I order for mi note 7 pro (This product available only on flash sale and i got this after 3 weeks continue trying) on 28 aprilmy delivery date is 5 may but i didn't received that so i call coustomer care on 7 may then they escalate a issu regarding this and give me time of 11 may in between on 10 may i got a call from flipkart saying we can't coordinate with delivery partner so you cancel this order and place a new order then i told hin why should i place new order u have to send my this order because this is not a regular available product i got this in very difficulty he insiste me to cancel but i refuse to to that and today is 12 may and i am still waiting for there solution
I am worried that they didn't have any coordination with there delivery partner and why they didn't deliver that product
And ekart logistics have not any coustomer no i feal cheates and help less beacuse nobody have to solve my problem

Flipkart is telling me to cancel this order and place a new order because my parcel was lost from delivery partner if its happened in real then why they didn't send me another product
Why should I place a new order
I wait for 3 weeks nd continuesly 1.30 hour of surfing i got this product
This is very disappointing to me

    Price: 36990rs.
    I'm purchased laptop with flipkart. When product is delivered then checked the specifications as per listed on flipkart official website or not. So i noticed that specifications is not as per listed.

    So i created refund request online on 1st march, 2019 then it is rejected so i created second time but it also rejected then create third request again rejected. It again and again rejected total five time rejected. On 10th march, 2019 last day of return policy request is rejected so my account is deactivated. Because of "high number of return request".
    This reason is invalid because if return request is rejected then obviously another request created by me.
    Last three request is created by flipkart customer care executive and it also rejected.
    Product delivered wrong then definitely we request for refund or replacement then available option of refund.
    Seller delivered wrong product and flipkart executive told me to delivered product is right then i record a video with serial number of laptop as per invoice.
    If delivered product is different then why we accept it product and why loos money.

    NOT SOLVED When my first 5 request rejected then Flipkart not tack it seriously. And also deactivated my account. When my first 5 request rejected then reason is " seller can't fulfill your detail" but every required information i already given to the Flipkart. But not able to fulfill detail then Flipkart don't work properly. Seller can't fulfill details but which type of information not fulfill by seller. So my request to Flipkart reactive my account and give me the refund. Here, seller also know that they deliver the wrong product. The proof is call recording also send to the Flipkart.

    When i directly contacted to the seller (Sigma Computer, surat) then i ask them to why you not accept my refund. And also asked to you delivered wrong promise product means missing specifications then whos mistake is this? Then seller told me to its not my problems because of listing of specification is created by Flipkart. Then i contact to seller hub in Flipkart and they told me listing is creating by seller when you product add.
    It's means fraud is seller and they said wrong. I have call recording also.

    Total 5 time refund request is raised by me but every time Flipkart rejected my request. So 2 time request created by me and last 3 time created by Flipkart executive. It's not proper reason for my problem. My problem about refund but you also deactivated my account without notifying me and than close my refund process. If you are reject my request than definitely next try for refund request as per guidelines. And Flipkart executive not informed me that if many request raised then account is deactivated. And it's my first time shopping with Flipkart so not valid Reason from you.

    Also tha seller not provide you right information. And seller is know that not delivered right product already sent the call recording to Flipkart email. If wrong product delivered than why customer not raise tha complaint? Why Flipkart not strictly act on seller? Why not back the refund of customer

    What is the advantage of shopping from Flipkart if Flipkart can not help a customer? Sometimes it should also be seen that there is a mistake of Seler and the customer is correct. If you were to accept the refund request at first time, then the account could not be taken off and no many time attempt the refund request.
    So customer help is needed. It is not always necessary to follow the protocol but also to cooperate with the truth.

    Flipkart told me that "We'd like to let you know that your recent request for a replacement/refund has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account." It's ok. But When my account was doing properly work, Flipkart did not refund money. But where was Flipkart, when I did 5 request, it also did as Flipkart executive did say. Always you reject my request and then told that you attempt high number of refund request it's not my problem.

    (NOTE:- Between tha 1 to 5 request Flipkart approve my refund than i didn't create another request and not attempt high number of request. So it not possible to deactivate my account and not raise complaint.)

    Never complete the promise by Flipkart. Many time gave the date to contact Flipkart team but no email or call. When I'm call to Flipkart thay gave me the new date to wait till 2 days. I'm also call today to Flipkart executive and they told me to placed the call on hold to check the details but after about 2 hours call cut by executive.

    From Flipkart latest update is right but im asking them why first 5 time request rejected by them and not approve the refund. So if you approved refund on first 5 request then not see that issue of block account. And also that you know that fraud with me by seller then i want refund by seller that informed to seller by Flipkart. Because i gave you full money and you delivered less featured product. So it's your problem to what can you do next. Fraud with me than Who will repay my loss?

    Flipkart don't help me. So my decision is that i accept this product. Accept this product if and only if seller gave me the 7 to 8 thousand rupees. This money for my SSS and graphics card.

