My order is not picked up from last 2 weeks . i am not even getting proper response from customer care. there are not able to solve my query. Because of the poor response i am in huge loss. Kindly give me the when will be my order will pickup.

    But product is totally good from outside it was damaged from inside when I tried to start the product it creating sound and then stopped and then I checked cartridge and other parts it was all damaged from inside which is not possible to check at delivery time because printer takes atleast more than 45 minutes to setup and your courier boy had not stopped for more than 5 to 10 minutes then who’s mistake mine that I ordered from your website

          I had placed an order from Flipkart for a SAMSUNG refrigerator (OD[protected]. The technician came to install the fridge and it was identified that the light in the fridge was not working, so a complaint was raised for the same. The next day ie 5th/6th of April, it also stopped cooling, and we raised a complaint gain with SAMSUNG, the technician informed that the fridge is not functioning properly and the motherboard is damaged.
          Since then I have been following up with Flipkart to return/replace the damaged fridge. It has been over 20 days, ( typical Delhi summers) without a fridge but Flipkart is not doing anything about it. Talking to multiple people over their customer Support, I get the same reply that the technician will visit and then we will return but the technician didn't come and Flipkart marked the complaint/return request rejected without verifying with me. Now they have raised a fresh request saying the same repetitive things, again and again with some random far-fetched dates. It's pure chaos, with multiple calls happening with Flipkart and Samsung it's sheer mental harassment. Flipkart is not owning their fault and making me suffer., SAMSUNG people don't have any collaboration with Flipkart, and the end-user(ie me) is suffering in this zoo. I brought this fridge with hard-earned money and I want a resolution to this.

            I have going to purchase the online product from flipkart online resently i have facing the issue by the flipkart team my product delivery date ship to another dates every product not to deliverd right now.

            I have also try to connect to flipkart customer care but they are not to provide ant hope full solotions.

              I had ordered a product on 10th April 12 3 AM and I cancelled the product on 12:10 AM. I paid using Flipkart pay later and my available coins after the cancel of the the product I initiated the refund even after 15 days I didn’t got my refund whenever I call Flipkart they say that the product has been delivered in just seven minutes and I am raising the issue over the calls, mails and app. Every thing but every time I called Flipkart, they say the issue will get resolved in the next few hours and soon one hour after the call, they send me a message over the mail and app that the product has been delivered. There is no common sense in saying that the product has been delivered in just seven minutes. Flipkart is no longer working as before. They have started scamming people like this. Only. Whenever you place the order I will deduct the amount and soon after cancelling they will say that the product has been delivered. My concern is sent to Flipkart or mails and do you got the calls but no response. Compare to Flipkart. Amazon is very better. They will call you and get your issue resolved within 24 hours.

                Why is this huge amount of 4, 666.81 Rs on 22nd March 2023 and 4605.40 Rs on 22nd April 2023 Rs deducted from my credit card account without my knowledge?

                What is this M-FLIPKART INTERNET PR, P;01, 0000896?

                How can you guys deduct so much amount without informing the customer and what is it regarding?

                Seriously I want this money reimbursed in my account asap

                Points to keep in Mind is : exact 22nd of Both months amount debited, and that is the my credit card bill cycle date, i mean if money debited on 22nd april it will reflect on june 10th statement only.

                      Hi. Im Syed. I had purchased a 70 litre desert air cooler of the brand Sepcooler on 22 feb 2023. The order ID is OD[protected] .Upon finding the product defective, i requested a replacement but was told that that wont be possible & will receive the refund amount shortly after product pick up. The product was picked up on 3rd March and since then ive been repeatedly following up for the refund and to no avail. I never received any refund. Each time i contact customer services, im given a date of resolution and nothing happens. I urge flipkart through your platform to process my refund asap, failing which i will be forced to take legal action. Its been more than a month & a half now.

                        Sabut long cloves were ordered from the above brand through Flipkart portal.
                        Called them 3 times and they have not resolved my issue from customer care, but marked it on flipkart page as resolved. The merchant is a TOTAL FRAUDSTER and not the first time it has happened. I have been supplied only 2 packets each of 50 grams whereas i paid 208 rupees for 200 grams.

                          My order was delivered earlier and not updated in flipkart.The product delivered was wrong and damaged and when checked with flipkart they helped in enabling return request.But ekart delivery agent is irrresponsilble and cancelled my return request 6-7 times.I guess they are very iresoponsile and not heling in refund

                            I ordered a mobile from flipkart and have to shipped in 1days and it has been 2days and they are playing with me "misroute (Same city misrouted)" and saying to wait

                              i purchased tv on 13 april 2023. Delivery date was next day means 14 april but product not shipped till now 23.04.23

                              i complained many time first they take 18 april resolution time - but no solution

                              after that they take 21 april resolution time - no call or update

                              next resolution time 23 april - till no delivery.

                              Third class services by flipkart.

                                I brought an bagpack from Flipkart. And they have sent me a bag of different brand.
                                I raised a return request and it's past a month. They haven't scheduled that return pick up. The return pick up got cancelled over and over. I've raised complaints many times.

                                  I have ordered IFB microwave oven and due to missing accessories I have asked for replacement. In replacement product again same item was missing so I asked to delivery person to again for replacement. Then delivery person has taken original product also. But after that flipkart is denying to deliver the item.
                                  Now after making full payment, I have not recieved my product and flipkart is denying for refund also.
                                  Kindly help us.
