Hi team,
I received the product from flipkart daikin ac on 29th may with order :od[protected], i'm not satisfied with the installation team. I called almost 3 times flip kart customer care informed the same to them, they are not responded properly, they simply disconnected call after 15 -45 mins of discussion. One support team member mentioned that we can submit installation bill and refund the installation amount, i asked him to send a mail for confirmation same, they said he don't have provision,
At the time of booking it was mentioned that free installation, but from installation team jeevas very very worst service, unprofessional guys, not well trained for installation are asking around 2000/- for installation.

Please take it further and do the needful..,

      I purchase samsung 1.5 ton 5 star split dual inverter ac which costed around 43000 on 5 may with odrer id od[protected] is still undeliverd. My date of deivery was 24 may but unfornate reason it could not be deliverd. I contracted several time but they are giving date by date lastly it was 31 may. Now i got message to cancel the order inspite it is been to my nearest hub. Flipkart generally attempt 3 time to deliver the product was now they are saying to cancel the order even having to reattempt the delivery

        I ordered an acer predator laptop on 27-05-19 and paid 91, 990 using my debit card. Got the delivery on 30-05-19 and inside the package it turned out to be an hp laptop. I immediately raised complaint to return the product but they haven't contacted me yet. Either i need my money back or the product replaced. Anyway strict action must be taken against this failed department

          I ordered an item with flipkart. The product was packed and parceled at a fast rate, but as usual it got stuchbin flipkart facility aluva, kerala. I am very disappointed that after complaining a no. Of times to flipkart, it is still stuck in aluva, kerala. Flipkart mentioned that i’ll receive a call from aluva office but still didn’t get any. I saw in google complaints that these people return the product without even calling us once. I really want them to call us in the given which will solve all the problem.

                I can't login into my account. Everytime i try it says "login unsuccessful please try in a minute" . I can't even change my password everytime i try it says unable to change your password please retry and if i try too many times it says "maximum login attempts reached please retry after 24 hours". But is did not install till now i complain 4 times and call 8 to 10 times to constomer care but they did not respond of my complaint. I placed the order in flipkart for spruce shave club onion hair growth oil for 200ml packing and today 30th may i receiced the wrong product which is from same company for vitamin c oil which i don't want and written on there is no return policy. Such a fraud dealers flipkart have. I also attach the products photos which i ordered and which i receives. please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                            Just to get refund of rs 1004 from flipkart, i lost 11000 rs by a conned man claiming himself as flipkart customer care person.
                            I tried many time to contact their toll free number to get refund from flipkart team but it always responded that all executive are busy please try again. Then
                            I contacted mobile no. +91 [protected] appearing on web-link https://twitter.com/hashtag/flipkart?lang=en which is showing customer care no. Of flipkart. That person assured me that its flipkart no. And he `ll help me to get refund money. He sent a link to fill the form to get the information regarding bank detail through which i ordered through net banking. And by this process i lost 11000 rs. I request flipkart team to initiate a live chat system and facilitate phone service which really work and customer can contact directly to their executive.
                            Its also flipkart team responsibility that nobody conned anyone on the behalf of flipkart name
                            I also want to request to find out culprit and get my money back as i have given link and phone no. Of fake flipkart person.

                              I ordered a back cover for my google pixel 3a. I got the delivery after more then a week and the cover turned out to be for google pixel 2. I applied for replacement and it took another 8 days for replacement. This time also i got the same cover i. E. Google pixel 2 cover. I have wasted roughly 20 days in this process. Strict action must be taken against the failed department.

                                I have ordered mi led 4a pro 32 inch from flipkart, the product has been delivered on may 23rd, 2019. The installation date given by flipkart is may 24th, but the installation not yet happened till date.
                                The issue already raised as high priority but still flipkart not taking any action on it.
                                I asked them if i called the technician from mi directly, flipkart customer care support saying that the replacement and warranty will not be considered if i do so.
                                That is one of the worst service i have ever seen in any online shopping retailers.

                                      I need proper action on this other wise i know to charge ipc section 420 case on the seller and flipkart soon you both will get a notice mind it and i have the proofs that i have not made high no of return and proof for different product.

                                      Customer raised a complaint stating that customer account has been blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.

                                      I use buyback garrunty here and order got cancelled but my garrunty was not refunded.
                                      It shows Abb is not avaiable in this account.
