I have provided all the details, and this reply from flipkart is totally vague and factless, I have only returned one product out of the order id's mentioned and two products were for replacement(size change).
While i am asking for the items which i have paid for:
1) Ordered 3 jockey track-pants, recieved only one. (prepaid order)
2)when flipkart say's high number of returns i have countered that statement also.
3)when flipkart has a 30 day return policy without any clause to restrict the number of returns, and all returns made under compliance with policies, instead flipkart should work upon quality of the products they deliver, although i have not made much returns, but as per policy i can return every product if found not suitable for use.
4) The order id's mentioned above has other 5 products which are fake / defective i.e not suitable for my use stuck with me, i am not able to return that also, since my account is inappropriately blocked.
5) i have ordered few products on cash on delivery, which were not delivered to me because flipkart's backend team has blocked my account meanwhile.
I have wasted more than 3 months to explain this to many flipkarts executives, they understood the issue, but flipkarts backend team always replies with the same vague and fact less answer.
This is harassment and one sided judgement, i have asked there team concerned over the matter to call me and better understand the issue, no call received till now. this clearly proves their fraudulent intentions.

Updated by sj77 if flipkart's backend team want's to discuss product specific returns also, for previous orders, i am ready for that also.
I can bash them with genuine and valid proof's and can prove how fraud and in genuine activities are done by flipkart.
