I have purchased thomson b9 pro television on november 1st. That product which i received was having pannel issue, then i asked for the replacement & i got the new product, it only lasted for 4 months. After contacting both the flipkart &the thomson they send me a new television on may 15, that product was also damaged. Now i asked them for the refund they are not agreeing. Both flipkart & thomson are cheating customer by selling low quality, damaged products

      I have purchased MarQ AC on 11th April and the same was installed on 15th April, due to some issue we went to other place and came on 10th May. When i tried to ON the AC by set the temperature at 18 for more-than 1 hour it is not cooling. I tried to reachout Marq Customer care regarding this issue.
      I have made a complaint on 13-May-2019 (Ticket ID- 9E14-36575KDSC[protected].

      One of the Service Engineer from Jeeves confirmed through phone that it was due to wrong Installation by the other executive, I am continuously calling on Jeeves(their after sale service partner) customer care number but found no solution except new date every time. I sent several mails to [protected]@flipkart.com, but i didn't get any positive response.

      I tried to contact Flipkart team, they said return policy has been completed we are not responsible for this issue, contact Marq.

      After making complaint on 13th May, they rescheduled the service without informing me and I received a message as per you request we have rescheduled service.

        I i have ordered a redmi 6 pro (Red, 64gb) with order id od[protected] amounting rs.10895 on 10 may 2019 (Tuesday) which has been delivered by 13 may 2019 with tracking id fmpp[protected]. On 17may 2019 i have raised a issue of battery drain very fast and a authorized technician was assigned. He came and check the battery, his battery checking procedure was just to open camera for 10 minute continuously and result was 4% battery loss. Then he said your phone battery is doing fine. But i m not satisfied with this battery check.
        And then again i raised a replacement issue of same product and next day i received a call from executive and she said your issue is in process and it has been forwarded to backend office or back office and your issue will be resolve before 23 may 2019.
        My question is:
        1. Do they know my email id?
        2. If they know my email id why i haven’t received email.
        3. What back office is going to do when they don’t have my phone with them how they going to know what is the issue in physically?
        4. Why it’s taking too long.
        5. Technician who was assigned he should cross check the battery performance with other phone isn’t it.

            Hello teamleadsrespective officersdignatories,

            This is in regard of my order od[protected], poco f1 by xiomi, a new phone on may 05th. Phone got deleiverd on the same day by requesting flipkart 100 times. Unfortunately, on may 14, we installed shuttl app and the otp message says that this phone has been used by three sim card already and app is now locked and can only be logged in by those three sims. This is a new phone and i have only one sim, how can this be used by three other sims. Secondly tick tok app is logged in by some other user account.
            I spoke to shuttl app customer senior support staff and they have said that app is designed to bind with the phone, so you cannnot use the app on this phone except with the three numbers already shown in the screenshot. But those number does not belongs to me. This verifies that this is a used phone. Why would someone wants to use a used phone on the same mrp. God only knows how many times this phone has already been used.
            Coming to the customer support this has been a never ending story since then. They call me and sent an email after that, we have tried to reach but dont utter a single word in the call, i have the call recording.
            Alos, the number from which i received the call, truecaller shows it as "fake flipkart"[protected] however the executive who escalated my case, sent me a message stating that i will receive a call from starting from 9180679.
            I am attaching all the proofs, i have with me, because the customer support i presume will just keep calling but wont be able to resolve this. I want to return this phone, i dont want any replacemnet, just give me money back. Attaching all the proofs.
            Please resolve this, this is going to be my last order from flipkart. Please give me my money back. I will never again order from your site.

              Flipkart cheated me i purchased iffalcon tv on flipkart on big day sale i ws very happy that a a product of 40000+3200 (Extra warranty) i got only for 32300. And placed teh order by making prepayment. I was getting updates about delivery and later i was not able to access the account and product is not delivered to me. I called flipkart and asked they are saying there are no orders in my account. Now am seriously worried about the prepayment i have made in flipkart. How would i get that money back.                 @flipkart @pmoindia this is not a right way to treat your customer if you can't satisfy your customer with your services then you will going to block him... I recently purchased bosh juicer mixer grinder. After the use of just 5 days i found that it started smoke.. I placed a return request. And then your engineer makes an visit to my home, checked the product and pick the product from my home... After that i purchased sparks shoes of no. 7.. You send me a pair of shoes with one shoe of 7 no. And other one of 9. No. Can you please explain how a person can wear shoes of 2 diffrent size.. Please explain me... After that i m having an order of redchief shoes.. Unfortunately i ordered no.9 due to unavailability of no 7... So i placed the return requestand again placed a correct order with correct details... At last i ordered one sony headphones worth of rupees 2000 but both times you delivered the product having defected mick.. There js not mentioned anywhere you van not return items if you are not satisfied with our services... You mentioned there easy returns. And i m returning products if they are defective your executive check the product and then he pick the product from my home... Recently i purchase vivo v11 pro...                               The gionee hanset received from Flipakart dated 28/02/2019 started getting heated up intermittently even when the phone is kept idle. The complaint started all of a sudden during the 2 nd month o[censored]sage. This is such a bitter experience that phone has turned out to be of no use now. We ordered the phone on EMI and has already paid last two months EMI. It is really annoying that we have to pay for a product that has complaint. We need a refund for the phone.                                 I placed 3 orders on 15 May which were supposed to be delivered by 17 & 18 May. However they were not. When I contacted customer service they said that order has been shipped to wrong hub. And what a wonderful courier service it is that all 3 orders has been shipped to wrong hub.
                                This is not the first time, this has happened to me in the past as well.
                                How much time do they need to move it within the city? Why are they even running an e-commerce business if they are not able to deliver one order correctly on time.
                                This unprofessional & irresponsible on there part.

                                    Hi Team, my account is blocked and when I call to customer care they are saying that there is a special who can look into this. I have spoken with customers care almost 5 times and every time they are saying the respective team will contact. But till now no one contacted me. I have all my invoices it and when I ask them to send at least invoices they couldn't do because of the account blockage. Frustrated with the service by Flipkart team. Please check and do the needful on this. Thank you.

                                        Hello respected faculty, i ordered a product from Flipkart on 17th of May, 2019 at 8:03 PM. The seller on Flipkart was Retailnet and the product is Go Pro Hero 7 Black. The cost of the product was Rs.29, 999/- I ordered the product via online payment mode through HDFC debit card and got an offer of Rs1500. Now the final price of product after offer was Rs 28, 499. The order was successfully placed and shipped to me on 18th May 2019 at 11:56 PM and at same time my order was dispatched from the Flipkart Facility, Bilaspur. Then the order was scanned and further dispatched to Flipkart Facility, Gurgaon. The order arrived at Gurgaon Flipkart Facility on 19 May, 2019 at 3:03 AM. My order was successfully placed and was in transit status but suddenly i got a notification that the seller has cancelled the product due to limited stock. Now my issue is if i placed my order successfully, did my payment and order was dispatched, how can flipkart and the seller cancel the order.

We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order was cancelled by the seller. Also, the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on May 19, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
