Respected sir,

I would like to inform you that i had purchased the asus 6z on date 2 july 2019 having price 31, 999 rs. I am having some techinal issue with this phone network problem, hanging issue, and also in camera on flip when switching the camera. So i want refund for the same, i am not satisfy with this product on this initial stage. If the refund is not possible then i would be purchased one plus 7 in against of this but i do not accept it the replacable unit of asus 6z. Kindly solve this issue.

The customer executives are behavesirresponsible .they are extent the complaint when the return policy end.around 2 months ago..i purchased the product from flipkart.i called them hundreds of time.           I am really fed up and struggling to get my product delivered or the refund for the damaged and broken product i have received.

          It has been more than a month since i have placed the order and it was damaged and broken on arrival. I informed flipkart about it immediately but no action has been taken except for false promises.

          My return pickup has been canceled multiple times and yesterday one of your representatives called me and said "it can not be returned now and we can not do anything about it", when i lost my calm and asked her to make me talk to some senior executive she told me that she is raising the return request again and i need to wait for another week.

          It is already a frustrating experience, summers have already passed in the process and i am feeling stuck and regretting my decision of buying products from flipkart.

          I request you to kindly help me out and expedite the process of replacement or refund, whatever is possible.

            I had ordered a mocha brown coloured infinix hot 7 pro mobile but i got pink colour infinix hot 7 pro mobile. I created a return request which got rejected so again i created a return request, so again i got pink rose gold mobile. I called flipkart customer care they created a refund request which got rejected. Now i have to live with pink colour mobile. My return is return id -[protected].

              Recently i have brought a mobile from flipkart and same not working from day one and i have raised the complain against it for couple of the times before however not yet getting any resolution at all
              Well this is the worst ever service i received from flipkart
              When technician has already visit and he has checked my mobile and has already confirm that mobile system has been corrupted and that's why mobile need to be replaced
              So how long will you take for replacing the mobile
              And now i received a text that you have once again aligned a technician for checking the hand set
              I am not still getting why this taking this long
              I brought this mobile to use in however i am wasting my time and money too

              So please either get it return or refund my money asap

                I have placed a order for grocery item and selected delivery timeslot from 9 am to 1 pm. But flip kart changed time slot to 8 pm to 11pm. I tried to resolved the issue by contacting on cutomer care number but got replied that we are having logistics related issue and can't change your time of delivery. You have to pick the order after 8 pm or you can cancel your order.

                    I had purchased this marq brand smart tv in nov 2018 and since then, it has never worked properly. Off & on its has been malfunctioning and have raised multiple service requests till now for various issues. Its motherboard has also been changed once and again i had raised a complaint as tv was not accepting ip address of lan or wifi also, builtin chrome-cast is not working.

                    1st service request for the same issue was closed without being addressed, then i raised another one. This time service engineers visited and told me that motherboard needs to be changed again. But after that, flipkart is saying they dont won any responsibility for marq products.

                    Please help.

Since the product was delivered to you on 18 Nov 18, It has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this seller will not be able to fulfill replacement/refund for this order. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.

                    Hope you had the basic understanding of the word Service Request and would have checked ..MarQ Service Request No- 9600135 as mentioned above.

                    Do not talk as if seller is some else and not Flipkart. Here Flipkart is the Brand owner and seller both and as per warranty manual, page no 2, Flipkart is bound to provide all after sales service on Marq brand.

                    You might be successful in cheating others by shrugging off your responsibility on an imaginary third person, but it will not work with me. So stop uttering the same sentence like a parrot.

                      I am fellow customer of yours, whose account has been blocked/suspensed may be due to some reason.

                      I talked with your customer care representative many times, they always said "they escalated my issue to the concerned team and team will call you back later, but i have not received a call its been 3, 4, days now...

                      And most importantly i had to pay my flipkart pay later bill of around 2000 rupees that i can't pay bcoz of you.. So i won't be playing any penalty to you for that, and i had to return 2 products but reason you blocked my account i was not able to return them within the prescribed time as per the policy so i even not be paying for that products as well. And note the above concerns and inform your concerned team.

                      Please let me are they re-activating my account or i am free from any responsibilities... Respond asap!!!

