    I ordered a shoe size 13 and got it delivered yesterday, size fit is my issue so I raised a return request, delivery person rudely failed to return pick up saying the shoe I received is not shown orange colour, why Flipkart being on the lines of harassing customers and annoying customer like me, return & refund now, as per your own return policy I am returning the product not liked to my expectation due to amalgamation of reasons.

      Dear Sir,

      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the delivery service provided by Flipkart for my recent order of a refrigerator, with order number OD[protected], placed on 6th May 2023. The delivery was scheduled for 13th May 2023, but I have encountered several issues that have caused significant inconvenience and disappointment.

      On 8th May 2023, I received a call from the delivery team informing me that the refrigerator would be delivered that day. However, since then, I have made numerous attempts to contact the delivery team, but they have not responded to any of my messages or calls. This lack of communication is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

      To my disbelief, when I finally managed to get in touch with the delivery team Mr. Nagesh ( [protected]) and ([protected]) & delivery boy ([protected]) the next day, they provided me with a flimsy excuse, stating that their vehicle had broken down. Subsequently, they claimed that the vehicle was still not repaired, and shockingly, they asked me to arrange my own vehicle to collect the refrigerator and pay for the transportation myself. This demand is completely unjustified, as I have already paid for the delivery as per Flipkart's policy.

      To make matters worse, without any prior notification or explanation, the delivery team unilaterally canceled my order. This action is highly unexpected and has caused immense inconvenience, particularly because I had ordered the refrigerator as a marriage gift for someone. The wedding is scheduled for 16th May 2023, and now I am left with no appliance to present on such an important occasion.

      I am deeply disappointed by the entire ordeal, as it has tarnished my trust in Flipkart's services. I request immediate action to rectify this situation and provide a suitable resolution. I expect a detailed explanation for the delivery team's unprofessional behavior, the cancellation of my order, and the inconvenience caused to me.

      Furthermore, I kindly request that you prioritize the delivery of the refrigerator without any additional charges or delays. It is imperative that I receive the appliance no later than 15th May 2023, to ensure it can be presented as intended for the marriage on 16th May 2023. I trust that you understand the urgency and importance of this matter.

      If my concerns are not adequately addressed and a satisfactory resolution is not provided promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further, including seeking legal recourse and sharing my negative experience on various consumer forums and social media platforms.

      I look forward to your prompt attention and a satisfactory resolution to this issue. Please ensure that the delivery team is held accountable for their unprofessional behavior and that necessary steps are taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

      For more understanding kindly find attached all screenshots we tried to complain to your calling support team however they are just saying sorry but resolving our issue.

          Ordered the product LARAH BY BOROSIL pack OF 19 on 31st of march 2023 and it was on confomred status upto 19 april 2023, it takes more date than actual date, so i canceled it on 19th of march .waited for so long upto till date(14th of march 2023 ) every week, every day calling to the customer care still no resolved. refund dead line was 29th of april 2023 then then they delaying the refund date and also one of the lady from senior (Flipkart customer care )she took my bank details with IFSC code(ICICI BANK) and she said i will receive my refund with in 2 working days still not received any refund and also they told me back end team is working on it closely and will receive the refund in 7th of may then 8th of may then 13 th of may 2023 still no resolved, please check this closely its my hard work money and they are playing with my and my marriage is coming and buying product from flipkart, if they will do this kind of things who will go to buy there product if they don't have this much capacity to resolve this small issue how they can do thebusiness. please requesting you please check this case . trust is the main thing

            I have placed an Order on 6th may for MI Router 4A for 1199. On 14th may flipkart canceled my order as reason "shipment canceled by seller. I contacted flipkart regarding this they said I have to place a new order for product as the previous order was canceled by seller. Now the product is 1699 and they want me to place a new order.

            This is not right behavior by flipkart or seller as when I placed placed the order I have done my hours of research on all online platform for the best product at best price. Now I have to to all over again and after waiting this much amount of time I need a proper explanation or compensation for my order.

                I got a powerbank from flipkart but it has a scratch on it and now i'm trying to replace it but the seller is denying my genuine request 4 time but still doesn't replace it.
                I have all the evidence which i have shared with Flipkart as they said but they are just delaying it.

