    I have ordered realme xt (6gb ram, pearl white) on 1st october by exchanging my old lenovo k3 note and i received the product on 4th october. But they have sent realme xt (4gb ram, pearl blue). I have raised request for that 3 times but every time the seller rejected the request by replying that the reason is not correct. I talked to the customer care executive and they are just extending the timeline. They just kept on saying that the problem will be resolved within 3 days. From 4th october i have been waiting to get a replacement but neither the customer executive nor the seller is helping me out. I requested the customer agent to make a request but they made a wrong request because of which once again the request got rejected. Please help me out. It's a humble request.

    From yesterday, Realme XT is at sale on flipkart store but the seller is not initiating the replacement request neither he is accepting the refund request. The return window will close by 14th October. After that, I will not be able to place any replacement or refund request. The customer care executives are also not taking the matter seriously. I'm in a dilemma whether they will give any refund or just extend the timeline so that after 14th October the return window closes and the policy ends. Please do something.

    The product is available today(12th October) on flipkart store but the seller is neither replacing nor accepting the refund request. Please look into this matter at the earliest.

    The issue is still not resolved. 15 days passed but no any sign of response from flipkart team. Worst and pathetic customer service from flipkart.

      I ordered a mobile with exchange offer but flipkart delivery agent rejected my order stating that my phone has scratches.. Later i contacted the flipkart customer care and i was promised that they'll reattempt the delivery.. But it never happened and it got cancelled without my confirmation.. This is not acceptable.. I sent a several mails to customer care but never got reply.. This is completely cheating.. I've attached the images from flipkart website itself stating that the scratches are acceptable..

      It can be rejected only if my phone falls under this rejection policy but my mobile had only one or two scratches that's it..

        I have booked redme 7a on big billion days offer, this order was expected to deliver on 5th october, on 5th october i got a missed call not a full ring mobile was in hand only, immediately i called them back and asked when you will deliver, he replied with bold attitude i was trying to reach you whole day but couldn't, so will deliver tomorrow (06oct2019), he was lying, because my phone was on with full network and other call i got as usual. Then tomorrow (06oct2019) i didn't get any call and day after tomorrow (07oct19) i got a flipkart notification mentioned your ​order has delivered. I called on flipkart customer care number [protected], they are helpless saying, concerned department is available call in between 9am to 6pm, such a bad experience i never expected from flipkart. Kindly resolve complaint number in[protected] as early as possible.

        Finally my complaints got resolved. We have continuously followed them, sometimes they're simply marked complaints as resolved, then immediately we have called customer care and asked them to reopen the complaints. Lately delivered but this situation nicely handled by flipkart. Thanks

          From the past 1 and a half year, my affiliate marketing money has not been paid. I have crossed the threshold a year ago. But i have not been paid to date. I have tried to contact them multiple times but i haven't had from them even once. I have trying to contact them over twitter bu no positive response.

          I request the flipkart affiliate marketing team to process my payment after tds as soon as possible.

              I have purchased infinix smart 3 plus (Order id - od[protected]], selected option to exchange my old mobile and exchange value offered is rs. 3000
              When the company person came to deliver the product, he started checking the old exchange phone and tried to reduce the exchange cost by mentioning one or other reasons. The old phone is meeting all the guidelines set by flip kart on their website. Finally i told him, okay i will pay the difference amount, that he told me 1050 but after i see the flip kart receipt there is same value and the delivery person fraud me 1050. I want my cash back

                Dear sir/madam,

                I had purchased one iPhone 7 on[protected] and the product I received it on[protected]. But it was a faulty product( a black line one the display).I had already reported it there and raised a complaint regarding the same. [Order ID: OD[protected], incident: IN[protected]].

                As per customer care executive suggested I contacted authorised service centre and they also approved that it's a faulty piece and I have attached their detailed report regarding the same. They also suggest to return you back as it's a new product.

                So I kindly request you either replace the product or refund the amount.Please find the attachment of faulty product details, invoice, and the product details.

                  I raised a complaint in consumer forum because you flipkart cancelled my orders. After I raised the complaint, I didn't get the resolution instead my account was blocked. I got a mail stating "our system have observed a trend in your purchase that suggests that the items you've purchased are not intended for personal use." But I am not a reseller. I have a family of 8 uncles. They need stuff & I ordered for them. How can you decide that my orders were not intended for personal use. Also, I had 3 active orders for which l had already paid, I am not even able to track and check those orders because of this blockage. You have my money and therefore I demand your service.

                    I had ordered mobile phone online by oreder id : od[protected]. I made fullpayment on 4th octomber 2019. Today i received mail that in order to serve all equally flipkart cancelled my order.

                    On telephone inquiry i was talled that i might be possible that might have been damaged in transition so i was not deliverd and so on.

                    Fact is even to day same seller is selling same mobile on flipkart.

                    I think it"s pure case of cheating. This way they keep crores of rupee in their account and than after some time they would refund it.

                      Hello flipkart,

                      This is my first order in this month from flipkart and i have had the worst experience of my life.
                      I ordered a LG 215 ltr direct cool single door, 5 star refrigerator with order ID OD[protected] from your website on 2 oct, 2019 and my product was to be delivered on 6 Oct 2019, As i was awaiting the refrigerator to be delivered i received your message stating the shipment has been cancelled.

