I had tried to purchase samsung smart tv on[protected]. Payment deducted from my SBI Internet Banking but order was not successful. It's been almost a month now and I haven't received refund of Rs 19999. I called customer care many times and every time they say give us 48 hours. It is shocking. It's giving me headache.

    I had ordered redmi note 7 pro (6gb 128gb) from flipkart. While making the payment the popup came to my screen saying the payment failed and the order was not placed but the amount was deducted. According to flipkart executive, they asked me to wait for 24 hours and nothing happened. Then i tried to contact them and it took me nearly 3 days and 600+ calls and yey i couldn't reach there executive. Then i finally used the feature live chat which was displayed by the site 3 days after i was trying my head out. And then they said that your order number 'od[protected] has been canceled and asked me to wait for a few days. No repayment has been made till now and it has been 9 days. Moreover, when i looked into this matter deeply, it was not only my concern. They have been canceling orders like this for a while now and selling the units in the black market at a higher price. My order was canceled despite the fact that i ordered at 12 pm exact. They are making lame excuses and are gaining extra profits by deceiving customers. I demand appropriate to look out into this matter. I wanted to get a phone and for now, i neither have the money with me nor the phone and they are asking me to consult the bank, which is absurd.

      I ordered a mi note 7 pro, which was to be delivered on 10th of may, it reached the mother hub on 9th but not delivered. When i called and raised a complaint, i was assured that the issue will be resolved by 15th may, but still i have not received the product., though payment is already done. When ever i call the customer care they repeat the same thing that the concerned team is working on it. No other update. I bought the mobile in a flash sale, this is really frustrating and depressing.

        My flipkart account is not working suddenly. I bought a mobile last month. Its speaker is having problem. Next day of the delivery we checked in service centre, they confirmed on it. Hence placed replacement. They sent technician and without any notification they rejected the replacement.. however technician informed us about the a defect.. like this twice it happened. Now they completely blocked my account.

              I am unable to login in my flipkart account. All that it is showing is login unsuccessful please try again later. I have tried changing the password so that i can login but as of now nothing is working. It just happened by itself, suddenly i was logged out of my account and when i try to login again thinking that it might be an software issue, i was unable to login.                 I ordered a pendrive [ ORDER ID : OD[protected] ] on Big shopping day festival on 14th may and the product also shipped on the next day morning .

                The afternoon i received a mail from flipkart ''your order was cancelled''

                Reason : Due to limited stock, the seller has cancelled this product.

                if you dont have product than how you shipped the product ?
                or
                you provided fake shipping tracking id ?

                After that i searched consumercomplaints many peoples faced the same issue .

                Now the product price increased so you will resend the product or tell me a solution to get my product in same price

                    I had order two luggage bags on cod. When i received the package i found that bill on it was for 2 bags and i had made payment. When i opened the package, there was only one bag in it. It has been a month, inspite of several follow ups my issue was not resolved. One of the representative had attended my query and instead of resolving the issue, she has made it complicated by requesting for return of product. Its really disappointing. Probably flipkart is not trustworthy!

                          I had ordered product on FLIPKART on[protected] and my order id was OD[protected], i ordered only after confirming that I will get the product on or before[protected], I had even got mail and Text message that my product will be delivered within[protected]. But till now i have not got my product and in the afternoon i called to FLIPKART customer care and they said that my product will be delivered by 7pm today. But, i again called to customer at 6 pm and now they are saying that MY PRODUCT DELIVERY HAS BEEN DELAYED and it will reach by[protected]. And they are saying that its their 3rd Party logistics is responsible for delivering the product and they cannot guarantee since they are delivering it. THEY ARE BEHAVING UNPROFESSIONALS and It is only when i took initiative and called them they said that delivery date is Revised, TILL NOW I HAVE NOT EVEN GOT ANY MAIL OR MESSAGE AS MY ORDER IS DELAYED. Seriously they are GIVING FAKE PROMISES TO CUSTOMERS and playing with their EMOTIONS. Please take proper action against FLIPKART as no other customers falls for their Prey. IF THEY CANNOT ASSURE THE EXACT DELIVERY DATE AND DEPEND ON 3rd PARTY LOGISTICS, WHY WILL THEY ADVERTIZE AND GIVE FALSE INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS. Kindly treat this on priority basis and help me obtaining my product ASAP.

                              I have created flipkart account with a mobile number [protected]. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                              The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

                                I want to buy products form flipkart in my comanys name. Also wante to raise a gst invoice in the name of the company so i cant claim my tax benefits. This is very critical to me as my products are of high cost. Could you please tell me how i can get a gst invoice so i can claim my credit. I am able to do that in amazon but not on flipkart.                                   I bought a Redmi note 7 pro this 10th of May from Flipkart. When i unboxed it i saw two spots on the left side on the top of tge screen near the notch. I registered a return request on Flipkart. The technician saw those spots and reported it. But my return request was cancelled. Why would i accept a defective product? Is flipkart making a fool o[censored]s. I need it to be replaced as soon as possible. And this time i am going to file a case on flipkart if they donot replace the product. This is my last warning to them.
                                  I have paid in full for the product. Then flipkart said the issue is too small to warrant a replacement. Why settle I settle for less when there was no problem in payment front?

                                    I bought a redmi note 7 pro this 10th of may from flipkart. When i unboxed it i saw two spots on the left side on the top of tge screen near the notch. I registered a return request on flipkart. The technician saw those spots and reported it. But my return request was cancelled. Why would i accept a defective product? Is flipkart making a fool o[censored]s. I need it to be replaced as soon as possible. And this time i am going to file a case on flipkart if they donot replace the product. This is my last warning to them.

                                    Also Mention - i have paid in full for the product. Then flipkart said the issue is too small to warrant a replacement. Why settle I settle for less when there was no problem in payment front?

                                      Worst shoppong site ever flipkart!! They cancelled my redmi note 7 pro without any reason and gave unworthy reasons for it.. It is the worst website for shoppong... Never ever shop from here. They are just making their money by providing damaged and used products to consumers.. Amazon is far better than untrustworthy flipkart.. I request you guys i[censored] dont want to get betrayed... They are not worthy of being a shopping site in india... Worst experience ever... Worst shopping site.. Sells unauthentic products

                                        Hi,

                                        I ordered syska trimmer online flipkart and was supposed to be delivered by 23-apr as per initial commitment by flipkart. I waited till 9.30 pm on 23-apr and then cancelled the order for which flipkart confirmed the cancellation as well.

                                        Later, the product was delivered to my watchman. I immediately called customer care and explained the whole incidents and requested for a refund.
                                        They first responded positively about the return but asked me to call after 2 days. When i called they asked for a week's time. And today, they say its not possible. The customer care executive on call today was adamant to listen to my concern and she dont have the background at all. She just says "sorry sir i cant help you with a refund" whatever question i ask.

                                        I asked the terms and conditions if a product is not delivered on time for which she says "sorry sir" again.

                                        Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is damaged. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the replacement of the order. The seller has confirmed that the replacement has been initiated and the same shall be delivered on May 17, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                        This is the exact same issue which I was mentioning earlier. Even after explaining the issue 'N' times, they come with the same story.
                                        There is no product damage, the product was delayed and delivered(when I wasn't home) after I cancelled the order.
                                        I just need the product to be returned(didnt even open the package) and process my refund.
                                        Filpkart committed delivery by 6th May but still 10th May not deliver
