I ordered samsung television having the order id
Od[protected] and delivered on 5th oct. But this tv has different specifications showing in website. So i put the refund request but till now it is not accepts. The time period for returning this product is 10 days and 5 days already taken by flipkart for approval of returning. I want my money back, there is no respond from flipkart for returning approval. Please help me in returning this product. This is not fare with me. I am regular customer of flipkart.

    I had bought motorola one action from flipkart in big billion days sell but received faulty product. When i raised complain seller arrange technician visit but technician not resolved my problem fully and also mention on flipkart that problem resolved. I raised the complain again on flipkart but this time they rejected complain by telling that they are unable to contact me and lie that i am not giving proper time for technician visit.

    When i mention all this issue to flipkart customer service toll free number [protected] they taking this issue casually and delaying overall problem to surpass 10 days replacement window time.

    Hope this issue will be resolved after raising complain on this portal.

      Kindly complaint against this situation i was ordered mi note 7pro mobile on around 29 the september 2019. It will be delivered time given to me as 9th of october but product was not delivered and nobody call me for product related
      Today is 10 october then again delivery will attend on next day as 10th october but around 10 the october timing 4:09 am i am receiving an mail to cancel your delivery because you not pickup your order...

      I want clarification and complaint against that guy's who put that information on your end.

      See my mailing time and assume it's possible to deliver the product to customer on that time so think it and i want proper action on it.

        I ordered a phone via flipkart.com on 2nd october 2019. I paid an amount of rs 9539 and the promised delivery date was of 5th october, 2019. I didn't receive my order on 5th. Even the address was correct and the customer support confirmed that it's a mistake from their logistics team. Upon tracking i saw that my order was shipped to kerala delivery hub whereas the delivery location was bengaluru. Upon raising a complaint with the customer support team over chat, call and email i was assured that i would be receiving my order by 10th october, 2019. Today i just got an email stating that the order has been cancelled and the customer support team is stating my address as "undeliverable". They have not even refunded me the entire amount. Request you to kindly check this and provide me appropriate compensation for my trouble.

          I have order 2 khadims flats in which one was sandals rs-547 and second one was khadims flats of rs-404, both bill got in combined and i ordered at my mom house and delivery boy just given 1 product of rs-547 and another khadims flats of rs-404 not delivered and taken whole amount of rs-951, delivery boy made my mom fool, iam so upset with the service of flipkart. I know nothing will gonna happen but very worst experience you guys are cheaters. Never gonna buy anything from flipkart.

            Dear sir,

            I had ordered for a notebook msi core i5 9th gen gf63 from flipkart with order id – od[protected] on 11th october 2019. The same was reported to be delivered on 7th october 2019. Again i contacted the flipkart consumer care and they assured me that the product was going to be delivered on the 11th. I had confirmed the same.

            By 9 am - 9st october i received an sms that my order was cancelled and refund was initiated. I talked several times to your customer supervisors mr. Bharat. From the different calls, i understand that it was a mere mistake happened from the logistics guy and none of your customer representatives / supervisors in the front desk could revert it back.

            Hence request your kind attention on the following points

            • i had given payment of rs.50, 990/- to your account on 1st october 2019 and was expected to get the credit back by 17th october 2019. Losing the financial interests and the value for money for the 15 calendar days

            • lost all the big billion days offers obtained (10 % additional discount for axis bank, and an additional 10% of ₹2, 000/-) for the existing order. Even the notebook's price has increased now and it's out of my budget.

            • the notebook was ordered for my sister on her birthday on monday – 23rd october.

            All my calculations were shattered because of a mere mistake happened to your teammate (No lapses were made from my side in the entire order)

            Hence if you feel my dissatisfaction is genuine in all respect, request you to honor the commitment made to the customer. Every online purchases made by us is truly based on the relationship & trust we keep with the company. All these customer dissatisfaction will end up in losing one more customer ……………,,,,

            May not be a big deal for you….

              I m writing this complaint regarding my shipment i have ordered a product through flipkart 3 oct 2019 it was said that the consignment will be delivered by 6 th october. The consignment reached nearest hub and it was returned without prior intimation, i got a message from seller partner that to receive product before 10 october 2019 from their hub. I went there to receive my shipment at that time they are saying consignment returned we can't do anything.
              I lost my time because their irresponsible action.

                I have order a collapsible wardrobe but they have delivered firstly two photo frames and then i placed a replacement order then they again delivered a bunch of five roses and i am filing a complaint here as well as in pmo house that the flipkart is running a fraud business and looting people... I want my money back and take your # back.
                This was my first experience it is the worst experience i ever had. I am going to take a legal action and i am very serious about this issue.

