Biscuits and powder damage received Rs 726 wasted unibic biscuits qty2 powder 2 qty and unibic qty1 is totally damage due to poor packing all material damage received and detergent taste is getting to biscuits rs 726 wasted totally no use of it disappointed from flipkart

    Sir, i have purchased a washing machine and a Panasonic Ac from Flipkart amd i want to review for these products but Flipkart is not allowing me to post the review in public because of negative reviews about the product. First of all the washing delivered in first attempt was a faulty one and Panasonic Ac got faulty within 15 days of purchase and i am calling customer care for the service but since last 48 hours it hasn't been attended yet.

        My order no is OD[protected]. I purchased Vivo v27 pro 5g on 12th April 2023 and there is screen flickering and Bluetooth issue in my phone which I brought to Flipkart notice but even after having 7 days return replacement policy and my return window will get over on 19th April 2023 they are not ready to take back the product and provide me a refund. They are only asking me to go to service centre where as I have a 7 day return or replacement window and NOT 7 day service centre visit. The service centre is saying we will repair and give it back to you. Why will I repair a brand new phone ?? Flipkart is acting very shady in its return policy. They always manipulate their customers and don't give what they promise. Is Flipkart going the Snapdeal way ??? Please think twice, No... think 100 times before ordering anything from Flipkart they twist their own policies and sell products. Horrible service.

              Without asking me they cancelled my order and also not refunded my proper money i used coupon 500 rupees of my super coins from saller side my order was cancelled they give excuse that product is damaged that's why cancelled it amount is now high and i bought the product with coupon and card jn cheap price that's why they cancelled . same on you Flipkart. Very bad experience

                This is regarding order OD[protected]. I am following up with customer support since a long time but I have not received any solution. My product is picked up on 2nd april and got message from ekart that product is mismatched so return has been cancelled but there was no update on the app regarding pick up successful or failure till 3 days. so, I connected to customer support daily twice, but the response was same that it has not been updated on app don't worry return won't be canceled there might be some technical issue but ultimately the return got cancelled.
                I am following up daily to customer care since a month but i have not been updated anything about issue. on April 15, I contacted customer support Named RITU about the resolution as I was asked to wait till 15th April but the representative told me that it is showing my issue is resolved. she informed that it is mentioned that courier partner has confirmed that product has not been picked up.

                I myself checked while returning the product in whismaster flipkart app the watch was showing and he checked everything and then took the product. if he has not picked up product then why would I get message from ekart that product return is rejected as product is mismatched how can there be mismatch if product is not picked up?

                there is no update after that I want to know what all actions has been taken till now to resolve the issue. I am flip kart plus customer since more than 5 years that's the type of customer support you guys are providing. whenever I call customer care. they just Strech the dates that your issue had been escalated you will get the resolution after 48 hours but it has already passed 15 days I am not getting any resolution

                please help and provide solution asap . I have literally been mentally harassed by flipkart support. I am calling twice daily and explaining each customer representative same issue but getting no solution. I will file issue in consumer court if you guys are not providing any solution.

                  My order id with flipkart was od[protected], placed on4th april 2023 for 11 items. Delivered on 7th april 2023 where the delivery boy told that he has not got ghee so we need to make a return request. Here i called customer care and the person said you make a retun request via app and it will be resolved. Funny that app under return policy we can mention missing or undelivered items. So again called cc and he processedrequest on our behalf which later was rejected by flipkart.
                  I want to ask flipkart that they can deploy some employees for begging instead of cheating.
                  If it is not solved "mind it" i will move to consumer court as well, . Its enough of harrasment

                    Have ordered refrigerator, and got damaged one with different colour.
                    Dint even confirm with me before delivering the different colour.
                    & It was having dent on side they assured for 20% refund.
                    Till date dint get anything.
                    And when calling to customer care they are saying we can tsee any request for refund bcoz product itself is not delivered and sry for delay in delivery... Such bad system management.
                    And now after 1000 calls and same conversation they are keep saying will check . Not refunding money and causing daily headache

                      Hello, i have ordered a fossil watch from flipkart & it was delivered on 14th apr
                      I returned the product on 15th & pickup was done on 16th evening by agent. But later at night 11 pm. It was updated as return is cancelled due to mismatch.

