I ordered a Voltas AC which is supposed to be delivered on June 3rd 2019. But it is not yet delivered till June 6th 2019. When contacted Flipkart, they gave their standard answer ‘Sorry’ and told someone will contact me. No one has contacted me and it is very painful for us in this summer without an AC. They should be fined for not taking care of the customer. This is also a learning for all that to save some money from not buying directly from the shop, how painful it can be. Worst service.

    It's been second time i'm being harassed on delivery ground. I have follow up with the team severally not to repeat the issue and to follow up with Ekart, flipkart's own logistics chain. Nothing has been done to help me in this situation.

    The case is very simple i ordered a TV on 19May.promised delivery date 24 may.. Delivery Doesnot happened so on 25 th may i Cancelled the same.. Post a apology mail and a telephonic conversation with Samantha R she said sorry and assured me it is not going to Repeat itself and insisted to Order the same. But Second time i ordered on 31may Promised Delivery Date was 4June. I'm writing the mail on 5thJune over not getting the product. If again same continues i'll forcefully cancel the order and close all the relationship with you guys of several years.

    What is the issue is If ekart will try to deliver me the product also they will not able to do that because i'm going to Out of town for 15/17days..

    Hope You will help in sorting the Issue Out.

    The Grievance Team worked very efficiently to crumb down the issue. The Have follow up vigourously with Courier partner and now they Assured me of not closing the cases till the tv installs and I am happy with their service. Good Job.. Mail id [email protected]

      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recently purchase flipkart . I have recently purchased Hercules roadeo bicycle from your website, my order ID is OD[protected]. My parcel is arrived too late, and the product I received is faulty.

      I have requested for replacement of products, but after failure of replacement schedule date I have called to customer care and I got to known that my order was cancelled due to non availability of product.the customer care executive gave me many dates of product pickup schedule but could fulfill any of the commitments.from 1 month the product is at my home.

      I think this matter deserve your urgent attention. I would like you to respond quickly by either giving my full refund or by sending the Hercules roadeo bicycle as I order.

      Still the faulty product is not picked up. There is no any help from flipkart.they only give pick dates but doesn’t fulfill the product pick commitments. Flipkart is not giving me my refund amount nor giving me my product. It’s have been 40 days Since they have not solve my problem after so many calls to customer care.

        There was a delivery which was to happen at my home today of Nokia 5.1 plus phone and my iPhone se was to be exchanged for it. The delivery guy who came to deliver my item did not have a I’d card on him secondly he did not know English so automatically he did not understand what he has to check in a product which has to be exchanged. Now he rejected my phone since he did not think it was eligible for exchange all the rules which were there for inspection were satisfied by my phone yet he did not like it and he also could not tell me that why was he rejecting it. My name is Panshul Sharma and I am a flip kart plus member being a plus member we did not expect this kind of delivery experience. My registered email id is panshul.[protected]@gmail.com. Please hereby there is request that make sure your delivery guy carries a id on himself and he is properly versed in what he is expected to follow. Very sad experience.

          I also booked a complaint with Order ID: OD[protected] but i think flipkart closed that request because they are not posting any comments on that and my issue is mentioned below.

          I bought vivo v 15 phone on 4 may 19 and it has overheating issue so i book a complaint against it in flipkart so they arrange the technical visit but issue is not resolved but issue is not resolved again i book another complain then they arrange a tech visit valid for three days but when the tech engineer came i was busy so i told him to come tomorrow then he didn't come to me and next day my technical visit is cancelled so i call again flipkart customer care for again raising my request for return but they told that now they will not do it as per their policy so i have to visit service centre for further resolution.

          If i baught a product from flipkart then why i go to vivo service centre to replace it
          Flipkart given me defective product so flipkart will replace or return it.
          Issue is not resolved flipkart is just running away from its responsibilities.

            It's clear that Flipkart sent wrong product and make receipt by wrong product Name.
            This S/N:- "NXGVWSI0098350F6AE7600" Not for acer predator Helios Model.

            I ordered Acer predator Helios 300 i7 And Paid 65, 966 based on No cost EMI

            How can seller make wrong Receipt with wrong product Name

            Flipkart support team sent a mail for consent for lodging FIR
            Even i Replied for same and i gave them consent "Yes proceed please "

            And Flipkart gave me 2 days and told me that they will contact me but they didn't call me & they cancelled my return request on 1 june
            When i see that then again i contact flipkart customer call and they again file return request and same day evening they cancelled my return request again and deactivate my flipkart account

            Its is clear that Flipkart sent wrong product i have all proof and Not flipkart accepting it and not taking back wrong product sent by them.

