Dear flipkartteam,

This is briing to you kind notice that, i had ordered redmi note 7pro on 14th aug 2019, but till 20th august it is not delivered. If i didn't get in 7 days then why should order from flipkart.
The order was cancelled on 20th august vide cancelled order id.[protected]
But still refund was not credited to my account.

It is my humble request, kindly revert with the status of my refund. Other wise i will go to consumer court.

Pls note that, expecting your revert in a day or two. Otherwise i will post on my all social media accounts as fraud flipkart to spread worldwide & i have many followers in my social media accounts to spread in a minute.

    I have ordered a watch from flipkart which delivery is showing for 30 august and today it is 31 of august. It has delayed that is issue and i received product out for delivery message from flipkart today.
    Just i want to complaint against fake promises by company and fake guidance to customer. It is never expected by any company like flipkart. Please mention my words and raise a complaint against flipkart. I am uploading screenshots what i have received from flipkart.

        Myself avnish kumar. I was ordering mobile and other things for my family's and friends but suddenly flipkart blocked my account. When i ask for unblock they told me i think you are reselling our products. How flipkart know without any research. I'm not reselling any product. I was order for my joint family and friends because they don't know about e commerce this was totally disappointing for me. I have 850 gift voucher money in my account.

          Dear sir/madam, i had originally purchased furniture item from flipkart online e commerce website as on 10.06.2019. Product received with defect and same replacement place as on 01.07.2019. Again new product delivered as on 16.07.2019. Same issue occured in re place product and hence return call request. Till date there is after uninstallation product pick up not done. With the above process mentally torchered by e commerce company with time lag and defiency in service. Hence provide grievence for the same.

            Sir/madam,
            I have purchased blaupunkt tv model no. Bla[protected] from flipkart invoice no. Fab2az[protected], date-12.10.2018. This television is under warrenty period.

            17 july 2019 i have found my tv av1 and av2 port not working (Previously i havent used this port) i. E. Audio was not comming from this port. I have contact blaupunkt customer care for rectification of fault.
            Jeeves engineer comes many times but he havent sort out problem. Then he decided to change card main motherboard card, after too many days another person comes from jeeves and replaced faulty motherboard card, but service engineer done wrong connection and led card also burnt, now main motherboard card and led card both becomes faulty due to his mistake (I. E. Due to wrong connection done by jeeves service engineer).

            Now till date my tv is completely dead, i have contact customer care of blaupunkt and jeeves several times. No one is responding me.

            I have attached invoice reciept and some photos of faulty card with this mail.

            My tv is in warrenty peroid, i am requesting you sir take this matter to higher authority and i want replacement of tv or refund.

            My tv is completely dead from two and half months, please reply me as soon as possible.

                Not delivered to expected date and customer care not have ability to resolve the issue.

                Check my all call recordings from 29th aug to till now and u guys check the issue. I fed of telling all 3 level to multiple times.

                This was escalated till manager level.
                I already told the issue almost 15 times to 10 people customer care agents including senior level and manager.

                I fed up o[censored]r service, i want refund of full money with product. Otherwise i file a complaint in consumer court. Coz u i lost 1000rs of my travel fare due to not getting the production time.

                If i lost money also no problem, i will make flipkart to roam to the court, i will add ceo and owner also. Let them understand the issue.

                  I placed an order for nick jones dashing stereo super bass earphone with lightening connector wired headset with mic (White, in the ear)
                  With order id od[protected] amounting to rs.1349 on 22nd august (Thursday 3:08 pm).

                  The product was delivered on thursday, aug 29, 2019 at around 7 pm vide e-kart - with tracking id fmpc[protected].

                  I checked it last night with my mobile phone and it was not working. I wanted to confirm the defect and this morning i tried connecting the ear phone with two other samsung and apple phones also and it is not working at all.

                  After paying such a high price for a ear phone, it is surprising that a defective phone has been delivered by flip kart (Or without checking). There is no brand name or any other details mentioned on the box that contains the phone which is very surprising.

                  Request you to replace this immediately on priority please.

