I've ordered iphone 7 32 gb from flipkart on 30th sept 2019 through big billion days sales @26999/- and amount paid already through net banking.
Item was shipped from seller on 30th sept as seen in flipkart tracking and it was showing that it will be delivered on 4th october 2019. Later it got delayed thus after contact with flipkart chart support services got confirmation that it will be delivered by 7th october then after little while it changed to 9th october.
Just a while ago in the app it showed order is cancelled and refund is initiated and will be processed by 12th october 19.
Flipkart is cheating with customer. They have those item in stock why can't they give instead of refund. Why they processed refund. (No justification nothing).
I've ordered lots of product from flipkart since 2012. But i think this would be my last purchase after this # service of flipkart.

Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart has not communicated of any sort after they fail to deliver on multiple dates . They didn't even called me regarding what customer wanted neither they informed me . When I open the app to track the status it was showing there order has been cancelled and refund will be process by Saturday October 12 I don't know I will get the refund or not after reading here lots of complain of people that they didn't got anyrefund from Flipkart.
But the problem is why they cancel the order by themselves after taking my money they are taking the order on the sales day to show that they have booked lot of orders and in actual scenario they are unable to deliver the products thus they are cancelling the order later .
Below is the mail I receive from Flipkart few minutes ago
"Hi,
We're writing in continuation to your last contact to know the status of your order with order id OD116666147360210000.
While we were tracking your order to make sure that it reaches you on time, we see that it has been cancelled.
If you like, you may place a new order for the product, the seller will work with the courier service provider to ensure the product reaches you.