            I have already shared all necessary proof such wrong product images serial number mentioned and receipt via Email ([protected]@flipkart.com)

            Utterly disappointed by flipkart support people who are not ready to help and just dodging queries and Not talking properly.

            Flipkart doing fraud. They sent me a wrong product. When i complaint for it flipkart arrange request for return and without knowing reason they cancelled my return request when i call to flipkart customer care they again request for return and then finally they deactivate my flipkart account.
            They cheat me. i have all evidence. and i provide them all evidence along with wrong product serial number. And Received bill from flipkart.
            I going to sent them legal Notice.
            How can flipkart eat my hard earn money. It's flipkart mistake why they sent me wrong product and flipkart manager saying we sent right while I'm providing them all evidence. Even they are not able to accept. How can they suspend my flipkart account. flipkart is defaulter

            Why are you not accepting it.
            And you deactivate my flipkart account when i complaint about wrong product received.
            You didn't understand my problem and you cancelled my return request and suspend my flipkart account.
            Please give me answer what i want to say.
            Why you sent me wrong product and you are not accepting it. I provide you all evidence.
            In reply you are sending only auto generated msg.
            My concern about wrong product sent by flipkart kindly look at it and try to understand my problem

              I purchased a laptop for rs80, 990 on may 16th 2019. Flipkart delivered it on may 19th and it was malfunctioning on delivering.

              The internet/wifi card was not working, and there was severe heating issues with even simple use. The laptop was faulty and immediately filed for a refund request. Flipkart asked me to wait until may 30th for a "technician visit".

              The technician never came. Then they asked me to wait one more day: may 31st. He didn't come.

              Then they asked me to wait til june 3rd: he did not come.

              By this time i called at least 15-20 times. Flipkart keeps giving me the same response that they read from a script: "we understand sir. Please wait, and technician will come and we will provide refund"

              Agian they asked me to wait till june 5th. Today is june 5th and he has not come.

              Now they have asked me to wait till june 7th.

              They took my money and they are keeping it, and i cant buy a new laptop because of this. And because of that i cannot work!!!

              This is robbery. I need help!

              What the hell is going on?? Suddenly the Order Screen is saying "Return Rejected" and "Technician Visit Cancelled" ???

              Is flipkart turning into a SCAM??? I cannot believe this.

              They sent me a broken laptop 2 weeks ago, kept my money and then kept delaying the Technician Visit till it's past the return policy!!!

              What do you mean? Can you please give me an update. I feel like I am getting robbed.

              I posted my return request on MAY 19TH!!!

              First the technician was supposed to come May 30th, then May 31st then June 3rd, then delayed to June 5th. Finally, it got delayed to June 7th... and now it's saying "RETURN REJECTED"

              And now my order says "Return policy period expired"

              Is this a scam??

              They keep taking "alternate number" and no one is calling the alternate number either. I have to keep calling them.

                  Today when i am browsing flipkart and sudden it logged out itself and when i tried to log in it shows unsuccesful log in, try again in 2 minutes but i tried, tried and tried it not opened. I have asked customer support for this but they said they did not know why this happened. I have 5000rs in my flipkart wallet as well. And i am flipkart plus member after all that they revieved my account and dont told me why they are doing this to me. I think this is the worst policy as you have to ask customer if their is any problem or something like that. It is not good to suspend or block someones account like this without any notice. My recent product also got cancelled without any reason. I want my account back in reinstate. Kindly help.

                    I have ordered a "ed hardy" shoes from flipkart and after just a couple of times use i got to know that the product is having some manufacturing defect as the tread and the cloth started signs of manufacturing defects on it. I have requested for a replacement of the product within the 30 days policy but flipkart is not picking up the product. If there is any manufacturing defect that i notice after a single use then as per flipkart it is not a manufacturing defect. Very disappointed with flipkart for this. I am such an old customer of flipkart using it since years. But this was not expected out of flipkart only for a product of rs 900.

We regret to inform that the product has got damaged post usage, due to which the seller shall not be able to accommodate customer request for the return of the product as requested by customer. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
                    I have a similar issue and Flipkart has done the samething to me on a MUCH MUCH larger order. I ordered a laptop worth 1Lakh and it's defective!

                          I had purchased this sd card which is not getting detected in my device... Policy period was over however i was out of town so could not inform you. I have paid an amount and i have not received the working card. I request you to send me the working card or return my money.

