All time seller reject refund request then wht is 10days refund policy of flipkart for customer security for advance payment for mobile

I had purchaed honor 7s phone from flipkart
Having order id od[protected]
When i try to make return request for refund then every time they arrenge technician for phone which is new and the technician came at my address two times and rejected the application saying this phone is already slow by default
And there is no hardware issue every time this stupid technician make my application rejected

He know already phone is slow but all time reject my application and said contact to flipkart
I already talked to flipkart they said contact to technician bcz he can make application approve for return only

Now 5th time request return and seller rejected 2time my request and flipkart unable to resolve my issue and refund me for this performnce wise slow product which wrong description on flipkart shows

Everytime seller rejected so please tell me what is flipkart 10days policy of return for securing its valuable customer if seller do fraud willfully and reject return request everytime

Please help me im tired bcz of making calls to care executives of flipkart and this stupid technician too

This indiflasmart seller also rejected 4th times my refund request and dont know flipkart 10days policy is where working

This is like flipkart own franchise who done fraud with all customer and after receiving payment in advance give worse product or defective product

And when we make return application this seller alwsy reject refund request all time

That means he done fraud all time to all customer and still if he is in flipkart site as seller that means its flipkart own seller or franchise of flipkart

Hopefully consumer complaint help me regarding my order

Bcz i hv made 2 request of complaints here about this seller of flipkart site and flipkart replies that problm resolved here in revert but actualyy no refund issued yet they are lapses time frame of 10days only in my case 4days by technician 3days by seller and now only 3 days lapse dont know flipkart resolving this or not within these days but im sure if no refund is made i file appeal to court about flipkart for compensation about this and make sure seller shop permanently closed by my lawyers

    I have lost my phone number that is registered with my flipkart account and hence that number is pretty much inaccessible to me, now as i'm trying to update my new phone number with flipkart, it keeps sending otp's to the old number & so i'm unable to update my phone number.
    I need some immediate assistance with this issue as not only is this thing hampering my orders but it is also a threat to my account. I tried to reach flipkart's customer team but i'm yet to receive any resolution. I hope i'm provided with the resolution now as soon as possible.

      I was ordered an item of red mi note 7 pro on the date of 8th may 2019 at 11:59 am with od[protected] and it was delivered to me on the date of 10th may 2019 and after few days by using i came to know that the speaker is not working properly so i have raised a complaint for the replacement of same product and it was accepted with replacement id:[protected] but the issue is i have not received the same product i. E. Red mi note 7 pro rather than that i have received some different product i. E. Asus and also i have attached the snapshots of the product and the box which inside the box seal was broken i need an immediate action on this by taking your product back and refund the amount and i don’t know that where this product was stolen/exchanged, surely i can say that the product was not delivered with intact to me kindly make an inquiry on this and refund the amount by taking your product back otherwise i will go through the consumer court by charging a notice to the seller and flip-kart i hope you guys will not take up to the court.

      This clearly shows that FLIPKART is cheating the people's by giving a bloody different product and then if you riase a query they will close your account and they will put the mail that, you will be no longer to login to your account, when i was recieved a different product i immediately called the executive and explained the issue and raised a return request and also i was shared the details still also they are closed my account by not clearing my issue, i have ordered only one product in my new account and they are saying that High no of return i think flipkart people's have lost their bloody mind and doing nonsense things like this i need immediate action on this.

      I'm not believing that flipkart is trustworthy because this type of incidents are happened lot of times and that all are seen in this CONSUMER COMPLAINT only and then I'm trying to reach the flipkart executive but the call was not getting connected this is all FRAUD flipkart, i have ordered only one product that to also i have recieved a different product and they are telling you have High no of return in your purchase history this is clearly shows that how Chester they are l, if the flipkart team is got my complaint call me immediately on the mentioned no i need solutions that's it otherwise I'll not sitting simply I'll take upto SUPREME COURT surely,

      Intentionally they putting the call on hold and not resolving the problem, I'm using the AMAZON shopping also and this was never happened with AMAZON this is the only online shopping that doing FRAUD sales and cheating the people's i don't hope so this will survive for a long time, when I'm having all the proofs for not recieving the proper PRODUCT and even they blocked ny account.

