Hi i want to inform flipkart is lawyer because they do not provide a complete satisfaction and beacuse some day ago flipkart deactivated my flipkart account and it's cause i have loss of some money in my flipkart wallet (Gfit card value 599 is left) but do not provide my refund or my gift card card amount i am not satisfied so i want to please help me

    I been trying to login my account from last week but this error coming again and again. I tried calling customer care they replied me that you have more number of canceled orders.. But my answer for this is i haven't canceled any order 75% or more are canceled by flipkart only without reason and now they have blocked my access to account.. I have money stored in flipkart gift card.. They are not responding to send me my money back or delink my gift card from account... I have order mobile recently i want my access to account for generating invoice if required in further.. I have raised this issue from all sides to flipkart but they aren't responding well they just want to steal the money.. They are forwarding same mails and messages again and again..

    Please help me to get my money and account access.

        I have ordered the phone back cover on flipkart a few weeks ago. It is not suited for my phone so i had returned the product and they informed me that that are refunding money on july 22. But they are not. They message me as.

        Refund processed: the refund of rs. 289.0 for your order od[protected] is successfully transferred to your card and it will be credited by jul 22, 2019.

If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your debit card before reaching out to the bank. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.

          Today I ordered a mobile honor 9n MRP: 8999. Its offer price was Rs 1500. The order had been placed and I had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But at 4.00 pm the order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever. They also promised to give compensation against the following and now they refused.             I ordered a redmi note 7 via debit card payment which i cancelled on the next 3day sat, 15th june because order is too late delivery so cancelled order

            The order no is od[protected]

            They said refund was initiated and provided a bank transaction id no which was of no use when i asked bank about it. They promised refund within 3rd july, the refund amount was not received in my bank. They asked me to contact bank and i did. The bank said they didn't receive any payment and asked me to complain via flipkart and seller.

            I again complained but flipkart keeps saying that we initiated your refund. However flipkart isn't providing any bank references no or legal bank statement to as proof from seller and no money is payed to my account.

            Kindly take my complaint against this and refund my money via flipkart.
            They have updated in my order page that refund completed but no refund is received in my account.

            Flipkart again took complaint and expanded the date by saying the issue will be resolved by 6th july. I don't trust them anymore as they keep delaying and ignoring my issue. I want to get my refund asap.

            Kindly take legal action against them.

            As per your reply, I visited my bank branch, "the bank grivance department told me there's no any transaction to your account regarding your request, and no any pending or holding money to your account so contact your sender(seller) again to send. We cannot find out any transaction using to your transaction reference number, we can check only using UTR number so ask UTR number from your sender". Now what should I do. Two months passed still am not getting my amount back. What's is the real procedure to get back. I am from Tamilnadu but the Flipkart Tamil customer care didn't provide right solution, they told again and again what he said beginning. Please help me to get back and give right solution for this issue.

                  I ordered redmi k20 pro smart phone through flipkart order #od[protected]. I waited around one week for this item, i got message that i will get item on sunday (21.07.2019), then its showing delivery on monday. Tuesday i tracked the status (Ekart logistics - fmpc[protected]) its showing my order is cancelled without any notice. I am very disappointed, my time also gone, its an flagship item also flash sale, i couldn't book the mobile again. I need the item today or i need compensation. Please do the needful.

                      Hi team,

                      I purchased a marq by flipkart 1 ton 3 star split ac - white on 03-jun-19 through order id od[protected] trusting flipkart and made a worse decision of my life. This got delivered on 07-jun-19 and 12-jun-2019 it got installed through jeeves as recommended and arranged by flipkart. Jeeves send a person (Raju bhai) to install an ac who has never installed an ac in his life. Secondly, he was without the tools and i have to provide him with some of the tools. Thirdly he was clueless of the wiring and was asking me to help. He took 4 and half hours to install the ac. Now i have a problem with the quality of installation done. The pipes are not bent correctly and instead of tools he was using his hands for this, both the pipes are not aligned with the wall and the ac and are not properly aligned. The ac is not fit correctly on the wall stand and there is an inch gap between wall and ac. The pipes are not beneath the ac rather they are coming out. He said this is done like this only. Now after he went i kept the ac working for 2 to 3 days and find out that the water instead of going through the drain pipe is coming out from all places in the ac onto my wall and also drain from the compressor.

                      This is a truly a frustrating experience for me and i want a resolution asap. This reflects on the marq brand and i will surely take it on every social platform if this is not taken care i [censored] urgently by an experienced engineer who knows about ac rather than a person from jeeves who not know an ac and came to install it.

                      Looking for urgent intervention, resolution, and action against the person responsible.

                        I bought a mobile on 13 july 2019 from flipcart and seller name is truecomretail. After receiving mobile there are some issues in mobile :-
                        1. Overheating
                        2. Finger scanner not working properly etc.
                        I put return request three times, all time my request had been cancle without any genuine reason and i called many times to flipcart customer care but no worth of calling and time, no proper resolution. Today is the last date of return policy and i again put request for return today.
                        When i put request 3rd time then i received senior team call, they verified problem and after that technician visit for my mobile is also done. Technicial checked my mobile, the issues which i mention was genuine it is said by technician and gives fake news to company and they cancle my request. I am facing lot of problem from last 10 days. So please it is request to you to help me and return/refund of my product.

