I want to return the product bought from amazon as it is not up to the mark it is hurting my ears and Flipkart is saying only replacement is acceptable not return were as amazon if we request they provide us return and full refund.Flipkart service is bad and need my full refund for the product I have purchased.Please solve my problem and they have blocked my account also before I am using my mother's account to buy the product they are giving fake reasons that I have buyed products for selling reason what a nonsense is this.

      I am so disappointed and furious at this moment. I have been a customer of flipkart since years and have bought some expensive products earlier but never in a million years had this happened as it is happening today. I have placed an order for an iphone 7 gold 128GB of Rs 23059/- from 2GUD(flipkart). Received it on 21st July 2019. I am well aware of the fact that the products from 2GUD are refurbished, however the battery drains faster then i ever imagined. It do not last for even 3 hours so how do you expect me to keep it? Plus the overheating of the phone is another issue. So on 22nd July 2019 made a request for return. They send a technician for further enquiry and it was decided for a return. But what flipkart does is reject my refund saying the technician did not give the proper feedback. I have talked with the technician he said he did his part for sending feedback of return but has no clue why did they reject it. So they again processed my return and refund request and the next day again they send the same technician. The technician repeated the same lines you must return it and i ll do my part. But the moment he leaves they reject my refund again. And again after having a talk with the help centre they are saying to send the same technician again? Like am i a kid?? Or a fool??
      The technician says a different story the help centre says a different story.Flipkart sucks and has failed so bad.
      I need my refund and want to return this phone in fair and square way round.

      I am so out of words for Flipkart. This is what you do to your customers??? Wow such audacity to actually mark my complaint as irrelevant complaint after such horrible service and treatment and after all those strong proofs. Alright alright.
      No matter how good you may feel by neglecting my complaints. Let me get this straight. I have each and every proof, the meet with the technician too. Plus the receipt as well. Well they say everyday is not your day maybe today is not mine but mark my words soon i will get on this and make sure to remind you of this day and of your actual responsibilities towards your customers.

        I have to blocked my account by flipkart. I want to purchase the product. But i have to more than 50 but i have to return only 4 to 5 product. But according to policy under 30 days. My product is defective and size problem. It's generally i have to return so i have purchase the kids jeans but it's not fit so i want to return but how to create the return. Please open my account as soon as possible.

            I have received a defective (K20 pro) mobile from filpkart. This is the second time im experiencing the issue with filpkart. The first time was with infinix hot s3 mobile, i phone had heating issue but filpkart did not accept my replacement despite i request return in 24 hrs. Instead of return they insisted me to go to a service centre and make me to use the same defective product. This time they deny my replacement i will sure to go to the consumer court. To file complaint about their sellers and filkart.

                  Yesterday morning i. E. 24th july 2019 i got a call from a person followed by a message that i had to shop anything worth 3000inr on flipkart, call him back and provide him some id of the order, after which i would be eligible for some assured gift. When i called customer care they said it was fraud call. How can flipkart leak my personal information, my address and all the order details. He told me where i live, what was my last order and when was my last order (Which is almost 7 months ago). I'm seriously not happy with flipkart's behavior.

                      I recently placed an order at flipkart (An electronic commerce company headquartered in bangalore, karnataka) for redmi k20 mobile phone under exchange offer. The exchange offer involves exchanging older mobile with a newer one. When the ekart (Courier name) executive came to deliver the mobile, he rejected the exchange saying the screen has a scratch (Of 2 mm, barely visible from naked eyes). I contacted delivery boys manager and he said we don't accept any phone if it has any scratches on front or back side. Are they expecting that customers should exchange new phones. Old phones will have some scratches and in this case it was only 1 scratch of 2 millimeter. I accepted the mobile and gave amount of exchange.

                      I contacted customer care today and they said it's in our policy that we accept mobile phones which have scratches, but now since the order has been delivered so they can't do anything about it, how is this fair?

