I am prabir das flipkart id [protected], order realme x space blue 128gb rs-16999.00, got empty without item or contact immediate flipkart care then they take time required my government id proof, them email my government id proof but they do not give me right solution. After that email again and again flipkart support but do not give me right responses. Give me right solution because already paid for this 16999.00. Thank you

Check it out I am spending 50 coin then got flipkart plus member after that redeem 1000 + 1000 flipkart coins voucher. If also return product then how can I got 150 coins ( not super coins) check it out first after that give me response. Already lost my 16999.00 rupees around 45 days, give me my refund quick. Legal case or FIR against flipkart I have to generate soon because I have a legal many documents against you flipkart. Requested flipkart please investigate my case or give me a right solution soon.     I am a long term customer of flipkart and i have been also buying items from flipkart from a long time. Recently i have ordered and ambrane charger and the item got automatically cancelled and i got a mail that "your order order has been cancelled because you are not ordering for personal use, using for reselling purpose" and this statement is totally false. I have all the products in my home only. May be i have ordered for my friends or family. There is not mentioned point that i cannot do so. I have not ordered anything in bulk so that you can say that i am ordering for reselling purposes. I have ordered single product every time and for personal use only but still today i got mail and it was written there that my account was banned for this purpose only. My flipkart account was attached with [protected] number.

    Please check the full history manually and do not depend on system check. I am also a flipkart plus member. This is not the behavior that i was expecting from flipkart. Flipkart is sending sending same email again and again from 3 weeks, they are not even calling me for the proper explanation.

    I hope my account get backs to normal state and i can again use flipkart.

    I am also facing a similar problem. Flipkart has blocked my account. I have 20000rs gift card voucher linked to my account. Now neither Flipkart is unblocking my account nor am I able to use those vouchers. Because without the account unblocked, I will not be able to transfer those vouchers to another Flipkart account. Nor am I able to use those vouchers because those vouchers are linked to the gift card wallet of my blocked account. Flipkart has blocked my account as well as my money.

    Having complained about this, I have been back 50 times in a month, so far neither my account has been unblocked nor my vouchers have been unlinked.

    Flipkart keeps sending me the same kind of email every time I am tired of contacting them again and again.

    I beg Flipkart to solve my problem soon. I am very upset

      My guess what account has been blocked by flipkart as i was using two account. On same mobile i regret also but now i am unable to use any account.
      It's my request to flipkart please allow my account to again use guess what game zone on my mobile

        Hi,
        I purchased a dslr from flipkart. Soon after the product arrived we initiated a return request as it was looking like a duplicate product. Also the seal of the product was broken. We raised the request on time when it was well within the returnable date range. They initially denied the request saying that the reason is incorrect. On contacting them over call, customer care representative told that he is raising it back on my behalf and will be taken care in 48hrs. We waited for 3-4 days but din't received any call. Now they are saying that it has crossed 10 days time period thereby exceeding the time period of return.

        I've raised the request two times and both the times you guys have cancelled it by saying that the reason request is not valid. Now I am not getting any option to return as it has already exceeded 10 days time. This is a great way to delay the process and then deny it basis of your 10 days rule.
        The product is received is looking duplicate, also the seal was broken so I raised a request of return by selecting "Different product received". Let me know in which category it will fall.

          Incident: in[protected], incident: in[protected]. My account got blocked by flipkart. I am returning the product where i get damage products. Flipkart doesn't understand the customer needs. I have purchased a lot (In lakhs) from flipkart and refer to friends use this. Though i am doing this much, flipkart blocked my account and cancelled all orders. I have one product which is defect now, and i can't make return because flipkart is blocked my account. My friend booked the panda musical walker and the adjustment was broken, for that delivery person told that i will come and picked up later. Then he didn't come and the return period is over. He is now no way to rectify that. Such a pathatic service and policies from flipkart. If their product delivers in good condition, no one will return. Only in the case of damages, we request for replacement or refund.

            Packet delivered had scrap inside, this is case of cheating and fraud product was missing till date flipkart has not done anything, od[protected] [incident: in[protected]], i have been cheated, if not provided product or refund, i have provided all proofs and witness statement, videos and same has been attached, and letter of acceptance by kent ro installation agent who has opened packet and found scrap inside of old printer and news paper.
            This is the way consumers are being cheated i am old flipkart customer and purchased lots of product and same can be verified with order history but i was not expecting that such act of cheat and theft will be done by flipkart.
            In future i will have to think thousand times if i have to purchase from flipkart and recommend others not to shop.

            Till now no one has contacted me and spoken to me and provided updates, i only called customer care and mailed them informations, agent is not able to provide satisfactory answer and not connected me to his seniors.

