I purchased this s uit for my brother, his size is 40, order was placed on 03rd April and it was delivered to me on 08th April, unfortunately the is blazer is tight for him in arms area, hence i wanted to to exchange with size 42 but currently it is out of stock so I want to return till now the product is not getting picked up. The pick up was supposed to be on 15th April but still now no one picked up my return last date is[protected], when i spoke to customer care they are saying they will process till[protected], i am not responsible it is not getting pickup, kindly refund my money if you people dont want product, Customer care is also not responding properly.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Flipkart has charged me with some "M-FLIPKART INTERNET PR".
I saw your complaint about this and wanted to know if it is resolved. If resolved what steps did you take to get it resolved. Whom did you contact (Bank or Flipkart) to resolve it.
You information will be very helpful as it is very unethical what has happened.