    My 3 months experience is not proper answer given by the Flipkart. So my final decision is give me the refund of less features. Here, 256GB SSD and 2GB graphics card is missing so give me the only missing or lees featured money. Provide only 7-8 thousands. Refund is not possible that ok but only the less features money is possible. Also Flipkart is not know about what is return policy.

    Flipkart don't resolved my problems. And delivered product is different that why I'm accept that product. You also know that delivered product is different then this is seller's problem. But Flipkart not understand that the customer is loss there Money but no help by Flipkart. I already submitted proofs of different products but not understand Flipkart.

      My name is gaurav, and i have been a regular shopper at flipkart and buy products for personal use. I chose flipkart as they provided me products at lower prices then the market but little did i knew that this saving regime will shock oneday. Flipkart closed my account without prior notification. I have returned very few products which were defective and were accepted by their smart app check. Now flipkart is not taking my calls and today when i called up to their customer care number i spoke to their supervisor who straight forwardly denied to active my account. Even my request were not considered and when i told them i will lodge a complaint against them i was told sir u can do what u think is right. Please help me to gain access to my flipkart account again.

          Hello,
          On 8th may, i tried to open my flipkart app but when i tried to see my order section, i saw that my account was logged out automatically and i was not able to login.
          So i have tried logging in using"forgot password" option, but still i was not able to login. So i have called flipkart and explained the issue and they told me to resolve it on 11th may before 1 pm. But today i got their message and also i called them and they told me that i have placed multiple orders and i have purchased the products for reselling purpose but i have never did such kind of activity. I am a normal flipkart customer who just order for himself, family and friends only. And flipkart has refused me to let me log in to my account. They told me that i will never be able to get my account back. So what should i do now. They did wrong, and i can't let them do this. As i have never did such kind of activity. So please help me regarding this to get my account back. Because they told me that they will not give my account back. And i can't let this happen to me as i have not done anything that violates flipkart's policies.

          I am flipkart plus member and i have never did such kind of activity. But flipkart is accusing me of doing this kind of activity without any proof, only based on their system detection. How they can blame me for such things that i have never did. So please activate my account on prior basis. And please do need full and i have faith in your decision.

          My flipkart account is again closed by flipkart again which they have closed on 8th may 2019. You can refer to my previous complaints of flipkart.
          They have again logged me out of my flipkart account and i am not able to log in back. I don't know why they are doing this. And they are not giving proper assistance regarding this issue. So i had to contact consumer forum. I am tired of complaining again and again for the same issue i am facing.
          So i request you to take appropriate step.

            I have reaturned my watch but not got my refund back plz help me get my money. L have asked the delivery person and he told that money will be transferd to my accont but it didn't help me get my money by sending it to the accout given in flipkart.
            The watch had no battery and i have reaturned and also it told that it's money will be transfered to my account.

              On 17 april i tried to make a transaction to a merchant but it was failed. I waited for 10 days as i thought that it will be automatically credited back into my account. Meanwhile on 28 th april flipkart replied me by mail to contact with the bank. I made complan to sbi on 28 th april and today on 9th may i got a reply from sbi stating that "as confirmed with merchant, transaction igafyflsb1 has been successful and settled on 17th april, 2019. For more details kindly contact your merchant."
              In this connection, i can't understand that where is my money and again when i contact flipkart they are telling me that contact bank they dont have money and on contacting sbi bank they show me clearly that the money is transfered to the account in the name of flipkart pooling accout and the account no is starting with 3*. Pls resolve my issue as soom as possible

                I had ordered a book on flipkart and payed rs. 1035 ob 22 march 2019. But they delivered a copy worth rs. 12 with fake labels. I notified about this fraud to flipkart. They denied refund of my order and forwarded my request for replacement 3 times. But no one came to pick up the product or give replacement reason being the seller was not able to provide the product.
                Now it is showing that seller have cancelled my replacement request too but no refund has been made yet to my account. This is a complete fraud and customer harrassment. Details of my order are as under-

                  I am regular customer of flipkart.com from more than 7 years, & ordering regularly. Now a days there is a monopoly on flipkart.com phones like redmi, realme are only exclusively available on flipkart.com, previous 6 months i have ordered these phones for myself, family members, friends, collegues,. But from march 2019 they have blocked my account giving reason "we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account." i have several times called mailed flikart about this but there is only same cut copied reply received. I have also money in my flipkart wallet. But they doesn't unblocking my account.

                      I am a regular flipkart customer who would like to bring to your notice that i had ordered a product through paylater and was unable to pay dues due to my fathers death and late payment of 200 was charged to me. I told the customer care to waive it off as an exception since i had lost my father however they are not waiving it off rather giving me an answer that it is auto generated and cant be waived. Pls help and waive off the fee so that i can make the payment since nobody can charge you more than the price of the product forcefully. I am ready to make the payment for what is charged to me.

