I purchased product - flipkart smartbuy pr-1971 cordless trimmer for men on 25th oct 2018 by order id - od[protected] and received on 30th oct 2018, which stopped working on 27th april 2019 with in less than 6 months where 2 years of warranty given on flipkart own smart buy product stopped working, i did complaint flipkart.com customer support email id [protected]@flipkart.com of which after waiting for 48 hours i got reply from them on 3 may 2019 at 11:41 am i got email “ we apologise for the inconvenience we would request you to kindly visit our authorized service centre for further assistance. We have shared the service centre contact details via sms on your registered mobile number ([protected]) timing - monday to saturday 10am to 6pm., complaint id - 9e3-36110chgsc[protected].
On 8 may 2019 at 3:36 pm i sent email to know status my complaint id - 9e3-36110chgsc[protected] “till today i didn’t got any update or reply about my complaint id - 9e3-36110chgsc[protected] of flipkart smart buy pr-1971 after all on same day 3rd may 2019 i visited to your shared service center with product
On 10may2019 15.01 pm i got again reply from them we would like to inform you that we are still working on your issue. So, i kindly request you to wait for another 48 hours for further assistance.
On 13 may 2019 at 8:21 pm i sent them email again to know status of my complaint id - 9e3-36110chgsc[protected] as its 13th may day and still my complaint is pending in between i got 2 messages

From your service company which i am sharing with you, but after sending 2 messages on same day no one did contact to me or no one come to give service, then i contact to service center about messages they told me its routine messages, i have to visit to their service center for my complaint
I gone to their service center and shown them product and they did full examine of product and told me that this is unrepairable product so we are updating our investigation about this product to replace it and within 7 to 10 working days you will get replaced items but nothing happened in such days so on i sent them email to know my complaint status again
On 15 may 2019 at 2:37 pm i got email to contact our brand hotline number [protected] for further assistance.
On 27 may 2019 at 2:26 pm i sent them email again after talk with their hotline number about my complaint
“its very sad to write you again this email about my pending my complaint id - 9e3-36110chgsc[protected], as per your reply to contact our brand hotline number [protected], i talked on this number on 15th may 2019 at 4.32 pm and they told me to talk to local service center to told them to move on my issue, i talked at local service center number [protected] at 4 52 pm on same 15th may 2019, and they told me that they already had moved up my complaint back to company and as its 27th may almost 12 days passed and still no solution i got of my complaint, i want to know is it flip kart smart buy product quality and service where from last 2 months approx i am trying to get solution of my problem again and again by emailing and contact you on phone numbers?
On 28 may at 2:30 pm i got replay from flipkart about my complaint that we apologies for the inconvenience, we would like to inform you that we are still working on your issue. So, i kindly request you to wait for another 5 to 7 working days to get the update.
On 4 jul 2019 at 3:12 pm i sent email again about my case concern that it’s not 5 to 7 working days passed its almost 1 months passed and no solution occur of my problem which i raised to you on 28 april 2019
On 6 jul at 9:45 am i got email with new complaint id that “ we apologise for the inconvenience we would request you to kindly visit our authorised service centre for further assistance. Complaint id - 9g6-34091chgsc[protected] and sms to contact their service center once again
On 16 jul at 12:09 am i sent them email again to know my complaint status after visiting their service center 2 time again “on 9th of july i visited your authorized service center for further assistance as per your guidance 2nd time (First time already about my problem with old complaint number) and this time with new compliant number, i asked them what happened with my old complaint id they told me, they don’t know how my old complaint closed off by them and, they told me to give my trimmer packet to them and come back day after tomorrow we will solve your problem, 3rd day i visited again authorized service center for further assistance of my problem they given me back my trimmer that it’s not possible to repair, we had updated your complaint to our office they will send you replacement
But after my vist on 9th july after 5 days passed out i didn't got any update or replay of my visit and solution of my problem
On 25 july 19 9 17 pm i sent them email again to know my complaint please update me my complaint status its already 2 and half month passed but still my complaint is pending
On 2nd aug at 10 30 pm i got replay by email sorry, the email id [protected]@flipkart.com is no longer in use. Please visit our help centre here to get quick answers to your questions or to contact us. As flipkart already blocked my account because of my product complaint i am not able to login to my account then how i can contact help center? To get answer or replay about my complaint
Its clear cut fraud doing by flipkart, first selling such cheap qualty of product on high rates and when complaint occur by blocking their account and harrsing us to take leave from work and visit again and again their hier service center to solve issue where service center person clear cut knows that this product is not repairable at their service center then why flipkart playing game and wasting our precious time from our working schedule.
So please take action on my complaint and solve my issue and replaced my trimmer as well as restore my flipkart account which they blocked because of my product complaint
