This is in regard of my order od[protected], poco f1 by xiomi, a new phone on may 05th. Phone got deleiverd on the same day by requesting flipkart 100 times. Unfortunately, on may 14, we installed shuttl app and the otp message says that this phone has been used by three sim card already and app is now locked and can only be logged in by those three sims. This is a new phone and i have only one sim, how can this be used by three other sims. Secondly tick tok app is logged in by some other user account.
I spoke to shuttl app customer senior support staff and they have said that app is designed to bind with the phone, so you cannnot use the app on this phone except with the three numbers already shown in the screenshot. But those number does not belongs to me. This verifies that this is a used phone. Why would someone wants to use a used phone on the same mrp. God only knows how many times this phone has already been used.
Coming to the customer support this has been a never ending story since then. They call me and sent an email after that, we have tried to reach but dont utter a single word in the call, i have the call recording.
Alos, the number from which i received the call, truecaller shows it as "fake flipkart"[protected] however the executive who escalated my case, sent me a message stating that i will receive a call from starting from 9180679.
I am attaching all the proofs, i have with me, because the customer support i presume will just keep calling but wont be able to resolve this. I want to return this phone, i dont want any replacemnet, just give me money back. Attaching all the proofs.
Please resolve this, this is going to be my last order from flipkart. Please give me my money back. I will never again order from your site.

I ordered in some products in flipkart. Amount deducted but order confirmation message was still now not received. I call the customer care but they didn't no response
The date of refund was 14/5/2019
But 16/5/2019 date my money is not refund
