I placed 8 orders. Out of which i received 5. I wanted one size larger product. The moment i tried to place a request for replacement a pop up showed that due to high no. Of returns my account is blocked. There is only one return in my flipkart account. My money is blocked. It seems flipkart has started fraudulent techniques to cheat it's customers by forfeiting their money by unlawful means and contradicting their own policies. I don't trust flipkart anymore and will not shop from this site ever

      Dear officer,

      I booked the oppo k1 on 8th oct which i received on 13th oct in noon. When
      I open the box i found tape mark on charger which i doubted wither its
      Being used or open one so i check and found that charger number is
      Different that provided on charger and on mobile box. Also it have screen
      Guard which have bubble in it as company fitted is always a clear one and
      As per my knowledge gorilla 5 glass which have on screen finger print
      Sensor don't come with guard.
      I placed the replacement request and when i called they told me its
      Different issue and escalating it forward but i didnt get any mail and they
      By them self cancel it without my knowledge and told me that they will
      Provide a gift coupon for same.
      But i dont need any coupon i need my order and genuine product.
      I got a call and she told me to call oppo for solution but when i buyed from flipkart why should they entertain me also i have doubt product is genuine or not as charger is different.

        My account blocked since 10days
        And my 6 order delayed on dilevery
        I can't show my order status and never received a notification
        I contacted many time to costumer care but executive didn't show my account detail and not provide any information for my purchases
        They forward my complaint to consern team but they not contact me since 10days
        I have no any option to contact my account and my order status
        Delivery boy go to wrong address for dilevery they not show which pincode of address
        I am waiting for 6 items since 8 days

When i open the box found indulekha oil and shampoo, i raised a complaint for return and replacement but from your end the replacement is being denied.             I bought a product during the big billion sale on 29th september and its expected delivery date was on 3rd october, i waited for 3rd of october but product didn't reached me, then on 4th also it didn't arrived and finally wasting so much of time i cancelled my order on 5th of october and and it showed the money will be refunded with 3-4 days, but 11 days gone i didn't received refund and they are forcing to pay their flipkart paylater amount with late payment fee and saying that the amount will be refunded to your bank account, yesterday i called 8times to their customer support and each time each person says a different word some says it is refunded some says it is not some. So this is their trick to get extra amount in the name of pay later.

            Still the amount is not reflected in my Flipkart pay later account and it shows will be updated within two hours, 11 days gone still saying 2 hours. They only knows how to fool people by saying refunded and the amount is not reflected your account and u need to pay their fine, worst company with worst services

              Hello team

              I have ordered samsung washing machine with flipkart in big billion sale using my credit card on 29th sep 2019. You accepted my order and gave me expected date of delivery i. E 6th of october. When i didn't received it on 6th oct i called flipkart customer care on 7th of oct to raise a complaint. They gave a excuse that because of big billion sale they have a lot of order so there is a delay. They urge me to have patience and assured me that my product will be deliver. They gave me a resolution date that is 10th of oct. I didn't get a single call from flipkart till 10th oct evening. Then again i called customer care, they said that ' no worries you will get call today', which i didn't got. On 11th of oct i got message that my order is cancelled and they will pay the refund.
              My concern is that if they cancle the order in the initial phase, then i can book that from other e-commerce website at same price because of sale period. But now same product is available on high rate. Second thing is that i had bought it from my credit card whose bill generation date is 8th of every month and i use to pay the amount on very same day. So i have paid the cc bill now i have to do unnecessary shopping to utilise that amount. Third a lot of mental harassment. And you use my money for more then 15 days and now returning to my account which will take 3-4 more working dats. Don't take it as a single complaint, for example if flipkart do this with min 100 people. It means the block their money for at least 15 days and the amount is in million. If they invest that amount in share market also for that period or in any liquid fund, they will earn alot. And more over they are taking customers as fore granted. So i decide to raise my voice against there monopoly and atrocities. Please help.

              If you are not giving compensation to me against this and a proper resolution with a apology letter, then i will be compelled to take legal action against you. I will move to consumer court.

                On 14/10/19 around 9:20 am Ekart delivery boy cm to deliver my order with exchange product and refuse to accept exchange and gone without delivery. Same complain launch via phone and mail.

                Around 6 pm same day recd message for order cancel and refund intimation. When asked to customer care he told that as delivery boy could not find me 3 times so order cancel. Not written fact that he denied to accept exchange product and asked balance to pay. I think this is not 1st time he is doing like this, it is in his practice and misleading company. Pl look into the matter and retain my order and deliver the same

                just to say sorry and matter cann't be closed. This is now in culture of flipkart that they recject the exchange product without and further enquire. I need a action to be taken against this types of company / firm. 1st they offer a heavy discount and when the time to deliver they shown terms and condition. This should be close by showing unauthentic terms and conditions. An enquire should be done here.
                Earlier told me that wishmaster could not able to reach at me, now saying exchange product could not meet as per guideline. I confirm that exchange offer meet as per guide line written. Wishmaster again manipulating the same. Earlier told not able to reach at customer now saying not meet exchange product guideline. He want bribe from us as we could not provide them he is manipulating and making story. i have a copy of as Flipkart cancel order as saying customer not reachable (attaching the same) as they updated at the time of cancel my order. I want this manipulating should not be allowed.