        Few days back ordered oppo f11 pro under buy back guarantee programme in which i had to return my old oppo f9 pro and at the time of order they confirmed about what items i'am going to return and because i requested that i'll not be able to return charger, due to which they deducted rs.500 from byback as mentioned in their t&c.

        But on delivering the product the delivery boy asked me to return my charger too for which i had raised complain on 20th may for which via mail flipkart promised that the complain will be resolved by 22nd may after that i got another mail in which they apologize for delay and promised that it will definitely be resolved by 23rd may. Since back then i have called more than 5-6 times to flipkart regarding my same issue and issue still remains unsolved

          Hai,

          I ordered a racold instant geyser & product was delivered on 2nd may, but it was found defective internally, since water cam out from all parts of its body when fixed. Immediately i asked for replacement (Only option availed when checked through mobile app). Then my first return pick up date of defective product was on 8th may. On 7th may pick up guy came and replied, he cannot take it in his two wheeler & promised to send a bigger vehicle by eod. But failed, then as a result of my continuous effort flipkart assured the replacement by 1st june & return pick up date as 24 th may. Till 24th may 5.30 pm i had spoked with the executives of flipkart more than 6 times & only listened automated replies like 'sorry, will contact soon', etc.. Etc..
          I lost my money, time and even after my patience for past 1 month fight, nothing effectively happened for my issue.

          Thus flipkart cheated me twice by give fake promise of replacement assurance after taking my money (Rs. 2309/- + i lost rs.500/- extra for the plumber hired).

          This is clear case of fraud/cheating. My concern is since flip kart took my money, i want refund at the earliest.

          Till today my issue was not adressed & all 3 dates promised by flipkart was not honoured.They reponded by a call and asked a formal sorry bu my issue is not yet solved & it is prolonged and they keep on giving fake dates.Actually my return pick even not yet done.

            I ordered marq soundbar which was delivered to me on 21st may.in my box there was soundbar with subwoofer only no accessories were present in my box. I contacted flipkart for its replacement and now they are only giving me refund for it. They saying seller doesn't have this product anymore for replacement. I have already gifted to my brother in law and they asked me for its accessories like remote aux cable wall mount and user manual which was not present in the box. I contacted flipkart many times but they are not resolving the problem. I purchased it for rs.4500 and now its price is rs. 7000 which is too much high. I only want replacement for it

              Samsung washing machine delivered on 26th april2019, installation not done till 6th may so the product was returned, but return rejected from flipkart,, on 22nd may engineer came for installation, he informed that the product was damaged,, yet flipkart is not returning the product, they are telling lie that service engineer has updated that the issue is resolved. But engineer says that he has updated damaged photos. I have all call recordings as evidence

                    This is a formal notice regarding below issue before filing case in consumer court.

                    I had ordered honor 9n (Sapphire blue, 64 gb) (4 gb ram) mobile on flashsale by flipkart on, may 16th '19. Complete payment of 8, 204 rs was made online through netbanking. On may 18th '19. I received a package phone over heat problem. I requested return as per the procedure on may 20th '19. I received message stating that i will be contacted within 72 hours.
                    I wasnt contacted via phone till now. On speaking with customer service executive he said email is been sent and they are awaiting revert. On reverting the email ;i received email from flipkart stating that there is unusual return history on my account hence they have blocked my account and rejected return request.
                    I have sent an email asking for any orders that were returned previously from my account as this is not the case. Flipkart has not yet bothered to revert on same.
                    I am unable to login to my account hence unable to chat with customer care.
                    I have been trying to get through on toll free number [protected] for past 4 hours. To my surprise its been busy. This is most worst experience of flipkart. I have been harrassed enough for 5 days without proper customer service/resolution.

