Recently when i was trying to log in into my flipkart account, i was unable to due so as it showed my account has been bkocked and i need to contact customer support to fix this.
So i immediately made a call to the flipkart customer service and they said my account seems fine and they are unsure why my account is blocked. They sent me a email and asked me to revert to it with my concern and i did so. After 3-4 days i get a return mail from flipkart saying i will not be able to use my account as they think i have ordered items for not my personal use. And i was like wth? 90% of my orders were for myself and the remaining 10% were for my friends and family as they didn't have flipkart +, i ordered for them.

So again i sent a mail giving explanation and to my surprise i reveived a same copy paste email of the last time even after i give my explanation.

I think flipkart is doing this coz they dont want me to use my flipkart plus super coins as i have collected almost 1k of them. They have proved why they are called as cheaters.

Amazon is far better, i need not wait for 4 days from them for a resolution nor do they block account with out a proper investigation.

    Bank discount 10%
    Extra prepaid transaction 2000 off
    Coupon code of 1000
    After adding all these phone price was 7351 rs

    After bigilion offer seller cancelled my order and initiated for refund.
    Now im complaining about this they are saying due to error order cancelled please order again.
    Big billion day over offer ends.
    How can i order again with higher price.
    Next they refund only 7351 rs
    Rest my 1000 coupon didn't refunded.
    Fully fraud happened with me.

        I booked new phone at big billion sale. Order od[protected] for motorola one vision again buy back offer + axis bank offer. For buy back i am exchanging my old nokia 6.1 plus. When phone arrived imei number has not matched and due to this logistics has put for cancellations. This is a technical fault excepted by customer care also. But due to this my time waste and mentally i got stressed, also sale has gone now. Flipkart just mailed sorry won't happen this in future, what is this. Is this they call a good service. I want solution.

          I had order a mobile phone under the exchange offers during the 2019 big billion days. However, my old phone did not qualify the conditions for exchange according to the flipkart. When i asked for the specific reason, flipkart didn't have any explainable reason. Below are the series of incidents happened during this order:

          1. Wishmaster very causally cancelled to take the old mobile phone on 3rd october, 2019 without taking a single photo of the old phone.
          2. Based on the inappropriate reasons from the wishmaster, i reached out to flipkart service through phone 3rd october, 2019. They advised me to wait for 2 days as they have logged the complaint and team will resolve your issue.
          3. Very next day, received another message that the resolution will take some more time (I. E. 8th october, 2019) and i called up the flipkart service again on 4th october, 2019 to let them know the order is for my mother and i won't be available after 7th october, 2019. Flipkart cr suggested that it will be resolved in 24 hours.
          4. I received an email from flipkart team on 5th october, 2019 requesting for the images of the old phone. I provided the images on 5th october itself which were asked on the email.
          5. On 6th october, i received an email that my old phone is disqualified and does not match with the checks required for the exchange. I wrote an email to the flipkart team asking about the image or the part of the phone which is damaged.
          6. On 6th october itself, i called flipkart team asking about the specific reason. However, the cr was unable to understand hindi/english. He transferred the call to his senior and the senior confirmed that the images look valid and it shouldn't be dis-qualified. He logged a complaint to check the phone physically by the team.
          7. On 7th october, i received a message from fipkart stating that the refund has been initiated which was never asked from my end.

          Below are the things which was really bad:
          1. Wishmaster cancelled to take my old phone without taking any picture of my phone. The reason should be explainable.
          2. Customer representative can just log ticket. Apart from this, they don't have any authority - not even to check the reason for which the phone is disqualified.
          3. Even after providing images of the phone. The phone was disqualified and again, without providing any proper reason. After going through the images no one can say that the phone can be dis-qualified which was accepted by one of the flipkart customer representative.
          4. Even after registering the complaint on 6th october, the refund was initiated without providing any reason.

          If the phone is dis-qualified for a specific explainable reason, i would be satisfied. However, this was not the case. I am in a distress because i really loved shopping from flipkart and was promoting it over the years but this experience was horrifying for me.

          So i can conclude that it's my worst experience with flipkart and have a fear of order anything in future from flipkart (Even though i am a flipkart plus member). Not sure apart from saying sorry what flipkart can do.

