Real face of flipkart exposed in these 10 points.. Must read b4 placing prepaid orders
1. I was a flipkart plus member n ordered more than 50 products a month from flipkart n received worst experience from flipkart..
A big fraud flipkart brand initially sent highly unprofessional ill-mannered wishmasters for delivery from its ekart logistics namely ashish, nawajish n shadab at my premises who misconducted with me repeatedly..
2. When i raised complaint flipkart / its logistics ekart ignored all my complaints n started bad politics against me.
3. Flipkart/ekart started fraudulent activities in my account i. E. Cancelled all my replacements, returns of damaged/defective/wrong products by marking fake attempts in my account.
4. Flipkart, their ekart logistics n sellers cancelled many of my orders with fake reasons which ultimately counted as customer rejected it. Also, removed replacement n exchange request option from my account on several products so that return request will increase in my account n they get a chance to block it, but still my returns were at minimum stage
5. Suddenly one day, i was blamed with false allegations of too many unusual returns n my account was blocked.
6. Now, flipkart not refunding my advanced paid money n blocked my account so that i cant even check my order ids, ordered undelivered products.
7. According to flipkart, they blocked my account and now, i m out of buyer protection policy which means customer will not be provided any further replacement or refund of defective / damaged delivered products.
8. Flipkart did intentional fraud n eaten away all my advanced paid money n earned super coins.
9. Flipkart cheated me n mentally harassed me repeatedly to extreme level. Flipkart treat customers in a highly pathetic manner.. Even their last level of escalation [protected]@flipkart.com persue no values for customers. Regret to shop from flipkart.
10. Request flipkart to refund my money of defective/damaged/wrong/undelivered products n unblock my account asap.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
