    I have purchase the redmi note 7 pro with exchange they show me 3700 for old device when delivery agent come for pickup they told me you need to pay additional 1550 for device exchange because the flipkart are telling that after uploading photo but my phone is in good condition still they pay less they are cheating us by showing more value on site & giving less value

    now they are telling you should reject order if i want to reject order why i will pre-paid order there customer support are useless they always put call on hold & rise concern & never call back plus membership is usless they shoul give preference to plus user I will never buy any exchange product from Flipkart & there 14 point test is useless if my device passed 14 point test still they ask for additional money

      1. Only functional devices without any screen defect are accepted
      2. The screen/body should not have any cracks/dent

      5. Screen locks or iCloud locks should be disabled
      6. Battery should be seated properly and should not be swollen.

      Once the order is canceled, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS regarding the cancellation and refund of your order.

      The seller will provide the complete refund of Rs. 7739/- to the same source from which you have made the payment at the time of placing an order and the amount will get credited as per the standard banking procedure.

        I had rejected order id (Od[protected] at my doorstep as they were not paying good return (Amount) for my existing phone. Instead, i ordered the same phone (Redmi note 7 pro-space black, 128 gb) (Order id. Od[protected], but this time i had applied rs.1000 off coupon which i had got through phonepe and additionally i used axis bank debit card which provided me with 10% instant discount on the total amount. Together it summed up to approx rs.2500 discount. However, i didn't received any confirmation regarding cancellation of older order and my money was stuck there. So i called flipkart support to cancel the older order by providing them the order id as well, instead he cancelled my newer older. Despite of calling customer care thrice, no solution was provided. They said that they are unable to give me the phone with the same discounted amount i. E. Rs.12598 nor they can provide me other rs.1000 voucher which i can use to place another order. They asked me to mail to their heads and assure me that i will get reply in 24 hrs. Its been 2 days and still no response from their side.

          I ordered 10 items on 23rd september 2019 and the delivery was to be done on 25th september 2019 in the morning. Next day they changed the delivery date of their won to 26th september late evening. However, nothing has been delivered till date and except one message that new delivery date would be communicated soon, there is no update. Customer care listens to complaint and proclaims that they have escalated the matter but there is no action on the ground. I even lost the opportunity to purchase from amazon or big bazaar during this festival season sale.

            I placed two orders on 2nd october from flipkart from their self owned seller "retailnet". Both of them were cancelled by them after shipment. Later i placed an order of a pendrive on 4th october and that too was cancelled by them. Reason mentioned in the mail stated that "this product is high in demand. We want to give equal opportunities to all the customers". I just ordered one pc of a pendrive. What do you mean by equal opportunities?

              Product was taken by delivery boy day before yesterday. But delivery boy saying i didn’t take this product. It should be in your home. He was harassing my mom in front of the house saying i[censored] are returning why the hell you are purchasing in online, go and purchase in store. And used some abuse word against my mom.

              I am going to raise complain against him. Such a cheap behaviour by delivery boy.
              You guys are providing option to buy online and return hassle free. But when somebody verbally abusing when we are returning what is the point in buying in online.

              He was saying, because of your return i am losing my incentive.???!! How he can say this to customer???

                  Flipkart your range offers and product are nice but your courier service is worst what they are doing i m not sure in other places its happening or not but in my pin address 743001 siliguri its happening that when i order something cod product will be here in exact expectation date but when i did online pay it will never come on time and its not coincidence its happened to me 3 times without any gap when i did online payment.. And i got a power to predict my order i have ordered a guiter expectation date is 11/10/2019 i did payment online it will definitely delayed.. Actually they are trying to be very clever what they are doing is first they collect all the remains money by placing cod parcels and we are the dumb guys we paid already ab to intizaar kar hi lenge because there is no remain money araam se denge by extending 3 days more...
                  When i complaint or call to the flipkart service they saying sir i know its happened to you 3 times i already sent mail to my team about this concern and also that i know your products are delayed but what you are saying sir about collecting the remain money first it not right its a coincidence.. I must say instead of saying coincidence look into the matter kya pata tumhara courier service sachme hi chutiya kat raha ho tumhara but hum chillate jate hain aur product delay hota jata hain next complaint will be on 11oct 2019 from my side for the guiter i know because it will be delayed decently and definitely...

                    Hi my flipkart plus account is blocked and flipkart is doing nothing to resolve this issue. I have made over 50k shopping in past 3 days as there was big billion-day sale and they have blocked my account which is quite absurd and unethical.

                    Great revert received by Flipkart that I am reselling products after purchasing, I would like to highlight few points below:

                    1) I have been a flipkart plus member past 1 year and I have been purchasing from flipkart for past 4 years.
                    2) For big Billion day sale, I purchased many products like 3 redmi 7s mobiles for my relatives, ipad for me, earphones and etc. How can flipkart accuse me of reselling products I want to know.

