you in consumer court and sue you guys for harrasment also, why it is so difficult to understand it's the quality issue, have you checked it's sound quality with global standards is it good can your technician certify it's better than the phone sold below 25k online then I should drag them also in the court for clarification.

                                        You can't make your own policy and continue to harass the people, if no action is taken I will be forced to file a complaint.