              I ordered a phone on 20-8-19 on flipkart. I paid all amount. But after 5 days waiting. Waiting-waiting they still didn't packed phone. Packet status is showing only order revived after 5 days. Not any forum to complaint this.
              Customer care is too irresponsible, they don't have idea y this product was not packed still at all. Customer care don't have seller contact details. First its promise date was 25-8-19 now its date became 27-8-19 automatically.

                  I have purchase PlayStation plus subscription from flipkart on 04 August 2019. After purchase they ask my purchase cash memo and playstation pus card details so they give me a ID, password which give me access to use PlayStation plus service. I give all the information they want, and then they provide me a ID and password, but in few days they change the password, i call them about this, then they provide another ID password, Again after few days they change id, password, when i ask them to give me id password they ignore me, and not providing PS plus id password. please help me about this issue.

                    unable to add gift card

                    I have a gift card but i am unable to add the same to my account as i am getting an error message "this card belongs to a wallet and direct transactions are not allowed on this card." i got the gift card as a part of the annual benefits for spending on axis bank buzz credit card. If it is the case then what is the use of the gift card and it is ultimately useless for the customers....

                          Dear sir/madam

                          My name is ashish sharma. I have been facing some issues from the last 24 days. Which is my account blacklisted and payment not refunded.

                          Flipkart id - ashish. [protected]@gmail.com

                          I ordered realme x 128gb mobile worth of rs-19999/- on 31/07/2019 through flipkart gift card voucher. On 3/08/2019 my order has been cancelled. Then i received mail from flipkart

                          "we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account"

                          I replied to flipkart that i purchased all the products for my personal use. I explained them so many times. I already told them if you want any proof then i will send you pictures of all the product but my account is still blacklisted.

                          Now the 2nd part of the issue is my amount refund. Flipkart promised me to refund my money by 15/08/2019. So i mailed and called them so many times regarding refund. They said your refund is already initiated by egv on 15/08/2019.

                          Now the problem is when i'm using those gift card into another flipkart id its showing error like "this card is belong to a wallet. Direct transaction are not allowed". Its mean my vouchers is still linked to my blacklisted account (Ashish. [protected]@gmail.com).

                          Now how can i use my vouchers. You blacklisted my account and i'm unable to use my gift card voucher. Now what should i do?

                          I complained 7-8 times flipkart customer care over call, i have already mailed grievance office 2 times, i have mailed 50 times to [protected]@flipkart.com and also tweet 20 times at #flipkartsupport on twitter. But my issue is still remain and also i didn't get any satisfactory answer from flipkart. I have all the proof that how many times i contacted you.

                          Kindly remove my account from the blacklist. So i can use that amount.

                          Please understand the nature of the problem. I'm facing soo much problem regarding this.

                          Kindly help me out to get my money back. It has been too long since i didn't get any satisfactory reply from your side and i am facing problem regarding same.

                          You have solved half of my problem by refunding but half of my problem is still remaining. As I told you, I made this order through Flipkart Gift Card Voucher's. First I added gift card vouchers to my wallet and then placed the order.

                          Now when I use those vouchers, I get an error
                          "This card is belongs to a wallet direct transaction are not allowed on this card"

                          This means that my gift card vouchers are still linked to my ashish.[protected]@gmail.com account. Until I transfer those vouchers to another account, how will I be able to use them ?

                          You have blacklisted my account Ashish.[protected]@gmail.com I am not able to login to that account. So tell me, how will I login to the account and how will I be able to use the vouchers that are linked with my account wallet ?

                          I am sending you a screenshot of account login and a screenshot of the error of gift card vouchers. You are requested to please see this and help me.

                          I hope that you will solve my problem this time, please understand my strength, I have become very depressed.

                            I ordered wireless mouse on 24th august 2019 from flipkart with online paid. Due to late expected delivery i cancelled that order. Flipkart assured refund within 24 hours to bank account but till now not credited. Now flipkart gave another date for update regarding refund. They ignores my refund request.                               I have ordered one canon printer - pixma g2000 (Prepaid order id - od[protected] to flipkart on 9 august 2019, which was supposed be delivered through delhivery courier on 16 august. It was a 'fully paid order' and not 'cash on delivery'. But they had neither delivered it on that date, nor on the extended dates (19th & 21st). They raised a false aligation that they couldn't able at contact me over phone on all these three days. The aligation is not true since i was beside my mobile phone on all these three days and hadn't found any misscall alert. Now flipkart has cancelled the order one sided. Today, flipkart's customer support representative informed us that the printer got damaged by the delivery boy of the courier (I recorded the conversation and kept the screenshot of all the communications) and requested me once again to sent a fresh order for which i need to pay more than rs 1000 extra. It is absolutely a fraud from the side of the flipkart which i wish to cerculate for proper redressal.

