Hello my name is rahiman shaik. I did shopping with flip kart. They didn't shared my refund to me. If i contact them they are saying as we paid you already. But if i check my bank account transactions i didn't received any payments from them. If i contact my bank they are saying no didn't happened any such transactions on your account. Whom i've to believe then? My bank or flipkart? I don't even think of this # of their services but daily i'm receiving hundreds of mails from then but i can't even contact them back then what's the use of it their mails? They're contacting me without having any proper time how i can get chance to attend their calls. Even i need to have free on same time right? They won't solve my issue. I just pissed off my self..

I check my bank account transactions I didn't received any payments from them. If I contact my bank they are saying No didn't happened any such transactions on your account. Whom I've to believe then? My bank or flipkart?

    I have received a e-gift card from sbi but while adding the gift card i am getting an error "this card belongs to a wallet and direct transaction are not allowed on this card." i got 2 card 1 got redeemed successfully & another is showing me an error

    No one is helping me i spoke to flipkart customer service they said me to call to sbi & when i called to sbi they said call to flipkart where should i raise my complaint.

          I have recently placed an order id od[protected] on 8th may 2019 amounting rs 279 and received on today dt.13.05.19 from flipkart but when i seen on the product box there i have found the mentioned price is rs 249 (Inc all taxes). The same has been reported to the flipkart customer care and they wants to return the extera charged amount as a gift coupon. When i denied to accept the same and want a strong action against such kind of issue facing daily basis by customers.

          Hence, i have enclosed herewith few pictures for your reference and record.

          Seeking your kind support and cooperation in this regard.in order to stopped such kind of fraud with the customers.

            As i have ordered a product from flipkart and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on 07-may-2019 and the reference no is: qur[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account yet and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per flipkart they instructed to file a chargeback form but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

              Recently i have ordered a shoe and the wishmaster called me and asked to pickup the product from the highway road which is 2km long from my home, since i was not in my house i requested him to deliver it to my home. He too knows my home once he picked up the return product so i requested him to deliver it to my home but he refused by saying that he cant go there. And later that evening he cancelled that product order. So what’s the use? For what i pay delivery charges? Still today i haven’t received any of my product to my door steps though being a flipkart plus member i feel shamed.

                  I have booked a phone - realme 3 on flipkart rs-8999/ and i made online payment by sbi internet banking and my payment was successful but order is not confirmed and phone is out of stock after then i immediately speak with flipkart and they waited me 24 hrs but after than he says seller has not received your money and after this i complain to the bank and i got mail from the bank that your payment settled on 25/04/2019 pleas contact your merchant but merchant says i have not received your money. They are being mentally hatred, till now the deducted money does not refund to my account. I do not know where my money is going. So, i kindly request you please take a look at this issue and solve my problem as soon as possible.

                        Dear sir
                        I have ordered a smartphone on may 3rd in flipkart.com and i have paid that through my wife's credit card. I ordered this for my wife and she is now residing in mumbai. The next day the flipkart team send me a mail that they have cancelled my order because the seller have limited quantity. They will initiate my refund with in 3 days. After 3 day i have contacted them by chat facility in their application and they said me that they will solve my problem with 11th may. At 11th may i have contacted them again i have asked them about my problem and they said they will solve the issue in 13 th may. But today 12th may i have received an email from them that the items and they are saying that i haves ordered not for my personal use so that they disabled my flipkart account and i will not be able to login that account. I tried to login but failed. Sir how can they know that the items i have ordered not for my use and i never make an agreement with them like that and until now i did not get my refund
                        I here request you to consider my application and advice me the solution

                          Regarding non response and non replacement from flipkart escalation team n jeevas team.

                          Sir.. I am flipkart plus customer and purchased one 1.5 ton marq ac from flipkart site.. After installation my ac problem is started..ac released bad high noisy and bad smells during starting phase.. Noisy sound n bad smell is occurred fourth times within replacement warranty periods which was 6th of may.. I called to cc and registered my complaint.. Jivee services partner' s engineer kamlesh and rajendra came and he was not ready to listen my problem and not checked my ac completely (Only touched indoor unit filter) and told me ac is ok and he will come again in evening for checking and will close the complaint.. He did not come again to check ac and gave wrong feedback that ac is ok..

                          Main problem is started again.. I called to kamlesh (Jivees eng) why you have closed complaint with wrong feedback, without check and rectify my problem and he told me that sir it was done by miskate n will do next morning. He was lying.. He is very unprofessional n rudely guy... Because of his mistake my replacement is stoped.. And 6th is my last replacement warranty day thats lapsed due to engineer and flipkart cc.

