My name is prakash gupta and i had ordered a highlander men printed casual maroon, white shirt with order i'd od[protected] with
Flipkart on 21/09/2019 and i cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on same day 21/09/2019
Flipkart initiated the amount to my debit card but still i didn't get the money. Flipkart sent this reference number pzt[protected]ujhth04 and this bank transaction i'd [protected]
And told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. I did not know what to do now the money is not reflecting in my account and i m so helpless flipkart are saying that the money is credited to your account so
Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. Thanks you sir

    I have ordered redmi note 7 pro two weeks back i have got defect piece that speaker and camera, performance issue!! The next day i raised return request customer care asked me to follow few steps i did still im facing the same issue!! I raised replacement request nearly 4 times!! The request is getting cancelled without any proper justication eveey days im spending 30 mins of time to get it resolved from support team!! They are helpless! Every time i raise a return request the next day without any prior info they are rejecting from there side!! I have escalates to the next level its been two weeks still i dint get any proper response and technician has visited my home to check my mobile he clearly mentioned that there is an issue with mobile but still request is rejected from flipkart side!! Im asked to wait all the time after complaining again and again also there is no. Proper response now i have proofs whatever i spoke with customer care and call recordings with technician!! I have posted on twitter but still they are taking it for granted!! I have prrofs of voice recording and return rejection status tmw is the last day to return my mobile now flipkart team has disabled my return request table!! Please fimd attached screen shots for proofs

      My account was blocked and when i ask for the details of account blocking just i am getting the same response as "your account is blocked due to high number of returns" apart of that i didnt any response.

      This issue is might faced by so many customers but i am writing this to know the terms and conditions of return policy.

      This will not only useful for me it might be helpful for all.
      Needs to the explanation and clarification on account blocking, so that we can understand the process and let other know the same.

        The geyser delivered was broken and tank was leaking. Now replacement has been ordered. But i have two issues:

        1. The delivery time is shown as 26 oct 2019. The original order was placed on 19 sep 2019. Now this is not acceptable that a customer has to wait for 1.5 months for a geyser which is just plug and play product. The entire family is facing hardship due to such a long time and leading to mental stress.

        2. I have lost trust on crompton greaves brand and don't want their geyser anymore.

        I have tried calling the customer care and also spoken to senior executive. But they are merely well trained mouth pieces who keep on repeating standard phrases "we understand your problem" and "it is as per our policy" and do nothing more than lip service.

        I am going to initiate a strong legal action against these fraudsters and also sue them for mental harassment and hardship faced by me.

          I ordered redmi 7 pro on 30th september '19 and was expected to receive the order on 1st october '19.

          Today is 4th october and haven't received it yet. I paid the full amount via credit and this is the biggest mistake i did.

          I should have ordered on cash on delivery so that they have a fear of me rejecting the order. Another friend who lives behind my house ordered the same phone through cash on delivery and the next day she received the phone.

          They have taken the money now they don't give a damn and are chill about it.

            I ordered an shoes from flipkart along with a mobile phone. The same came & it was a damaged product since it has torn on above, holes near shoes laces & beside it that is in the sole portion it was appearing the someone has used the product. On seeing such condition i raised an replacement request to flipkart for the same. The request has been generated & being accepted by the seller also for replacement. But from that date to till date more than 15 return request has been generated but the product is not being picked up by flipkart. The main reason for the same is flipkart delivery partner ekart. Everytime the return request is accepted the same is being rejected by the wishmaster (Flipkart delivery partner ekart) without even visiting my house. Everytime the product is scheduled to be picked up from my home it didn't come stating that product has not been verified as specified. But the reality is delivery executive is not even coming to my home & talking with me in phone rubbish & in slang languages. I even contacted flipkart for more than 100 times & mailed them more than 50th times, but all of them are giving deadline & doing nothing. As i am highly frustrated & harassed by this attitude of flipkart from the past 2 months, i humbly request consumer forum to provide me my refund & taught flipkart a lesson so that other consumer don't get harassed so badly

              September 30 2019 i order a asus zenfone max pro m2 (4gb 64gb model)
              At rupees 8499, and the expected delivery date is 3 october 2019, they dont delivered the product after the date is expired, after tracking the order i see that the order could not be delivered due to damage in transit, when ordering this phone again i do not get the offer and why did i wait so long, i did not try to buy any other phone because the order was in conformity. Livered due to damage in transit, so thry should replace the phone with the same offer price

                  Hey, i ordered ultimate nutrition prostar from flipkart costing ₹2585 using upi. The transaction got successful but the order failed at flipkart. I got debited the amount, i am attaching the reference id and payment screen shot. I contacted flipkart multiple times, they asked me to contact the payment bank for transaction, i contacted them also but they said money has been send to flipkart using upi. I contacted flipkart multiple times and e-mailed them also but didn't get any adequate information from them..