                      I immediately called your customer care to confirm and what i hear is the worst and lamest excuse that since the product was ordered by you has been cancelled
                      For 2 days we were tracking the shipment which was already shipped.And all of a sudden today you tell me the order has been cancelled?for which I had already paid to you. Are you trying to fool your customers?
                      I ordered this product as a gift for my wife on his birthday. Since the product was available on a discounted price, we placed the order.
                      I am literally devastated. How do you even expect people coming and ordering from your website when you provide the worst service like this? How can you cancel someone's order in the middle of the shipment?
                      I need to get my refrigerator today. If you do not look into this i will definitely file a complaint in consumer court and ensure that a word of mouth spreads about your pathetic delivery system. This is a problem between you and your courier team, not my problem. I need my refrigerator as i was expected to receive it.

                      And if this is your quality of service, moving forward i would ensure none of my friends or family use flipkart and definitely inform as many people as possible about your poor service on social media.

                      My refrigerator is still available with your courier partner (IKART)Please look into this at the earliest.

                        I felt completely disgusting in Flipkart's behaviour. The item was supposed to be delivered on 1st Oct. Then I rescheduled it for 3rd Oct within 11 am. But the delivery boy was not available for that slot. So again rescheduled that for 4th October.
                        So total reschedule done from my end twice. On 4th October the delivery boy didn't call me or received my call. Every time he was rejecting the call. At night 9:24 pm on 4th October I received one message that the item will be delivered on 5th October. Before that, on 3rd October I raised one complain regarding the delivery agent that he was not attending my call and I need the item on an urgent basis.
                        On 5th October morning, around 5 am I received one mail mentioning the item being cancelled as the delivery agent could not communicate me.
                        This is ridiculous. Your delivery agent cancelled that order and now I am suffering. This is such unprofessional behaviour and you are not taking any actions against the delivery agent rather you are playing it safe by cancelling the order.
                        It's very frustrating that being a Flipkart plus member and being a loyal customer of Flipkart I am facing this kind of behaviour. Customer satisfaction is going down.

                        I want that product in my booked price. As that was not my problem I should not suffer due to delivery agents negligence and unprofessional behaviour.

                          I had made a purchase on October 2nd of 3999 via paytm on a purchase for a oppo mobile on the big billion days . The amount was deducted from the bank account but the order was not placed. I complained about this to flipkart customer care but the response was unsatisfactory. Kindly find a solution for this. I have attached the screenshot of the amount being deducted from my bank account

                          Customer raised a complaint stating that the amount is debited, however, the order is not confirmed and the customer has made the payment using Paytm. We have interacted with the customer and informed that any offers appearing anywhere other than on our website (https://www.flipkart.com), Flipkart Lite/mobile site or app are not from sellers on our portal. Also, we have informed the customer that in case of any monetary loss due to fraud by such websites, to file a complaint with the cyber cell for support. Further, informed the customer that the customer can choose to initiate legal action against the spammer/spamming organization too. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                              They are in favour of seller and not bothered for customer.
                              My exchange fridge is in working conditions and the courier driver had denied to pick my rxchange productand behaviour is not up to level.

                                    I have purchased redmi 7a (Order id - od[protected], selected option to exchange my old mobile and exchange value offered is rs. 2050.
                                    When the company person came to deliver the product, he started checking the old exchange phone and tried to reduce the exchange cost by mentioning one or other reasons. The old phone is meeting all the guidelines set by flip kart on their website. Finally i told him, okay i will pay the difference amount, but on providing a valid receipt, for which he do not have an answer and left without delivering the product. I have raised this concern with flip kart, they have given assurance that they will resolve the issue by 05-oct-2019 and then 06-oct-2019, finally they have cancelled the order without my consent. And the reason that was given on the website is "order is cancelled as per customer request", which is a incorrect reason.
                                    Couple of things are observed during this entire process
                                    1. The persons sent to collect the exchange product does not have required technical knowledge to assess the old phone with the guidelines on website and simply trying to reduce the cost
                                    2. Even if you agree to pay the difference amount in exchange product value what is offered on the website and what is assessed by the pickup person on ground, they cannot provide a valid receipt. This is generating lot of doubt's on the entire exchange process to me.
                                    3. Flip kart will take it own time to resolve such issues and finally cancels the order saying that customer has requested cancelation and will refund the amount. My money has been kept in flip kart account for almost 1 week and that too without delivering the product as promised.
                                    Request to take action and do the needful.
                                    Others consumers, pls be aware of this.

                                      As i have ordered realme 3 pro on exchange of old phone. But pick up boy rejected saying that your product damaged. I personally met the courier company and local hub manager on 6th october 2019 to pay difference amount and to receive my product but the manger told me i will inform you 2 days later then you can take your product. But today when i say order was cancelled without my intimation. I called customer care one of your customer executives said order cancelled reason was customer was not contacted office. I never expected this kind of false compliance from flipkart. I am very disappointed with your service. Flipkart attitude towards customer is very worst and unsatisfactory

                                        Due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity to avail this great deal we had to cancel the following items in your order od[protected]. Please note that we have cancelled following items.

                                        That's what they said in mail and i feel like why acid you accepted orders if you can't deliver and if you take payment from me and accepted order there no point however and whatever it takes you must deliver it.

                                        It's like fraud you take payment from me and keep it to yourself for a week and then says sorry your order uis cancelled we will give back your payment in a week that's fraud it's like i have been thugged

                                        That's not it

                                        Retailnet is owned by flipkart as i have been told and you have done this before with other consumers.

                                        And i been told by flipkart executive that all order has been cancelled by seller but my friend also ordered laptop but he got that delivered so that's not true

                                        Stop thugging people

                                        I will file complaint in consumer court about this fraud