                          Next step. I called to again cc regarding this isssue and my complaint is forwarded to escalation team on 7th may... Complaint no in[protected] and gave 11may last resolution day but surprisly till today no response n resolution given from flipkart team and high authority and no single call is received from team.. Yesterday one more problem occurred.. Water draining from indoor units in my room.. (Pics and videoa is already shared customer support mail id..).. I m very disappointed for flipkart service.. I called to cc many time but no body is giving resolution.. Videos n pics is attached for your reference
                          Due to non response from flipkart escalation team n non behavior from jeevas, i got faulty product and no one taking action.. This is first and last reminder mail after that i will take legal action in consumer court..

                          Request you to pls take action and help to replace my product... My son is 4 month old if any misshapening occurs due to flipkart faulty ac then flipkart will be responsible... Looking forward

                            Flipkart account with number [protected] has been blocked citing the following reasons, “we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.”

                            There are zero returns in my years long history with flipkart so this reason is factually incorrect and i have flipkart plus account with points in it. Kindly assist

                              Hi team,

                              I ordered realme 3 pro in exchange (Buy back guarantee of 11200) with realme 2 pro so i only had to pay rupees 2899 on 29th april.

                              First the when the wishmaster came for pickup of realme 2 pro, he saw a stratch on my old phone and wanted to confirm with someone by sending him photo, but the person did not even see the photo and asked the wishmaster to reject the product if he is not comfortable with it. This all happened on 2nd of may.

                              I logged a complain regarding it and was asked to sent photo to the support team within 8 hrs after receiving the mail. I had to leave the office early just to come home and send photos. This happened on 3rd of may.

                              After sending the photos i was supposed to get the solution by 4th may afternoon but i got a mail in the morning that sorry for inconvenience but the solution will be provided before 5th may 2019, 12.30 pm.

                              Just because of this delay in the solution again on 4th may the wish master came sends the photo to the seller and again he says the same thing"if you (Wishmaster) are not comfortable don't take the product". Wishmaster clearly states me that - sir i know it's just a scratch but i need to get the approval from seniors and they are leaving everything on me without seeing the picture i sent and suppose if i take the product now and if there is some problem with it. I'll have to bear the loss.

                              On 5th may i got the call from flipkart executive "sumit". He checked the photos and was very convinced that it is just a minor scratch and gave me a guarantee that my realme 2 pro will be exchanged for realme 3 pro in 3-4 business days". I also clarified with flipkart executive that it's a flash sale kindly please do not let the order get cancelled. Still he assured me that i need to relaxed and tension free the order won't get cancelled.

                              I had clarified on each and every call with flipkart executive that please do follow up and don't let the order get cancelled as it is a flash sale product from the first call i made on 2nd may.

                              On 7th may at 2.00 am in the night, i get a notification that i have rejected the order and also as you have rejected the order the order will be returned back to the seller. I woke up at 5.40am and saw the notification and called up flipkart at 5.56 am for help and just to inform them i have not rejected the order and that the product will still be at the nearest hub, kindly help me with any solution.

                              I called up and followed up again and again for help from flipkart but i just got one answer that sorry please reorder on 13th may 2019 on flash sale.

                              Now today when i checked for buyback guarantee value i'm getting only rupees 8000. The buyback value is degraded from rupees 11200 to rupees 8000. Today was the flash sale and i'm helpless. Tomorrow also i'll try buy if it again shows buyback of rupees 8000 or if i don't get lucky and get the product in flash sale. What am i supposed to do?

                              Being a flipkart plus customer and buying all my home equipments (Tv, washing machine, mobiles, clothes) from flipkart i'm left helpless by flipkart.

                                I ordered a case/cover for my phone on 4th may 2019 which was expected to be delivered by may 10. Five days later ie., the day of delivery, i received a mail saying that the ekart wouldn't deliver the product on time. Accordingly, the delivery was postponed to 12 may (Sunday). I haven't received my product yet. You people doesn't value the time of your customers. What am i supposed to do? Wait at my house for an indistinct period of time so that the delivery boy can reach me? You suck at what you do!

                                  I have purchased 3 products one queens bed, 1 wardrobe and 1 dining table recieved on 18/04/19, all the products were not of good quality and flipkart team is not replacing it.

                                  Dining table is very light in weight, and chairs were not taking load as defined in its description.. Table is also not stable shaking, chairs were not stable. Need to replace with good quality product.

                                    I have purchased 3 products one queens bed, 1 wardrobe and 1 dining table recieved on 18/04/19, all the products were not of good quality and flipkart team is not replacing it.

                                    Bed corners are of very low quality material, can't move if we move it's assembling will get damaged., very sharp and of sunmica scratched twice to my child,

                                    Almirah since installation is shaking same as bed.

                                    Dining table is very light in weight, and chairs were not taking load as defined in its description.. Table is also not stable shaking, chairs were not stable.