                        Hi,

                        I ordered a fossil watch and paid the amount via phonepay.
                        But when the product came for delivery on 21st june, it came as cod product.
                        When checked with flipkart, they told, they had a technical issue, so they will reattempt.
                        But as the product was ordered as a birthday gift, we paid the amount and collected it and then asked flipkart to refund the amount as soon as possible, for which flipkart agreed.

                        1i received a mail, asking for bank details on 21st, which i provided on the same day
                        When i called and checked with them, they told it will be resolved by 24th.

                        2but on 25th i get a mail saying, its postponed to 25th.
                        Still i dont get any refund on 25th after waiting for a day and i wrote a mail enquiring the same

                        3i get response saying, wait for 48 hours on 25th

                        4 according to the mail, i had to wait again, for 2 more days to get refund on 27th.
                        In between, when i called to check for the status they said, it would be escalated and meanwhile i receive a mail again saying, it is postponed again to 28th.
                        I was literally fed up by waiting and seeing these mails.
                        5 on 28th, i get mail again asking for bank details, which was provided on 21st june itself.
                        And they also mention, the amount will be refunded in 5 business days. After waiting for 7 days, again they ask to wait for 5 more days.

                        If they were not aware of bank details, then how can they commit to resolve the issue by 28th is my question.
                        Either it was an excuse since they could not refund amount on 28th or there were sending false mails saying we will resolve it without knowing if they had bank details or not.

                        I wrote a mail and also called to customer care and spoke about the issue, as i was frustrated.

                        6on 29th, i get mail again asking for bank details.
                        I have been telling in my mails, bank details are provided. This was the 3rd time where they were asking for bank details again,
                        Instead of checking mails. Their reply made me feel as though it was auto generated mail without reading consumer concerns.

                        I again called customer care and told, details are already provided and you have been giving excuses. And sent as mail as well

                        7after this much of trouble, on 1st july, i get mail saying, the seller will be initiating the refund to bank account within 24 hours and the amount will be credited in 5 more business days.
                        By now i had a worst experience, i had to remind about the issue being not resolved every time by contacting the customer care or by writing mails but still they kept giving reasons and postponing

                        As per 1st july mail, 24 hours for initiating and 5 days for refund, that's by 6th i had to get the refund.

                        8 when i called up and checked for status, they assured me saying it will be resolved for sure on july 8th.

                        9on july 6th i get mail saying, in 5 business days i will get refund which was not acceptable at all after this much wait and after giving a 100% confirmation saying, it will be resolved by july 8th 6.30pm.

                        10i replied over the mail on july 6th, provided screenshots were they agreed for a final resolution date as 8th july.
                        Also mentioned for the second time, that i will raise a complaint.
                        Also i called them and spoke about it and told i will be raising complaint if not resolved.
                        Even after that they send same mail, saying refund initiated on july 1st within 24hours and will be refunded in 5 business days.

                        11on 8th when i don't get refund, i wrote last mail mentiontioning, i will raise complaint for their worst service.
                        I thought to myself to wait for a day on 9th and then raise complaint.

                        Every time, they sent false mail saying tried to contact. For the 1st time, i get call from them on 9th july.
                        I told them its been 19days and issue is not resolved.
                        She asked me to wait till 10th july, and started giving excuses.
                        Finally she also blamed about the seller saying, they have to follow procedure.
                        For which i replied, if you would have provided details on 21st june, by now i would have got refund and not to blame unnecessarily.

                        After that call, a mail was sent again from them saying refund initiated on july 1st within 24hours and will be refunded in 5 business days.
                        This mail is not even valid now, as from july 1st to july 6, the time period is already over and now it was july 9th, still i did not even receive the amount, but just getting mails.

                        12 today its 10th july, 20 days over, still i have not got refund.

                        Kindly take serious actions against this bad service and help me get the refund.

                            They Blocked my account since 24th of June and asking me to pay flipkart pay later amount. I am unable to access in my account because they blocked it without any good reason and as a result of that I am unable to login in my account and unable to pay flipkart pay later.

                            I complained to their customer support so many times and their backend team is not responding to me. I tried almost daily on call with their customer support and they forward the request to backend team and backend team not helping at all. Please take some needful action in this matter.

