I tried a few time about 1 week that i unable to login my flipkart account, firstly i thought that my password was wrong but i found that it's the right password but i cannot login to my account. I tried so many times but i don't know what is the problem, when i tried to sign in my father's account it also showing it cannot be loged in. Kindly please reply to me that what is the reason behind this...

I have forgotten my account password. While i am clicking forgot password link it shows unable to process request.. I couldn't able to process with my orders.
I have tried in website also. Issue occurred in both app and website. I have tried to create new account but it shows that already had account. Is that possible to provide external link to reset password?...

Flipkart blocked my account for high number of return, without the approval from flipkart and seller i am not sending any products them how they are saying like to plus member, if i am not satisfied with product how i keep products, its like they are indirectly threatening to the customer to keep whatever they send, i want my account back.

From past 2 months our spf claim for the wrong product we have received from the customer are not getting settled. We only used to get "copy paste" reply for every wrong product. We have attached all the valid proof's including the images of the received product. Sometimes we have attached the video made while un-packaging the returned product

I have ordered mi sjv4116in 1.2m micro usb cable sukkhi alloy jewel set from flipkart.com worth rs. 229 and rs.556 respectively on 16 july 2019. I got a message from flipkart.com saying that "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account by 25 july 2019."
I waited till 26 july 2019 but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called flipkart.com and they said they had done the refund...

My account is linked with my phone number. And i've forgotten the password... But every time i try to say forgot password, and the otp is received, the app says unable to login. Please attempt to fix this. I have tries numerous times, tried updating the app, reinstalling the app... Nothing has worked. Even when i try to create a new account, and enter the same number... And it asks me to enter a new password... It says "account already exists....

I have placed the order on 1st july on which the product is need to be get delivered to me by 8.7.19 but dur to your interanl issue date has been shifted to 18.7.19 and again the same issue the fridge has been delivered to me today that is 18.7.19.

I contact with flipkart care about can not access game zone. They said i used different account in same ip, so they blocked game zone. After 2 or 3 days it will be work again. But till dated it does not work. Also i have a question, in same ip i can't access different accounts for game zone but how they accept orders through same ip used by different accounts?...

Hello sir,
I bought new phone called honor 20 from flipkart on 22nd july and received the same on 24th july.
Within 15 minutes from receiving i requested for replacement because the product is faulty in camera. More than 100 calls i have done with flipkart.
As per process they have arranged one technician for checking any today he visited and also found the faults in camera.
I as well as he have the proof of faulty...

I have ordered (Od[protected] grocery on 18th july and expected date of delivery is 21st july.
But till date its not delivered and no intimation about the delivery.

Even if i call to customer care also, no update about the order status. No provision to cancel the order also.

Please don't prefer any one to order grocery in flipkart.
No one is responding in the flipkart higher level customer...

I ordered on 15th july and the expected delivery date was 23rd july but they delayed my order and the new expected delivery was 25th july. Again they delayed my order and the new delivery date is 30th july. What the hell is going on!!!. I want compensation for the delay in delivery

Bought haier refrigerator from flipkart in sept 17 with 2 years addittional comprehensive extended warranty. Three months back refregerator
Started making noise in the freezer and there was continious water despensing from below. We complained to flipkart. After long follow up with their warranty guys they sent a technician. I had been a customer of flipkart since many years and my mother just logged in her account and played the game in game zone and i also logged in my account and played the game twice and flipkart blocked me.
Customer support told me to uninstall and reinstall the app but its of no use.
And also how can they block my account when they are accepting orders from both account...