                          I have approached call center team and they are asking me to visit the service centre to resolve the matter. Why will i purchase something online if i have lot of time here. Dont you think you should check the card and then send it to customer. And if someone has sent you the damaged card. You should question them. You cant ask your customer to run here and there. My simple request is to send me the working card or refund my money.

                          I am a single working woman for a family and my father is also hospitalized. I cant spend more money for someones mistake.

                          I am also in service industry and handling regulatory rbi complaints. I never harrass my customers small issues.

                          I again request you to issue me the working sd card or refund my money.

                            I ordered a steelbird helmet (Black color). But i received a red helmet. I requested for a return. But the executive is not accepting the return since the color does not match with the verification helmet (Black) image sent to him. Called flipkart customer care about 5 times. Still no resolution. Then escalated the issue via flipkart itself (In[protected]. And they promised that it will be resolved by 6th june 2019. But i didnt get any response till now. June 6 is the last day of return policy. I want my money back.

                              I ordered a product from flipkart on 19 may my order was shipped on 20 may order shipped by ecomexpress tracking number is FDSP[protected] expected delivery date is 24 may but not received product I continually contacting flipkart regarding the issue they don't provide me proper Information regarding this please help me regarding this issue

                              I placed a order on 19 may on flipkart my order was shipped on 20 may my order expected date is 24 may on 24 may I don't receive my product then I call on Flipkart and continually contacting them regarding this issue they tell me everytime please wait 24/48hours and wait till 7pm continually then they say cancelled the order i[censored] don't reached today they avoid me everytime and don't provide me resolution I already paid 8999 for the order order id is OD[protected]. And transaction card no is - 5248******4525 Then I cancelled my order on 5th June and still they don't initiate my refund ..

                                And my problem is i am unable to change my password

                                I used forgot button and then received code.

                                Entered the code successfully.
                                After that it was asking please set a new password.

                                Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to recognise your device. Please contact customer support to access your account".

                                That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                I already attached the screenshot also what i am facing.

We have interacted with the customer and informed that as the product was delivered to customer on 09 Apr 19, as per the sellers 10/30 days replacement policy we shall not be able to accommodate customer request for return of the order. If you people are not authorized to change or replaced it so please close your company which are looting customer to selling fake product like this... Yes I will do it because I paid amount for this product and I will bear the lose as I have purchased this from your site and app... Your just keep shut and deliver your bakwas service to customer

                                    My order was delayed and its out for delivery as per the schedule, but it was not delivered. Till now flipkart extended the delivery dates 3 times and you guys were failed to fix the issue. Flipkart informed me aa "don't worry about the product".

                                    Do you think will it be usefull for us to take the order after expected delivery date. The money was debited and i already paid to rhe bank. Now what is the point of service that provided by you.

                                    One more i am going to raise a complaint againt you guys, for not updating the things in flipkart avcount where we can see the details. Its already 5 th june.. And the delivery date that showing is may 9. The customer service also informing the same. Do you have sense to informe us like delivery date is 9 th may which was already no more exists.

                                      I ordered a product for my friend. Now my friend is thought that the product is overpriced to her and he cancelled it. For this reason the system of flipkart think that i ordered the product not for my personal use. And they blocked my account. I have more than 90plus coins. They send a email about that and when i replied, they send the same email.

                                      Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
                                      Your system misunderstood the trend. And unnecessary Blocked my account. Please, check it again and un-block my account. I can't purchase items for resale. I purchased item for my friends, brothers, family members etc. Does you mean that purchasing item for my friends, brothers, family members was a remark of reseller.
                                      My Bluetooth headset right side not working only left side working I want repair or replace this product still I have warranty
                                      My order cancel. Pls return my amount..

                                        I ordered a Redmi note 7 pro via net banking which I cancelled on the same day Wed, 29th May because I wanted to go for EMI option later by ordering again.

                                        The Order No is OD[protected]

                                        They said refund was initiated and provided a reference no which was of no use when I asked bank about it. They promised refund within 3rd June, the refund amount was not received in my bank. They asked me to contact bank and I did. The bank said they didn't receive any payment and asked me to complain via Flipkart and Seller.

                                        I again complained but Flipkart keeps saying that we initiated your refund. However Flipkart isn't providing any transaction id or legal bank statement to as proof from seller and no money is payed to my account.

                                        Kindly take my complaint against this and refund my money via Flipkart.
                                        They have updated in my order page that Refund Completed but no refund is received in my account.

                                        Flipkart again took complaint and expanded the date by saying the issue will be resolved by 6th june. I don't trust them anymore as they keep delaying and ignoring my issue. I want to get my refund asap.

                                        Kindly take legal action against them.