                            I have to pay my flipkart pay later. You need to activate the account for me to pay the amount due. If you can't, don't send me messages and mail regarding paying dues.This is not my mistake I am unable to pay amount. And also its my choice to pay amount for the order by any mode of payment method. Its not your call so give proof for which order you thought of that irregularities happened because for every order I paid full amounts.

                              I want to say that i hv an account in flipkart with mobile no. [protected].
                              I m unable to access my account from the last few months. I need invoice of my order for warranty purpose. But i m unable to open my account using my old username and password.in order to access my account i selected the forget button. Then i received otp. On entering the otp a screen was pop up to set a new password. Then i entered a new password. But the password was not updated and a screen was pop up showing message that "unable to update new password. Please retry." i m attaching screenshot for this.
                              I need invoice of my order for service centre as my order meets warranty conditions. I want to claim warranty on that. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                I am very old customer of flipkart. I bought many phones from it and also exchange the Old products many times. I regret to say this time my experience was not good with ekart. I place an order for redmi note 7s with exchange of my oppo f1s phone. Delivery boy denied to take the old product bcz of no such valid reason. Very disappointed. He refused to give my order and ask for remaining money. I am amazed why he denied to exchange the proper working phone. I request you to send someone else to examine my phone.

                                Further to the complaint if they rejected my phone then why my refund is not initiated yet?? Why they are making money from returning refunded amount?? If they are not supposed to exchange the phone then why they put offers on website?? Cheap marketing tactics. Disheartening experience with flipkart. Exchange the product or refund the money asap I will by the product from mi.com itself. There is No requirement of flipkart is they are going to treat their customers like this. Sorry to say Pathetic customer service.

                                  Most respectfully i want to say that i have an account in flipkart with mobile no.[protected]. I m unable to update my password. Even if i use my old account details my account is not responding. I m unable to place any order.
                                  Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                    I m your regular customer since 2 yrs.
                                    But i m sorry to admit that i m getting poor delivery service since 3 days.
                                    Even after request delivery man is coming
                                    Late of day after 3. Although laketown hub is near to dumdum. I m not able to get my order. Please do the needful or i shall leave flipkart or file complaint to other authority. My tracking i'd is fmpc[protected]. For casual shoes

                                      As they have deactivated my account without even understanding my problem.

                                      We have returned the ordered just because of not matching the items with
                                      The description as given on your website.

                                      After replacement also, we again received the different items.

                                      Now what we suppose to do?
                                      Obviously returned!

                                      Items which were not matching with your description only returned by us.

                                      Your delivery person is also the witnessed of picking up the different
                                      Items from us as compare to ordered ones.

                                      Could you please activate the account and returned the items or refund us.

                                      I placed an order and returned certain items because there was a discrepancy in what I ordered and what I received. I made a return and refund request within the stipulated time of purchase (2-Days). Your brand proudly claims a minimum of 10-day return policy, so, I was very much abiding by the policies mentioned on your website. In no way, did I try to go against the rules or your policies. You sent me the wrong items. What am I supposed to do? I had no choice but to return. You replaced the items and again sent me the wrong order. Please get your processes in order as I will not bear the brunt of your mismanagement and discrepancies. And, rather than rectifying your mistake, you deactivated my account. The number of returns increased because there is a flaw in your processes. Had you sent me the right items, I would have never taken such an action. I have been doing online purchases from various websites and never have I encountered such a problem. Moreover, now you are not accepting the wrong items you have ordered which are of worth INR[protected]. These items are a waste for me and a waste of my money as well. The fault is from your end and not mine. Activate my account, give my money back otherwise I will be forced to take stringent action.

                                        With due respect i want to say thay i have an account in flipkart with mobile no. [protected].
                                        I m unable to update my password. I made a complaint many times about this issue but no action was taken by flipkart to resolve this. Neither the customer care nor the helpline number are responding. I m not able to open my account from the last few months. I used my old username and password but it was not opening. Then i used the forget button. On receiving the code i entered the code successfully. And then screen was pop up to set a new password. I entered a new password but it was showing "unable to update new password please retry". I hv been facing this problem from the last few months.
                                        Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. And for this i m also attaching screenshot.