                I don't require my refund. I need my product at same price as i had paid. i.e 11501.
                as showing i have order LG 8.5KG semi automatic maching where as my order no was OD[protected] not redmi note 7s. my register mobile no [protected].

                    I got a laptop whose bezels were unattached with the screen and the battery is also defective because the battery backup is 6 hours and mine is hardly running still without any operating for only 1 n half hour so when I request a return the Flipkart blocked me out and now they aren't even helping this is an issue of 38612 rupees I ordered this on 12 th of October and got this on 14 October

Except email Id. But he(Mahesh) is not saying status of my order and asking email Id is also mandatory. I said him, transfer my call to higher authorities I will discuss with them regarding my order.                             I bought Mi LED Smart TV 4A PRP (32) on september 29 in flipkart. That delivered on october 4. After than i received the call from installation team (Prakash Patel), but i told him that time i'm not interested regarding installation because of that the i am leaving to out of station so i told him please come after 10th of oct.

                            After that he told me give me 5-10 min only i have check for installation process at your home, he came home and open the TV box, after again i told him (Prakash patel) i haven't time so please come after 10th oct, then he told me Ok sir i will do. without any cost.

                            Today i called him and he came for the installation process at the time he said me that you will have to pay fee for installation.

                            This is a very unprofessional behaviour, and i'm very disappointed for buying this TV. Please give a response.

                                  My mobile is getting struck and suddenly getting restarted, flipkart is not returning mobile, now its the 13th day i am using this mobile, they had send a technician for verifying, at that time mobile didn't shows any complaint, so he didn't raise any action.i am in trouble.
                                  Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    I make a account on flipkart to buy online products. I also uploaded my student I.D. card photo on flipkart to make my account flipkart plus. I ordered laptop of 74000 for my brother and iPhone X for sel[censored]se. These products delivered to me on time. In my neighbor my friend want to buy 2 real me c2 mobile for himself and for her dad. When I ordered these mobile, it goes cancelled and flipkart blocked my account. Now iam unable to login my account. When I try to contact flipkart customer support from many days. They always send me same mail that i ordered mobile for reselling. Iam a normal customer, and iam a college student, why I want to the product. Please help to unblock my account so that in future I able to ordered useful things from flipkart.

                                        After booking two flight tickets for a round journey from Bengaluru to Bhopal, worth 7000 rs, I was provided with a coupon that said that I would get 3000 rupees off on my next booking. So I booked another flight using the coupon. After some days, I got the confirmation mail with Ticket confirmation from INDIGO Airlines and the Invoice of my purchase.

                                        Fri, 11 Oct, 2019, 11:18 AM, I got a mail from Flipkart that due to some technical issues my ticket won't be confirmed until I pay additional 2545 rupees within the next 15 minutes. I was confused because I already had the confirmation from INDIGO.
                                        I called the Flipkart airline customer services repeatedly and was put on hold for 15-20 mins each time I called. Finally, when I got through, they told me that coupon had some issues, for which they took full responsibility. And asked to pay the "DUE AMOUNT" or cancel.
                                        I checked the fair for the tickets on Indigo airlines and they were too pricy now. So I had no other choice but to pay the "due" amount. In the mail, it was written that they will call me and provide me with the current status after 15 minutes. But of course, they did not. For that also, I had to call twice to get the confirmation. The confirmation simply stated that the booking is now confirmed. There was no invoice. No ticket.
                                        So they charged me over the ticket which was already confirmed by the airlines.
                                        Additional, Flipkart did not give me any receipt or bill of any kind, stating that 2545 rupees were paid. I can obviously provide proof of the transaction via SBI net banking. But NO invoice was provided from Flipkart.

                                        I just want to bring light over the scam Flipkart is running by introducing fake coupons and then binding people into paying money.

                                        There scam :
                                        After a person had already booked some tickets lure them with coupons. This leads to 2 possibilities, either he will keep in mind that Flipkart provides such generous coupon so next time when he will book a ticket, he will use Flipkart.

                                        Or he would buy another ticket. In that case, after almost a week, when I fight fares have already gone high, threaten him with cancelation so then he would have to pay the money because everywhere else the tickets are too costly.
                                        And here is the catch, as the Flipkart is booking the ticket in the present time, the person while still think that he had a profit because everywhere else prices were too high. But, Flipkart is doing is funding the same cheaper flight which was previously booked.

                                        This is nothing but extortion and very cleverly planned scam.

                                        It's high time that the Indian Consumer forum and the public are made aware of this carefully crafted scam of FLIPKART disguised by generosity.