                          Hello, i purchased the sony wireless headphones through flipkart which is worth 6k, at a discount price of 3k. But it is looking not worth 6k product. Build quality is not good.

                          I know that there is no refund policy at supplier except replacement.
                          But the headphone is not fitting on to my ear and its giving pain if i use for more than 10 mins.
                          So i want replacement with another product/headphones from same supplier which will suit my comfort while using it. Else initiate refund.
                          Now flipkart telling that our policy doesn't allow for refund or exchange and expecting me to use or not or keep it aside but refund or exchange cannot be done.in that case coz of flipkart i'm at a loss of 3k.

                          So need proper solution for this issue.

                          Also 2 years back I bought sony xb550 wired headphones for 2.6k which has very good output and comforts while using for long time and no ear pain. Now when spending higher amount for a similar product and its comfort & output not upto mark compared to xb 550, giving pain to ear, what point I have to use it as flipkart suggesting they can't do anything. Then it's a waste of money for me.
                          I need justice on this.
                          Attaching the images of both new and old headphones. Red is my old headphones and black is current one. Even from current wireless headphones wire is visible from head strap.

                          Note : I purchased this wireless headphones as my phone doesn't support 3.5mm jack.

                          Compare the build quality of both worth 3k product and a 6k product by looking at images.

                          My priority is to opt for refund, else provide me another wireless headphones within same price range from same vendor which i can use properly without anybear pain.

                          This wh-ch500 model, is so compact pressing my ears so request is to return and refund.

                          Till now no one has reverted from flipkart. Multiple times I had conversations with them they are saying one thing that is seller policy can't do anything. Indirectly they are saying even if the product has fitting issue, u use it or not but can't be refund or exchange. The same seller is selling different items, but they are not ready for exchange as well. If they exchange I will also be happy by using a headphones with comfort and their money is also not gone. Also I mentioned ch500 is for 2999 and exchange it with boat rockerz 500 which is 1900 approx. Flipkart and seller are anyway in profit. I dnt want refund for the balance l. Need comfort while using. If they put same sony headphones in flipkart again they will get more money as per current price which is some where 4200.

                            On arrival mobile was dead and damaged (Screen scratches). 2 scratches was on screen. I request your team for replacement of product on above given reason and technician confirmed that product was dead and damaged. Your team is not responding properly.
                            Your helping flipkart team is not mentioning dead product and damaged product on replacement, they mentioning only dead product. I file compaint 2nd time but your assistance is not giving amy good respons.
                            . Your team rejected my replacement request and saying wait for 3 days. Why i should wait for more 3 days. I give you money prepaid and your service playing with my 18000rs.

                              I have order for fristo women black shoulder bag (Color: black, seller:
                              Fristo) and i have received totally different color :sand (Fristo women black shoulder bag _
                              When i asked for the replacement on customer care as per them the product is not in stock and when i checked the same on their website it is available.
                              Flipkart is cheating customer like us and given fake offers of any products so request you to please take some serious action.

                                Dear sir,
                                I have purchased vu 50 inch led from flipcart which delivered on 19th july & installation commited on 20th july by jeeves service patner but till now installation not completed. As per flipkart they escalated to service partner jeeves & jeeves team daily rescheduling the installation without informing to me. Its very irretating situation.

                                  I have brought unique gaget sunglass mp3 player from flipkart, that was not in a good quality and product name mismatch, i have registered return with refund option twice but they cancelled my returns without notification, now they said replacement option but i dont have any trust on that product and seller so ask them to refund they said no refund

                                  However they show the refund option but seller won't accept such...

                                    I order a product from flipkart micromax led tv in my product display lines are comming but their is no resolution from brand side flipkart only says to contact to brand as the product is under warranty after 1 month i receive support from brand then the technician comes and check my tv and says that replacement of the product will be done i said in how many day it will be done technician says within 5 to 7 days days reached but there is no resolution no replacement i contact that technician he said that replacement product is not come yet so contact brand from flipkart side also they said to contact brand brand says that replacement will be send soon the issue is reaches 1 month time but my replacement is not come yet so plzzz help

                                      Recently i ordered a smartphone of price 18489 but due to wrong colour i cancelled it, but i didn't get refund money of my order id, od[protected], i contacted with flipkart customer service 100 time but they are saying to contact with the bank and bank saying contact with the sender (Flipkart) 18500 very high amount for me please😫🙏🙏 help me with this, please help

                                        What a stupid product from "flipkart"
                                        I already complained that the trimmer received have hair on it .And replace it
                                        But the replaced trimmer have more hair than the first trimmer.
                                        I never want to buy any product from this site .they will always cheat me.
                                        I need to get back my money and cancel the order
                                        And the cleaning brush is also missing