                      Now i don't have the product as well as the refund.

                        I ordered a saree but received different one i created return after 2 sayd i got a call from delivery boy..he said hello 2 times and cut the call and at the night i got message that my return is rejected bcz product is damaged. I created return again and this time i havent gaot even a single call and got same message as previous that return is rejected bcz product is damaged than i tried to get in touch with thier customer care via chat but haven't got any reply than i go with the call option he said don't worry i have raised complaint ur query will be resolved soon..But after that i created return i more time and same my return is rejected with the same reason.What the hell is this man i feel so frustrated.Is this the new trick of flipkart to cheat their valuable customers..im waiting and not getting any single call but my return is rejected again and again. Disgusting customer and return service ever. Im doning this from past 5-7 days 19 April is last date of return.What should i do now.Should i got with consumer forum bcz 2300 is not a joke and i want my money back at any cost.Not gonna recommend flipkart ever to anyone Disgusting and cheater app ever. They all are doing Fraud

                              My product was picked up on 4th April by a delivery agent who confirmed the integrity of the product which was unused and had its tags intact.
                              However I later received a message stating that my order was not picked up due to damaged product.
                              I have been contacting customer care service ever since and at first I was told that this was a technical error and that they had it in their system that my product was picked up. I have called them at least 10 times and always I receive the same communication and later a msg that my order was not picked up. I have cameras at my place which would even have a footage of my order being picked up.
                              Its so ridiculous that they cannot even track a product being picked up. I don’t even have my product and neither the refund. I would have been fine if I at least had my product.

                                    I realised this only recently that all my bad reviews are getting failed at flipkart level. How do you want to continue business? By supressing those reviews that are bad so that people get duped of their money before getting a chance to see the negative reviews. I have proof and I am submitting it along with this complaint. None of my good reviews were rejected or showing as pending. This is forgery and supression of facts and amounts to criminal activity at consumer level. Just see my screenshot and you will understand what Flipkart is upto for bad reviews. I am a regular customer from flipkart since more than 10 years and suddenly I realise that items i dont like and give 1 or 2 star never get published. Very bad from your side. Please look into this asap or I will report this to your higher authority. . .

                                      I ordered 2 Wow Science Body Lotion on April 11th. I received the package on April 13rd. The outer carton was not fully and properly sealed. I opened the packet and found one lotion bottle to be a faulty one. Usually lotion bottles come wrapped in a thin plastic cover. It was torn on the top part and the nozzle was found to be detached from the bottle. You can even see the spring on the bottle. I tried to place the nozzle back on the bottle but it does not seem to work. Other bottle is fully wrapped and is in good condition. I would like to get a replacement for the damaged one. In the FAQ page, it is written return or replacement is possible by going to 'My Order' Page but there is no option either for return or replacement on that page. No support from customer care. Even if there is no return allowed for this product; they should say so. They have disabled the chat option.

                                      Last year I bought the same lotion from this same seller ( Body Cupid ) and the nozzle was not working but I did not complain as there was no packing problem. Only when I started using the lotion I understood the pump and nozzle was not working properly, I thought it was accidental. I think the seller is selling damaged bottles online. They won't accept return. A trick to sell damaged products which otherwise is not possible offline when the nozzle is broken. I paid Rs.303 for 100 ml lotion including cash handling fee for COD.

                                        I buy a Levi’s jacket from Filpkart in red colour costed me 3390 with the order I’d OD[protected] and received a green colour which is damaged, l asking for return and refund but it is still pending, asking for scan copy of id proof to upload on online portal. not able to understand why it is required. Kindly arrange the return and refund money.
                                        Now they force me to provide the id proof.
