Hi, today i tried to buy few things of lumpsump amount rs. 5, 500/- they deducted my amount 3 times i. E. Total rs. 16, 500/-.
I complaint on customer care but they did not refunded yet & said once your order is cancelled by vendor then only they could rrfund the amount.
If order is not accepted by flipkart then they should refund immediately why they are answering like this...
Please arrange ther refund by today positively as i dont have any amount spare with me now.

    I want to inform you that, i ordered 670 ravishing rose maybelline lipstick on[protected]. But i received other wrong product that is, 691 rich ruby lipstick today[protected]. I came to know that it's not a returnable item. Hence i want my money back as soon as possible. Otherwise i want the exact product that i ordered.

      Got issued 10 flipkart gift cards.. Upon applying pin it shows card deactivated.. Flipkart said it was from the owner sude but owner said i didnt change anything..
      Fraud flipkart took people money..
      Already reported 4 days ago but upon calling again n again asking same questions..
      What to do against these defaulters...

          While opening game zone on mya flipkart account, it shows that something went wrong. Kindly solve the issue immediately. My registered mobile no. Is [protected] and my registered mail-id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have chat with customer care of flipkart i have done as he told me like uninstallation of the app, reinstalled and clear cache after that reboot the mobile phone. But all in vain.
          Now it takes much time kindly solve the issues immediately.

            I bought a led TV from flipkart and also purchased an additional warranty of two year from Jeeves
            My television is not working from 23 August I complaint it engineer told me main part need to be chang and whenever I call, I am told by customer care that the part is in pending.
            You have not solved my problem even after 31 days
            And refund that you are providing me is only 44% of 26999+1575
            You should not deduct previous service sum because my television is in warranty

              Dear sir,
              I am successfully completed this condition and in may 2019 we have earned 6000/- approved payment & amount should be transferred in our account in august 2019 (Completion of 60 days). But amount was not transferred in our account in august 2019.

              Till now September end not get amount.
              We have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programmes contact us page, but they have not replied to us. We complaint on twitter and they told us to mail on [protected]@flipkart.com, we have mailed on that mail id but still no reply.

              They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money.

                I have purchased a product in flipkart order id - od[protected]
                Wora tv set-top box rack there is an offer at sep 19th 2019, when i purchase product the date of delivery is 24th of sep. But the delivery is not happened. I have raised a complaint on the issue and they have ask time for 2days. Finally the wait is extended to 28th sep 2019. Today contact with flipkart customers care as per flipkart customers care executive product delivery today letest by 7 pm but product not received till date.

                    Flipkart not allowing me to play games and when I contacted with customer support they taken my issue and told that your issue will be resolved by 28th september.After that flipkart sent me an e-mail on 27th september that your issue has been resolved but the issue has not been resolved yet.They are not listening to my query and only taking resolution and telling me to wait for 3-4 days.

                    The error message showing that play with fair terms and conditions.
                    I have not done any unfair things.They can check my account activity.

                        I have ordered a package and the man who need to deliver it have called me in saturday morning but i am not in home in the morning and so i asked him to deliver it in evening, but unfortunately i couldn't reach home by evening so i called him and informed him to deliver it on monday but that man told that he won't deliver it on monday and if i want the package i have to go manually to collect it from him or else he won't deliver it... Is this the customer service of flipkart and is this the quality of flipkart. Even it may be some courier service for delivery, it is the responsibility of flipkart to ensure proper delivery of every package and the message which tells that the package will arrive in a particular date should also be sent earlier.

                          I wanted to order a curtain for window but by mistake i ordered for door i.e. of 7 feet. So just after order the item i cancelled it. And then it has showen a message that your money will be refunded by Friday, 27th September.
                          But it didn't. Is there anything i could to get my money back.

