I ordered a racold instant geyser & product was delivered on 2nd may, but it was found defective internally, since water cam out from all parts of its body when fixed. Immediately i asked for replacement (Only option availed when checked through mobile app). Then my first return pick up date of defective product was on 8th may. On 7th may pick up guy came and replied, he cannot take it in his two wheeler & promised to send a bigger vehicle by eod. But failed, then as a result of my continuous effort flipkart assured the replacement by 1st june & return pick up date as 24 th may. Till 24th may 5.30 pm i had spoked with the executives of flipkart more than 6 times & only listened automated replies like 'sorry, will contact soon', etc.. Etc..
I lost my money, time and even after my patience for past 1 month fight, nothing effectively happened for my issue.
Thus flipkart cheated me twice by give fake promise of replacement assurance after taking my money (Rs. 2309/- + i lost rs.500/- extra for the plumber hired).
This is clear case of fraud/cheating. My concern is since flip kart took my money, i want refund at the earliest.

Updated by s_manoj1988 Till today my issue was not adressed & all 3 dates promised by flipkart was not honoured.They reponded by a call and asked a formal sorry bu my issue is not yet solved & it is prolonged and they keep on giving fake dates.Actually my return pick even not yet done.
