I ordered vivo z1x on 30th october and wanted exchange with old oppo a37, then settled amount was prepaid through card and then order started shipping. The expected delivery date was by 4th of oct and it was not delivered till 4th of october and then delivery expected date changed to by 5th october and then on 5th october i started asking where is my order in need help section under my orders in flipkart. After interacting with customer care support of flipkart they assured the phone will be delivered today itself by 7 pm or on the next working day. After this, on 5th oct 6:11 pm, my order is cancelled by the seller. They ask me to buy it again at itsnew price which is higher than that i ordered during big billion days.
When i ordered during bbd it cost me around rs. 10373/- and now in fresh, it costs rs.15, 040/-. Then what is the idea behind buying it during big billion days.

Flipkart — my flipkart prepaid order has been cancelled by seller without providing any prior information before cancellation by flash tech retail

I ordered vivo z1x on 30th October and wanted exchange with old oppo A37, then settled amount was prepaid through card and then order started shipping. The expected delivery date was by 4th of Oct and it was not delivered till 4th of October and then delivery expected date changed to by 5th October and then on 5th October I started asking where is my order in need help section under my orders in Flipkart. After interacting with customer care support of Flipkart they assured the phone will be delivered today itself by 7 pm or on the next working day. After this, on 5th Oct 6:11 PM, my order is cancelled by the seller. They ask me to buy it again at itsnew price which is higher than that I ordered during BIG BILLION DAYS.
When I ordered during BBD it cost me around Rs. 10373/- and now in fresh, it costs Rs.15, 040/-. Then what is the idea behind buying it during Big Billion Days.

    Your provide the below offer for the oppo f11 model. There is a crack on my exchange phone display, but the time of exchange the delivery person rejected my phone but my phone is in the working conditions.in your offer your clearly mentioned that if any crack in my display you will provide 5050rs. I am waisting my time for order this phone. This is really fake. I waiting for valuable solution. I don't want to cancel my order. Please give me a solution for my problem.

      The installation team has canceled without any notice. This is the order id od[protected]. How do you expect payment and stuff on time but the services are delayed. Since weekend is coming up they will take another 2 days for the installation. Worst experience a loyal customer who has been buying from a long time. Next time definitely would prefer amazon rather than your service. And also would post online so that other customers would be aware of the same.

        Dear sir/mam,
        On 30th of september i ordered idalia women kurta and trousers set and it happend so the payment was deducted twice from my account for the above order. The amount is rs 760. On googlepay the rs 760 transaction was under procedure. But today i contacted them and they have confirmed that is credited to flipkart today at 6:45 in the morning. Also my bank stated that they have started the process to creditit to the beneficiary on 1st october. But i have only one order confirmation of rs 760. I want a refund for rs 760 by end of today. If not i will go to the consumer court for the same on monday
        Please note i have registered my complain at national consumer forum with complaint number:-1649960
        I want a refund of rs 760 on urgent basis.

          I have ordered phone to my brother, sister and collegue & but after successfull order... Flipcart cancelles my order automatic & email me that #seller has cancelled ur order due to limited stock#. And now flipkart blocked my account saying that i am reselling products & i am canceeling many product... But i didn't. Without inquiry, how can they block my account. Please take necessary action on them. If he blocked then i am messaging pls return my 10500 flipcart balance in my bank account else unblock but he didn't give my balance as well as not unblock my account. I am ripped 10500 balance by flipcart... I am emailing flipcart approx 1month but he did not unblock... Pls take action... &try to return my balance else unblock my account whatever i did not buy any product from my balance🥺

I am helping my frnd suggested him to buy phone from my account because I want super coin... So that I can earn dominoes gv... fk gv etc... this is fault o[censored]r system... kindly check it... & after that my gv... I but gv from near buy website he is telling me I don't help ur for recovering ur gv u contact flipcrt... what i do😓... I loss my 10500... I am not a reseller & also i am not cancelling product kindly again check my account ur seller cancel my product always... I am not resposible for this... so... u have no power to ripped my 10500...               I have order honor band 4 product via flipkart on 22 september. And they shipped me duplicate product which cost in local market around 60 inr. And my product cost was 2599 inr.

              So i call flipkart and apply for replacement.

              So they again send me another product on 4 october but again flipkart send me same watch.

              When i try to customer support of flipkart they didn't give me answer as per my expectations. So i decided to file a complaint against flipkart.

                  I have ordered vivo z1pro phone of worth 14990 by online payment method.. But i haven't received the phone then i have talked to flipkart for refund money..                         I have raised the query to the customer support by call and by mail. They don't have a single valuable response. They don't even care about customers. They don't even read the emails and messages sent to them.. They just doing their own process without giving any information and knowing what is going wrong.. I regret for being a customer since long after this kind of situation.. I trusted them.. They failed to make to to live up to promise.. Flipkart began to cheat customers with fake promise and showoff.. I need a good answer why i didn't get any valuable response from your tem.. Where i spent hours speaking to them explain what happen for each of them. And i never had a response from senior customer executive where my ticket has been escalated each time i call the customer executive..

                            I have ordered bpl tv on 29th oct. Scheduled delivery on 3 rd of oct. Till today they didn't deliver the product. I called customer care atleast 20 times from past 3 days.. Everyone is cheating wait for one hr, 2 hrs, 5 hrs or one business day or 2 days we will deliver as soon as possible. I requested them i[censored] people are not interested to deliver means i will take the product from hub.. They don't have hub information also.. No contact details.. Meanwhile ekart such a waste service where they don't have customer care numbers. Flipkart and ekart combined in cheating customers..

                              I ordered honor band 4 for rs 845. But flipkart has sent me a toy watch worth 100 rs. I placed the order on 25/9/2019. It was on offer price for rs 845. Flipkart accepted the order. Mahadev electronics, singapore market complex, chennai, pin-6000001 was the seller. They delivered the product taking rs 845 on cod. Inside the box there was a toy watch not the honor band 4.

                                      I have purchase the redmi note 7 pro with exchange they show me 3700 for old device when delivery agent come for pickup they told me you need to pay additional 1550 for device exchange because the flipkart are telling that after uploading photo but my phone is in good condition still they pay less they are cheating us by showing more value on site & giving less value

                                      now they are telling you should reject order if i want to reject order why i will pre-paid order there customer support are useless they always put call on hold & rise concern & never call back plus membership is usless they shoul give preference to plus user I will never buy any exchange product from Flipkart & there 14 point test is useless if my device passed 14 point test still they ask for additional money