                    I was purchased hp 15q core i3 7th gen - (4 gb/1 tb hdd/windows 10 home) 15q-ds0006tu laptop order id : od[protected]Order date : 15th july-2019) on date of 18th july-2019 to the friend who is staying in benglur. After usage of 14 days (Over of 10 days of replacement policy) it was found as defective and not working at all (Software issue). I want to complain on fraud of seller: retal net and flipkart authority too. I won’t leave this issue and i am very bad on this fraud issues by flip kart sellers. I request you to take action for this fraud and provide me with the laptop which i have ordered for price 27, 840/- as a compensation for my waste of time well. Please justice for this.

                        I purchase a mobile from flipkart and the camera of that was not working properly a technician visited me and promise me to approve my refund request but after some hours i found that the technician (Jeeves) has forwarded the wrong information that my device is damaged which is absolutely wrong and i have a written prove from technician on a feedback form regarding the issue that my device is having a camera defect not damaged by me because it is mentioned in the feedback form that my device is in a good condition and having harware related camera issue.

                            Hi, i had made an order of samsung a50 on 28th august ‘19. Payment was through and amount debited from my account but no confirmation received. When contacted flipkart customer service i was told transaction is in pending status and i will get notification either of oder confirmation or refund within 24 hrs. I waited for more than 24 hrs but no update arrived. So again contacted customer service and this time they told i have wait for resolution for 6 days more as it is pending with seller. I do not understand the logic behind this waiting game. When i am giving proof of my payment and asking for refund it should have been done immediately rather playing a waiting game. As a customer i am not bothered what agreement flipkart has with their logistics suppliers. Now for any technical fault why a customer will suffer. It’s really unfortunate and irresponsible conduct from flipkart. Do not let customer to refrain using flipkart in future.
                            I paid rs. 18490/- and i want my money back asap. Please take this as my official complaint against flipkart customer service department and policy management as well.

                                  I purchased samsung 253 l frost free double door 3 star refrigerator delivered on damage condition on 14th august. Return option is not appearing for me. I called around 20 times to customer care everyone tells technical issues need to wait for 24 to 48 hours.
                                  I write multiple mails cc'ed cs-head but never seen such worst company and worst response from customer care.

                                    As a matter of fact, courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item to subash. You informed right, but understand my problem, so many times i speak flipkart c. Care exeutive person clearly i told prouduct shipped done but i ordered vivo z1pro (Sonic blue, 64 gb). But box inside product is realme pro. Who make mistake you can analise, why i am suffer for the issue. My mistake is only buy flipkart online only. Delivery packing box pasting address label name is subash, but inside address slip is shipping adress : praveen, 5middle street thalatheru, karaikal - 609605, puduchery. (I have a proof as per attachment. You see attachment then you think and give good solution. I pay 17000 for vivo z1pro (Sonic blue, 64 gb) but you delivered mobile cost is 14000 who bare this amount, if this is for your problem you can accept, so please think genuine and sort out my problem. Already one month gone. Iam so tired. Why you told reply email, so many time i send the mail again and again.

                                      Hi i am an affiliate of many brands. I have a approved payment of rs.5899 even though i have reached the minimum payout still they haven't transfered my amount. I have contacted the affiliate team several times but so far no reply. I need my payment immediately so please take immediate action.

                                      I have crossed affiliate limit but still i have not received my payment till now. Mails are not being responded to. Please help me here.

                                      I had tried to contact flipkart affiliate but they are not responding to mails or to the contact us option in the website. The service is so disappointing and poor

                                        Hi,

                                        This is vasu, actually i order crocs sandals, but i got damaged product. This order is 3rd time order.
                                        When i put first time ordered croc's sandals automatically after shipping it is out of stock finally it is cancelled.
                                        When i put second time ordered croc's sandals. Delivary person call me one time that time i am in company, i am also told to him available at 2pm, but he is cancelled my product.
                                        When i put third time ordred croc's sandals. I got ordered when i saw the product that it is damaged.
                                        Please think my end. Every single rupee is value in my life and every life.