                      The flipkart terms and conditions are (Flipkart terms and conditions followd by my response):

                      A. Brand and model of the old device matches the declaration provided by me in the flipkart website at the time of purchase of the new device.

                      The old device exactly matches the declaration provided by me.

                      B. The phone switches on and should be in switch on mode for a minimum of 30 seconds without connecting to charger.

                      The phone switches on and remans active for hours together.

                      C. The imei of the old device, provided by me in the flipkart website at the time of purchase of the new device, is correct and there is no mismatch.

                      The imei of the old device matches exactly with that provided by me.

                      D. Screen should not have any cracks and it should not be coming out from edges. Body of phone should not have any crack and there should not be any button missing from the phone

                      There are no cracks on the screen and it remains intact. There are neither cracks nor missing buttons in the phone.

                      E. For all phones, the screen lock should not be active (All forms of screen lock viz; pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, smart lock, etc needs to be de — activated).

                      The screen lock was kept active.

                      F. For apple iphones, i-cloud account is unlocked.

                      This is not applicable in my case.

                      Despite fulfilling the terms and conditions as a customer, my purchase order was not fulfilled and thus the exchange was rejected. 1400 is a huge amount and i would like flipkart to either give me the compensation or take my old mobile from my home and then pay me the amount that needs to be paid.

                        I am unable to open my flipkart ac using existing login username and password. When i click on forgot password it sents a verification code to my number and then i enter it. It opens the window to set and new password and after that it shows unable to update password. Please retry. This sort of issue i have never seen before. I have some balance in flipkart ac and also was member of flipkart plus membership and some supercoins as other important details as well. I never expected such serviced from a reputed company like flipkart. Pls help and sort my issue asap

                                Iam kiran kumar p, placed order in the name of naveen kumar redmi note 7 pro (Space black) mail:naveenkumar. Actually placed order on 15 july-19 and delivery date given on 17 july-19, so i waited for that and then changed to 23 july-19 then also product not received yet. Then when i called to customer simply they are saying your order was cancelled place a new order but i eagerly waited for that offer from 3 months on wards. So finally i thought this is a worst service because no proper intimation and customer services. So, finally i asked money refund it is given 1 week time okay i need to wait for them after that i ll go for complaint due to emergency of my money to buy a new mobile. I want with offer money /with penalty +moblie cost (14000/-).

                                  Its been 20 days after the return of the product but till now i dint receive my refund... I have contacted the customer care more than five times nd they have not returned the call once... Its an amount of 3000 nd i want it back as soo as possible... Its a gift from my friend and nw i cant even return it back to him... I trusted flipkart a lot... But they are same as that of other fraudulent companies... Custome care of flipkart have to be sued for not doing their work properly

                                      I talk with the Flipkart customer care but their replies are not satisfied with me, I speak with brand customer service they said that they will arrange the technician if the Flipkart team register my complaint. After that when I spoke to Flipkart customer care they told me to go for service center only but they not ready to refund my amount, I am not satisfied and also not interested to use this mobile because when I purchased first time the mobile was not switch on but this time the mobile battery backup issue so I am disappointed for using this mobile

                                        I had been a customer of Flipkart from last 4 year's.but when I purchased a Acer laptop from Flipkart. the laptop that was delivered on 4th July, that was received my mom. as I was out of station till 9th july.on 9th July when I unboxed the laptop there were noticeable scratches.then I switched it on.after I on the laptop download a movie.when I was watching the movie it got sudeenly off after few minutes it started.it was hanging too.but on 11july when I placed replacement request to Flipkart they accepted my request and a technician from Flipkart came to my home on13july and checked the issue.then he said to me that replacement for scratches and auto shut issue is not provided by acer, it must and should has to be provided by flipkart.when I called the executives. they said they are in the process but on17 July they rejected my replacement then I requested to them.they said they will call me by 20 July.but they called me.again they said we will resolve your issue and today is 24july but till iam suffering the horrible experience.so I believe in justice so I request the humble consumer court to help me in this matter.you are the only hope.i
