I had placed an order from Flipkart for a SAMSUNG refrigerator (OD[protected]. The technician came to install the fridge and it was identified that the light in the fridge was not working, so a complaint was raised for the same. The next day ie 5th/6th of April, it also stopped cooling, and we raised a complaint gain with SAMSUNG, the technician informed that the fridge is not functioning properly and the motherboard is damaged.
Since then I have been following up with Flipkart to return/replace the damaged fridge. It has been over 20 days, ( typical Delhi summers) without a fridge but Flipkart is not doing anything about it. Talking to multiple people over their customer Support, I get the same reply that the technician will visit and then we will return but the technician didn't come and Flipkart marked the complaint/return request rejected without verifying with me. Now they have raised a fresh request saying the same repetitive things, again and again with some random far-fetched dates. It's pure chaos, with multiple calls happening with Flipkart and Samsung it's sheer mental harassment. Flipkart is not owning their fault and making me suffer., SAMSUNG people don't have any collaboration with Flipkart, and the end-user(ie me) is suffering in this zoo. I brought this fridge with hard-earned money and I want a resolution to this.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