                  Very poor service, delivery not done on time

                  This is with regard to the courier that was booked with fedex by one mattree for bangalore with the tracking number[protected] this parcel contained mattres she has marked it as priority overnight parcel, which means the parcel should be delivered in a day. As per the fedex status, it shows that the parcel was received in the fedex office on the 6 oct 2019 and was supposed to be delivered on the 8th oct as it was a priority. It’s 3 days and i have still not received the parcel. When i called the customer service to check the same, the executive confirmed that the parcel will be delivered the same day (7 & 8 th day). But until evening 4 pm absolutely no trace of the parcel. I again called the customer service and spent almost 1.5 hours discussing issues, but no one to give the solution of delivering the parcel..
                  The services of fedex is really poor. Since 3 days my shipment is pending for clearance but no one is updating me on what all documents are required for it. There are many reminders has been given to fidex customer for sending the list of documents required for clearance, but till now no email has been received from her.

                  Every fedex executive are giving same reply that we have sent a reminder to her for sending the email but no update on shipment.

                  I need the shipment urgently but it is getting delayed and further delayed. I don't know what kind of services fedex is offering.

                      I bought a mobile from flipkart worth 9024inr because if the quality issues, i returned the product... They agreed to give me refund in my bank account... But, i didn't got the money even after 6 days... I called them... They said the seller has sent me a e-mail on which, i have to send them transaction details of my bank account... But, i didnt received the email... I changed my regestered email... And then again tried several times... I sent a screenshot to flipkart of minitransacton but they said, because of technical issue, they are unable to see the image... I asked them to give me another medium where i can show them the details... But they said there isn't any... I asked them the sellers email id so that, u can share them the image directly... But they denied
                      Now, i am worried about my money

                          I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                          The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                          Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                              Flipkart I am completely frustrated with your services . I have done multiple contact regarding my payment which has been done on 25th July for Redmi 7A but it got failed for order placing but payment has been done for 3 times from credit card for 18000 But it was acknowledged that it has not been claimed by Flipkart.. I have shared bank statement with merchant Flipkart for 5999*3 with reference number, which has been done successful at Merchant end only, Bank will revert only when Flipkart will refund the amount.

                              There is no customer email id for sending emails for synchronization. Your customer services are not up to the mark. Please Provide better services in less time.

                                I have ordered a samsung level u headset on 30.09.2019. I have selected to deliver it to my address. Expected delivery date to my address to 07.10.2019. But i have received emails from flipkart for collecting the same from their pick up stores from 04th oct 2019. The pickup store is 20 km away from my location. Then my order has been automatically canceled by flipkart due to the delay from their side. Then the beauty is, i have to wait for another ten days for my refund. Now, if the same case happens for 1, 00, 000 people with a minimum of 1000 rupees. Total[protected] rs, unnecessarily holding the people's money and rotating for their cash flow. This issue shall be seriously looked into.

                                    The person named kanhaiya comes to deliver the led uses wrong language with me and without any regards finding the unnecessary mistakes in the product which he had to replace. He shows nuisance. He troubled the customer alot. I'm very upset with flip kart team as they give trouble to customer. I m never buy anything from flip kart and say to others not to buy anything from flip kart. I'm deeply upset with flip kart.

                                        Hello sir
                                        A replacement request has placed on 3rd nov 2019 against flipkart order no od[protected] on the basis of device overheating, unusual vibrations while on a call and screen non functioning. This request has made within 48 hours of product delivery with the concern of flipkart customer service team. Then a technician visit has scheduled on 4th nov 2019 to solve the issue but he denies to accept it which leads to replacement rejection. On the same day again i raised a complaint with id - in[protected] on the basis of device issues and improper review by the technician. And i was promised to get the issue to be solved by 7th nov 2019.
                                        But till now i do not find any cordiality from flipkart on behalf of this issue. Two more days be like this and then i cannot even concerns the problem since the policy of flipkart will be over. I have paid the justified amount for the device and getting a defective one. Since this is an e-commerce platform, flipkart is taking the advantages of defective products and denying the replacement policy. So kindly look into my issue and take action on such backstabbing activity. Hoping your positive response. Thank you.

                                        Technician visit has scheduled from flipkart on 10th Oct 2019 after the registration of complaint. But he denies to accept the truth like the vibration issue and screen lagging and cannot even find out weather it is a software issue or hardware issue. Rather advised me to reset the device to factory mode and closed the ticket. I am really dissatisfied with the product performance, the service provided by flipkart and the seller. I have no idea how to deal with flipkart and the seller in case the product received is defective as they denies to accept the replacement policy and may be this is the way to drain out the defective pieces. And now it is up to consumer forum for a consumer rights. Thank You.
