IFB 6.5KG 5 star washing machine/Damaged Product Delivered by Flipkart

On 22 -March-23 damaged IFB 6.5 KG washing machine delivered by Flipkart. On same time we shown to delivery by & they captured images in mobile. They gave assurance on product return/replacement. Within hour we call customer care & provided all details about product & asked for replacement/Return of this product.

Till now multiple call happen with customer care but they are resolving complaint internally & share the new date...

I purchased this s uit for my brother, his size is 40, order was placed on 03rd April and it was delivered to me on 08th April, unfortunately the is blazer is tight for him in arms area, hence i wanted to to exchange with size 42 but currently it is out of stock so I want to return till now the product is not getting picked up. The pick up was supposed to be on 15th April but still now no one picked up my return last date is[protected], when i spoke to customer care they are saying they will process till[protected], i am not responsible it is not getting pickup, kindly refund my money if you people dont want product, Customer care is also not responding properly.

    Flipkart Giving Pay Later Option but after 2 days of registration there's no option to choose pay later, when I try to select pay later option on payment page it's always says - apologize, pay later unavailable,
    is totally useless service ? and I don't why Flipkart offering this to us,
    I complaint to the customer care staff and they told me, sir there's no problem in your account just log out and log in again may be it's works 😡
    Please Resolve this Pay Later Unavailable Problem or Remove This Service From Flipkart, don't fool us 🙏

      Got a automated call from a number, saying that my account is accessed from different location, if not me then press 1. And after 5 hours, 18 transaction happened on account (I didn't received any OTP) just got message that money deducted.

      Checked my order history, nothing is placed. Contacted customer care, they said it may be a technical glitch.

      But transactions happened and complaint was done on Cybercrime and with Flipkart also. Now they are sending me calls and notification for paying 20, 000 rs.

        I had ordered 2 products, 1 was a pack of three deodrants and 1 was a perfume, both from the same brand. I have received only the deodrants but not the perfume but i have paid for both the products.

          On 1april wishmaster pickup our return order, but due to his careless behavior he lost somehow tag attached with product.
          After 2-3hours he called us to find tag in street.
          Den he fraudulently cancelled our refund.
          Now it's been 20days we are contacting customer care of flipkart.
          But still after pickup nd 20days we hve not recieved any refund.
          Poor response from flipkart.
          Nd especially there logistics partner ekart delivery executive are fraud in nature.
          They are literally harassing customers by doing this.
          Expect all will know about flipkart poor poor service.
          Also look at the product dey sent to us from dustbin.

            I ordered a tshirt from Flipkart. It cost me 402 rupees and I recived the order on 17th of April but I received totally different item of different colour
            Item was totally different from what I order.
            I submitted return request and delivery agent reached me and doesn't take the item.
            And when I try to resolve this issue it is showing that Oops! Looks like this order does not belong to your account.
            Please solve this problem

                  Hello,
                  My complaint is about Adidas T shirt solid grey round neck Size M.
                  Price 513 rupees Mrp 1799.
                  As per Flipkart website size chart M size chest is 37 to 40 inch.
                  But physical size of chest as per Indian standard measurement it is 44 inch which more than I expected. Arm size as per description is short physically it is more than the size we expected. Here Flipkart is selling it with no return policy. Here I agree but the product dimensions must not be different than the product size description available on the website. It is completely a subject of cheating which comes under IPC Act 426 .
                  Here my expectation from Flipkart was just to replace this T shirt and give me the size XS . But now they are refusing and wasted time with fake promises.
                  Kindly look into this.

                      I ordered the grocery on April 2, valuing ₹2, 281, the invoice is attached. With the pin I received for this order id I was delivered the wrong items completely named isha gupta of value 1000. I have complained 6 times but no action has been taken. I, therefore, request you to please revert my money or ordered items.
                      When the things were delivered only my old mother was at home whom I shared otp. She is not competent enough to read small letters typed in English in bills. though the delivered order is postpaid they did not ask for money else at that time also I will ask her to see the order details. hence wrong items delivered.

                        This is to inform that i have ordered a phone (Google pixel 7 pro) on 14th april, Order Id- OD[protected] . It is supposed to be delivered on 17th april but i got a message saying there is delay in delivery and it will be attempted in next 3 days. I waited and now the new delivery date is 20th april that is today. Now again i got the same message today morning saying it will be attempted in next 3 days. The product is reached to the nearest hub twice but the product is not getting delivered.
                        I have been calling multiple times to the cs team but there was no action taken. I have planned this item to gift it to someone but I couldn't gift it due to this issue.Atleast if you are not able deliver, you should inform us the reason by calling. Else we can go to the nearest hub and pick the order.
                        I am surprised that Flipkart is in a position that can not able to solve customer's issue which is happening multiple times. I request you to please escalate this issue on high priority and get the product delivered as soon as possible.
                        Really dissatisfied with the flipkart service.

                          My flipkart account connected with my mobile no. It is not connected with email and when I enters the mobile no. And password he saw me "Account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"

                            I've ordered a Kassually Printed Women Jumpsuit on 7th of April, 2023 and paid via UPI (Google Pay) and this is the Order ID - OD[protected].

                            On the receiving the product on 12th April, due to fitting and quality related issues I had to return the product and so made a request. And so returned the product on 13th April, and so I was also assured of the refund by 14th April.
                            This is the refund ID -[protected].
                            But since 14th, the amount hasn't been credited in my account and so I contacted your team and they gave me a reference ID[protected].
                            With this reference ID, I went to my home branch twice, but they clearly told me that it's invalid.

                            Since then, I have constantly been approaching and requesting the Flipkart team to please help me out with this but they have pretty much been uncooperative with me.

                            And they also make baseless claims that I have confirmed to have received the refund amount back in my account, even I haven't at all. As an evidence, I had attached my bank statement showing the same, but they clearly decline it.

                                I have purchased a Novel "Some Midnight Dates" from Flipkart and it was delivered on Nov 14, 2020.                                   I had ordered a stand-fan on 22Feb and received damaged product twice and later opted to get a refund via return.
                                  And was given a date 11April by which the return process will be complete which has not happened and i tried calling customer care and they only postponing the dates and not providing any solutions(postponed dates trice).
                                  It has been already 2 months since i first ordered the product. This is worst experience I have ever had on online shopping, this amount of delay is unacceptable.

                                      This is regarding my order no.OD[protected] purchased on 12th April 2023 and return window valid till 19th April 2023. I purchased Vivo v27 pro 5g and the phone has display flickering and Bluetooth issue. When I purchased the phone flipkart policy said 7 days return and now when I contact them for the same they are sending me to service centre. Vivo service centre says they will repair and give my mobile back. How can I take a repair of a brand new product. Flipkart policy are not transparent and they don't help customers at all. They just want to sell and get done with it. Your problems are not flipkarts problems but your money is flipkarts money ... Highly disappointed by flipkart and it's service.