                                      I order for mi note 7 pro (This product available only on flash sale and i got this after 3 weeks continue trying) on 28 aprilmy delivery date is 5 may but i didn't received that so i call coustomer care on 7 may then they escalate a issu regarding this and give me time of 11 may in between on 10 may i got a call from flipkart saying we can't coordinate with delivery partner so you cancel this order and place a new order then i told hin why should i place new order u have to send my this order because this is not a regular available product i got this in very difficulty he insiste me to cancel but i refuse to to that and today is 12 may and i am still waiting for there solution
                                      I am worried that they didn't have any coordination with there delivery partner and why they didn't deliver that product
                                      And ekart logistics have not any coustomer no i feal cheates and help less beacuse nobody have to solve my problem

                                      Flipkart is telling me to cancel this order and place a new order because my parcel was lost from delivery partner if its happened in real then why they didn't send me another product
                                      Why should I place a new order
                                      I wait for 3 weeks nd continuesly 1.30 hour of surfing i got this product

                                        I'm purchased laptop with flipkart. When product is delivered then checked the specifications as per listed on flipkart official website or not. So i noticed that specifications is not as per listed.

                                        So i created refund request online on 1st march, 2019 then it is rejected so i created second time but it also rejected then create third request again rejected. It again and again rejected total five time rejected. On 10th march, 2019 last day of return policy request is rejected so my account is deactivated. Because of "high number of return request".
                                        This reason is invalid because if return request is rejected then obviously another request created by me.
                                        Last three request is created by flipkart customer care executive and it also rejected.
                                        Product delivered wrong then definitely we request for refund or replacement then available option of refund.
                                        Seller delivered wrong product and flipkart executive told me to delivered product is right then i record a video with serial number of laptop as per invoice.
                                        If delivered product is different then why we accept it product and why loos money.

                                        NOT SOLVED When my first 5 request rejected then Flipkart not tack it seriously. And also deactivated my account. When my first 5 request rejected then reason is " seller can't fulfill your detail" but every required information i already given to the Flipkart. But not able to fulfill detail then Flipkart don't work properly. Seller can't fulfill details but which type of information not fulfill by seller. So my request to Flipkart reactive my account and give me the refund. Here, seller also know that they deliver the wrong product. The proof is call recording also send to the Flipkart.

                                        When i directly contacted to the seller (Sigma Computer, surat) then i ask them to why you not accept my refund. And also asked to you delivered wrong promise product means missing specifications then whos mistake is this? Then seller told me to its not my problems because of listing of specification is created by Flipkart. Then i contact to seller hub in Flipkart and they told me listing is creating by seller when you product add.
                                        It's means fraud is seller and they said wrong. I have call recording also.

                                        Total 5 time refund request is raised by me but every time Flipkart rejected my request. So 2 time request created by me and last 3 time created by Flipkart executive. It's not proper reason for my problem. My problem about refund but you also deactivated my account without notifying me and than close my refund process. If you are reject my request than definitely next try for refund request as per guidelines. And Flipkart executive not informed me that if many request raised then account is deactivated. And it's my first time shopping with Flipkart so not valid Reason from you.

If wrong product delivered than why customer not raise tha complaint? Why Flipkart not strictly act on seller? Why not back the refund of customer

                                        What is the advantage of shopping from Flipkart if Flipkart can not help a customer? Sometimes it should also be seen that there is a mistake of Seler and the customer is correct. If you were to accept the refund request at first time, then the account could not be taken off and no many time attempt the refund request.
                                        So customer help is needed. It is not always necessary to follow the protocol but also to cooperate with the truth.

                                        Flipkart told me that "We'd like to let you know that your recent request for a replacement/refund has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account." It's ok. But When my account was doing properly work, Flipkart did not refund money. But where was Flipkart, when I did 5 request, it also did as Flipkart executive did say. Always you reject my request and then told that you attempt high number of refund request it's not my problem.

                                        (NOTE:- Between tha 1 to 5 request Flipkart approve my refund than i didn't create another request and not attempt high number of request. So it not possible to deactivate my account and not raise complaint.)

                                        Never complete the promise by Flipkart. Many time gave the date to contact Flipkart team but no email or call. When I'm call to Flipkart thay gave me the new date to wait till 2 days. I'm also call today to Flipkart executive and they told me to placed the call on hold to check the details but after about 2 hours call cut by executive.

                                        From Flipkart latest update is right but im asking them why first 5 time request rejected by them and not approve the refund. So if you approved refund on first 5 request then not see that issue of block account. And also that you know that fraud with me by seller then i want refund by seller that informed to seller by Flipkart. Because i gave you full money and you delivered less featured product. So it's your problem to what can you do next. Fraud with me than Who will repay my loss?

                                        My 3 months experience is not proper answer given by the Flipkart. So my final decision is give me the refund of less features. Here, 256GB SSD and 2GB graphics card is missing so give me the only missing or lees featured money. Provide only 7-8 thousands. Refund is not possible that ok but only the less features money is possible. Also Flipkart is not know about what is return policy.

                                        Flipkart don't resolved my problems. And delivered product is different that why I'm accept that product. You also know that delivered product is different then this is seller's problem. But Flipkart not understand that the customer is loss there Money but no help by Flipkart. I already submitted proofs of different products but not understand Flipkart.