                    I have received counterfeit/duplicate product from flipkart which they are not ready to return or replace or refund . This is fake product from Delhi seller who is just 1 month old with flipkart and I am with flipkart for last 6 years.

                        I am raising this complaint regarding of paylater. I have ordered SanDisk Ultra Luxe USB 3.1 256 GB Pen Drive with order ID OD[protected]. I have received wrong item and the delivered wrong item has picked up from delivery person and the amount has not refunded.
                        Due to this amount my cibil score has decreased and I m facing money issue of this.
                        I have raised number of complaints from last 1 year and complainted to greivance but no response from Flipkart. My Flipkart account is also blocked. No response from Flipkart and I have called lot of times and raised so many complaints. Regarding of this I can't take any loan or credit cards Due to this issue I have lost cibil score.

                          I bought a smart phone (poco c55, Order number:OD[protected] from flipkart. But it having an over heating problem and didn't accept the memory card. So I tried to return the product in the application. But unable to return the product in the application. I informed the issue through flipkart customer care. But they told that they didn't accept return, and only provide replacement. The replacement should be initiate through mi website. I need complete amount refund through flipkart.

                            I ordered a "Cosrx Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence 100ml Men & Women" and got a duplicate product after calling customer care they requested a replacement however the product is in no return policy they canceled the replacement.
                            When the product is wrong how can I keep it, I am requesting them to replace or refund the amount however Flipkart has made it it too difficult to trust.
                            I want the original product or just money back.

                              I am writing this complaint to express my frustration with the non-delivery of my order from Flipkart. I placed an order for a new smartphone on 9th May, with an exchange of my old smartphone, and the delivery date was promised on 13th May. However, I had to leave for an urgent out-of-town work at 10 pm on the same day, and I was waiting for the order to be delivered before 7 pm.

                              To my dismay, the order was not delivered on the given date, and I contacted Flipkart's customer support team to resolve the issue. They informed me that due to some operational issue, they cannot deliver the order on the expected date and the new delivery date would be on 15th May.

                              This experience has been extremely frustrating for me as I was expected to leave town after receiving my order. I had made arrangements accordingly, and the delay has caused me inconvenience and financial loss.

                              I request you to take strict action against Flipkart and ensure that my order is delivered at the earliest possible time. I also urge you to take necessary steps to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.

                              I hope for a speedy resolution to this issue.

                                I ordered Trevi Kaze Engineered Wood Single Box Bed (Finish Color - Wenge, Delivery Condition - Knock Down) on Apr 21, 2023 on flipkart and it got delivered to me on Apr 30, 2023.

                                I started facing issues right after the installation. I thought it was installation problem but then the tech person told its the quality issue and it cant be repaired and then i created a return in the concern of quality.

                                According to the return process of this item a tech person inspects the item and then the pickup happens but here the seller Trevi is rejecting my return even after tech guys uploads all the info of the problem and Flip kart is not having the info on their systems which is uploaded by the tech person who came for inspection. So tech visit is pointless as flip kart is not aware of the issue. 3 times my my return got rejected and my return period is expired and again today when i contacted Flip kart to resolve the issue they created a return with a tech visit for the 4th time. I already informed them to create a direct return without any tech visit but instead of direct return again a tech visit is created.

                                All i want is to return the item and get my money back. I cant keep the damaged item without using it.

                                  I m trying to resolve and issue which I see there is a data theft with flipkart. We are in receipt of a COD ordered which we never ordered.

                                  Since, I was not available at home and hoping that I have place the order my wife accepted the order by making the payment.

                                  The customer service staffs contacted was simply stating that since the order is accepted by paying the amount, they cant do anything. Even this is evident that the order is placed from an id that doesn't belong to me. OD[protected] is the order id. I suspect a serious data theft or compromise from flipkart where by someone is able to manipulate it.

                                      I ordered a msi laptop from flipkart but it is malfunction so I placed an exchange request but the other laptop I got is also malfunctioning it has been almost another months but I am still stuck with this defective product they told that a technician would visit on 4th of may but today is 13may and they haven't even informed about the technician I am very unsatisfied because of there customer service as they have been of no help at this point I am expecting a refund