          Well!!! Placing a new order is not the resolution. I think customer support resources are unable to understand the glitch in their system. However, I found many complaints like this in this forum and can imagine why such problems are not resolved.

            I ordered realme xt in big billion days sale and my order was accepted with order id od[protected]. But next day flipkart cancelled my order suddenly without any reason. Earlier also such kind of sudden order cancellations have happened with me also and flipkart cancelling order by itself. They have also not refund my money for above order. Customer care not responding as usual and have called the many many times.

            Dear sir, please take very strict action against such acts.

              Flipkart wardrobe complaint
              Order id - od[protected]
              I placed an order for flipkart 4 door wardrobe and when i received the product i was not allowed to open the product. When the technician arrived i found that the back of the wardrobe was paper thin and was not as mentioned of engineered wood. I'm really really dissatisfied by the quality i received and want to return the product. When the technician arrived to verify whether my mentioned reasons were correct or not he agreed in front of me that he has updated the same but after some time my return request got cancelled. I raised one more complaint but the date given is 8 october. I don't know what should i do i paid 12323 ₹ for the wardrobe and i'm feeling like what should i do??
              They second time cancelled my return request saying that the product is intact. So i would like to tell them the technician himself intacted the product.

                I have ordered phone to my brother, sister and collegue & but after successfull order... Flipcart cancelles my order automatic & email me that #seller has cancelled ur order due to limited stock#. And now flipkart blocked my account saying that i am reselling products & i am canceeling many product... But i didn't. Without inquiry, how can they block my account. Please take necessary action on them. If he blocked then i am messaging pls return my 10500 flipcart balance in my bank account else unblock but he didn't give my balance as well as not unblock my account. I am ripped 10500 balance by flipcart... I am emailing flipcart approx 1month but he did not unblock... Pls take action... &try to return my balance else unblock my account whatever i did not buy any product from my balance🥺

However, the customer has requested for the cancellation of the order due to the delay and the seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on October 13, 2019, which should have been reflecting in customer bank account by now.                     I have approved a payment of 7651 INR. More than 6 months passed, I have not received my payment. My last payment processed on 28 June 2018.
                    Since then I have not received any payment.

                        This is to complaint about being delivered a package today without ordering anything from the flipkart website. The person delivering was so stupid that he does not understand that the name and address was both not matching
                        Despite being told he is busy talking on phone and telling i have to pay as he has punched delivered status on whatever gadget he was using. He was again told that the address was not matching but he insisted that we pay as had punched delivered status. Then he requested to pay saying that they will come tomorrow and take back the package and give refund without telling details on it despite being asked.
                        Kindly look into the matter and take back the package and initiate my money refund

                        Nobody from my family uses flipkart. The parcel is in name of some Avinash Kumar. I do not have Mr. Avinash belonging to my family. The parcel mentions code MLFF[protected]. I do not have any shipping code or other which to mention as I did not order anything and I do not have account with flipkart. Thanks

                        I have no idea of customer I'd. Nobody from my family uses flipkart. I have posted the photo of the parcel which should help. However to help u further - the parcel is in name of some Avinash Kumar. I do not have anybody in my family with that name. Some code mentioned on the parcel is MLFF[protected].

                          I had two orders that is expected to be delivered on 3rd oct. I got the one order delivered but the other product i didn't get but i get the message that product is successfully delivered.

                          For the first order i got the call and everything the guy successfully delivered as per my conversation at 11:40 am around. Now coming to the second order i didn't get any call and anything just a message at 1:15 pm that product got delivered.

                          I tried calling the number that i got from the message both number went to the same person he said i had only one order that i delivered as per the conversation.

                          Now i raised the concern with flipkart team instead of asking who is the wishmaster for that product and where he delivered without calling me. I got the mail today that courier service confirmed that they delivered the new product.

                          I am spending every day 30 mints to follow up but still no hope.

                          Every day i am getting automated call that whether you got the product or not if yes press 1... They are simply playing with any concern.

                          I did a worst thing by ordering from flipkart and now i am suffering. Please escalate this issue and help me to get this fixed.