                          Two days back i have ordered a red mi note 7 and inorder to buy the phone i also availed the phone exchange facility.
                          Today when the concerned flipkart person came to deliver he has checked the whole cell phone and said my phone is not acceptable for an exchange due to the fading of paint. I have shown all the instructions that are given in the flipkart official website and told him that paint fading is acceptable.
                          But he argued with me that he would have losses on taking that mobile and he cancelled the exchabge.
                          Dear flipkart, my question is if you are not following those conditions that are given in the website then what is the purpose of those instructions.

                            I purchased phone [LG Q Stylus plus] and it seems its battery performance is not expected.When mobile battery low down to 15% it got switched off within 1 minute with non spontaneous degradation in battery, It feels more weighted when it got heated. Its camera quality is also not same as shown.

                            I want to return this product and want refund for the same in order to purchase another phone but there is only option of replacement not refund. There is only option of replacement. But if all phone of this model having same problem then what is the logic of replacement here. I want refund of that phone and will purchase another for me. I didn't use that phone. Its still packed in box.

                            Can you please help me to get my refund back for the same?

                              I bought a lg 43inch 4k led tv on 31st march 2019 or ₹39999 and was delivered on 5th april 2019. When the lg technician open the box it was broken as someone had pelted stones on it, but the outer box had no visible damages. I immediately reported this to flipkart and they arranged a replacement for the tv. But just one day before the replacement period the seller sneakingly cancelled my request without even notifying me.

                              When i filed a complaint regarding this, the executive started to argue with me that he cannot do anything because the policy has now ended and surely i would have got a notification or email about it.

                              This unprofessional tactics was played by either flipkart or seller didn't work on me and i further pressurised them to pickup this broken product and to get a refund.

                              One technician came to my home, made a video of the product and packed it for shipping. No one came to pick it up till now and it's been more than a month now.

                              Yet 3-4 times my return request has been cancelled again without notifying me about it and when i asked the flipkart executive they also don't have a clue why did this happen and when confronted with the facts they will make up something like they were unable to arrange a pickup.

                              I had bought this tv for my dad's birthday and now all i know is i'm left with a broken tv with my purchase amount held by flipkart.

                              What should i do if the company itself is miserably failing to pick their own defective product? And they thank me for being a flipkart plus customer. That is how flipkart treats their valuable plus customers by failing to their promises?

                              I want my refund immediately as this is not my concern that they cannot pickup their own defective product. ₹40k is not a small amount. They have no right to hold that amount in this case.

                              Now if this issue is not taken seriously i have no choice but to issue a notice stating unfair trading practices to the flipkart and for the inconvinience created under consumer protection act, and file a consumer case regarding it.

                                Warning: if you are purchasing new mobile from flipkart in exchange of old mobile, or may be any other product, please make sure your payment mode is cod (Cash on delivery). Please don’t pay in advance as the delivery person denied to accept the old product giving you illogical reasons and forces you to pay the additional amount to purchase the new product instead of exchanging. Please see the pictures – my mobile has been marked as having multiple dents and not eligible for exchange however, sending the same snaps to flipkart customer care – they told me that the device is absolutely eligible for exchange and they will check with wish-master on the reason for not accepting.

                                Anyways, i have managed to sell the old handset at a significant higher rate in another leading website and finally bought the new handset from official website of the mobile manufacturer instead of flipkart. The only hassle was i need to wait for a week to get the refund from flipkart since i have paid in advance which we normally opt in online shopping.

                                Customer raised a complaint stating that the courier service provider denied to pick up the exchange product. We have interacted with the customer and requested customer to place a fresh order as the order has already been cancelled. Also, the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on March 21, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                  Currently i am facing login issue with my flipkart account as i am unable to login. My account has been locked without prior notice and i have important credentials like my credit and debit card linked to my account therefore i am requesting flipkart to unlock my account as soon as possible. Since it's a security issue therefore please consider my request urgently.

We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                      This flipkart make washing machine is worst ever i have used. The detergent is directly getting drained without sinking in the water and even the sound of the washing machine is very horrible. Flipkart is not even ready to refund or replace with any competitive product. I am very disappointed with flipkart products and never want to buy from flipkart.

                                        I purchased phone [lg q stylus plus] and it seems its battery performance is not expected. When mobile battery low down to 15% it got switched off within 1 minute with non spontaneous degradation in battery, it feels more weighted when it got heated. Its camera quality is also not same as shown.

                                        I want to return this product and want refund for the same in order to purchase another phone but there is only option of replacement not refund. There is only option of replacement. But if all phone of this model having same problem then what is the logic of replacement here. I want refund of that phone and will purchase another for me. I didn't use that phone. Its still packed in box.

                                        Can you please help me to get my refund back for the same?
