I can’t login into my flipkart account since 9th april. It says “login unsuccessful, try again in a minute” whenever i try to login. I contacted flipkart through call and they told me someone would contact me by 12th april but nobody did. I sent flipkart an email regarding this issue but i didn’t get any reply from them. On 12th april around 3 pm i ordered one hitachi 1 ton 5 star window ac - white (Of rs 23596) from flipkart, and this site leaked my information (My card bank and address). On 15th april the product got delivered and since then i am getting call from random mobile number ([protected]/[protected]). Money debited from my account and flipkart executives are saying me to wait 24 hrs daily from past 10 days. I even contacted my bank asked for the same, i got a reply stating that my amount was credited in sellers account so please contact your seller. But flipkart executives are doing nothing in this case. I also sent them the details of transaction such as confirmation message and debit information but providing me no solution....

I've purchased moto one power that delivered on 5th of april, which had 2 contacts saved so i requested for replacement. After the replacement i got new one and i requested for refund because of some issue. The item was picked up on 15th of april but till now i didn't receive any confirmation message/mail. I've sent mails but no response then i called and they said me to wait. More than 48 hours is over but still there is no positive response...

This is to bring your kind attention that i have purchased one redmi mobile phone to my husband. First time they said that payment failed but amount got deducted from my account. I made another payment to them from my account and this amount was received by them and got the product delivered. So for the same product amount deducted twice. When will i get back the refund of failed payment but deducted amount?...

I had Bought a cooler, I was not happy as the noise level is high, plus the cooling was not as expected.

Technician visited but said thats the normal sound level from a cooler, which I dont agree with, so they have cancelled the rejection. I will be going to consumer court soon

I recently Ordered a new phone POCO F1 on Flipkart using exchange offer for Redmi Note 4. My phone had nothing but a minor scratch on the back for which the delivery boy rejected the phone. (The phone fulfills terms and conditions) I have replaced similar or even worse phones on Amazon. It's always Flipkart which gives when it comes to shopping. Extremely disappointed with Flipkart. I'm never gonna shop from this disgusting and annoying website....

Tried to order redmi note 7 pro on todays flash sale, payment was successful and my money got deducted from bank account, but then on returning to flipkart page, i found the message that oreder not confirmed etc, wheres my money? Wheres my phone?

These problem could be solved by coding properly by only allowing the no. Of payment=no. O[censored]nits sold
But flipkart is stealing money from ordinary people by these flash sale...

Purchase redmi note 7 with exchange of redmi 3s prime @approx 9049 (Exchange amount 3050) total rs 11999. Delivery boy hand over new mobile and took my old mobile after half an hour delivery boy came back and said this mobile not be exchanged plz give me 2950 more. I refuse to give then he said this will effect my job you plz talk to flipkart they will help you out to resolve the matter.

I made online payment to buy a phone on flipkart. But when delivery boy came he refused to deliver the parcel saying he does not receive the payment receipt and needs cod. I complained flipkart customer care several times but they respond with no clue saying payment updation needs some time in their system, every after their guaranteed delivery commitment.

Very frustrated with customer support. It make me think its not flipkart...

Very well know, that the issue won't be resolved. Just wanted to create an awareness among people to think twice before buying a product online, especially from flipkart.

I had ordered groceries from flipkart on 13/04 and scheduled it to be delivered on 14/04 but neither it has been delivered and nor i have received any response from the logistics. Also when you call the customer care number, they are of no use as they will just tell you that our team will call you back and concentrate more on asking you to give feedback about the call. Their motive is not to resolve your query but to get as many feedbacks...

On april 9th i had ordered 2 realme 3 mobile for two different orders. Both the time amount is been deducted from my account but i got order confirmation for only one. I have recently order JBL earphones from Flipkart.com and before placing order i made the payment as depicted in screenshot. But the delivery boy was saying that this order is cash on delivery. Flipkart is also not responding as i had dropped many texts on chatting portal and one mail. Both are unresponsive till now.

I purchased an another condition from Flipkart on 14/04/2019. Order got approved.on 15/05/19 my order got canceled without any notification to me.
