I ordered a mi note 7 pro, which was to be delivered on 10th of may, it reached the mother hub on 9th but not delivered. When i called and raised a complaint, i was assured that the issue will be resolved by 15th may, but still i have not received the product., though payment is already done. When ever i call the customer care they repeat the same thing that the concerned team is working on it. No other update. I bought the mobile in a flash sale, this is really frustrating and depressing.