                    Supplied wrong mobile on october 2 during flipkart sale, it has not being described in specifications shown that inbuilt automatic call recording facility is not available in the model, this is a matter of cheating. I have lodged complaint in flipkart but they refused to replace and also not agreed to refund my money. My order id is od[protected] and return request no[protected]

                      Flipkart has blocked my account with this reason unusual high no of return in purchase history. I have only ask to return which flipkart has send me as a fake product. I have purchased 2 honor band and flipkart send me fake product. I have asked then to return for now they have returned only one and block my account.                         Od[protected] my order i'd. It was supposed to deliver on 3 rd october. I got massage @ 9 am on 3 rd oct. No one called for delivering product. I have called 10 times to mr. Sai who was supposed to deliver my product. He said he will deliver within 1 hour.
                        After so many times evening he said. My work time over i will definitely delivery tomorrow morning as 4 th. Today morning i was trying to contact ime he said to he on leave.
                        I have raised complaint on customer service representative but no one is bothering.
                        After waiting for 48 hours i am completing u please take care of this.

                          This is krunal, i ordered flipkart smart buy’s saving trimmer on 01.10.2019. I got a massage from flipkart that ‘your item is out for delivery and executive contact number is 8087...’ on dtd 04.10.2019.
                          I am regular customer of amazon and flipkart from past 3 years but this was a worst experience from flipkart side. 1st was the contact number provided in massage was not available rather i call from my registered mobile number...

                          Refund problem, i haven't get a refund.

                          Hippo make door curtain returned last 20 days ago.
                          Also bank details provided 6 to 7 times but refund amount not getting.
                          No proper information given by your call senter person. Every time say give bank details.
                          It's fraud issue with me.
                          So i have raised this issue with consumer court. So consider my application for further process.

                            It's delivery date was showing 30 September email delivery product key so I ordered..

                                In the product details a 16gb memory card was mentioned but not given in the package. I want it as soon as possible. Everything except the memory card is present. Look into it as soon as possible. You have got unsatisfactory customer care. I will surely tweet about it. I want the memory card to be delivered within the next couple of days and by next hour i should receive a call from flipkart regarding this. No email, no phonecalls, poor customer care, seriously look into it at the earliest. This is a costly product so i hope you can understand the concern.

                                  I have ordered one shoe from flipkart on 25th sept'2019, they have take extra rs. 50 as delivery charge, which i have paid during the order and the product is supposed to be deliver by 30th sept, 2019.

                                  As it was not reach to me on 30th sept'2019. I have raised one complaint on flipkart sites and tell them to deliver it by 3rd oct'2019. On 3rd they called me and told me to wait for another day. Now on today 4th oct'2019 they again told me to wait for another next day and the product will reach to me by 5th oct.

                                  I have purchased the product specially for durga puja that is why i have made the payment as it was showing on flipkart portal without any hesitation. Now they are playing with the consumer order and day by day asking for wait and increasing the delivery timeline one day.

                                  Please see the attach screen-shots for more details and request you to take strong action on flipkart.

                                  I have escalated the issue to higher management of flipkart and seems no one is really care about customer concern.

                                  I called them and they said they are unable to deliver on yesterday and will deliver by tomorrow.
                                  Day by day i'm just waiting since 30th sept. You have already charged shipping charges from me for this product.
                                  Now i'm giving you time i need the product by 5pm today only. If it is not deliver i will go to raise complain to cosumer

                                    I have order a canon camera on 1 oct 2019 and my order number is order od[protected] i have received on 4 oct 2019 packaging was poor and when i open a box according to maintain specifician on website inside one lance 18_55 mm and one carry bag user manual and one nack strip and battery charger and 16gb memory card and warranty card but my camera lance was missing and other accessories was complete only lance was missing i want replacement of same product please help me to replace my product.

                                      I have recently order a phone from flipkart website and it suppose to reach me by 4th and that's how i plan to visit my hometown after collecting phone but now whole plan is spoiled just because i didn't get product today.

                                      When i tracked the product on their website, it showed that product is out for delivery on 4th and i waited for whole day but at the end of day, this particular line was removed. Which is really annoying.

                                      I didn't get any agent/delivery person number to contact him and it is really unexpected from flipkart.