                          I called this guy also for status update he said I'll deliver the product but haven't heard anything for delivery or anything. Now I am not able to make call to him

                            I have booked one redmi note 7 pro mobile phone on 02 oct 19 and made payment online. At the time of booking expected time of delivery was 05 oct 19 but till now i have not received item. Status shown that still item not shipped which against the credibility of flipkart. It is requested to inform me about actual delivery date and time. I have make call to flipkart customer service on 5 oct and 6 oct 19 but i am not satisfied with their replies.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              I ordered the mobile from flipkart on dated 30.09.2019 this order is in exchange categery. But from your local currier is not accepted my old mobile. He told scrach on your old mobile thats why he is not accepted my moblie.

                              Then i have complete to your customer care they are told our team is working om your issue. But issue is not solve till time and after your sale close i have received massage your order is canceled.

                              My quation is what is reason of cancel my order? Because issue is strated from your courrier my old mobile is in good condition. You will be verify this from other soucrces. Also my persal is till currently available in courier office and your customer care is respond very poorly.

                              I request you pls solve my issue and delivery my mobile as earler.

                              If my issue is solve before 10.10.2019 i will be go throught consumer court. Becasue your courier service & customer care is mental harshment to me.

                              Hope you will be cooperte us.

                                Hello team,
                                I would like to escalate on the poor customer service. When ever we raise a request they will give us some eta, the front line support does not have any information aprt from taking the request.. And then the request will not be addressed even after completing the eta and again if we contact the customer care the whole cycle repeats.

                                This is the third time i am facing the same kind of behavior.
                                Actually my pay later option is not working.. So i have requested to fix this before sale completed.. But it didn't happen..

                                I think it's better to choose another shopping site instead of wasting time here thinking flipkart is the best and they will give importance to their customer.

                                  I ordered realme xt 6gb 64gb pearl white from flipkart on 29th september 2019. The order i placed was to be fulfilled by vision star seller but when i got the box it was from konde products and services private limited. Inside the box i got vivo powerbank and soap. I already paid the delivery boy amount of 16999 for mobile (Cod) but i brought it inside the house and opened the product.

                                  Manash is just faking his claims. I agree that flipkart did provide soaps but that was back in 2015 it has been 4 years since they improved. Stop making false claims and pay for what you bought

                                      In the big billion day sale, i ordered real me 5 mobile but seller sent me a used mobile which is not in working condition, i got the mobile with installed screengurd and the back cover also it had other apps which was installed by the previous user. Never ever the new mobiles will not come with screen guard and back cover. And also the camera is not at all opening and very slow. The seller making the customers fools by sending used mobiles and also the mobile is not as described in the description.

                                      The customer care executives are very rude and they are not giving us proper resolution.in the website, there is no replace or refund. I called to customer care number too many times they are postponing the issue regularly. When i ask them for replacement or refund they are asking me to wait 3days time after three days again i connected with them simply they said seller not responding. Is the seller operating flipkart or flipkart maintaining the sellers i don't know? And all the customer care executives are irresponsible and every time i called them they ask the same questions like what is the issue... Again i need to explain the full story...

                                      When I had the first discussion with the CUSTOMER CARE executive she said a refund will have happened in 2 working days . with her words I ordered another mobile till the date issue was not resolved and in the next conversation another executive said refund will not be provided we can give only replacement. in the Flipkart there is no proper guideline for the CUSTOMER CARE executives all are half knowledge people because of this ### I ordered another mobile.

                                        Today when the delivery guy was checking the exchange product, he removed the screen guard which left a mark in the screen to which he denied to take the product.
                                        This is the second time i am facing this problem.
                                        First time, the delivery guy saw the exchange product and marked it as damaged because the cover of the phone had a mark (Not a scratch). And the mark was there due to the constant opening of back cover. The delivery guy wanted a new product in exchange

                                        Second time, the same delivery guy arrived for the delivery of another phone and he also denied that. This was because while he was checking the exchange product he opened the screen guard on his own which led to make a scratch on the screen and then he said that the item does not match the required conditions to be exchanged

                                        It is high time now. I want an immediate response to this and some strict action should be taken