                            I have been a customer of 6 plus years, have made many transactions. Also i play the games in gamezone everyday. This comes with a quiz and guesswhat game. Haven't missed for a day. All of a sudden they have suspended from playing games. Stating they encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions. Haven't violated anything that i am aware of so far. Have contacted flipkart support, they had asked to me uninstall and reinstall, which hasn't worked. Have escalated to next level, executive who spoke was unprofessional and wasn't helpful. He simply told me he can't do anything here to help in a sarcastic manner. My question, how could flipkart doesn't know what to do, for the error which appears in their side. Customer service in this case, is worst, no ownership taken. It's more than a month now, issue didn't get resolved. Poor display of customer service. Flipkart needs my order, but doesn't want me to play the game's, looks unprofessional/silly

                              My flipkart account had been blocked for quite a long time now.
                              I have had ordered all kinds of things from flipkart and had been a loyal customer for many years.
                              But, one unfaithful day, i've received an email saying, "i've broken some rules or guidelines".. The email implied that i had resell my orders!.
                              I'm still baffled and amazed to this date that flipkart workers or their "algorithm" just assumed that i'd bothered to resell their products!.
                              Had i purchased products of my opposite gender? Yes.
                              Had i purchased the same product more than once? Maybe.
                              But, that doesn't mean, i am reselling what i've already bought from the app.
                              I hope that this concern to be dealt with professionally and reasonably.
                              I do hope that my old conversation with the flipkart representative at the time of the incident be pulled out from their system and narrate it to those unprofessional indian workers as well.

                                I purchase product on flipkart delivered me 22 sep19 now return request for product on 26 sep 19 they reject my request. And again i request return for product on 27 sep 19. Talk with rohit on help centre he also told me seller reject my request. Rohit also don't give me solution on this prblm and arguing me regarding my prblm. Pls solve my problem and provide my full refund amount.

                                  I had pre ordered oppo reno 2 from flipkart in EMI on 11 September, which was successfully transferred to merchant by 14 September and my product expected delivery date was 21 September and now its 27 September, they are saying that there is some seller(Flashtech Retail) issue.but many customers are recieving oppo reno 2, customers are posting review in flipkart because they are recieving their order from flipkart.and even i can see in flipkart that if i order same phone to my delivery address it is showing delivery will be by next day
                                  but flipkart they said they will provide me the resolution by today 27/09/19.
                                  But i have not got the resolution, and not even my product got delivered to me.

                                    I am not allowed to change my mobile number. I have no access to my old mobile number and I'm required to enter an OTP sent to that number.
                                    How in the actual world am I supposed to do that? The previous number has been reassigned to some stranger who I'm sure won't share an OTP with me. And I sure don't want to create a new email id just to accommodate my new number.
                                    Also, I'll lose my Plus membership if I create a new account.

                                      I have placed an order of redmi k20 mobile which is priced as 21999/-. I observed that the product is a used one. And i called the customer support of flipkart and asked for a refund, but i came to know that it was under replacement policy. So i agreed for a replacement as secondary option. But i was promised to get a resolution by 26th sep. But the return request was cancelled by flipkart and placed a new request without my interference on 26th and provided another resolution date on 29th sep. Without even any further assurance of getting my issue resolved. When i called customer support 10's of times they are only trying to make me anger and hangup the call every single time as they don't have proper answer to cover-up even i was talking in a polite manner they are hanging up the call. And if i try again to call them they are saying that it's due to some network issues. Network issue may be real but not every time i call and ask for a reason this is happening 😡. I can't get my money back, i can't get my replacement for a used product and i can't get a proper answer for this delay happened for the mistake flipkart has made. And even now the first return was cancelled saying that it was invalid return request. Even now the request was placed with same reason. I asked that both are same why it got cancelled in first place, flipkart don't have an answer. As per policy i gave 72 hrs of time for this. But i didn't get any answer. And they are saying i was asked for return cancellation which i haven't done.

                                      Whenever i am asking for assurance or reason they are hanging up my call. I have some names of senior explanation department from hyderabad, aditya and chandra mohan. I remember only these persons. They don't have answer for my questions and they hung up my call.

                                      Please take this into consideration and help me with this as soon as possible

                                      And adding to my above complaint now Flipkart is asking for my personal details such as aadhar, PAN and voter ID and I am not ready to share these things with Flipkart I don't believe anymore. And the product not even checked by the Flipkart technician after the complaint raised that I got a used device and Flipkart has no right of asking these things of my personal. And they have all the necessary details such as registered mobile number, alternative mobile number and my email id my bank details which I have made transaction and a Flipkart account with all details. And I have also sent the consent report or FIR report to Flipkart and more than that I am not ready share any of the details. So please consider these things and help me with this.

                                        Sir I always contacting to Flipkart but not still my issue not sloved please sir I have all proof how many time I contacted but still not responding any thing just give me another number and telling contact them sir I purchased my product on Flipkart then where I go sir where there only I can go please sir help me to solve my problem I attacking some proof