                            I ordered asus zenfone max pro m1 order no (Od[protected], when i get the mobile some items are missing so i raise a return request, flipkart replaced that phone with same product but there is a lot of issue in that phone and phone was also damaged. My return request was cancelled two times, they said there is no damage but technician send by flipkart checked in front of me and said i'm raising a issue but my request cancelled. When third time a raise a return request they stop responding me, whenever i talk with customer care they says wait 24 hours we will contact you. But i didn't get any call or message from flipkart. They stop responding me and start mental harassment. I want refund for my order

                              I ordered some products in flipkart on offer period. I received all products to my adress except panasonic electric rice cooker. That cooker delivery cancelled with out any intimation. So i contacted flipkart customer care, customer care representative said your order adress is missing.                                 I had placed an order for the pocophone f1 on 21st may. It was promised to be delivered on 23rd may. However i did not receive my order on that day. And when i called up customer care, they told me it was delayed due to some "misroute" and ensured me that i can expect it to be delivered to me by 24th may, and asked me to wait until 7pm. However, they failed to keep up their promise once again. I constantly told the customer care that it was important that the product be delivered on the promised date. I requested them to contact the seller and enquire the reason for the delay. And i was told that they're unable to contact the seller directly, they could only give me the information that was in the system records. I'm very disappointed with the service. I kindly request flipkart to look into the matter seriously, and take immediate action, to ensure that the product is delivered to me latest by 25th may, because after that it won't be possible for me to receive it as i'm going out of station. Please do the needful.

                                    Sir,
                                    I have ordered (I) godrej fresh lush green car freshener & (Ii) de blue mix combo set of car multi purpose microfiber gloves + carpet cleaning hand and long bristles wet and dry brush cleaning brush on 17.05.2019 but first one is wrong product which i have not ordered and second one is very poor quality product which delivered to my address on 22.05.2019.
                                    I did not found any return option in flipkart so i choose this forum.
                                    Kindly return my product and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                      Dear team,

                                      I purchase redmi note 7 pro from sale on 15 may 2019 on flipkart. Due to some mistake in address it will reach jharkhand while it has to be delivered in new delhi. But on 18 may 2019 flipkart change the status as delivered without delivering the product. I raise a complaint regarding this to flipkart on 20 may 2019 that due to delivery boy fault i am suffering from that product not delivered and also refunded is also not processed from flipkart team. While delivery boy accepting his fault by calling me, flipkart not refunded my money till now. I am not satisfied with flipkart response from. Last 3 days as daily they are saying that we are working on the problem while the delivery boy daily calling me to pull back the complaint regarding the delivery as he accepting his fault.
                                      But then why flipkart taking so much time to refund my money i can't u understand.

                                      Please take some serious action regarding this complaint as i am waiting for my refund from last 1 week.

                                      Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We would like to inform that the seller has confirmed the product has been delivered on May 18, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                      How the Product is delivered while the address mentioned in flipkart is of New Delhi and product delivered in jharkand.
                                      I have all call recording with Delivery boy as well as customer care of flipkart where they accept their fault of not delivering the product but change the status of Product delivered.
                                      If still flipkart is not able to refund my money, then I will file a written Police complaint regarding this fraud done by flipkart person.

                                        It's 2 in the afternoon of may 24th 2019 and i got a fraud call 10 min ago from a number with the digits [protected] saying that i have won a prize from flipkart and i have to choose one thing from the 5 prizes (I phone 7, dell laptop, lg fridge, ac and a washing machine). To get this prize they told me to choose a product of atleast 5ooo rupees from flipkart but instead of paying online they asked me to send money to account number provided by them as they were calling from sales department of flipkart.

                                        The problem is not that they asked for money, but how safe flipkart is storing our data is my concern because the caller obviously knew my number, all my previous purchase from flipkart, my home address, my work address.

                                        I have ordered Concept of Physics HC Verma Vol 1 and Vol 2 for class[protected] session with solutions but the solutions of vol 1 and vol 2 were not recieved and complaint logged few days back but no response recieved till date.
