1. Purchased flipkart branded perfect homes solid wood sheesham bed on 19th october 2018 with order id od[protected]
2. Headboard started bending and cracked within 9 months and became unusable, eventually sent email to flipkart with photos on 16 aug 2019
3. Flipkart gladly accepted the issue and agreed for replacement on 19 aug 2019
Now starts the horrific story which has no end it so far (Today 26 september 2019)
4. Before replacement pickup took 15 days to pick up the product….
5. Replacement was finally delivered with 7 sep 2019 (After 20 days of repeated follow-up with their packing, pickup and logistics team), which is used and damaged product.. Until today 26sep neither i can use the cot, not i could replace neither i could refund…
6. I called them almost every day to follow-up the replacement to be installed, there customer care executive will talk nicely saying and a new issue is erupted, flipkart order system does not show the product is delivered
7. Actually replacement product (Used and damaged) was delivered on 7th sep. Since the system is not showing the delivered status, i am being taken for ride until today 26 th sep 2019..
8. Though this is an flipkart owned brand, there is no ownership from flipkart as the executives always say need to check with seller.. I thought flipkart branded products are their responsibility looks like no.
9. Everyday i get an followup call with false promises that my issues is escalated, working on priority and will be closed in next 24 hours… mnay many such calls and 24hrs passed.. With no sight of relief
Lastly i am writing this email to check if this issue can have a logical end et all… if not i am going to throw the product to trash and buy from local store………………….