                        I have ordered redmi note 7 pro two weeks back i have got defect piece that speaker and camera, performance issue!! The next day i raised return request customer care asked me to follow few steps i did still im facing the same issue!! I raised replacement request nearly 4 times!! The request is getting cancelled without any proper justication eveey days im spending 30 mins of time to get it resolved from support team!! They are helpless! Every time i raise a return request the next day without any prior info they are rejecting from there side!! I have escalates to the next level its been two weeks still i dint get any proper response and technician has visited my home to check my mobile he clearly mentioned that there is an issue with mobile but still request is rejected from flipkart side!! Im asked to wait all the time after complaining again and again also there is no. Proper response now i have proofs whatever i spoke with customer care and call recordings with technician!! I have posted on twitter but still they are taking it for granted!! I have prrofs of voice recording and return rejection status tmw is the last day to return my mobile now flipkart team has disabled my return request table!!                           My account was blocked and when i ask for the details of account blocking just i am getting the same response as "your account is blocked due to high number of returns" apart of that i didnt any response.

                          This issue is might faced by so many customers but i am writing this to know the terms and conditions of return policy.

                          This will not only useful for me it might be helpful for all.
                          Needs to the explanation and clarification on account blocking, so that we can understand the process and let other know the same.

                            The geyser delivered was broken and tank was leaking. Now replacement has been ordered. But i have two issues:

                            1. The delivery time is shown as 26 oct 2019. The original order was placed on 19 sep 2019. Now this is not acceptable that a customer has to wait for 1.5 months for a geyser which is just plug and play product. The entire family is facing hardship due to such a long time and leading to mental stress.

                            2. I have lost trust on crompton greaves brand and don't want their geyser anymore.

                            I have tried calling the customer care and also spoken to senior executive. But they are merely well trained mouth pieces who keep on repeating standard phrases "we understand your problem" and "it is as per our policy" and do nothing more than lip service.

                            I am going to initiate a strong legal action against these fraudsters and also sue them for mental harassment and hardship faced by me.

                              I ordered redmi 7 pro on 30th september '19 and was expected to receive the order on 1st october '19.

                              Today is 4th october and haven't received it yet. I paid the full amount via credit and this is the biggest mistake i did.

                              I should have ordered on cash on delivery so that they have a fear of me rejecting the order. Another friend who lives behind my house ordered the same phone through cash on delivery and the next day she received the phone.

                              They have taken the money now they don't give a damn and are chill about it.

                                I ordered an shoes from flipkart along with a mobile phone. The same came & it was a damaged product since it has torn on above, holes near shoes laces & beside it that is in the sole portion it was appearing the someone has used the product. On seeing such condition i raised an replacement request to flipkart for the same. The request has been generated & being accepted by the seller also for replacement. But from that date to till date more than 15 return request has been generated but the product is not being picked up by flipkart. The main reason for the same is flipkart delivery partner ekart. Everytime the return request is accepted the same is being rejected by the wishmaster (Flipkart delivery partner ekart) without even visiting my house. Everytime the product is scheduled to be picked up from my home it didn't come stating that product has not been verified as specified. But the reality is delivery executive is not even coming to my home & talking with me in phone rubbish & in slang languages. I even contacted flipkart for more than 100 times & mailed them more than 50th times, but all of them are giving deadline & doing nothing. As i am highly frustrated & harassed by this attitude of flipkart from the past 2 months, i humbly request consumer forum to provide me my refund & taught flipkart a lesson so that other consumer don't get harassed so badly

We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed the return request has been processed and the refund has been completed on October 22, 2019, which should have been reflecting in customer credit card by now.                                   September 30 2019 i order a asus zenfone max pro m2 (4gb 64gb model)
                                  At rupees 8499, and the expected delivery date is 3 october 2019, they dont delivered the product after the date is expired, after tracking the order i see that the order could not be delivered due to damage in transit, when ordering this phone again i do not get the offer and why did i wait so long, i did not try to buy any other phone because the order was in conformity. Livered due to damage in transit, so thry should replace the phone with the same offer price

                                      Hey, i ordered ultimate nutrition prostar from flipkart costing ₹2585 using upi. The transaction got successful but the order failed at flipkart. I got debited the amount, i am attaching the reference id and payment screen shot. I contacted flipkart multiple times, they asked me to contact the payment bank for transaction, i contacted them also but they said money has been send to flipkart using upi. I contacted flipkart multiple times and e-mailed them also but didn't get any adequate information from them..

                                        Supplied wrong mobile on october 2 during flipkart sale, it has not being described in specifications shown that inbuilt automatic call recording facility is not available in the model, this is a matter of cheating. I have lodged complaint in flipkart but they refused to replace and also not agreed to refund my money. My order id is od[protected] and return request no[protected]