                                I purchased onida washing machine which got delivered on 12 aug but no 1 has came for the instalation since so many days i complained 3 times but flipkart says it wud be done in 24 hrs but still not done, even i got call frm onida but that guy dont want to come after 5pm as we r govt servants bedore 5 house is lock so they dont want to come even onida is not giving proper service flipkart has taken money and i cant even use the product and if i wud open the parcel n the product is damaged then they will say y u have opened the parcel without our instalation guy

                                  I added a gift card last year and forget to use the balance amount. I did not received any message/ notification for my wallet money to expired. I see there is no amount in my ewallet now. I checked with flipkart customer care they said that your money got expired without any intimation.

                                  I got a call from Flipkart support but it got dropped while discussing the issue. Kindly call me again to resolve it asap.
                                  I had added Rs5000/ to my flipkart account from a gift card on 19th March 2021.On the same day I also added another gift card to amazon account. But after one year I found zero balance in my account though I haven't used the entire amount without any information. But in my amazon account I found the available unused balance. So it is purely cheating to the customers. Flipcart has cheated nearabout Rs1500 to me.So please refund my money.

                                    मैंने एक मोबाइल redmi 7a 22 जुलाई को फ्लिप्कार्ट द्वारा ऑनलाइन ख़रीदा जो कि मुझे 22 जुलाई को डिलीवर हुआ.उसमे कनेक्टिविटी प्रॉब्लम है, जिससे की नेट नहीं चलता है, रीस्टार्ट करने पर थोड़ी देर चलता है..फिर कनेक्टिविटी लॉस्ट...इसके बाबत मैंने 4 august को शिकायत की, फ्लिप्कार्ट ने एक तकनीशियन भेजा जो कि बोला की आप फ्लाइट मोड ऑफ करके ऑन करे चल जायेगा...ऐसा करने पर नेट चला फिर वाही बात...१ घंटे चले और बंद...शायद हमको फ़ोन यूज़ करना नहीं आता वर्ना हमें भी पता होता की वो हमे मुर्ख बना रहा है, मैं सॉफ्टवेर इंजिनियर हूँ और मुझे शायद उससे ज्यादा ही मालूम होगा, इसके बाबत मैंने फिर 13 august को कंप्लेंट की जिसके बदले में फिर वाही तकनीशियन आया और वाही बात फिर कही, मेरे फॉर्म पर सिग्नेचर न करने के वावजूद उसने आगे सही होने का कहकर बता दिया, मैंने उसकी शिकायत की तो फ्लिप्कार्ट वाले बोले आपके नजदीकी कंपनी के सर्विस सेंटर मैं दिखा दे और उसका एड्रेस एंड मोबाइल न शेयर करे, पर फ़ोन जमा न करना वर्ना हमारी कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं है, मैं जब सर्विस सेंटर गया और वहा दिखाया तो वह बोला सॉफ्टवेर और हार्डवेयर प्रॉब्लम है पर आपको फ़ोन जमा करना होगा और फ़ोन खुल जायेगा, और आपको jobsheet दी जाएगी, मैंने जमा नहीं करवाया, अब फ्लिप्कार्ट वाले बोलते है आपको jobsheet लेनी चाहिए जबकि jobsheet लेने के बाद फ़ोन वापिस return नहीं होता, इसका मतलब यह हुआ की नया फ़ोन लेने के बाबजूद मुझे उसकी सर्विस करानी होगी, क्यों, यह चीटिंग है, अब 15 दिन हो चुके है और जब भी फ्लिप्कार्ट से कांटेक्ट किया जाता है 48 घंटे में सलूशन का आश्वासन दिया जाता है और क्लियर seller मैं return and replace होने के वावजूद कोई न कोई बहाना बना रहे है और टाइम निकाल रहे है...कृपया उचित कार्यवाही करे

                                      Delay of delivery of my order from flipkart. I ordered a sleepwell mattress. Promised delivery date was 14th august, my order was out for delivery from 14 july but i didn't get it. On 16th august i recieved a txt msg from e-kart logistic, that they will deliver tomorrow means on 17th of august but they didnt delivered till now. When i was called the flipkart costomer care they asked me a time till 19th august. After that they asked me to wait till 20th august for resolution from their end. I was not recieved any resolution or my product from them till today. Everytime i call the customer care they asked me to wait 24-48 hours. Every time same reply from them. Even i am unable to cancel my order. My order is prepaid by credit card. I have sent many mail to them but no reply. Kindly solve my problem and deliver my order as soon as possible. I am so disappointed by this delay of delivery of my order.
