My order (Order id - od[protected] was to be delivered yesterday by flipkart's assigned delivery agent. Flipkart services don't deliver products at my home, so i have to provide an address which is about 7 kms away from my home. They messaged me at 11.47 am yesterday which was about the delivery of the product (Yesterday). At 6.24 pm, i received a message that i have requested to postpone the delivery to the next day. I never spoke to any delivery agent, there was not a single call, not even a message for the delivery but they told me that i have requested to reschedule. I called the agent on the given number ([protected]). The delivery guy confirmed that he will deliver next day. There are network issues in my area, so i went to the delivery address at the time consulted with the delivery agent. I got a call from another number ([protected]) who had no idea where to deliver the package. I told him the address and he assured me that he would deliver the order by 4-5 pm. I again reached the address at 4 pm. Then he said that he will be there at 5. I returned home. There was no call, or anything else even though i was in a network accessible area. At 5.22 pm, i received a message that i have requested to reschedule the delivery. You are just doing any stuff without any authority. I requested the delivery agent yesterday that the order is very valuable to me. And i requested again after receiving the message. He told me that the message was by mistake and he will be reaching at the delivery address in 5 minutes. I told him that i live far away from the given address, so please be sure you will reach in 5 minutes. He assures me that he will be there on time. For a whole hour, i called him where he is, but he didn't picked my phone. I realised that flipkart, the so-called indian's number one online shoping agency, has made a fool out of its customer. Not once, not twice, but thrice it they made me to come at the delivery spot. One round cost me 14 kms and the messed up traffic. And they made me do 3 rounds. For what? The most horrendous experience of online shopping. I went to the office of your delivery partner. The guy told me that he will get the package by monday and i can pick that from their office. This was beyond limits. I don't know about my order and its delivery but flipkart has successfully delivered me two things for sure - the consumer harassment and the never forgiving worst of the worst experience. Thanks to flipkart for that. I want the two delivery agent ([protected] and especially [protected]) to be handled with strict measures. And i want update on them and the action taken against them. Flipkart should deliver my order to me as soon as possible if it is finally satisfied with harassing me in such a disgusting manner.
