I had ordered waltzer india high quality kitchen non stick parchment vide order id: od[protected] and same got delivered. I had paid the amount through net banking of rs 189/- and same amount also delivery guy took from us from my wife stating payment not reflecting. Immediately i called up the delivery guy as i was in office to return the amount as i had paid the amount through online. Delivery gave me the same answer which he had given to my wife and told to route the issue through flipkart customer service team. I had ordered on sept 19, 2019 and same got delivered on sept 20, 2019. On dated sept 20, 2019, i had raised complaint for excess refund purpose and it was told same will be resolved by sept 23, 2019 with assurance it will be credited in my wallet. From dated sept 20, 2019 i was getting 2-3 times call from flipkart and were assuring me issue will be resolved within 48 hrs. On sept 22, 2019 i got the call and itw as assured me the same and suddenly seeing resolution date has been extended from sept 23, 2019 to sept 24, 2019 without any information to me. Today again the customer service team called and again telling me to wait for 48 hrs and stating they don;t have information on the issue,.
I am totally pissed up with your flipkart team and your delivery guys are cheaters. They are taking money and fulfilling their personal needs and not returning the money to customer. Pure case of cheating with customer. I am suiting consumer and police case against the delivery guy and flipkart. This is for your information.

Updated by sabyasachi14 I have not received any revert nor call from Flip kart yet after the issue raised since yesterday. They are just misleading the entire consumer forum with their false statements.

Updated by sabyasachi14 Today is 27 Sept 2019 still no response from Flipkart. I am sure this is clear case of cheating customers. Taking money from customer by the delivery agents instructed by flipkart not showing the payment status in their system and making customer to run pillar to post for refund and at the end they will eat all the money and will not refund the money. I think Consumer forum should take action on this .
