Order packet was delivered to my mother senior citizen in a open packet, even the inner flipkart box was missing and seal on the phone box was already broken. I called that gay and recorded his conversation, in which agreed to all the above. I sent it to flipkart. And made them complaints many times.
In one of their reply they asked me to file a false fir, when i pointed this to them that i will not file a false fir, i will file only a right/true fir, since then they have rejected my request for replacement atleast 5-6 times, i still have time left as per my retrn policy, bt they are saying to contact mi brand.
Flipkart back end employees are utterly stupid, they do their work blindly without applying their mind, they are the most worthless gys in their team.
I also talked to their seniors 2 times they assured me that they will replace my phone, but, they are also full of *.
I also mailed them a 5 page letter telling them the problems i have been facing, detailing how i have been calling them almost everyday for 9 days, but nothing from them also.
If anyone knows how i can escalate this issue let me know.

I jasbir singh, r/o d-850 ground floor, new friends colony, near sujan mahinder hospital, new delhi -110025 mobile: [protected], [protected]. Had ordered a redmi note 7s (Ruby red, 64 gb) in exchange, fully paid up at the time of placing the order on 01 july, 2019.
On 02 july, 2019, 5.20 pm your courier guy had delivered my order to my mom, then from that phone that was to be exchanged my mother called me, i also talked to your courier guy from the same phone that was to be exchanged, he told me that “physically the exchange phone looks ok and there seems to be no issues with the exchange phone, but i have to take it to my senior, he will check it, if at that time any problems are found in the exchange phone then, u will receive a message from flip kart saying that exchange phone not received deposit the balance amount, than he said that you don’t need to worry we will deposit that amount on your behalf by selling your exchange phone in the marketplace”.
I told him that as per flipkart policy, you have to check the phone here and now only, i will not be responsible for later on at all.
After that he agreed to it then said your exchange phone is ok, i am giving the order parcel to your mom, and he disconnected the call, took the exchange phone from on which we were talking and left.
After that i called my mom on the landline, to tell her to keep the packet safe and then she told me that the outer cover was already torn open and your courier guy had taken out the phone box from that torn cover, phone box seal was also broken, there was also no flipkart box in it (I did not know flipkart box has to be there, your phone executive had asked me for it, which my mom confirmed was not present.), he took the new phone out of the box and handed it to my mom telling her it’s the policy of flipkart to show the phones to the customers now. After i heard this, i disconnected the call to my mom and called your courier guy, i asked him again and again why was the package torn and why did he deliver an open seal box phone to my mom, in midway of this call i stated to record this call, as i felt that that there is something wrong about this guy, on that call i repeatedly asked the guy why was the package torn and why did he deliver an open seal box phone, and during this call, i also told him that i have a recording showing that the packet was torn (This was a bluff, so that he tells the truth, i also asked him, when my did not ask to open the box or the package why did he do it, i also asked him to return and replace the new phone again and again, he only said you call flipkart and ask them to replace, i cannot do it.
Then on july 2 /2019, 5.40 pm, for 10-15 min after i disconnected his call, i talked with flipkart, i told your executive everything about open package, open seal, open phone, that your courier guy wanted to sell my exchange phone in the market, also told him i have your courier guy recording i can share with him.. Told him everything. I then asked him for replacement because of open outer package and broken phone box seal, he told me that he cannot process the request since the courier guy has not shown the product as delivered, so until he does that he cannot process the request, he asked me to call again when i receive phone delivered message.

Then on july 02/19, at 8.52 pm i got the phone delivered message, i did not bother to call flipkart at that time, because i thought that the executive i talked to in the evening would have written my complaint, so why waste more time again in calling, so i logged in to my flipkart account to ask for return and replacement myself, but since there was no option there of open, broken seal, or opened package so i had to pressed few random buttons for my request to go through, and it was accepted. But i felt that the rezone for request was wrong, therefore.
Then on, 02/07/19, 9.40 pm, for 10-15 min, i again talked to flipkart executive, i explained to him everything, which i did to the earlier guy when i called at 5.40 pm in the evening, then i also told him that i have made the request by logging in to my flipkart account and pressing random choices because right choices were not present, please rectify my mistake and mention replace sought due open outer package and broken phone box seal. He assured me that it will be done.

Then on july 4 /19, 12.26 pm, i, receive a mail from you stating that
“ since the item received was different from the product, we will be lodging an fir and would like your consent for the same.”
“ please note that the seller will not be able to fulfill your request in case these details are not available within the next 48 hours”
Then on july 5/19, 11.00am. After receiving this mail, to register a fasle fir, i talked to flipkart, again, i talked to a girl there for almost 30 min.
I explained to her that there is some miscommunication, i had never said that the product was different, i always said i want replacement and return because of open outer package and broken phone box seal, therefore i cannot agree to wrong/false fir being filled, since it’s against the law, i then asked her to tell your backend team to send me a new mail giving the right/true reason for filing the fir., then i would readily give my consent.
Then your executive suggested me, that for it to happen she needs to close the old request and raise a new one, one her insistence i agreed, so she closed my old request

Then again on july 5/2019, around 11.40 am, i talked to your executive again for more than 30 min again and explained him everything, he then raised a new request

Then again on jul 06, 2019, around 9.45 pm i again talked for 45 min with your executives, i explain to them that my 1st request was already cancelled on july 5, y me because you wanted me to file a false fir and new a request for return was also raised on that day, so i was not obliged to rely to your mail to file an false fir, also on my new request for return (Order id od[protected], return id[protected]) i have not received any new mail to file an fir, so how can you cancel my new request, so your executive again opened a new request return requested on jul 06, 2019

Then again on july 7 /2019, 4.35pm, i again talk to your executive on for almost 1 hour, this time i also spoke to your senior executive and explained him since last request was raise i have not received any mail for filling fir and no resone has been given to me for cancelling my reqest, and even 48 hrs have not lapsed, still my request is being closed, he assured me that my problem would be resolved in 24 hrs, but nothing happened.
Then again on july 7/2019, 4.30 pm i also sent you a reply mail to your mail id asking you to file the fir
Then on july 7/2019, 5.43 pm i sent you another mail asking you to send me a copy of mail which you have sent after i filled my return request on 6th july.
Then again on july 7/2019, 6.06 pm. I also sent you a mail giving you the audio recorded conversation between me and the your courier guy, in which it can be heard, him agreeing and not denying, that the package was open, phone box seal was not there, he opened the phone box and showed it to my mom, without her asking for it.
Then again on july 8/2019, 6.40 pm. I again talk to your executive and senior execuuutive for almost 30 min to get my problem solved, but of no avail.
On july 8/2019, 05.14 pm, i also sent your customer support a mail informing you about the i have been facing, asking you to send new request for filling of fir, also in that mail i had given you my consent to file any no. Of fir based on true events,.

Now 3 days have passed since, i have jul 11 at 6:50 pm i received your mail saying

Now i would like to inform you that as per yor retrn policy

Which i did as per your return policy my product has to be returned, i still have 1 more day to my product returned,
I paid money to flipkart, and also made complaint many times, please replace my product, else i would be forced to tell my story on various online and offline platforms, i would also be forced to take legal remedies for the same.
Consider this as my last appeal to you to do the right thing.
Also consider this mail as my notice.
